    I ordered a bluelight blocking glass of livho from amazon on 11 july 2020. It was delivered on 15th july 2020, but there was no glass inside the box. Completely disappointed. Contacted amazon customer care also and raised a complaint.

      I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 15th july 2020. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.
      It means amazon can be any fraud from my account.
      I want my money back.

        Actually i booked boat airdopes201 on july 20, throw amazon i've not received the item but its shown in amazon orderes it's delevered. Then i gave a complaint to amazon customer care and i asked to replace the item. They are accepted and replace the item and this time also item didn't came. Again i complete to customer for refund they are accepted that and they will credit that amount to my debit card on 7th ofjuly. Till today (15 july) that money i didnt get. What is the problem of the refund of money...

          The money which is been refunded from amazon to my sbi bank account is not reflecting in my bank account. As my sbi bank account is a nre account so for this reason the amount is not reflecting in my account as per my bank manger.
          Kindly help me with my refund please

              I have got a job advertisement in olx india about amazaon superviser in own district, and after 2days i got a mail and text message as i am selected for a post of supervisor.. And then i contact with help desk number which they provided and then they told that i m selected and then i have to fillup a resource processing form with my handwriting and i have to pay rs 1550 for uniform, i'd etc.. So then i payed 1550 to their given account as named suman yadav.. After that they told me to fill up a salary account form and they told me to send them rs.
              5000.. Nd so now i'm confused what should i do..
              And plz help me in this regards.. I don't know what should i do.. Is this fraud..
              I need a job but some people are playing with us.. So plz help me what is this??

                Sir, i have booked a sanyo led tv on dated 07/06/2020 order no[protected] on amazon by making payment through net banking (Oriental bank of commerce bank, gorakhpur branch). As the delivery of the tv was rescheduled two times on my request it was returned back to the seller instead of delivering to me on sunday i. E 14/06/2020 as i requested to deliver it on 14th june 2020 i. E sunday. On returning back to the seller refund of rs 22/- was done as it was paid from amozon pay on 14/06/2020 balance rs 11477 which was paid by net banking has not been refunded by them. On making query by me they provided me refund reference number[protected] and said they have already issued refund but till date amount was not credited to my bank account.
                I request you to please look into the matter, thanks.

                    I ordered few items from amzon india.

                    I used my international credit card from usa, and invoice address (Billing address) i mentioned india address as there is no option to enter usa address, my order is successful and order number generated.

                    But after one day.
                    I received email that i required to send credit card statement and billing address, i sent the required detail then i received another email that they could not able to verify the payment information unsuccessful,

                    And received another email

                    Our attempts to verify the billing address and card details for your order have been unsuccessful. Please arrange for the issuing bank of this card to send this information to our secure fax line:

                    - the billing name and address associated with the card
                    - the last 2 digits of the payment card

                    You can find our fax number on the amazon.in help page:
                    www.amazon.in/help/addressverification

                    And there is no help line number to reach them.

                    Could not expect these kind of issues and no help line and how to resolve guide lines from amazon india.

                    Then next day, I received another email, as per the email I logged in to amazon India website getting similar error screen

                    "More Information Needed
                    The information you supplied was reviewed by Amazon but we cannot unlock your account at this time. For details, check for an email or text message from Amazon describing next steps. Please contact us for further concerns."
                    Very very bad experience from Amazon India, don't have any details how to reach them.

                    Below is the email content received from Amazon India.

                          Dear sir/madam,
                          This is to bring to your knowledge that i had done online shopping at amazon on 23rdmay2020 of rs1121.66. Purchased 2 books of rs 572.66+rs 549 out of which amazon cancelled the second book and initiated refund on 5thjune2020 but till date i haven't received the amount. Amazon has also not provided the refund reference number so that i can contact bank for help. My reference number for the transaction of rs1121.66 is[protected]. Regarding this i had complained to amazon twice but all in vein.
                          Please look into the issue and try to solve as soon as possible.

                              I have placed an order for the book "murder in the crooked house" by soji shimada on 20/06/2020 and paid an amount of rs.271/-. As i have not received the parcel, i have sent a message through message center availble in amazon site on 04/07/2020 but till now neither i received any reply nor the parcel. I want to cancel the order and refund the amount paid. But i have not find any option to cancel the order and refund.
                              So please arrange to cancel the order and refund the amount paid by me.

                                I ordered redmi note 9 pro (Aurora blue, 4gb ram, 64gb storage) - latest snapdragon 720g & gorilla glass 5 protection. From amazon.in on june 30th 2020 and paid 1398/- rupees. My ordere no:[protected]. They promised to deliver the product on 2nd of july 2020. They delivered the package to me on 2nd july at 13:12 pm. I find the package little lighter on weight and the delivery guy came keep asking delivery confirmation otp (One time password) which was provided by amazon for secure delivery. Also a package was little torn on side. So i took video while unpacking the and i was shocked that phone was missing from the package. I immediately called amazon customer care team and informed what i found. I said i want to share the video i took while unpacking but they said no need of video we'll get back to you after five days. They assured me that they will get resolution for this issue with in 5 days. So i trusted them thinking they will take care of it properly. On 2nd day after giving complain to amazon customer care one of their associate from special team called me and inquired about the issue i faced. On third day another associate from delivery team called and asked me did the box come empty. I said it has a charger and a cable and phone was missing from it. He end the call after that. I hear no one from amazon after that. On sixth day i drop a mail to amazon at "[protected]@amazon.in" stating "i hope you have completed your investigation and have positive resolution for me."
                                They replied me in the following manner

                                    There is a serious bug in amazon application.

                                    Please find the issue i faced,

                                    1. I ordered 7 items and the payment got declined due to you issue
                                    2. Again i did the payment and it succeeded
                                    3. I got a mail that your order is placed with order i'd for all 7 items
                                    4. Suddenly i got a mail that your order failed due to payment declined the next day
                                    5. I called amazon customer care and they said that the payment was declined, i got the order i'd and amount got deducted for all 7 items collectively 3700rs. Don't know how it got rejected for one item alone of 860.

                                    If i have not called them, i wouldn't have got my money reversed. I order lot of items every month, not sure whether something like this happened before.

                                    I request everyone to check their order once thoroughly

                                        I had placed order of 2 centrum silver men 50+, 200-count bottle ordered on 25-dec-2019. I had to go on 3 rd january overseas and i paid 500 rs. Extra for faster delivery.
                                        I had contacted seller through amazon app on 1/1/2020 that i am leaving on 3 rd january please deliver the order. There is no reply from seller.
                                        I spent lot of time chatting with amazon customer care. First they promised refund in amazon pay balance. But i didn’t receive anything and only promises.
                                        As per recent chat they are saying to contact seller and seller is not responding.
                                        Below is my order details:

                                        After several messages to seller. Seller has promised that by next week work will be done.
                                        I hope seller will refund 5000 Rs as I am chasing since more than 6 months.
                                        There is no Role or involvement of AMAZON in communication with seller. Only customer has to suffer.

                                        On 23 July 2020 seller had assured that in next 1 week my complain will be resolved. Now it’s more than 2 weeks and seller is sending irrelevant messages.
                                        Please see the pictures. On 31 July seller told he will inform his accounts department. But so far seller is sending thanks message. I don’t know for what
