Defective mobile delivered

Brought M21 Samsung galaxy whose touch paid was not working, I called customer care and explained the exact problem they send delivery boy to pick up phone whose touch paid was not working but, delivery boy did’t picked up that phone bcz amazon customer care did’t explain the same and it repeated 3 times(3 time delivery boy came and didn’t picked up my phone).since, 15 days I m suffering from this issue and I called 20 times for same...

I purchased, apacs badminton combo (1 vanguard 11 red unstrung racket +1 prokick badminton kitbag navy/red for a sum of rs 2999/- (Rupees two thousand nine hundred ninety nine only). As per the instruction shared by amazon, my order should have been delivered between 8 to 5 pm.
But i received it by 7:30 pm. I called amazon customer care and complained about the delay happened on my delivery.
But adi from amazon customer care is not really caring the about delay he is just saying it will be delivered before 9 pm or you can reschedule it tomorrow.
But he is not ready...

Dear sir,
I have purchased zebronics 18.5 inch monitor with vga port (Black) from amazon, order no[protected], order date 25 july and received on 30 july, and pay cash on delivery.
The monitor has showing a long line on middle of a screen and not clearing any way. Please solve the problem. It is not looking nicely.

The date of delivery was september 27.

The payment was made online, before delivery. I expected 2 units of a wired keyboard, but only one was delivered.

I have notified amazon about this issue through their website's order feedback page. There has been no response from amazon, their order page for my account shows that both were delivered....

Wrong/Duplicate product with delivered

I ordered for glutone1000 & escor z tablet, but they sent me glutax 1000 & ceeton-z tablet. Neither the brand name nor the image provided in description is matching, how can they fool customers like this. Feeling cheated. I want my amount i.e. 2238 rs back....

proper invoice not provide of iphone

I had been purchased a iphone 11 from amazon india on 11.09.20. The order no[protected].
They had been gave without imei no invoice on 12.09.20 with said product and a soft copy at my amazon account. Not able to use my prime account

I have a prime account on amazon with account id as '[protected]@gmail.com'. I created one more account on amazon which is a non-prime account and provided the same mobile i was using for the previous one. But now i am not able to login to my original account and getting the error 'mobile no. Associated with another account'.
