I like inform you that my ship why not delivered me but i have already amount paid.
I think such as only for time wastage by me in your shopping system and no connectivity possible at time meany time calling to you.

Pls reply me and also co-prate me for the same...

I bought lg washing machine on 12 of june and it the primary delivery date was 22 of june. 15th june i got the msg package arrived my nearest courier facility center thrissur, kerala. On 18 june 11.12am i got the message package out for delivery at night 9.50 pm i got another message delay delivery on customer request with out any communication from amazon delivery team. Same happened on 20 june.10.40am out for delivery and 6.12pm delay delivery...

Dear Sir/ Madam, I have transferred a sum of Rs. 300 on Dt. 13.03.2020 through AmazonPay to [protected]@apl. The amount has been debited from my account. But, the said amount has neither been credited to payee account nor it has been reversed back to my account. I have tried to contacted the AmazonPay several times, but their contact Nos. are not working.I have sent email to Amazon Pay on 20.06.2020 & 23.06.2020. But, no response is received...

1. You have no link to phone or email where customer can lodge a complaint.

2. I ordered "baidyanath mahasudarshanghan bati" order #[protected] used in fever and blood disorders, instead supplier sent me "arshoghani bati" used for piles. Your system does not have any link to contact you. Upon clicking replace/refund button it prompts to that this item is not refundable. Its a joke on customers.br...

I ordered a jbl headphones on 2nd june 2020 nd canceled it on 3rd june and even got a message that your refund has been initiated and will be there in your account in 2-4 working days... Dear sir one of my refund amount 1, 799 which send to my account on 12th june. 2020 from amzon.in they send to my account they also provide refund reference no. # atp7jraz0000kaqwnjnz and i have waiting almost 10 days but the amount didn't reflect in my account. I have complained against it on my branch but i didn't get proper solution from bank manngeer.

We ordered a vivo phone and i received a samsung phone, need to get it replaced,, customer call centre says its rightly delivered....

Order 4669102. Asus zenbook pro duo i7h laptop purchased from amazon.in. Bill enclosed. Laptop delivered dead on arrival. They refused to refund only replace. They said enginerr will come n check. They gave me wrong engineer number and process was delayed. I chased them escalated n got the right number called engg myself n engg uploaded dead laptop report n confirmed laptop is dead. They had no stick for replacement. Again i cased amazon...

I had placed an order for a sealed pack of hoteon ureva 3 ply face masks with 95% efficiency, nose clip etc but today on 20/06/2020 i received this item and on opening the cover i found that the item received was not the product that i had ordered. It was not a sealed pack and it was in a amazon polythene cover and bundled with a rubberband. This dispatch was done in the most irresponsible manner with spurious material and that too at a time...

In lieu of the captioned subject, i sabyasachi tripathy, would like to draw your attention regarding the recent incident with amazon while purchasing an one plus 7t pro on 08/02/2020 with amazon order #[protected] which leads to mental harassment. For this state of mind, amazon and sbi card are responsible.

I am feeling cheated and deceived by amazon directly and sbi card concomitantly. They have rejected my claim...

Please refund this amount you charge me without my permission i don't even h receive nothing....

Also im at green zone and i could not order my things at my address please help...

Amazon package was delivered open and one baby hair oil was missing. I called to delivery person but he told nothing with him. Then i called to amazon agent and explained the while scenerio but he disconnected the call. Amazon took the money but didn't delevered the product and the agent disconnected the call. How the hell the agent have the rights to disconnect the call. Amazon sucks....
