I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have received message yesterday 7 February, 2021 that "Dear Customer, transaction of INR 199.00 done on ICICI Bank Account XXX on 07-FEB-21. Info: VSI*AMAZON ST."
Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

    My name is ajit kumar. My mob no is [protected]. I have applied a job for delivery boy. Then i got a message to deposit rs 5000 for security money. Ihave deposited the money. Then the ask me to deposite 120 rs for pvc. What should i do now.

      I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of Rs.43.4/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 5th feb, 2021. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

          I have made 18590/- payment on 21 January 2021 of yes bank credit card from Amazon Pay through ICICI NetBanking. Payment debited from ICICI bank also debited from Amazon pay but not received to YES bank credit card. Amazon pay is not helping me for this issue. My credit card last date is 7 Feb 2021. Amazon pay needs to refund my money back. Please help me on this.

              I received a call from amazon India and they told me i had won a gift because of my intensive shopping in the past few days. I believed it because it is true that i have been shopping a lot. But they asked me to pay extra money time and again claiming me a refund. I was a fool to believe them the first time. '
              The man claimed to be a finance manager in the head office of Kolkata named Vivek Srivastava. I checked everywhere for his profile and found none. His mobile number is [protected]. I am still unsure whether he is a genuine amazon employee or a fake scammer. He knew all my details that i have only submitted to AMAZON Account.
              Kindly let me know asap. Another number that called regarding the same issue is [protected]. I really hope you can just let me know whether these phone numbers belong to your company or this is a scam.

                Sir, I had a return parcel (Order No[protected] . Today the delivery staff arrived to pickup the parcel. However, though I had the parcel with me, I hadn't bill with me. The delivery staff told me to come to the store and talk to store supervisor. His way of talking was completely uncivilized and bad in manners. I told him to maintain some decorum as I was sitting inside my Office chamber and requested him to talk with me in a proper manner. However he said he doesn't need to talk in a good manners as he even doesn't talk properly with his boss. And he is not bound to show any kind of good behavior to me. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. So I request you to take action against the staff who had come to pickup the above parcel and apologize me for his uncivilized behavior.

                        I ordered an LG TV 32" on 30.12.2020. I received it on 09.01.21. The LG TV mechanic came to my house for installation
                        and saw that the TV sent by AMAZON seller was an old MICROMAX TV 32" without remote. I contacted the Amazon service representative on the spot and sent a photograph of job sheet by the mechanic.The representative sent a request to refund the purchase value as early as possible . They will pick up the wrong product and the refund process will be initiated. Six times the customer care has given me messages of picking up but failed every time. I am in anxiety about my money and time. I am not able to leave my station peacefully.

                            I had ordered one product (Sold by Craftatoz® i.e. Craft a to z* abdul salam road, near qutub shersaharanpur, UTTAR PRADESH, 247001INPAN No: AEGPA1580HGST Registration No: 09AEGPA1580H1ZQ, cost Rs.5, 299.00) through amazon on 17th January 2021[Order#[protected] ] and subsequently cancelled it, prior to arrival of the Parcel . On 23rd January 2021 Parcel arrived & the same was promptly sent back of the same without opening & receiving the same . The seller has also approved the return request. Further, Amazon has sent me a notification that refund would be issued within 3-5 business days from when Craftatoz® receives your return. But the amount has not been credited to my account yet. No refund reference number is also sent. I request you to check the status and process the refund.

                              I ordered my first product from Amazon (Canon Eos 1500D. 26 Dec 2020, Oder id- 408-[protected]) Amount Rs-28, 070.00 but I got different wrong product.
                              Then after I complaint Amazon customer care. Amazon customer care create replacement (replacement Oder no[protected] than I will be replace and receive product but not proper packaging (Canon Eos 1500D) I have not receive memory card and I have faced the the issue on camera LCD I feel my camera LCD was blinking then after I will again complaint to customer care and he tell me first of all I verified and I have need to all proof so please you provide me all proof regarding your issue. I will send all the videos pictures and all proof customer care satisfied verified everything then after he should be create return process. pickup boy come on my address and verified the product(Canon Eos 1500D) then after he should pickup the product.
                              app show refund process reflect 2 to 3 days in your account but I can't received my refund amount.
                              Amazon customer care say me wait some more time after some day again I call the customer care he process the refund and say it will be created by 29 jan 20201.
                              Certain Amazon send me mail 2 Feb Amazon customer care say I will not refund your amount.
                              He Also kept my product and not refund my amount (Money) And he also blame me I am return a wrong product but is it not possible because Amazon pickup boy verified first of all then after he should pick up the product.
                              I am totally disappointed so please my humble request to you help me please I want to refund my money please help me

                                I did a payment of 3, 999 rupees. I refunded it on the app, but I didn't get the fund yet . The transaction was refunded on Aug 25, 2019.

                                      I am very much disappointed with the customer service provided by customer care. They always request to wait for 48 hours and when contacted again they asked to wait for 48 hours more. I want immediate call back for help
