Amazon India has closed my account over an email with open orders and amazon pay amount in it and on repeated mail requests is not activating my account. Please help on the same to get account back.

        On 21st December Hanuman ordered dignity adult diapers of amount 384/- but 22nd December order has been cancelled. But not credited till now that amount 384/- and product is also Not delivered.

            Actually I placed a order in amazon on Jan 5 2021.Due to some reason I cancelled that order on Jan 10.Amazon told that your refund amount will reflect to your acc within 5 businesses days.But It took more than 5 days still the refund amount is not credited my acc.But amazon gives a reference number for successful transition of amount but but refund amount still not credited to my account. when I asked amazon customer care about this they told to me reach Indian bank customer care or near by branch. Staffs is both of the customer care as well near by branch are not taking that serious(Karaikudi Branch).I'm here to raise a charge dispute to my account.

              This is Sai Teja Voruganti. I placed an order through amazon on 20th-Dec-2020 which is worth 29, 999. After a few days due to some personal reasons I have cancelled the same order even before receiving it. Since that time I have not received my refund. From 1st- Jan-2021 i have been following up with customer care service regarding the status of refund related to that order. Just after a few days my account was kept on hold. Till now my account is kept on hold. I haven't received my refund yet.

              Please help me in unblocking my account and crediting my refund as well.

                  Sir, last dec'29(2020) i returned two type of clothing material to amazon for size issues.they are also replied to refund money. But sir till now i did not get back my money to my acount. I asked to them, they told, ho to your bank and ask to them. Indian bank replied, go to ask amazon.all are circulated to blame other side. No one person does not solve my problem, and does not help to get back to my money sir.you plz help me to get back my money. Thank you.

                    I order mcaffeine body Scrub from Amazon on 13th of jan and received it on 16th jan but i opened the box on 18th ie mon due to my working profession and i saw that the product is damage thus i called the customer service and they told me that they have raised a investigation regarding this order but after few hours i got a mail that my account has been closed.
                    Amount of the product was 845₹

                      Product purchased in deal. First of all product is dispatched and now status not deliverable to your site. When contacted with customer care, they say that you can book new order as unable to deliver.when I asked to resend order on same price, they refuses to do so. They are saying that by mistake discount was given on prime deal. Now you have to purchase the product on regular price. What a fraud is going on amazon. I have invoice of it.

                        I have cancelled a order on amezon on 08 Jan 2021 of Rs 11999. Amezon processed a refund and said that it will be credited in my PNB account by 10 Jan 2021. On 18 Jan 2021 i raised the issue of not getting refund on Amazon app. The amezon provided me refund number-74332741010100970638929 and said to contact my branch. i contacted my branch they said that nothing can be done from their side and asked me to contact Amazon. On contacting with amezon they said to contact the branch with the same reference number. My refund is still not credited in my account. Please resolve my issue.

                              Greetings!!

                              This is Naresh and the registered mobile no is [protected]. I have an issue with the order id[protected]. On 22nd Dec, 2020 i returned the product due to a fitting issue, cost of the product is Rs:23999/- The product is having 30day return policy as well, within the time period I have returned the product. Till now i haven't received a refund yet and i am not getting any response from the support team. And also my prime account was blocked due to this i was unable to follow up regarding my issue.

                              The order i am referring to is a dress and it has the return policy. Two days back I received a response like the refund cant be processed, I don't know why. Request you to check with my issue.

                                I had ordered something from Amazon on 08-January-2021 which i successfully cancelled on 10-january.-2021. Since i paid for the order by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my bank account which did not happened till date. I contacted the amazon team which replied me back with a transaction number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process. After that i called the bank with the transaction number given from Amazon but they refused to help saying that this of no use to them. I regularly check my balance, but the amount is not credited since then. My refund transaction number is 74332741010100970638929 . Attached is the email from the Amazon team stating that the refund has been successfully completed.
