    I have ordered the HP DeskJep printer 1212 from Amazon, the printer cartridges are not working with the printer. When i ordered for replacement order #[protected]. Status is saying that delivery attempted but no one contacted me or attempted.
    Amazon service is very bad, they are lying and cheating the customer. I will never use Amazon service and will take a legal action.

      I haven't received my refund yet..I had contacted Amazon customer serVice and they gave an reference number[protected] and told me to file an charge dispute form ..so I contacted indian bank customer service and asked them about it..and they told me like there is nothing like charge dispute...so please credit amount as soon as possible.kindly do the needful

        On 20-sep-2020, I made a transaction for amazon delivery Agent through amazon pay link which was unfortunately expired while doing the Transaction using phone pe which is connected to my bank(Karur vysya bank) but the transaction was successful from my end and the merchant received it as payment failed because of link expiry, but still now I didn't get refund for the transaction. For this complaint was also raised from my bank end and the reply for that complaint was also attached below

          Refund is not received

          I had ordered some products from amazon on november and cancelled it on the same day. Amazon has sent me a notification that refund has been processed but the amount has not been credited to my account yet. The refund reference number is attatched. I called canara bank customer care and went directly to the bank for resolving this but they did not help me with this issue. I request you to check the status and process the refund....

          I am writing this email to dispute about the refund of amount Rs 1798 (Rs899 each)
          against my order with Amazon.

          The amount of Rs 1798 is required to be credited to my account by 26 th December 2020 and now it's 31st December 2020 and credit is still not appearing in my account despite various followups with bank and amazon customer care. Please help

          Amazon representatives are saying that refund has been successfully initiated on 21st Dec 2020 for the total amount of Rs 1798 and the reference id is 5134040357029770846832

          The charge is stuck at bank end.

          And then I contacted the bank customer care they're saying bank has not received any fund from Amazon.

          Please do the needful as soon as possible.

            I had made a purchase from amazon on 18th december but returned it the very next day. Amazon had refunded the amount of Rs. 722 in my account and it was expected to be credited to my savings account by 23rd december. It's Dec 31 yet there is no refund in my account.

                Twice I ordered B D CHAURASIS VOL 3 & VOL 4 Set and both time I had VOL 4
                MISSING. Only VOL 3 arrived both times. Now I have been asked to self
                return the product to seller using some third party courier service like
                DTDC, Blue Dart, etc.
                Why such carelessness? It's just harrasment.

                      I have purchased saree through amazon but they have not dilivered nor refund my money ...and i have tried so many times to complain and called to amazon service centre but they are not taking action ..just they are accepting them fault and gave promise for refund ...but nothing action...

                        I have not received any refund for two of the returned products on Amazon. They haven't even provided me Reference ids for the same. Whenever I contact them they give a new date to give me the reference ids. The refund for phone cover and battery were told to be initiated on Dec 13 and 14 respectively and they gave the last date of refund Dec 19. But I still have neither gotten the amount nor reference ids. I called the bank too but they say ask Amazon and Amazon says ask your bank. Please help.

                        I have received not the refund yet for my phone cover for rs 234. It is not much for them but for a common man evey penny counts. Kindly refund my money.

                          I'm writing this for the order #[protected] of Amazon basics mini tripod stand that was showing 99 when I placed the order. I paid online to avoid cancellation but still the order was cancelled as they stated that the product offered wrong pricing. I just want to ask is it my fault to show the pricing? I clearly thought that it was an ongoing flash sale and expected my item to get delivered but it got cancelled. I want that item in that specific amount. I ask the forum to help me out here. I want that item to get delivered.

                            I had ordered OnePlus Nord (Renewed) on 21st December 2020. I cancelled the order later that evening. The refund has been initiated by Amazon.in on 21st December but the amount has been not yet reflected in my bank account. The payment was made through a debit card, in the bank statement it shows only the debit of amount (payment transaction), credit of amount (refund to be received) isn't present in the statement. I contacted Amazon customer care, they said to fill the charge dispute form. I have attached the screenshot of a mail from Amazon which contains the order number, amount and Refund Reference Number.

                              I bought a SMART ROBOTIC AUTOMATIC ROOM VACUUM CLEANER to my address "Adv Yohannan I, TWRA 29, Namboorissan Nagar, Ethrnakum, kerala, 683589".

                              Problem:- The item stops after a shortwhile of starting.
                              Details of purchase:-
                              Awb[protected], routing code AWY/PEE. shipped by Big bazaar shop vide order 42945. Item delivered in first week of december 2020.

                                    This is to inform that I had ordered 2 quantity of a same item from amazon but when order got delivered there was 1 quantity which was missing...
                                    I requested for the refund...and the refund of Rs 220 was initiated by amazon on 11th December...but till today I haven’t received my refund...
                                    I was also suppose to get the refund reference number through email by amazon that also I haven’t received...
                                    The refund was suppose to get credited by 17-18th December...but I didn’t get it, so contacted customer care and they told me that the refund reference number is not yet generated due to some error from the backend team I will get my refund till 23rd December...when contacted the customer care on 23rd December at that time also the reference number was not generated...usually we get the reference number in 4-5 working days and the refund is credited in 7-8 working days but it didn’t happened...also spoke to the senior from amazon they said to wait till 28th December, another executive said to wait till 30th December, till today I haven’t got my refund credited...It’s been 18 days...It doesn’t take so long...when I again contacted customer care and spoke to the senior I m again been told to wait for more 5 working days...
                                    I’m very much disappointed with the amazon service...My question is where is my refund and why is it not yet credited to my account. Also till now why the Refund reference number is not yet generated??

                                    Kindly look into it as this is taking too long...

                                      I have purchased a item in amazon and amount paid in Gpay, then next day itself i returned that item, then they told refund amount has been credited to your bank account number on 7th nov 2020, but till now i didnt get that amount.
                                      I checked in my Branch but i didnt get my refund back.
