Hello sir.

1. I bought a 65 inches LG TV online from the amazon site on 14 Nov. The same was received on 21 Nov and had its LED screen broken.

2. The service engineer who had come to install the TV had registered the same on his job card.

3. The matter was immediately reported to the amazon customer service centre and I was assured for the replacement by 1 Dec after collection of the broken peice.

4. However, no action has been initiated on part of the amazon to replace the TV and deliver a new TV.

The matter has been highlighted to the company time and again, but the response from the amazon has been very poor which is not expected from a renowned seller.

6. An early action is requested please.

    I have purchased a product long back on 20 oct 2020 in amazon and inspite after several reminders to seller i havent received my product.

    I would like the product to be delivered to me asap and pay me damages of Rs.25 lakhs for the late delivery and ignorance of the order by amazon and the seller too.

      I ordered 2 items from amazon which were delivered on 20-21 November. The primary item was defected and according to Amazon's policy I couldn't just return it, so had to replace it the first time. I wasn't satisfied the second time either so I returned both the items, and the refunds for both of them were initiated on different days, right after the pickup. The refund reference number for both the items is the SAME. It's been 7 days now and I still haven't been refunded. Payment was made using Phonepe UPI with SBI account. The Refund Reference Number is[protected].

        Delivered 750 GMs pack on 20th Nov 2020 of a different variety. Order short delivered. Feedback given immediately but no response from amazon yet.

                It’s issued from your bank, not from their company. So please do solve my issues. I have purchased the item from Amazon, that product was damaged so I was processed for a refund. Amazon delivery agent came on 19 Sep, he kept my a product.it has been 6 or 7 days. the amount not received on my account, I'm a student, this amount is 1484.10 too much for me. I was trying to talk to your complaint center, they said ' we can not do any these types of troubles. that's why I emailing you please give me a refund where o you want, you can pat on my amazon pay, I wanna my refund ASAP.

                      I have placed order for Surf Excel Matic Liquid Detergent 2 litre pouch on 18.09.2020. The order was cancelled by Amazon (sold by Cloudtail India). The cost of the item is Rs.340.00. I have not received the refund till date (28.11.2020)

                            I got an offer letter from someone called rohan malhotra([protected]). After he send me offer letter, asking for money. How can I believe that they are genuine. Another lady calling me continuously asking for money.

                              Dear amazon I have order few products on 25th nov 2020 d products were good but the issue is with the delivery boy inspite of guiding him to the correct address every time he asks to come on to the road to collect my parcel. I'm a nursing mother its nt at al possible for me to come and collect I explained him the same. Still every time he wants us to collect the parcel on some road point he rejects to give the parcels at home. Moreover he is rough and using abusive language since I asked him to give the parcel at the address provided. He threatens not to deliver the products next time .                                 I am sharing my worst experience that i had recently with Amazon. I placed an order of external hard disk on 6th Nov and on 13th Nov product was marked delivered but actual product was not received. I raise my concern on 13th Nov and they ask me to wait till 18th Nov then again, I did follow up but there was no resolution. There was no update on complaint nobody was looking into this matter. Then I after so many calls i got my concerns escalated and after 22 days of wait I got refund where i was only expecting Product.
                                Amazon agent cut the call saying we can't placed an replacement order. There is no customer value, no value for money, no value of customer time...

Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 27th november 2020. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                                    The Courier Company is not delivering the goods while sending out SMS each day for Delivery & Non Delivery Status for last 4 days...
                                    While making numerous calls to check the delivery status the Company Customer care is non responsive..

                                    I will Put on Twitter & Other Forums as advised not to to use this Particular Courier Company that does not respond to a simple query about the deliver of a product...
