    Sir,

    My invoice copy of the product is attached along. I received a damaged product, had returned the item and requested for refund. When contact Amazon, they say the refund is credited to my bank account (ESAF), but my pay transaction history doesn’t show any refund for this product. I have confirmed the same with my bank too.

      I am requesting a refund and would appreciate the total of $62.83 being credited back to my credit card, or sent to me personally.

          Hello,
          I have purchased the HP laptop through amazon on 15 August 2020.
          Order id[protected]
          On 10 December 2020 the issue arrives for which My fan not works and laptop is very slow.
          There was also OS corruption which not works.
          I have contacted the Amazon and HP for the issue as this laptop is defective.
          The HP told they will not visit as this not come under our warranty.
          I have visited the HP service center and they declined for windows 7 installation And any help
          Amazon telling to bring the letter of service denied.
          My product is under warranty and I have shared the service denied email to amazon.

          After sharing the details also Amazon is declining to help and HP not providing the service.

          I have share details with Amazon.
          HP is not providing the help either way for warranty product.
          Please take the product return back or I have to lodge a legal complaint.

                I ordered a product on amazon of INR 1999 on 9th of this month using my canara bank debit card and I cancelled it on that day itself but no refund is there till now. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 10th of this month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as contacted customer service number. Please help me out

                  Had purchased earphones on 8th December cancelled the order and according to Amazon the refund has been initiated but not yet received the refund in my account.

                  They just provided the below RRN number and asked to contact bank. The bank is unresponsive all the time.

                      I have ordered a Laptop of HP 15s eq0024au 15.6-inch and Dell Km 117 Wireless Keyboard Mouse DATED ON 28/11/2020 . I have made payment through my debit card of Punjab National Bank Branch Kumarsain (172029). But my both order was cancelled on 02/12/2020, then a replacement orders was made by the amazon and they accept their fault . But my same orders was cancelled due to the mistake of delivery not available in the pin code 172029. Then Refund was initiated by amazon dated on 05/12/2020. But its 15/12/2020 now and i haven't received my money yet . I need your help ..                         I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 16th april 2020. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                          I have ordered an i12 tws earbud on 13th November and then replace the order and got the new order on 24 November and now also there was a defect in the product, So I decided to return the order . I return the ordered on 25 th November 2020 and the expected due date for my refund was 1st December 2020 . Today is 15 th December 2020 till date I don't get my refund .                               I Had ordered Hp Laptop Worth 50k, and i had offer to get 5% cashbak of SBI Yono Amazon as Amazon Pay Balance, before 90 days of the transaction, i was supposed to get it by 75 days, but havent got it...till now .i have raised complent and they are giving me (TARIK PE TARIK) .
                              What should i do, please help...its not a small amount i am supposed to get RS 2500...

                                On[protected] i placed an order for wecom pentab to Amazon and i pay amount of 6374.00 for this order by using my mastercard ( [protected]) associated with my PNB account (A/C no. [protected]) . Due to some personal reasons i cancelled my order and amazon refund my payment on[protected] and refund reference number provided by amazon to me is 75105170340003510975873 .
                                since now more than 10 days passed away but 6374.00 rupees are not credited in my PNB account/ matsercard.

                                please check to this reference number and credit my refund of 6374.00 rupees as soon as possible in my account.

I received it on 30th november but i returned back to amazon on 1st december and it is showing that refund is initiated and credited to your account .But, I didn't get my refund back yet.
