Placed an order for butterfly idli cooker order#[protected] on 30 Sep. The cost is Rs. 1, 550. As I received damaged product, I requested return. However, by mistake, instead of clicking on return request on this order, I clicked the request on another order which is pigeon belly milk boiler ORDER #[protected] and the cost is Rs. 530 which means that I returned the idli cooker but requested return online on the milk boiler. I contacted the customer care several times to let them know the issue and every time I was informed that it will be taken care. I even got the refund for Rs. 530 instead of Rs. 1, 550. Though I understand that it was my fault, the poor customer service made false promise every time I requested them to do what is necessary to get the remaining amount refunded. I just want my remaining amount refunded.
