Sir,
I have ordered an inverter ups having order id[protected] from amazon. I cancelled this order in the same day due to delay in delivery. After that i have recieved a message from amazon that refund was successful but i did not get any refund that day. It was mentioned in my amazon account that expected credit date is 4 aug 2020 with rrn 30005402130212141363972 and in case we do ont receive the refund by the expected date, please contact the bank's customer care. So i contacted the bank's customer care. But we have not recieved refund yet.
So, refund my money.

            I have made order of wall poster.
            When we make order there always mention amazon delivery, reternable/non retrnable & all are in same color that is blue.
            But when i made order apart from nan retrnable amazon deleivery, no contact delivery was in blue color & non retrnable is in grey color.

            That mean product is not under criteria of non reternable.

            I have attach bothe type of situation where in my product non retrnable is of gray shed & in other all prodcut if that is non retrnable its in dark blue shed

            But now since product is of bad quality i want to retrn it.

            Amazon is decliing retrn.
            Neighter giving my money back.

            I have not expected this from amazon as i am very old cyatomer of amazon.

              I have ordered vivo x 50 phone vide order id[protected] for rs 35000/- and taken delivery of phone on[protected]. However, when i opened the box i am surprised to see some other damaged phone without backside in vivo x 50 box.
              I have requested for return puckup on 02.08.20 and again on 04.08.20,[protected].20 but several times return request cancelled against company return policy. No refund/ repalcement done.

                The product is not crispand. Tastes bad like old stock. I received the pack on28..07.20 and complaint lo. Dged on 30.07.20 to miltop through mail and to amazon several times but received no reply sofar. About exchange the product with fresh one and if possible four smallpacksof 250gms even if it costs more

                  My name is pratima and i had ordered a book of rupees 290 from amazon on 15 july and i cancelled this order on 22 july due to some reason and on 24 july amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still did not get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 30005402070197192573201and told me to fill dispute form. So please kindly respond to this complain.

                    I have ordered asus tuf gaming laptop from amazon on 3rd august and it was delivered on 5th august with a hair spray in the box. Laptop was not there. I raised complain against it and escalated it to social media but this does not bother them much. It is almost 2 days, still i did not get any update about my product or refund. Please look into this matter

                      My name is ashish suna and i had ordered "oneplus bullets wireless z in-ear bluetooth earphones" of ₹1999 in amazon on 2nd august 2020 where my mode of payment was amazon pay upi. Out of ₹1999, ₹1941 was debited from my bank account and rest ₹58 paid using my amazon pay balance. On 3rd august, 2020 i cancelled this order due to personal reason. On 4th august, 2020 amazon initiated the refund process and i received ₹58 back in my amazon pay balance but i still didn't get the money ₹1941 that is debited from my bank account. Amazon sent this refund reference number (Rrn):
                      [protected] and told me to contact sbi customer care and provide them the refund reference number (Rrn) in case the amount is not credited back to my bank account. Sbi customer care requested me to visit my home branch and to provide the rrn to the officials out there. But when i visited my home branch they said they don't track refund process using rrn. So
                      Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent and please solve it. My bank account number is : [protected]

                            They closed my account and cancelled my pending orders and they haven't refunded my money. How is this possible they didn't deliver those products and cancelled those i have already paid for that. My money is struck.

                              Hello sir,
                              This is regarding a long due refund of my order "order no:[protected] all the gmat: content review + 6 online practice tests + effective strategies to get a 700+ score (Manhattan prep gmat strategy guides)". I had placed this order on 12th march 2020. This was never reached to me. I have contacted their customer service several times over calls and emails. They haven't refunded the amount even after promising. â please help me resolve this. Thank you.

                                Date of Incident: 05/08/2020
                                Amazon order was delivered to me on 05/08/2020 and when package was opened one of the Item was missing and the other product was severely tampered.
                                The incident has happened before and when I raised complaint against amazon, unfortunately my review was not accepted or submitted by amazon due to unknown reasons.
                                Since this incident happened again, I am attaching pictures of the missing product and damaged goods. I hope Amazon should raise a complete refund for this order because of the inconvenience caused.

                                  Full payment has been made online.
                                  The order was scheduled to be delivered on 3rd august 2020.
                                  Order status states that :
                                  My package was received on 30th july 2020 at 4:37pm by courier mbc kolkata rms, west bengal in.
                                  Till date i have not received my order.
                                  So i am seeking help from you regarding tracing my package.
                                  Hope you will look into the matter kindly and update me regarding this matter.

                                    Aur fir dubara 12jul 2020ko 385 rupee ka saman order kiya but wo kisi karan se cancel kerna pada fir refund kiya Amazon walo ne reference number diya 30005402020194191440640 but ye bhi nahi aaya abhi tak plz help me bank walo ko phone kerte h wo bolte h ki Amazon walo ko bolo bas yahi hora h but rupee account mai credit nahi hora h plz help me

                                        I had ordered an item on amzon.in on 27-Apr-2019 with pay on
                                        delivery basis .The item was returned and the refund of RS 2999.00 issued by Amazon on 30th April 2019 but the amount is not been credited to my account. and Amazon executives constantly said to raise the dispute form with my bank .So, I raised the complaint at
                                        vijayabank ( now Bank of Baroda)for not processing the refund amount and they said no transaction is been done from amazon.in and to contact Amazon.in executive.they have been constantly misleading me and putting my call on hold and disconnecting my call without intimation.The details of transaction on Amazon is as below and the bank declaration through mail is attached for your reference
