I have ordered Elica vetro glass top 4 burner gas stove on amazone during big billion days.Purchased date is 17th October 2020.It was showing avialble on my pin number and odered the same.it is shipped via Ecom express.

I got a call from shipment team on 1st November that product is arrived on my nearest hub and i have to go and collect the same as...

Amazon deducted my hdfc credit card amount of 129 without OTP.

Please solve the issue immediately, who is responsible if large amount deducted. If it so, we don't have trust in using hdfc credit card, other wise block my card .

I am a amazonprime member and I have ordered A SSD ADATA Ultimate SU800 512GB Internal Solid State Drive (ASU800SS-512GT-C) from Amazon On 31.10.2020, and ORDER #[protected] was confirmed for that product I paid Rs. 5699.00 through online netbanking. The said order/product was delivered to me today on 03.11.2020 when my technician arrived and installed the said SSD to install the Windows after connecting to the computer, it was appeared...

The product we ordered not delivered to home. We ordered because it was inconvenient to go and buy. They returned the product. This happens many times. I registered a complaint. But didn'nt get reply yet. We have to order and the product delivered to us as soon as possible....

Amazon restricts certain purchases such as plated jewellery, cereals, software licenses etc for customers who want to pay via the credit limit available via "pay later" services.

This approach is an unfair trade practice and must be attended to. As a customer I have all the right to purchase any item on deferred payment mode, when I have the available credit limit.
