I ordered exchange offer phone in amzon website. Yesterday, delivery boy came to collect my exchange iphone and give me product which i ordered samsung mobile. The delivery boy game in simple dress, no helmet wore, no mask, no gloves, and also he didnot have amazon id, his name is vikas bhadana from surajpur greater noida. He behaves like a gunda, he said several time i am guzzar no one fired me from amazon's and also said his post in amazon. After that he types wrong imei no. To amazon pickup app and amazon msg me ur item will not delivered due to imei verification problem, why ur delivery boy first day ok than he came to my place again and said your phone is not ok than he locked my iphone who had no pass code earlier because i reset my phone when they reached my placed. Please take strict action on it otherwise i called international amazon to solve my problem. Plz.

    I had bought flawless painless electric hair removal on 14th may 2020 worth rs 700/- which is completely defective worked only once.
    Amazon has not taken the responsibility to exchange it or refund the money.
    Useless service from amazon.

      My name is ashish kumar and i had ordered product of rs.899 (Sasimo multipurpose shoe rack in amazon on 19 july 2020 and after 25 july 2020 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 27 july 2020
      Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
      75503720209041184621662 told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So
      Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My bank is pnb bank and account number is [protected].

          I ordered an item urbanwood sheesha wood king size bed from amazon on 23.10.2019 having order no. #[protected] for which i availed the no-cost emi facility. The sbi then opened an e-commerce account no. [protected] and remitted an amount of rs. 19, 999/- to amazon india. The order was confirmed firstly but later on they informed me o[censored]ndeliverable shipping address. They claim that they have refunded back the same amount vide email dated 28.11.2019 & 29.07.2020 respectively. When i checked with the bank, they denied of having received any amount to be credited to my account. Regular emis are being deducted from my account making me face financial loss.

              I have ordered boat 510 headphone and it seems to be not yet dispatched. So i cancelled the order. The cancellation was successful and i got a message showing your orser was cancelled and refund success. But i didn't get any refund yet.. Also the refund status is not showing in my amazon acc. So kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                I had ordered a product amounting to rs.2820 from amazon ecom online platform (Seller name: sallcom india) on 8th july 2020 (Wednesday) 8.34 pm and after that i cancelled the order on the very day morning on 9th july 2020 11 am due to compatibility issues. Rs. 274.95 was paid through amazon pay balance and the remaining amount of rs.2545.05 was paid through my central bank debit card. On 10th july 2020 10.14 am amazon initiated the refund amount to my card and amazon pay balance. I got rs. 274.95 within 2 hours on my amazon pay balance but i still didn't get the money rs.2545.05 that was processed on my central bank debit card/account. Amazon sent this refund reference number #74332740193019266255969 and the transaction id for the refund #4hlouhunj7z and told me to fill charge dispute form but the bank has not been able to locate/credit the amount to my account yet.

                It has been over 25 days and the amount hasn't been credited to my bank account till date. I have been robbed. No one is bothered about my hard earned money.

                Please help me in getting the refund credited to a different bank account or amazon pay balance immediately. This is beyond expectations for a customer centric company.

                  Its been two days past the expected delivery date and it's still not out for delivery.

                      The delivery boy was very rude and ill mannered. I am a regular customer at Amazon and I have shared my address in detail on my account. All my previous deliveries have been made without any mishap whatsoever. Today, the delivery boy was not able to locate my address and was calling me. Because of some reason, I was unable to pick his calls. At last, when he reached at the location, he started to shout at the top of his voice. He was arrogant and very rude. I tried to talk to him but he wasn't ready to listen. He said that he has lodged a complaint against me. Also, when he was about to leave, he made abusive remarks at me. No customer deserves such a behaviour. Shame!

                        The delivery boy was very rude and ill mannered. I am a regular customer at Amazon and I have uploaded my address in detail on my account and there hasn't been any mishap till date whatsoever in my past deliveries. Today, because of some reason and I wasn't able to pick calls of the delivery boy who was having issues finding my address. At last, when he reached, he started shouting at me at the top of his voice. He said that he has registered a complaint against me. He was not ready to listen and was very arrogant. When he left on his vehicle, he had the audacity to abuse me. No customer deserves such a rude and obnoxious behaviour. Shame!

                                I order a James Bond perfume via AMAZON.The delivery boy doesn't read the address properly and goes to OFFICER'S MESS instead of MNS OFFICER'S MESS which I had clearly mentioned in the address (the address being MNS OFFICER'S MESS, 184MH etc ).He calls me up nd says that he is near some Airforce station.I said u must come to MNS OFFICER'S mess which is in 184 MH.Now he starts admonishing me that I should hv put so nd so landmark. i said i[censored] had some confusion about the address u should have called on to my number before u started.So he said ok will come and deliver ur parcel tomorrow ie on 2nd August. I said ok and this time emphasized that it is MNS OFFICER'S mess not OFFICER'S mess that he has to come nd deliver the parcel .I even explained the landmarks.He agrees to come on 2nd Aug (ie the next dayitself)and deliver the product nd hangs up .After sometime he calls up again and tells me to give the Delivery OTP .I said no I will not give u the OTP since u didn't give me my parcel .I will give u the OTP tomorrow when I receive the parcel from you.He starts getting edgy and says to me things like u first listen to what I hv to say in an annoyed voice, aap aaj OTP dedo mein kal pahuncha dunga aapka parcel nahi toh meri rating kam ho jaayegi ..I said I will not give the OTP unless u bring my parcel to me .He hangs up and immediately feedbacks to Amazon that he was ready to deliver the product but since OTP wasn't available he didn't deliver the product. What a manipulation! He should hv clarified the address with me before starting or he should have come today itself to deliver my parcel.Why should I give the OTP to the delivery guy when the parcel is still with him and he has the audacity to give wrong feedback so as to cover up his own mistake.Now Amazon messages me that since OTP wasn't available they will deliver the product on another working day .I am unable to contact Amazon customer care, I tried their customer service number, but not getting, neither m I finding a chatbox in my Amazon Prime account to report this matter.Please take necessary action against this cheater Delivery boy who fudged and manipulated the facts to cover up his own mistake nd moreover he was rude.His name is shown as YOGESH VERMA on Truecaller nd phone no is[protected]

                                    The above two items are Running shoes 1.Puma brand 2. Lotto brand. The parcel received on July30, 2020 but puma brand shoe no size is not mentioned and next size [size 9] is preferred. For lotto brand, we received sandals and not the running shoes. We have been registering for replacement in Amazon website for both the items but no avail. For refund, lotto brand is not been considered at all. Contacted the supplier Cloudtail India [p] ltd. Customer complaint but they refused to entertain our call and asked to speak to Amazon. We contacted Amazon website, who is not accepting for chat or for telephone call. It appears that amazon is not interested to address customer grievances.

                                        Dear team,

                                        With reference to the subject above, I ordered an item vide ID[protected] on 12/07/2020 for Rs. 1, 999.00 but I didn't recieve that item and the tracking details shows that it has been lost while in transit. So I called your customer service on 28/07/2020 and that person ordered in the replacement option stating that the item will be recieved by 31/07/2020. On 31/07/2020 the delivery agent came and asked for the exchange of the item and he said only then he will hand over that item to me. I again called your customer service on 31/07/2020 and asked what this is all about and he said that the order that the ealier person placed is wrong and exchange Order has been placed instead of the new order. I am highly disappointed in your service as I didn't expect this. Kindly solve this and revert on this.
