I didn't got my refund amount back yet order I'd[protected]

My name is Chinnu Philip and I had ordered Samsung Galaxy M31s of RS.19500 from Amazon on 17 december 2020 and after 18 december 2020 I cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on 21 december 2020 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but Istill didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 659426 and told me to fill charge dispute form but State Bank of India doesn't have such policy.

This is the reply I got from SBI regarding my complaint -
"Company RemarkThe customer's account was SB-Janapriya-SBTA/c. Since the account was stopped, the samewas not credited. However on receipt of thecomplaint, we had converted it into BSBD A/cand subsequently the customer was advised tolodge a complaint with Amazon again withaccount statement from 17/12/2020(Date oforiginal transaction) till date."

Amazon should recredit the money back to my account.
You can check the account statement regarding the same.
So please kindly respond to this complaint at the earliest . I'm also attaching details of amazon order and my account statement. Kindly resolve my issue.

The above message is not correct. As per schedule they are supposed to deliver today evening. they have not contacted me by any means. I need the my order must be delivered today as I have other plans tomorrow.

Payment paid to WBSEDCL, paid from Allahabad bank, status- successful, Bank reference id :[protected] paid on 5th January 2021 at 6:22 P.M, BUT WBSEDCL TOLD ME THAT THE AMOUNT HAVE NOT BE CREDITED IN THIER ACCOUNT.

I cancel my order but I didn't got my money back yet Amazon.in order :[protected] . Please help me this is my order I'd and I didn't got my money yet.

I ordered a pair of earphones from Amazon.
The cost of the earphones is around Rs15000.

I ordered it on 2 Jan 2020 and the same was delivered to me on 4th Jan 2020. The box delivered had no wear or tear and was properly sealed. When I opened the box, I found that it was an empty retail box with no earphones or charging case in it. I immediately raised the issue with Amazon Customer Support. I was told that they need 5-6 days time to conduct an internal investigation and they will get back with results. I waited for the said time but got no communication from their side. When I contacted Amazon Customer Support in 10 Jan 2020, I was told that as per their internal investigation they product was delivered to me and they cannot assist me any further.

Amazon has taken 15000 rupees from me to deliver an empty box and I can do nothing about it. Its making me feel helpless as a consumer.

I am a frequent shopper and have bought goods of worth more than 2 lakhs from Amazon alone in the past 1-2 years, yet my complaint was brushed aside without any serious consideration. Moreover, the platform has the audacity to call me a liar by telling me that as per theor internal investigation the product was delivered to me.

All the following orders were not delivered on 25 September 2020 the orders being auto cancelled by Amazon.

I made a payment through UPI on Amazon if amount 3548 and then cancelled it but I haven't received the refund till now amazon told me to contact bank customer care so I request you to trace my refund and help me with this

My name is Siva... I have orderes a product in amazon then it was cancelled due to some issues then tha amazon initiates the refund but the money was not reflected in my account the RRN is 812604

I canceled my order of rs 261 and amazon's representatives said that they refund 261rs on 31st december 2020 whith refund reference number 74332741001036617844093 but refund is not credit in my account till now.

I booked a wadrobe in amazon but idid not like it and i returned it.they intiate the amount to my bank account of central bank of india.But still i did not get the amount from the bank

I have orderd "Play station 4" amount of "Rs.29, 990" in Amazon on[protected], and I cancelled it on the same date as per mention the amount will be refunded before[protected] but I not received, I requested Amazon customer care regarding refund they said "they have initiated the amount if amount not received contact bank customer care with Refund Reference Number (RRN)" then I contact bank customer care they said " They don't have access for that, contact your branch " and then I contacted the branch they said "it is direct processs by Amazon so please contact Amazon" again I contacted Amazon they told me to file a charge dispute.

Kindly help me in my refund amount of Rs.29, 990

On 9dec I had placed an order ONE ASSIST SANDWICH MAKER EXTENDED WARRANTY PLAN AMOUNT ₹199. I had made that order cancelled my refund has been initiated on 21dec by Amazon but still it has not been credited in my account REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER -H6V85ZG30000KH44H6V85ZG30000KH44IDN3R. I kindly request you to credit my refund un my account as soon as possible

A refund of rs379 from Amazon has been initiated on 23rd dec 2020 but not been credited to my bank account yet. It should reflect by 28th dec. 2020 but the Amazon customer care service say to contact the PNB and to raise charge dispute.
Please help!
