I have ordered an i12 tws earbud on 13th November and then replace the order and got the new order on 24 November and now also there was a defect in the product, So I decided to return the order . I return the ordered on 25 th November 2020 and the expected due date for my refund was 1st December 2020 . Today is 15 th December 2020 till date I don't get my refund . I called several time to my bank and to amazon service centre, they are saying they initiated the refund but PNB is refusing . My refund reference no is 300054033320318183461489

      I Had ordered Hp Laptop Worth 50k, and i had offer to get 5% cashbak of SBI Yono Amazon as Amazon Pay Balance, before 90 days of the transaction, i was supposed to get it by 75 days, but havent got it...till now .i have raised complent and they are giving me (TARIK PE TARIK) .
      What should i do, please help...its not a small amount i am supposed to get RS 2500...

        On[protected] i placed an order for wecom pentab to Amazon and i pay amount of 6374.00 for this order by using my mastercard ( [protected]) associated with my PNB account (A/C no. [protected]) . Due to some personal reasons i cancelled my order and amazon refund my payment on[protected] and refund reference number provided by amazon to me is 75105170340003510975873 .
        since now more than 10 days passed away but 6374.00 rupees are not credited in my PNB account/ matsercard.

        please check to this reference number and credit my refund of 6374.00 rupees as soon as possible in my account.

              Purchased a Amazon Fire Stick from one of the Reliance Digital Shop. Followed the instructions for initiating the service. Thereafter the fire stick is not working. The screen does not move beyond the first set up showing HOME - SETTINGS.

              The toll free number given in the fire stick pack does not exist.

                I ordered the product of vaani creation women's blue satin semi stitched heavy embroidered work gown of 649.00 Rs.. I received it on 30th november but i returned back to amazon on 1st december and it is showing that refund is initiated and credited to your account .But, I didn't get my refund back yet. The refund reference number for the transaction is HSBCN[protected]. please help me with my refund.

                  Union bank of India,
                  With due respect i would like to that i am Nida Anwar is a customer of your illustraous with account no (protected) . I request you to order an item through net banking from Amazon on November 30, nov2020, amounting to 10899, but due to some problems Amazon cancelled the ordered but still i didn't got refund.after that i was talk Amazon service center they told me that the refund is payed by amazon at 11th dec, 2020 woth reference number(protected) but amount is credit in my account yet.i lodged the complaint regarding that please solve my problem.even i also told my problem with bank employees but they are saying that we cannot do anything because of bank merging and i also mailed my account no with refund reference number to union bank of India.It has been done 15 days and i didn't get my refund.i am very upset.and that's why i have thought to complaining.i have also giving my RRN below and i hope that my problem will be resolved as soon as possible. RRN is (protected).

                    I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs 998.61/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. it is being debited every month in my ICICI account from July onwards. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction.even if it is auto renewal why this amount is debited to my account every month? I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 14th every month since July 2020. Could you please assist me regarding this.

                      I had ordered two dresses of amount Rs. 699, Rs 649 on 02 december 2020 made a payment from my debit card...then i returned both the dresses and ask for refund
                      But till date refund is not credited to my bank account as amazon has updated that refund has been sent from their side. Amazon has sent a mail containing a refund reference no.

                        So, since some days a delivery boy comes to pickup my returns when i hsve any, then i always te him please check the product and mark as pickup then ge never checks it, as i was worried because i return products if i am not satisfied and that can be serious issue i tell him please check then he does not care at all, whatever ahain these delivery boys trying to be very friendly with me saying what is in your delivery? I never want to answer them, and they come at 8sm which is unofficial timing, then yesterday a miserable thing happened, when the delivery boy came to deliver my product i saw the delivery box was really damaged this time to the point i can't have a second thought of taking it, so i told him I don't have cash please cancel it, then he stsrts misbehaving with me, and tells me you ### woman in our local Assamese language, which is really ### thing to say to a girl, he says again that i have come three times to deliver still you are not taking it, mow you will see what can i do, i live nearby your house and i will come with my boys and i will show you what can i do, i just got really scared and shut off the door, i am scared till the point i sm unable to sleep right now.. i am really scared to death.help.its urgent

                          I tejshree bhagat bought samsung phone from Amazon .in order no[protected] on 1 st November 2020 which due to bad condition of my previous phone I sent it back to Amazon .com.
                          But I have not recieved his refund yet . While your customers care is the matter .those people say that we have put your refund in your account But it has bot happened .                             I purchased a product on amazon on 10th nov 2020 using my canara bank debit card same was received wrong product and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 23d nov 2020 maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number is (30005103150315162770873 )for Rs. 1999.00 I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status.

                                I bought a whirlpool AC with amazon with 5 year compressor warranty. Now my AC has compressor complaint but whirlpool denies that they are not providing 5 years warranty and amazon has published wrong information about their product. When contacted amazon, they say that they had published correct information. In between these two companies, my ac is still in repair for 8 months. with no solution

                                  I have account in oriental bank of commerce, as from 1st of December it was merged to Punjab national bank. I have two refund of 359 Rupees and 1139 Rupees from Amazon which Amazon have initiated on 1 December 2020 and 3 December 2020 and the refund should be credited to my account by 8 December 2020 but still my account no. [[protected]] has not been credited with it.

                                  Amazon has provided me Refund Reference # HSBCN[protected] for the refund of 359 ( see the email screenshot attached).
                                  Second Refund Reference # HSBCN[protected] for the refund of 1139 ( see the email screenshot attached).

                                  The Amazon order no. Which I have returned is and I have paid the amount by the debit card linked with the above stated ObC account no..

                                  Please refund my money .

                                    I order redmi earbuds on 3 december and package delivered to me on 7 december with order number[protected]).when we opened package i got another item(local earphone).When we call to amazon they register return but they give information of redmi earbuds to pick-up agent so pick-up agent ask for redmi earbuds so 4 times pick-up cancelled by the courier service delhivery.and they do not provide any refund to me.day by day, only return are created but not pick up and refund me . I want only refund.Please register my complained and worked on it.
