Dear sir,

I was purchased a product on amazon on 10th of December 2020 of worth rs .948 using my canara bank debit card but we cancelled an order and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 12th December 2020 maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as 75503720348044364063673 I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status. And kindly help to get my refund.

          I have seen this offer and availed but cashback not yet credited to my account as a result I have stopped trust and also haven't renewed my Prime membership, I have enclosed Screenshots of offer so immediately credit 100/- cashback and also compensation of 200/- for the delay!
          Already contacted care 2 times but not received cashback yet !

            I got Amazon basics washing machine in Dec-2019, It stopped working at 20th Oct 2020, It was in one year warranty so I raised complaint, Person came to check and informed that it will take 3-5 working days to get spare parts. Its been 55+ days since then i am following up every day on email and calls they are just giving fake promises. They have cheated me and making fool since 8+ weeks.

                i purchased a product from amazon on 1st december 2020, but the seller sents wrong item so i make retuirn for this product...on 10th december 2020 i received the product and on 11th december my order was picked for return and refund was processed...but i didn't get refund till now.on amazon app..they shows that refund got credited through debit card by last date 16 december2020 so i contact to both amazon and bank customer care but my problem didn't solved...so please help me sir..

                    Sir,

                    My invoice copy of the product is attached along. I received a damaged product, had returned the item and requested for refund. When contact Amazon, they say the refund is credited to my bank account (ESAF), but my pay transaction history doesn’t show any refund for this product. I have confirmed the same with my bank too.

                          Hello,
                          I have purchased the HP laptop through amazon on 15 August 2020.
                          Order id[protected]
                          On 10 December 2020 the issue arrives for which My fan not works and laptop is very slow.
                          There was also OS corruption which not works.
                          I have contacted the Amazon and HP for the issue as this laptop is defective.
                          The HP told they will not visit as this not come under our warranty.
                          I have visited the HP service center and they declined for windows 7 installation And any help
                          Amazon telling to bring the letter of service denied.
                          My product is under warranty and I have shared the service denied email to amazon.

                          After sharing the details also Amazon is declining to help and HP not providing the service.

                          I have share details with Amazon.
                          HP is not providing the help either way for warranty product.
                          Please take the product return back or I have to lodge a legal complaint.

                                I ordered a product on amazon of INR 1999 on 9th of this month using my canara bank debit card and I cancelled it on that day itself but no refund is there till now. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 10th of this month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account.                                   Had purchased earphones on 8th December cancelled the order and according to Amazon the refund has been initiated but not yet received the refund in my account.

                                  They just provided the below RRN number and asked to contact bank. The bank is unresponsive all the time.

                                      I have ordered a Laptop of HP 15s eq0024au 15.6-inch and Dell Km 117 Wireless Keyboard Mouse DATED ON 28/11/2020 . I have made payment through my debit card of Punjab National Bank Branch Kumarsain (172029). But my both order was cancelled on 02/12/2020, then a replacement orders was made by the amazon and they accept their fault . But my same orders was cancelled due to the mistake of delivery not available in the pin code 172029. Then Refund was initiated by amazon dated on 05/12/2020.                                         I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 16th april 2020. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.
