Reversed transaction not credited

Hdfc Bank — reversed transaction not credited

I have cancelled a order on amazon, i immediately got a msg from hdfc that

Ur transaction on HDFC Bank DEBIT/ATM Card ending 2718 for Rs. 49999.00 has been credited/reversed by AMAZON on[protected]:20:40:48

I checked the online statement and it is not credited into my account. I am scared as it's a large sum please help. Since it is a confirmation...

Refund is not done yet

I paid the amount of 599 to amazon through one of my bhim upi id [protected] on 6th september 2020.
Due to some problem, I returned the product and I requested amazon for a refund and they issued the refund on 15st sep, 2020. They have also provided me with the rrn[protected]
Normally it takes only 3-5 days for the refunded amount to be reflected my account but today is 13 october 2020. Still, i've not received the refunded...

Sending of un workable item of different company

I am a prime customer of Amazon. Ordered for a bucket street 3 in 1 steam vapouriser of MRP 999/- and order cost was 549/-. But got an item of CRISTA facial sauna whose MRP is 549/-. However the same is not working and very poor quality. As we have ordered from Amazon it is the duty of the company to resolve the issue other wise we will think twice before online purchase....

I have order one phone model no. Redmi note 9pro from amazon dated on. 8 Oct 2020 But order was cancelled by amazon itself by stating "phone is having internal problem" and delivery boy took phone from me. On dated 13 oct 2020 i have received refund amount of Rs.13406₹ but processing fee 199₹& 35₹ GST% got debited from my account which has not received.
Again same product was re-ordered by amazon without my intimation amount...

Amazon seller cancelled my order.

I ordered syska led bulb on 16 th of October 2020 and it was one day delivery i.e it should delivered on 18th oct but on 18th oct i got message from amazon that my ordered is cancelled and it is returning to the seller.
I had lots of trust on amazon but today they broken my trust. The order was very imp for me at that day itself.
Please dont say srry if want to help me give me free gift !!!

Requesting to update name in the invoice

But no one has provided support till now.

If Amazon is able to help to update the invoice, why we need to buy online from amazon, we can buy from online sites.

Locked my account, delaying my refund

They have locked my account reason best known to them. I've been emailing them since 15 days calling them telling them all the information they need but they just ask me to wait 72 hours, 24 hours .. finally is been 15 days so they give me the same reason.

I don't want the account with them I want my refund which they aren't giving me.

Ridiculous absolutely rubbish service...

DATE OF INCIDENT: 17 OCT 2020.
The amazon cancelled the product without consent. When received an automatic automated call for amazon I requested to attempt delivery. Along with this I contacted the customer care 5 times during the day, every time they assured delivery. Eventually nothing happened and I did not got the product. Meanwhile the price of the product (a laptop) increased by Rs. 10, 000. In this entire episode me as a customer...

Amazon fooling its Prime members

Below pics are taken for the same product at the same time today i.e. 16 Oct 2020, one from a Prime account and one from a general account. The price for general account is Rs. 104 plus Rs. 75 for shipping. For Prime members, the price of the product is Rs. 204 and shipping is free. So, ultimately Prime members are loosing Rs. 25 for this product. That means Prime members are not getting any additional benifit but actually are paying more...
