I have received one order from amazon customer, but that customer gave phone number as [protected], so i have cancelled that order due to contact details wrong, then amazon charges 2417/- Rs to order cancellation charges, so amazon is cheating many times this type.

so please file the case against amazon and investigate why they cheats customers and sellers

    I have order SAMSUNG M31S and fastrack watch from amazon on 17 dec 2020, the expected delivery was on 19 dec, then they changed delivery to 21 dec, then they changed to 23 rd, now they have change delivery date to 26 dec,

    Today is 22 dec 20 mid night, as of now items are not even dispatched

    Very irresponsible reply from amazon customer serice associates, when asked for status of product

        Amazon India Or Amazon.In Is Becoming Totally Fraud Now A Days. There Was An Offer Of Flight Booking To Get 8% Cashback Upto 500 In My Account I Fulfilled Every Single T&C As It Was Mentioned But They Didn't Credited A Single Penny As Cashback Neither There Customer Service Is Helpful. They Keep On Saying Wait Wait Wait Till The Death But Nothing Happens.
        Same Happened With My Brother Also He Booked Ticket But Didn't Received Any Cashback So They Are Just Ripping Away Customers Money By Giving Lucrative Offers Showing It To Attract Customers And After That Rob Their Money Simple Business. I Urge Everyone Through This Platform Not To Use Amazon For Flight Booking Book From Direct Flight Website They Give More Affordable Offers Atleast They'll Give You Something On Booking.

        It has been 15 days now and they keep on saying we are working on this working on this i urge everyone please don't use amazon for flight booking.

            I didn't get my order delivered on expected date. I contact to amazon customer service and they told me to wait for few more day to get the seller response and after that if the order not delivered then they will process refund and I have to wait more 7 business days. I have to suffer for the seller fault and amazon not taking any responsibilities for the customer.

                I have placed order on Amazon on 3rd dec, 2020 of SRECAP Mini Yamaha Bike and paid the amount of 7769.00 for this order by using my Visa card associated with my PNB account (A/C no. [protected]]). Due to some personal reasons i returned the product 07 dec and amazon has refunded my payment of 7769.00 and refund reference number provided by amazon is 74332740344034334939377.
                Since now more than 7 days passed away but amount not reflected in my PNB account/ Visacard.

                Request you to go through this reference number 74332740344034334939377 and credit my refund of 7769.00 rupees as soon as possible in my account.

                  I got the product laptop Order no[protected] Idea Slimpad thrice(twice returned due to faulty piece) & one with a different processor. Indeed same config for my kids works. Now I have been handed with do not reply emails from amazon & asking me to deal with manufacturer. The OEM asks me to upgrade RAM & I did it, Now they are asking me to buy a priced ~700 INR booster cleanup package to maintain the performance. The performance is very erratic.
                  Now what I get a reply are all automated message from Amazon & threating to follow guidelines on complaining. Once you are sold, Amazon doesn't care to solve the problem, They will wash their hands off or will make it hell to deal with them with complex means of approaching

                    I ordered a samsung washing machine and a boult monopod on amazon for a unknown reasons they have suspended my account . Since the account is not active i requested to cancel the undelivered products . However amazon didnt cancel the order and troubling me by nit processing the refund[protected] and

                      Dear Amazon u r selling counterfeit product. I bought nataraj atta chakki from Amazon. The seller is asking for machine number in invoice but after 6 months of chase Amazon can't provide machine number inspite of repeated chase. The machine is not working form day 1 . It is duplicate product. I have legal evidence of email and call recording. Amazon is total fraud company

                        मेने वीडियो बना ली है Unboxing की.
                        जब मैंने उसके सेंड किये आइटम को खोला तो प्रोडक्ट की धजिया उडी हुई थी । लग रहा था की पहले भी कई कस्टमर्स ने अमेज़न को वापिस किया हुआ है ।

                        4. DDR2 स्टिक जो इस फ्रॉड सेलर या अमेज़न FBA ने भेजी है वो तो डिब्बे में रुक भी नहीं रही है

                          sir i purchase polomen led table lamp to your company. This item is not right so i return this item to your company and add bank account for refund my money. The refund money is not return my account. I contact your customer care by mobile. He provide ref no[protected]. He told to me this amt is tfr your account. dt 26 Ocg 2020. My money is not refund till date.

                            I had placed order on amazon on 6th August 2020 against order number[protected]. I had used my Bank of baroda debit card. I had used twice the debit card and the payment bounced . I am followin up the payment since 6th August 2020. Received 1 payment on 3rd september. Second one i am folllowing. Amazon blaming Bank of baroda for delay. and BOB is deniying theu had received. Where i will go and fight for justice. Please help.

                                      Above product ordered on 03/12/2020 and order no.[protected] which was delivered on 11/12/2020. But after opened the packing I found that another rubbish unknown product sent to me. That time I contacted to amazon and they are advise me to share image to their provided e-mail. After share image they are further contact me and told me to refund the amount but I want to replacement this product in original condition. Then the representative told me to wait up to 20/12/2020 for available this product. After available this product I further contact to amazon on 19/12/2020 but they denied to replacement this product.
