    We had registered our company account with amazon business and bought oneplus 8 8gb/128 gb phone with order #[protected] on 29th july. There was nothing showing gst credit related when buying. We then placed another order after 15-20 mins and reaised it was showing gst credit options with different buyers. So we had chat with a customer executive for the same and he assured we will get gst credit. We could have cancelled the order and ordered again with gst credit. When we received the invoice our accounts department discovered our gst information was not used and we left feedback with seller. Seller said contact amazon customer service. When we contacted them on 08th august they said it is not possible. Please find the attached images of chat with customer service agent.

              I have ordered desinoor a beautiful fancy designer kurta palazzo set on reyon fabric in maroon color with siroski work on 20 jul 20 vide order no[protected] and paid rs 995/-. I have returned the product. Same was picked up on 27 jul 20. Refund of rs 995/- has not been received till date. Inspite of several reminders. Request resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                  I have order firestick and headphone from. Amazon on 6th aug and expected rec'd date was 8th aug. On 8th aug morning i received message that product is delivered, however i have not received it and checked with security also. I have called amazon and have registered complaint, however they have not provided any resolution and complaint number. They said to wait till 9pm 8th aug you will get it, now they are saying wait till 12 aug. I have already paid for the products and want it to be delivered as soon as possible i don't want refund. Please help me get my package as earliest.

                    Dear sir/ma'am,
                    Really disappointed that as a prime customer needs to reach you for the resolution.

                    Made an order on 6 aug 2020 via order #
                    [protected]. For the same called on 7.8.20 to amazon's customer care to cancel one of the item i. E mi security camera. They told me to keep required one and return the rest out of the same package to the delivery boy.

                    Did follow the same procedure on date of delivery. But delivery boy told me to keep the both and return via calling to customer care or amazon's app.
                    But now customer care denied to process the return.
                    Sir/ma'am what's my fault. I did the same as discussed.
                    Requesting you to kingly help to process the return request, as the same product is useless for me.
                    Please kindly help.

                      My self vivek jumde i ordered a product
                      Dagcros men's full sleeve hooded t-shirt worth rs. 399.00 from amazon on 25 july 2020. But my product was not available on amazon. I claimed for refund to amazon so amazon send me a message for initiating refund that they had initiated my refund on 25 july 2020at 01:23 pm, but yet i didn't get any message from my bank that for any transaction for rs. 399.00/- i called to amazon and they provide me a reference no.
                      Refund reference # 30005402080207102344821. I called to my bank "union bank of india" they said there is no transanction on that date after that again i called to amazon and discussed with this problem they advised to file charge dispute, (Reference no. "hsbcn[protected]") so i want to do charge dispute file. My amount is rs. 399.00/- and name - vivek jumde

                        I ordered aq trading 2300mah mobile battery for lenovo a6600 plus a6600+ bl242 bl-242 on 26-jul-2020 order no[protected] and paid rs 749/-. The battery was not working properly. I placed a return request on 01 aug 20. No pickup is done till date inspite of several reminders. Request take early action.

                          I have purchased samsung 860 pro ssd order id[protected], serial no s5g7nc0n501648 for which of rs 39000 with 5 years out of warranty.
                          However samsungindia showing out of warranty,
                          I dont want this ssd and asked amazon to take it back however are not talkiing it back.

                            This is fraud. I ordered a karbon bumper case and they have delivered a normal case that comes with the one plus 8 box. Someone has used the box case and repackaged it as karbonn bumper case. The seller is a fraud, i have initiated a return. I have complained to amazon.

                              I am sravan from anantapur-515001, andhra pradesh. Recently, i have ordered a oneplus 8 pro mobile and received samsung m31. I received order on 24th july and informed customer care immediately. They took up the investigation and came to conclusion that they are going to provide me with the refund on 28th july. So, they scheduled the pickup for the wrong item sent. The amazon delivery agent came to my home and rejected the pickup saying that they havent received an email from amazon to pickup the wrong item sent. I called amazon again regarding this and they said they would send an email and resolve in 24 hours and scheduled another pickup. But the amazon agent kept cancelling the pickup saying they havent received anything. I have called over 10 times and it's been almost 12 days but still havent received any help. Please help regarding this as the refund amount is not a small one.

                                      I was send the amount rs1000 my friend on 01.08.2020. Amount not credited but amount debited in my account. After three days my amazon app showing transaction successful. Still now not credited to my friend account and not return to my account also.
