Dear All,
I wish to state the harassment which i had to witness at the time of purchase of semi automatic washing machine from Amazon site, i opted for purchase of this machine as on 31/10/2020, under citi banks credit card plan of no cost emi Ie Rs 2085/- for 6 months, i bought this as diwali gift for my wife so that we buy something enjoying the benefits of diwali offers, firstly i received this machine after a long wait of around 12 days ie on 11/11/2020, it was found to be defective one by the demo technician, so i returned it and a replacement was ordered. This is how i was unable to buy and receive something on a diwali day.
Then another machine was received as on 19/11/2020, to my surprise this machine was also defective and now after a months time, i am still not able to get this machine. The company has now at its own cancelled my order and took away all the offers which i deemed to get.
I am totally frustrated by this pathetic service as is provided by the company, at the time of returning the machine first time, i requested the officials to be very careful and check twice so that i do not come across any kind of problem again, but this is real casual approach from Amazon to have sent another defective machine.
I want the company to compensate and take action against all who are involved in this act of carelessness.

Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
But sir i don't have credit card why don't you get it.. i don't even know what have to do with that my account
I've never use any credit card for my payments..and if you can't find out i don't care but sir kindly refund the money i paid for product
Even my product was picked up from me still i have to wait for refund and you blocked my account.
Even your customer support is saying we can't help you mail us..i did many times..
