I paid 200 rupees on 1st December 2020 by using Amazon pay UPI through Paytm Bank account but money deducted and transaction status show pending so i request please fix this problem and either funds transfer complete or refund back to my bank account.

    Was charged 13.93... AMZN Mktp US*287QS48P1 Amzn.com/bill WA I deleted my credit card on file because it was compromised as I was receiving fraudulent charges, and these charges continue. I am requesting a complete audit and reimbursement for the charges. Due to this dilemma, my account was intentionally locked, and I have been unable to correct this problem. My cancelled credit card is still being charged by your company. Please correct immediately!

      Address: Anandanilayam appartments, block-1,3-G. Near Sai Baba temple opposite to current office.I.P.D. colony 1st line Guntur

      On 23rd November 8items ordered on Amazon shopping app 6items are cancelled among 8items, 2items are delivered. Total 8 items price amount is 3385/- so after cancelled 6items refund is not credited to our account.till December 3rd. Of 2827/-

        When proceed to pay the following message comes and I can't pay.

        "Important Message
        An error occurred when we tried to set your shipping address. Please try again"

        I edited my address also even then the same message comes. Very difficult for me, kindly look into the matter and help me. Now four items are in the cart, but I can' proceed to pay. Your help in this will be highly appreciated.

          I have ordered for "Storite USB 3.0 Male A to Female A Extension Cable Speed 5GBps for Laptop/PC/Printers -3M - Black" vide order no. #[protected] on 17.11.2020. But i have received a wrong item. I have returned and asked for replacement vide order no. :[protected]. The returned item was received by the seller on 23.11.2020.Later I have cancelled the order as it was getting abnormally delayed. The cancellation was confirmed vide mail dated 25.11.2020.
          As per Amazon.in policy the amount is to be refunded within a maximum period of of 5 days which had not happened till date i.e; even after 9 days.
          Please arrange for refunding the amount immediately.

            I have placed for return of Gas stove from amazon Order No #[protected]. But amazon pick up boy rejecting the item to take as it is heavy size that he can't take back by his bike.
            The item came by auto but during return they send a person with bike where he keep rejecting or updating as door lock.
            Even I escalated to amazon customer care they keep creating mutliple return tickets where every time agent not picking up. my amount is stuck but management not taking any action to to heavy item.
            Even with final escalation I sent to [protected]@amazonpay.in also they replied within 3 days they will arrange new pickup. again that delivery boy also same story they can't take heavy item unless we take them to their office .

              I am refunded an amount of Rs 655/= vide RRN No. 74332740317031632730618 on 16/11/20 by Amazon India to my savings account no. at corporation Bank...but it is not reflecting in my account and the banking authorities are also not giving me any satisfactory answer !
              Please help & resolve this issue from your end !

                I purchased 'pTron Bassbuds Pro HSN:8518' vide Order Number:[protected] Invoice Number : IN-DEL[protected] Order Date: 17.11.2020. The product was delivered to me on 20th Nov. 2020.

                I put my return on 23rd November 2020, as the product is defective, it's charging case is not displaying the battery charge level correctly, it always shows '0'. Further, the Bassbuds are not designed to properly fit in ears. I was shown...

                Hello

                This is Tejas TS and my account number is ([protected]), I had purchased a product on Amazon on 14th November using my card worth 278, and I got a refund from them on 20th, and it has still not reflected in my account, when I contacted Amazon they said me to call pnb customer service, when I called them, they said me to mail the issue, but i did did not get any reply from bank after 2-3 days of sending the mail.
                Amazon has sent me a mail giving me the reference number #5134040326028921735538 of the refund, can you check and let me know, where has the money gone.
                I have attached my bank statement and Amazon reference number mail, so that you can have a check.

                  Order number:[protected] dated Nov 15 2020

                  I have placed above mentioned order availing cashback offer. The cashback offer said that if i place an order for Rs. 900 or more then i will receive a cashback of Rs. 300.
                  After placing the order- i called the customer care and specifically asked if there are any terms & conditions for that offer and was told that my order was eligible for it and i should get the cashback in 2-3 days.
                  But later i realized that cashback has not been issued to me as per the offer. When i complained to Amazon on 20th November then again i was told that they will escalate this issue and ensure cashback is issued within next 7 days. Unfortunately that didn't happen.

                    I cancelled an order made by Amazon pay and they show refund has been credited but no refund has been received in SBI account.
                    I contacted Amazon they asked to contact bank when I went to bank they said contact Amazon no proper response recieved

                      I cancelled an order and Amazon pay initiated my refund worth 1550 to my SBI account but I have not received my money it shows it was. Sent on 30 Nov 2020 but still not credited when called Amazon they told me go to bank and now bank person says mail to Amazon .

                        I received a call from a so called Amazon Sales Executive who told me that I have won an apple I phone and it is a gift to me from Amazon India, but had to purchase Amazon Gift Box worth rupees 5000/- to claim the gift. Since the person knew every details of my Amazon account, even the products I had last bought, hence I believed it's Amazon. I was asked to make a payment to a Bank Account ( a certain Gurgaon branch) bearing the name of Amazon India of Rs 5000/-. Next I was provided with a WhatsApp message saying my order has been confirmed (screenshot attached to this mail). Within minutes I received another call from a person named Vivek Srivastava claiming to be an Amazon Dispatch Officer. Who told me to make the full payment for the I phone and I would be given a refund immediately. When I refused, he told me that the order shall be cancelled but it would take few working days for Amazon India to refund my money worth 5000/-. Till date I have received no update from Amazon.

                        Need your help.
                        1) Is there any executive named Vivek Srivastava working in Amazon? Amazon India must clarify whether it had any stake in the entire proceedings.

                        2) If Yes, I want my money back. If No, even then Amazon India is liable as my private account details (Name, address, phone number, and also my details of my orders) has reached the frauds hence proving our Amazon accounts are really not secured.

                                I ordered 4kg casa Copenhagen bean bag refill on Oct 23 but what they delivered was 700 gram bean bag refill.when I raised a complaint they assured on replacement the right product will be delivered.but what came gain was 2kg bean bag not 4kg.i initiated a return and I returned the product.but they created two returns and I can't see my return status.when I raised an escalation on Nov 27, they assured that the product reached fulfillment center on Nov 26 and by Dec 1 I will get my refund.when I didn't get and raised an escalation they are saying the product hasn't reached the warehouse and it will take 10 working days and by Dec 4 I will recieve my refund.i asked why they provided wrong info previously from escalation team.he was saying by Dec 4 I will get my refund and the product still hasn't reached the warehouse.for nearly 30 minutes of talking he was saying same thing again and again.when I called for another escalation .this time they were saying the product is returned to warehouse on Nov 30 and wait till Dec 5.each time I call they provide different info and give different assurance.when I first raised an escalation he assured so much by Dec 1 I will get my money.no proper response from customer care.they are holding my money and not giving it back.they didn't check product at all when they are delivering.on order slip the product weight was 4kg but what they actually weigh was 700 gram.no quality control.i am prime customer.order I'd:[protected]

                                When I asked for why refund is not initiated they said I have to wait 72 working hours again.but on last escalation they said they initiate a refund from their end.now they saying they can't initiate a returnless refund.when i asked for a callback.they are not respond ing

                                They disconnected the chat hen I asked for callback.is this the way customer care behave.thwy don't care what's my problem is.they said that they can't refund on a returnless item.when I asked if I file a consumer complaint .they said you can go ahead.

                                  This is in regard to my purchase of a geyser from Amazon online at 02/11/2020. I returned the product and opted for the refund of INR5, 849 which was initiated and processed by amazon on 19/11/2020. But the amount is not reflecting in my bank account. I have contacted the amazon customer care and they have given a reference number #30005103070307133286060 and suggested me to contact my bank. It's been several days since the issue with the bank and amazon and I have not received my amount.
                                  Kindly help me for the issue.
