I purchased a product on amazon on 10th of December 2020 using my Canara bank debit card and I returned one of many products priced at 429/- Rupees. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 18th of December 2020, maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as 74332740354035398730492. I had contacted your customer service number there is no proper response. Customer Care don't have enough knowledge about the refund. Please check and confirm the status of my refund as soon as possible.

    Hi,

    I ordered product of 620₹ from Amazon on 9 Dec 2020 and payment is done by ATM card and I cancelled that order before shipping to Amazon on the same date. They told amount is transformed. But still amount is not credited to my account. It's been 1month.So please go through it.
    I have the invoice that I ordered and the email from amazon after cancellation

      On 27rd Nov i placed an order for jacket on Amazon india and i pay amount of 985.00 for this order by using my Visa card # [protected] associated with my PNB account (A/C no. [protected]) . Due to some personal reasons i cancelled my order on 2nd Dec 2020 and Amazon refund my payment of 985/- and refund reference number provided by Amazon me is 74332740339033843087618.
      Since now more than 20 days passed away but 985.00 rupees are not...

      I had paid 98 to swiggy through amazon pay by card.the transaction was cancelled and refund was generated by Amazon scheduled to pay on 24-12-20.. still the amount is not credited.

        Its been almost 2 months i havent recieved the refund for the order #[protected]. First they delivered fake product and ita been now alomost two months waiting for the refund.

        Everytime i call the customer care they say it will take 3 working says and now its two months they are saying the same thing.

          I'm jogdand ramakant I buy a Vivo Y 51 mobile last week. Delivery boy come to deliver mobile but seal box was broken. How I can accept it. Delivery come from nilanga tq. Latur Maharashtra.

          Delivery boy come with seal broken box. I'm sure before mobile was open to hack please check it. I'm sure you will investigate about mobile . You will punish them who did it. I want mobile wating you replay.

            I have cancelled an order on amazon, i immediately got a msg from hdfc that

            Ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 7528 for rs. 3199.00 has been credited/reversed by AMAZON on
            [protected]:05:29:15

            I checked and it is not credited into my account. Since it is a confirmation message from bank, i am assuming that Amazonhas done it's part. Will it ever get reflected in my account?

              I cancelled an order on 12 December 2020 at amazon.in, they are saying the refund was initiated and completed on 15 December itself and it's been almost 11 days and the money is still not credited in the bank account. The refund reference number is[protected] . Please look into the matter.

                Please look into this Refund Reference Number 75503720353044476785744 from Amazon.in which was transacted on 17/12/20 and expected by 22/12/20 for Amount Rs 423.50 is not yet received. Kindly look into the same.

                  Amazon delivery person name- pratik pawar..He is the delivery person from Amazon India. He spoke very rude and he not even wait for payment continuously call about the payment. Due to some payment issue with my bank payment done but not reflect to them. So he ask me to do to payment with his personal account. He was very rude and also more than 7km i travel to get that order he not even come to my door delivery. When i talk to that amazon customer care person she said its not possible to deliver that location then why they accept that location first?...
                  my order returned back to seller...This is ridiculous and that delivery person not fit for this job.

                      Placed an order for butterfly idli cooker order#[protected] on 30 Sep. The cost is Rs. 1, 550. As I received damaged product, I requested return. However, by mistake, instead of clicking on return request on this order, I clicked the request on another order which is pigeon belly milk boiler ORDER #[protected] and the cost is Rs. 530 which means that I returned the idli cooker but requested return online on the milk boiler. I contacted the customer care several times to let them know the issue and every time I was informed that it will be taken care. I even got the refund for Rs. 530 instead of Rs. 1, 550. Though I understand that it was my fault, the poor customer service made false promise every time I requested them to do what is necessary to get the remaining amount refunded. I just want my remaining amount refunded.

                          On the following dates my 3 refunds of total 11, 729 were issued. I have not received any of my refund money.

                          Rs.5975.00 : Thursday 17 December 2020 5:52 PM | Order ID[protected]
                          Rs.2464.00 : Wednesday 2 December 2020 7:36 PM | Order ID[protected]
                          Rs.3293.00 : Sunday 29 November 2020 6:31 PM | Order ID[protected]

                          Amazon is saying that they have refunded the money but it is has not been credited to my account, in Punjab National Bank ( earlier Oriental Bank of commerce).

                          Since the amalgamation began I have been facing issues in getting refund on my debit card transactions. I have written several emails to PNB but no action has been taken.

                          Kindly track my money and refund it to my account through Charge Dispute option.

Amazon initiated the refund on the same day but the refund has not been reflected in my account.                                 Dear Sir/Ma'm I purchased "Prestige Nakshatra Plus Svachh Aluminium 5 litre Inner lid Pressure Handi" from amazon India website online, I got product but problem is with payment, at a time there was two transaction done by us, (One payment by UPI and Other is by debit card on link shared by amazon). Due to slow internet or system delivery boy didn't receive any confirmation regarding 1st payment that's why we did UPI at that time. Amazon executives confirm that they received two payments for the same product. Amazon customer executive told me that your payment has been already initiated for reversal (Many Calls). But till date 21/12/2020 I didn't receive any amount in my account. My Father discussed it with Bank personnel but they also said no amount shows for reversal in your account. It's been around 2 months. Continuously they are saying your amount has been reversed but no amount I receive from them, not a single call or massage from them I received regarding this.

                                  I have received one order from amazon customer, but that customer gave phone number as [protected], so i have cancelled that order due to contact details wrong, then amazon charges 2417/- Rs to order cancellation charges, so amazon is cheating many times this type.

                                  so please file the case against amazon and investigate why they cheats customers and sellers

                                    I have order SAMSUNG M31S and fastrack watch from amazon on 17 dec 2020, the expected delivery was on 19 dec, then they changed delivery to 21 dec, then they changed to 23 rd, now they have change delivery date to 26 dec,

                                    Today is 22 dec 20 mid night, as of now items are not even dispatched

                                    Very irresponsible reply from amazon customer serice associates, when asked for status of product
