My return item was picked up by one executive and later another amazon executive marked the return as cancelled. Since then, I dont have the item nor did i get my money back. I have written many emails to Amazon, made calls, but no use. They have just been asking for
Time and have not given any resolution.
I am concerned that my data from Amazon has been leaked and the item was picked up by fraudsters, but this is even more scary. I need Amazon to take immediate action on this but instead they have not been responding to my emails and calls.

    I ordered a carpet from Amazon on 16-October-2020. See the attached invoice for details. Carpet arrived on 4-Nov-2020 which was 10 days later than promised, but that is fine. However, the carpet was different from what we ordered - base color and pattern colors were different than advertised. See images attached. The carpet arrived on 4-Nov and same day I repacked in its original packaging and set it up for a return.

    Till date, the return pick up has not been done and my money has not been refunded. I have called Amazon customer service 5 times and I have not seen any action. Everytime, I am assured that item will be picked up and refund issued in 3 business days, but nothing has happened and now it is almost 1 month. I have been patient and understanding, and i also informed Amazon customer service that my next step is a consumer complaint.

    Please help address the complaint and get the refund.

    Nothing has happened in the past 24 days. So moved to next step of filing a legal complaint against Amazon India regarding the above case.

          Bought a craft glue gun to gift to my daughter hence didn't test it in time, didn't expect it to not work at all
          1. on the day opened the wrapping only to get highly disappointed,
          2. complained to Amazon India helpdesk only to be told that it will be taken care of
          3. Followed up after 2-3 days, only to be told that nothing can be done and damage is all customers

          This is highly unprofessional behaviour, when an executive told 2 times that it will be taken care of

            Dear sir/ma'am,

            My self Ninad. A prime member of Amazon India. Dated 16th October 2020 purchased a book from Amazon.in with order no.[protected]. Till today I have not received the product nor the refund. 3 to 4 times I contacted Amazon customer care but every time I got unacceptable response and every time the seller provide wrong tracking information. After regular follow-ups finally the seller canceled the order. I came to know about the cancelation of order when I contacted customer care. But still my amazon profile this is not been reflected. Every time Amazon customer care was protecting seller and not ready to take my complaint against him. I have attached the chat with amazon customer care for your reference. I really don't understand what kind of A to Z guaranty Amazon is providing to their customers.

            So I kindly request you to take this matter. I will be happy to provide any further information needed in this regard.

                  Dear sir, Today, on 5th December 2020, a call came from the number [protected] to my daughter claiming to be from amazon.in. They talked about buying for Rs. 5000/- to claim a gift. They fraudulently extracted about Rs.40, 000/-. from my daughter's account.

                  The amount was debited to Karnataka Bank Ltd., account no. XXXXXX9201, IFSC: KARB0000439.

                  Since you have the phone number, bank account details, and your name is involved, please see to it that you initiate action and help us get back our money.
