My account got suspended for no reason .. I was using account for many years and they suspended my account.. I called many times even though iam in uae .. I filled as.many forms on these days that Amazon asked me.to. Fill to retrieve the account but they are not helping.....

I hav ordered product from Amazon and I hav cancelled that order but I dint still get the refund amount..I just enquired with amazon people they were like they alredy initated refund and they provided refund reference number tooo.. I think the probelm is from bank side... so I request you to look into this issue and give solution for this problem...
