With due respect i would like to that i am Nida Anwar is a customer of your illustraous with account no (protected) . I request you to order an item through net banking from Amazon on November 30, nov2020, amounting to 10899, but due to some problems Amazon cancelled the ordered but still i didn't got refund.after that i was talk Amazon service center they told me that the refund is payed by amazon at 11th dec, 2020 woth reference number(protected) but amount is credit in my account yet.i lodged the complaint regarding that please solve my problem.even i also told my problem with bank employees but they are saying that we cannot do anything because of bank merging and i also mailed my account no with refund reference number to union bank of India.It has been done 15 days and i didn't get my refund.i am very upset.and that's why i have thought to complaining.i have also giving my RRN below and i hope that my problem will be resolved as soon as possible. RRN is (protected).
