    I had just bought milton thermosteel flip lid flask 1l Silver 7 months ago from amazonwhen I tried to put hot water the flask becomes vey hot from outside just like normal steel utencils. So also the water cools down within 3 hrs. as such the purpose of the thermosteel flask is not served I had paid 710. I am not satisfied with its performance. I have misplaced the warranty card but the defect is genuine. I hope my grievance is conveyed to the concirned company officials and my complaint is promptly looked into and the defective flask be replaced at the earliest.the seller is Cloudtail private india limited

    Amazon has told me that the manufacturer (Hamilton) will only resolve my issue.I had gave them my complaint too. After some days they send me a mail that my complaint had been registered and they also provided me their representative (Mr.Anik) mobile number ([protected]). I had contacted Mr.Anik too he told me that he send the replacement details to the company and he also told me that he also send the copy of that details but he didn't send me. After that i tried too many times to contact him but he mobile number was switched off.
    Then i send a mail to Hamilton that i didn't any responses till now.Then today they send me the same mail in which it was said to contact Mr Anik
    But his number was off.also the Hamilton toll free number is not responding anything... please solve my issue.
    My compliant has not been resolved till now they told me that they didn't recieve any notification from consumer court

      I cancelled a product on Amazon and it was a prepaid order
      After cancellation I was to receive a amount of 5899 rupees and date for refund was 23 August but today is 25 August and I have not yet received a refund.
      I contacted Amazon and they asked me to register a complain here.

        I have ordered an item in prime days deals and till now the item is not delivered. Amazon representative are saying your item has been lost in transit and not offering any replacement for that. As i ordered it on emi basis so my bank already processed it now if they cancel item, i will have to pay that processing fee and also the item is not available in stock to re-order and due to lockdown you people are not taking any new order at my place so
        I want my order to get delivered or replacement for that order.

          I have ordered a Laptop, but received only scrap items. Raised complaint on same day on 07th August 2020 and daily following up with Amazon on Customer care, till now issue wasn't resolved. Check the my voice recording with Amazon. I have dropped several e-mails, regarding the same issue. No one reverted till now and issue was not solved till now.

            Received an empty box

            I've ordered 3 products from dot and key skin care on 23rd August 2020, I got its delivered it on date 25th of August 2020. After 5 minutes when I got back into my home and check the product open the the package I found that there was no product in it was an empty Box with no product only bubble wrap and papers along with a bill. I complained at Amazon customer service, I called them many a times, they said they'll issue the refund only when...

            Myself sampurna dey. I received a call from a person name vivek singh phn number +[protected]. He told me he is the hr of amazon, and told me someone is calling you for your first round interview. The number from where I received call was +[protected]. After sometime Mr. Vivek singh again call me and asked few questions to check my communication skills. I replied those in a fine way. Then after sometime Mr vivek singh told me that I am selected in amazon and give a offer letter through my WhatsApp and told me that I have to pay rupees 3000 for security deposit. I belongs in a poor middle class family. Seeing the offer letter I thought that it is true and I pay the amount in the account which the sms me. Then he told that it will take 5 days to courier. I attached all the prove with this. Please give me a resolution for it. I am a very poor girl who needs to help my family. Please give the resolution.

            Probation
            You shall be on probation for a period of six months from the date of your joining. On satisfactory completion of the probationary period, your services will be confirmed in writing. You will deem to be in probation until issuance of confirmation letter.
            Hours of Work
            You shall abide by the policy on working days and working hours as applicable to you and this can be reviewed from time to time based on business exigencies. You shall have no objection to working on shifts or staggered shift duty hours, if required.
            Good Faith and Confidentiality
            During your employment with the Company, you will devote the whole of your energies to your work and you will not - directly or indirectly - carry-on or engage or be interested in any other business or trade or employment or project or assignment of any nature, regardless of whether it has a monetary benefit or not.
            You shall not induce, recruit or solicit, either directly or indirectly, any employee or client or customer of the Company for a period of 12 months from the date of your separation from the Company.
            You shall keep all confidential information that comes to your knowledge during your employment with us and shall not use or disclose or attempt to disclose any of the secrets or confidential information of the Company or its subsidiaries or associated companies to any person - internal or external - or to any agency or entity, except as authorized or required by your duties.
            You will be also responsible for the safekeeping and return in good condition and order, of all Company assets-hardware and software - including Books, Documents, Files, Digital products like CD's and DVD's, Credit and Debit Cards, Passwords or Authorization Codes, etc., which will be in your use, custody or charge during your employment with us.
            Inventions and Patents
            All inventions, creations, developments, improvements and any or all work done by you either your employment with the Company shall remain the property of and singly or jointly during vested in the Company.
            The Company reserves the right to obtain copy right or patent registration of any invention, creation, development or improvement of any work done by you either singly or jointly during your employment with us.
            You will execute all papers and documents that may be necessary to obtain patents or copyrights in favour of the Company.
            Termination of Employment
            Your services may be terminated any time during the probationary period by giving 15 days notice in writing by either side and without assigning any reasons thereof.
            Your services may be terminated after confirmation by giving 30 days notice in writing by either side in accordance with Notice Period Policy.
            If you leave the employment of the company without giving the required notice as per Notice Period Policy, then you will have to pay the payment in lieu of notice period, otherwise, we shall have the right to recover/deduct/adjust the same from your salary/legal dues, if any, against the unserved notice period as per Notice Period Policy and any other dues payable by you to the company.
            In case of absconding or unauthorized absence from work or non-submission of resignation as per Exit Policy, the Company reserves the right to hold all your legal dues till all the formalities will be completed and also recover/deduct/adjust the same from your legal dues, if any other dues payable by you to the company.
            Jurisdiction
            It is agreed that all disputes between you and the Company shall have jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai. All other terms and conditions shall be as per the general or specific rules of the Company in force from time to time.
            Period of Employment
            The age of retirement shall be 58 years and on superannuation you shall be entitled to such benefits as are available under the law and/or the rules framed by the Company.

            Please note that individual salary is a confidential matter and not to be discussed with any other employee.
            You will keep us informed of any change in your mobile phone number or your residential address or your marital status.

            yesterday I got an offer letter from amazon pvt ltd for customer support executive. after that they told me they will provide laptop. so i have to pay Rs. 3000 /- for that which is refundable. then i rejected the offer and asked them "Why you are scamming poor job seeker people". she told me "Why will we scam. Our office is in noida. You can come there And speck to us.

              This is something very disappointing and not acceptable that it takes such longer time to get refund whereas I had received refund confirmation very next day of items refund in all previous transactions, one latest case of refund confirmation from your end attached as ready refn.

              So, pl expedite said refund process on urgent basis within 2-3 days.

              checked everything inside the box before said picked up as well.

              But I have not yet received any SMS or any update on the same in my Amazon
              account regarding this picked up so far.

                I placed an order #[protected] for "pramonita rakhi for brother gift bhaiya bhabhi with mug... Rakhi gift set". The supply was delivered on 27 july but one of the mugs was already broken. A complaint was immediately sent and a communication was receieved that "we will do exchange". It is almost a month now but no action has been taken inspite of repeated communications.

                            My account was locked for no reason with the message saying: contact customer service for further assistance. I have complained with my wife ac trough call 3 time n 2 time chat they all r given me 48 hour but today 23days completed my account stil unblocked The problem is that there's no way to contact their customer service if I'm not signed in. I looked all over google for any contact info of their customer support but no luck. My Amazon pay balance is 22280 its my hard earned money please unblock my account n Reales my money This is very frustrating!

                              I ordered tread mill through amazon india online and paid by canara bank debit card amount 13, 990/- on 13 oct 2019. Item unable to delivery after deduction amazon refunded amount 13240/- ref no:[protected] on 29 oct 2019. After several attempts at branch my problem not yet solved.

                                I have booked mi bluetooth earphones in amazon.in on[protected] and paid amount of rs 1299/- towards earphones..
                                But i cancelled the same before delivery of the product.
                                I received refund of rs 960 instead of rs 1299. Remaining amount not received and called customer care for the same. No proper response from customer care and skipping the issue
                                Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                  Hi,

                                  Amazon Standing charged me 199.00INR without my permission auto deducted from my ICICI Credit card.
                                  Please look into this issue and help me to get my money back.
                                  Its fraud and Scam kindly support.
