I purchased a product from amazon.in on 7th December of this month using my Canara bank debit card same was return to 12th December 2020 i asked them for refund. As per their confirmation refund was credit in account on 17th December of this month. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number-75503720348044357436332.
I had contacted also bank customer service number there is no proper response. Please check and confirm the status.

    Above product ordered on 03/12/2020 and order no.[protected] which was delivered on 11/12/2020. But after opened the packing I found that another rubbish unknown product sent to me. That time I contacted to amazon and they are advise me to share image to their provided e-mail. After share image they are further contact me and told me to refund the amount but I want to replacement this product in original condition. Then the representative told me to wait up to 20/12/2020 for available this product. After available this product I further contact to amazon on 19/12/2020 but they denied to replacement this product.

        Can you plz the refund for the order i placed in amazon. the refund reference number for the transaction is[protected]. the refund is for rs. 749. amazon shows that they have credited the amount, but i didnt receive any message from the union bank of india.

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          On December 18 I got 5 fake soaps from amazon. When I opened the package I first notice that I ordered a combo pack of buy 4 get 1 free but I received 5 individual soaps. When I opened the soap cover, soap was wet and was having some oil like smell, edges were not perfect, logo was having residues of carving made. Then I went through the reviews many of the customers using dove soap for years are complaining that the soap is fake but it is not returnable.i just want to know that if the product is non returnable, is amazon not responsible for that. I made a conversation with amazon and they said me to wait for 2 days for seller response and they did not contact me till now.

                    I was purchased a product on amazon on 10th of December 2020 of worth rs .948 using my canara bank debit card but we cancelled an order and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 12th December 2020 maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account.                               I got Amazon basics washing machine in Dec-2019, It stopped working at 20th Oct 2020, It was in one year warranty so I raised complaint, Person came to check and informed that it will take 3-5 working days to get spare parts. Its been 55+ days since then i am following up every day on email and calls they are just giving fake promises. They have cheated me and making fool since 8+ weeks.

                                      My invoice copy of the product is attached along. I received a damaged product, had returned the item and requested for refund. When contact Amazon, they say the refund is credited to my bank account (ESAF), but my pay transaction history doesn’t show any refund for this product. I have confirmed the same with my bank too.
