I got the delivery of the refrigerator on 9 june. After using for some days, some problems occured as there was some leakage happening inside the freeze. I contacted amazon customer care and a return was started on 20th june (Screenshot attached) but after 6 days when it still not happened i again placed a call and they again raised a request for me on 26 th.
