Respected Mam / sir,
I have ordered a mobile of redmi 9 prime 4 gb ram & 64 gb internal storage on dated 28/11/2020, I have made payment through my debit card of bank of india, branch mechua (832102), but my order was cancelled due to the mistake of delivery not available in the pin code 831002, on dated 03/12/2020. The refund was initiated by amazon dated on 4/12/2020 buts its 19/12/2020 now and i haven't received my money yet, I need you help
When i make call to amazon customer service they said we have make the payment dated on 04/12/2020 so where my money is gone.
