This is the complaint about my refund amount is not credited in the bank account the amazon coustomer service said it will already credit but i can't get the amount i will give the refund reference number plz check and reply the RRN is[protected]

        I'm Yogesh Dave (Mob. No. +91 [protected]) from Bhayander East, Thane - 401105, Maharashtra, I have made payment of RS. 120/- dated on 20/12/2020 from Amazon pay but the said amount is not credited to party Account and it already debited from my account and in the transaction history on Amazon pay is showing still pending, I raised complaint but there is no solution, the transaction ID is[protected].

          I 'm really disappointed with support received from Amazon and Google Play, both parties are denying to refund my money back, which is totally unacceptable.

          As per Google, I purchased the gift card from Amazon incidentally and have not redeemed it yet ... hence its still lying with Amazon and they can raise the exception for refunding my amount by cancelling the transactions. which was made incidentally for Google Play recharge for Rs.5000.00 vide Order Id:[protected] on dated 03rd January 2021.

          You are requested Please coordinate with Google and get rid from unwanted circumstances .

                  I purchased a order from Amazon on 27th december 2020 and cancelled the order next day that is 28th december 2020 .After cancellation Amazon sent me a message that refund succesful.On amazon app it was showing that expected date for credit of the amount is 2nd january 2021 but it is already 3rd january. Amazon provide me refund reference number and told me to contact with bank customer care but they didn't help me. The refund reference number is 74332740364036306324343 please help me. The refundable amount is rs 3650. Please help me to get the amount.

                            I have ordered the HP DeskJep printer 1212 from Amazon, the printer cartridges are not working with the printer. When i ordered for replacement order #[protected]. Status is saying that delivery attempted but no one contacted me or attempted.
                            Amazon service is very bad, they are lying and cheating the customer. I will never use Amazon service and will take a legal action.

                              I haven't received my refund yet..I had contacted Amazon customer serVice and they gave an reference number[protected] and told me to file an charge dispute form ..so I contacted indian bank customer service and asked them about it..and they told me like there is nothing like charge dispute...so please credit amount as soon as possible.kindly do the needful

                                On 20-sep-2020, I made a transaction for amazon delivery Agent through amazon pay link which was unfortunately expired while doing the Transaction using phone pe which is connected to my bank(Karur vysya bank) but the transaction was successful from my end and the merchant received it as payment failed because of link expiry, but still now I didn't get refund for the transaction. For this complaint was also raised from my bank end and the reply for that complaint was also attached below

                                  I had ordered some products from amazon on november and cancelled it on the same day. Amazon has sent me a notification that refund has been processed but the amount has not been credited to my account yet. The refund reference number is attatched. I called canara bank customer care and went directly to the bank for resolving this but they did not help me with this issue. I request you to check the status and process the refund.

                                    I am writing this email to dispute about the refund of amount Rs 1798 (Rs899 each)
                                    against my order with Amazon.

                                    The amount of Rs 1798 is required to be credited to my account by 26 th December 2020 and now it's 31st December 2020 and credit is still not appearing in my account despite various followups with bank and amazon customer care. Please help

                                    Amazon representatives are saying that refund has been successfully initiated on 21st Dec 2020 for the total amount of Rs 1798 and the reference id is 5134040357029770846832

                                    And then I contacted the bank customer care they're saying bank has not received any fund from Amazon.
