Recently i canceeled delivery of few products in amazon the amount of which i have already paid they are saying that they have refunded but my bank account is not showing

    They closed my account and cancelled my pending orders and they haven't refunded my money. How is this possible they didn't deliver those products and cancelled those i have already paid for that. My money is struck.

      Hello sir,
      This is regarding a long due refund of my order "order no:[protected] all the gmat: content review + 6 online practice tests + effective strategies to get a 700+ score (Manhattan prep gmat strategy guides)". I had placed this order on 12th march 2020. This was never reached to me. I have contacted their customer service several times over calls and emails. They haven't refunded the amount even after promising. â please help me resolve this. Thank you.

        Date of Incident: 05/08/2020
        Amazon order was delivered to me on 05/08/2020 and when package was opened one of the Item was missing and the other product was severely tampered.
        The incident has happened before and when I raised complaint against amazon, unfortunately my review was not accepted or submitted by amazon due to unknown reasons.
        Since this incident happened again, I am attaching pictures of the missing product and damaged goods. I hope Amazon should raise a complete refund for this order because of the inconvenience caused.

          I have ordered some items with amazon on 23rd july 2020.
          Full payment has been made online.
          The order was scheduled to be delivered on 3rd august 2020.
          Order status states that :
          My package was received on 30th july 2020 at 4:37pm by courier mbc kolkata rms, west bengal in.
          Till date i have not received my order.
          So i am seeking help from you regarding tracing my package.
          Hope you will look into the matter kindly and update me regarding this matter.

            Maine Amazon se maine 4may 2020ko 3203 rupee ka saman order kiya usme se kuch saman aaya aur 1417 rupee ka saman nahi aaya to Amazon walo ne 1417 ka refund kiya but aaj tak wo account mai nahi aaya reference no 954623 diya bola Bank customer care ko call karo but bank wale bol rahe ki hamari tarf se koi paisa nahi roka gaya h app Amazon walo se baat karo fir maine socha ki kuch din wait ker lete h kya pata aa jaye but nahi aaye
            Aur fir dubara 12jul 2020ko 385 rupee ka saman order kiya but wo kisi karan se cancel kerna pada fir refund kiya Amazon walo ne reference number diya 30005402020194191440640 but ye bhi nahi aaya abhi tak plz help me bank walo ko phone kerte h wo bolte h ki Amazon walo ko bolo bas yahi hora h but rupee account mai credit nahi hora h plz help me

                I had ordered an item on amzon.in on 27-Apr-2019 with pay on
                delivery basis .The item was returned and the refund of RS 2999.00 issued by Amazon on 30th April 2019 but the amount is not been credited to my account. and Amazon executives constantly said to raise the dispute form with my bank .So, I raised the complaint at
                vijayabank ( now Bank of Baroda)for not processing the refund amount and they said no transaction is been done from amazon.in and to contact Amazon.in executive.they have been constantly misleading me and putting my call on hold and disconnecting my call without intimation.The details of transaction on Amazon is as below and the bank declaration through mail is attached for your reference

                          Hi my names is akhil j from anchal, kollam, kerala, i have a complaint against amazon customer service, i purchased one item from amazon on july 7 and i return this item in july 17 and there is no response from the amazon side, when i talk to there customer service they are making drama to me, who there to talk me like thats,
                          1) your from where, your id not found, your address not found, your not given the correct address,
                          Lot of things are purchased by me at amazon india but this is the first time what the service are given by them totaly fraud peoples are sitting in the customer service, name was shobana, arun, karthik waste people... Most of the peoples are waste they did not give me correct replay,
                          I will give my order number and address but they dont find in there system

                            I have placed a order for apollo tyres in amazon on 26th of july. (Seller name is walli tyres) and my expected date of delivery was 5 to 8th of august.
                            On3rd of aug i mad a call to customer service why my product has not been shipped and they updated that it is a seller product and due to technical issues tracking was not available and product will be delivered on or before 8th of august.
                            On5th of august again i made a complaint about my shipment and next day i am receiving a msg from amazon my order has been cancelled.

                            Why cancellation after 10 days?? Amazon responded that it was out of stock from the seller and order qty was minimum.
                            I checked amazon site and it is still showing the seller with stock for placing the order.

                            To sum up, amazon commitment or concern towards the satisfaction of customer is zero.

                            Cheating is the only word i have to tell about it.

                            Note: amzon responds its a seller issue. We are getting the product just from amazon and not from seller

                                  My name Is RAJIYA BEGAM and I had ordered bed of RS.4440 in Amazon on (27.07.2020)and after I canceled this order due to personal reason. And on (01.08.2020) Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number (30005402100209090829058) and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                                    Hello,

                                    I have ordered Mitras Multipurpose Braided Hose Pipe for Garden Sets Transparent 1" (25mm ID) Bore Size 100 ft (30 mtr) - ISI Marked 3 Layered Hose Pipe on 5th July. The order no. is[protected].

                                    After initiating return of the order, it was collected on 12th July. The pick up id no. was[protected].

                                    Till today, the status of the return is not updated and the refund is not issued. After having communication with customer care 2-3 times and sending many emails, there is no further progress.

                                    I tried to contact for the issue using "Call me" facility, but there is not any response.

                                      I ordered a foldable table from amazon on 16th june. It was delivered on 26th but was damaged. I raised a replacement request on 26th jun which hasn't been fulfilled yet. Now the customer care is saying they can neither replace the product nor schedule a return pick up. I already paid a shiipojg charge of rs.110 for rs.1048 item. If i have to ship it back i will have to spend another rs.500. Amazon had promised replacment if product is damaged and is not fulfilling it.

                                        My name is Paras Chrungoo and I had ordered a product of RS. 489 (RUPA Frontline Men's Solid Trunks (Pack of 5) (RFLHKRTLDRP500 and Print May Vary_90 cm) in Amazon on 16th of July, 2020 & the wrong product (Dhoom Pooja Panties) was delivered on 24th of July, 2020 to which i complaint to Amazon Customer Care and then they initiated a refund for the said product. And on 28th of July, 2020 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number (75503720207041147956330) and told me to fill charge dispute form but PNB Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.
