    I had received a HP printer which was defective and I asked for a return. I was told that Amazon's person for taking back the article on 6 December.
    AmazonIndia' person did come in but did not take back the article and said that someone else will come in the evening.tt retv purn package even though 3 ayd

      I have ordered a sofa cum bed of blue colour From Aart Store but after delivery i seen that the sofa Quality is very bad . Since its delivery i have requested amazon to take the sofa back and return the money I write to amazon for refund of my money But they mailed me that that your issue will be resolve till[protected] but after the time period no refund initiated from that side, so i write a mail again and this time they write to me that issue will be resolve till[protected]. but amazon is not picking up the sofa from last 30 days from my home. I have calld amazon so many times but they r not picking it up. The amount is 12, 349 Rs..

        A beanbag product was ordered on 8th Nov 20202 from Amazon and I canceled the product on 19th Nov cause it wasn't shipping. However, it did not get reflected in my amazon app, post which I contacted customer service to get it canceled. After this, I did not receive my refund. When I contacted customer service again regarding my refund, I was informed that the product needs to get dispatched in order to cancel it. It has been 1 month and the product has not been shipped yet! I have called customer service over 10 times to follow up on this issue and there has been no progress on the resolution of the issue. All I get to hear is that they have escalated the issue and it would take 3-5 working days. I would follow up after 5 working days and they would escalate the issue again for 3-5 more working days. Their agent even gave me in writing that if the refund is not initiated from the seller side he will himself issue the refund from the amazon side but no response.

        The product was to be shipped through delhivery and here is the tracking id. It clearly mentions that the seller denied the pickup of the order.

        Whenever I ask to talk with a senior agent they are always busy and if I insist the call is disconnected. When will I receive my refund?

            Dear Sir/Madam,
            I have ordered the Acer Aspire-3 laptop on 28-Oct-2020 vide order No #[protected] and the same was delivered on 2.Nov.2020 and from day one the wifi connectivity of this laptop is not working properly. Initially, we thought it was the issue of our internet connection speed and now it becomes a regular process. we are unable to attend the online classes. for this, we have checked the connection of our internet speed by connecting it to another laptop and it works well. So we request you to look into this to clear the issue of the internet/wifi connection of my laptop.

                  I had ordered a product from. Amazon and then i cancelled it because it was getting delayed.. Amazon initiated a refund the amount is 1249 but the refund was failed.. I tried talking to customer service n the seller too but they r not responding just saying that the issue is reported to the team but not sending me a email where i can follow-up.. I hv to explain the same issue again n again n till today no refu d is initiated

                    Hello,
                    This is Narra Balaraju
                    I have an account in Indian bank

                    My refund was processed from amazon on 20 November of amount Rs.738
                    As per amazon it would have credited in my account till 7 November
                    however it is not yet updated
                    Here is the Refund reference number which is provided by amazon[protected]
                    My bank is stating that no such amount has received by them.
                    Please help me to get my refund back

                        A very common issue as i understand from amazon. I had purchased a product from Amazon-GreyWings 40W Wall Light, Black, Diamond. Till date i have spoken to 10 or more different amazon executives who have washed their hands saying the refund is already registered and have blamed the bank for this. The purchase was made from SBI bank and they say the same that they have not received any refund transaction with the reference number given by amazon. And they said they cannot do much on this issue other than lodging a simple complaint which has no guarantee of getting my money.
                        Moreover all this, once I called the customer care of Amazon, a guy called Dheeraj (Customer care executive from Kerala) said it's of my mistake i don't get my refund and he insulted me and the bank as well. I want amazon to resolve this and get me my money ASAP.

                          My return item was picked up by one executive and later another amazon executive marked the return as cancelled. Since then, I dont have the item nor did i get my money back. I have written many emails to Amazon, made calls, but no use. They have just been asking for
                          Time and have not given any resolution.
                          I am concerned that my data from Amazon has been leaked and the item was picked up by fraudsters, but this is even more scary. I need Amazon to take immediate action on this but instead they have not been responding to my emails and calls.

                            I ordered a carpet from Amazon on 16-October-2020. See the attached invoice for details. Carpet arrived on 4-Nov-2020 which was 10 days later than promised, but that is fine. However, the carpet was different from what we ordered - base color and pattern colors were different than advertised. See images attached. The carpet arrived on 4-Nov and same day I repacked in its original packaging and set it up for a return.

                            Till date, the return pick up has not been done and my money has not been refunded. I have called Amazon customer service 5 times and I have not seen any action. Everytime, I am assured that item will be picked up and refund issued in 3 business days, but nothing has happened and now it is almost 1 month. I have been patient and understanding, and i also informed Amazon customer service that my next step is a consumer complaint.

                            Please help address the complaint and get the refund.

                                  Bought a craft glue gun to gift to my daughter hence didn't test it in time, didn't expect it to not work at all
                                  1. on the day opened the wrapping only to get highly disappointed,
                                  2. complained to Amazon India helpdesk only to be told that it will be taken care of
                                  3. Followed up after 2-3 days, only to be told that nothing can be done and damage is all customers

                                  This is highly unprofessional behaviour, when an executive told 2 times that it will be taken care of

                                    My self Ninad. A prime member of Amazon India. Dated 16th October 2020 purchased a book from Amazon.in with order no.[protected]. Till today I have not received the product nor the refund. 3 to 4 times I contacted Amazon customer care but every time I got unacceptable response and every time the seller provide wrong tracking information. After regular follow-ups finally the seller canceled the order. I came to know about the cancelation of order when I contacted customer care. But still my amazon profile this is not been reflected. Every time Amazon customer care was protecting seller and not ready to take my complaint against him. I have attached the chat with amazon customer care for your reference. I really don't understand what kind of A to Z guaranty Amazon is providing to their customers.

                                    So I kindly request you to take this matter. I will be happy to provide any further information needed in this regard.
