I order a James Bond perfume via AMAZON.The delivery boy doesn't read the address properly and goes to OFFICER'S MESS instead of MNS OFFICER'S MESS which I had clearly mentioned in the address (the address being MNS OFFICER'S MESS, 184MH etc ).He calls me up nd says that he is near some Airforce station.I said u must come to MNS OFFICER'S mess which is in 184 MH.Now he starts admonishing me that I should hv put so nd so landmark. i said i[censored] had some confusion about the address u should have called on to my number before u started.So he said ok will come and deliver ur parcel tomorrow ie on 2nd August. I said ok and this time emphasized that it is MNS OFFICER'S mess not OFFICER'S mess that he has to come nd deliver the parcel .I even explained the landmarks.He agrees to come on 2nd Aug (ie the next dayitself)and deliver the product nd hangs up .After sometime he calls up again and tells me to give the Delivery OTP .I said no I will not give u the OTP since u didn't give me my parcel .I will give u the OTP tomorrow when I receive the parcel from you.He starts getting edgy and says to me things like u first listen to what I hv to say in an annoyed voice, aap aaj OTP dedo mein kal pahuncha dunga aapka parcel nahi toh meri rating kam ho jaayegi ..I said I will not give the OTP unless u bring my parcel to me .He hangs up and immediately feedbacks to Amazon that he was ready to deliver the product but since OTP wasn't available he didn't deliver the product. What a manipulation! He should hv clarified the address with me before starting or he should have come today itself to deliver my parcel.Why should I give the OTP to the delivery guy when the parcel is still with him and he has the audacity to give wrong feedback so as to cover up his own mistake.Now Amazon messages me that since OTP wasn't available they will deliver the product on another working day .I am unable to contact Amazon customer care, I tried their customer service number, but not getting, neither m I finding a chatbox in my Amazon Prime account to report this matter.Please take necessary action against this cheater Delivery boy who fudged and manipulated the facts to cover up his own mistake nd moreover he was rude.His name is shown as YOGESH VERMA on Truecaller nd phone no is[protected]

      Address: A11A VILLEFRANCHE, GANGAI NAGAR ECR,OPP TO HOTEL OCEAN SPRAY, KEEZHPUTHUPATTU VILLAGE, TAMILNADU 604303

      The above two items are Running shoes 1.Puma brand 2. Lotto brand. The parcel received on July30, 2020 but puma brand shoe no size is not mentioned and next size [size 9] is preferred. For lotto brand, we received sandals and not the running shoes. We have been registering for replacement in Amazon website for both the items but no avail. For refund, lotto brand is not been considered at all. Contacted the supplier Cloudtail India [p] ltd. Customer complaint but they refused to entertain our call and asked to speak to Amazon. We contacted Amazon website, who is not accepting for chat or for telephone call. It appears that amazon is not interested to address customer grievances.

          Dear team,

          With reference to the subject above, I ordered an item vide ID[protected] on 12/07/2020 for Rs. 1, 999.00 but I didn't recieve that item and the tracking details shows that it has been lost while in transit. So I called your customer service on 28/07/2020 and that person ordered in the replacement option stating that the item will be recieved by 31/07/2020. On 31/07/2020 the delivery agent came and asked for the exchange of the item and he said only then he will hand over that item to me. I again called your customer service on 31/07/2020 and asked what this is all about and he said that the order that the ealier person placed is wrong and exchange Order has been placed instead of the new order. I am highly disappointed in your service as I didn't expect this. Kindly solve this and revert on this.

                My name is ruda doshi i ordered harpic power plus on amazon woth 288rs. And i did partial payment to amazon at that time 135.3 from amazon pay and 152.7 from bank account. Due to circumstances occured i cancelled my order and amazon refunded amount in partial payment. My amazon pay amount creditrd same day but bank amount of 152.7 rs is still not reflected in my bank account. Amazon sent this refund reference number (30005402080206140531175) and told me fill charge dispute form but bank of baroda does not have such policy. So please kindly respond this compliant it is very urgent. My card number is (*0570). And amazon order id is[protected].

                  I have order an item of rs2099 of order no[protected] on 29-jun-2020 and i have return it on 04-july-2020 and amazon had initiated my refund 0n 04/07/20 refund reference number 295994. But the issue is that till date the refunded amount of rs2099 had not reflected on my bank account card no last four dfigits are 7025 (The same account is used for whole process i. E for purchasing and refunding). Kindly solve my issue as soon as possible.

                      We orderd (Ordered on 19 March 2020 Order#[protected]
                      ) a product gas hob nearly 5 months back and that is was delved with broken peace.we returned this product immediate and they promised to re-delivery of new item. we called them in middle of lock down they told they will deliver the item after lock down. we called them In June after lock down i.e 15 june 2020 they told order was canceled by my self, we told we are waiting for that product from 4 months due to software problem they cant re create new delivery . as the supervisor told we cant care for you order we wont send money . we called multiple times they are postponing to re pay my money deliberately, so here i lost my valuable time, my money and trust on this firm so please help people in India to over come from this corporate argent behaviours . and please teach them the value of time to those companies.

                              This product was scheduled to arrive yesterday(29.07.2020) but was not delivered, And later the DELIVERY ATTEMPTED status was updated, the status was updated without CALLING or CONTACT me for order delivery. I had got delivery RESCHEDULED after talking to an amazon executive yesterday(29.07.2020) for today's(30.07.2020) MORNING time but today the product has not been delivered even when this product has reached our location. It is midday but still not updated OUT FOR DELIVERY nor has anyone contacted me for this.

                                    I have ordered the Bosch GCL 25 line laser, with pod option but the delivery man who came with it had refused to accept cash and gone away with that item but, the option in that pod has mentioned that, can pay with cash, this was the worst incident I have faced with amazon faculty ever.

                                        I purchased a laptop (model no: 20RAS0MA00) from Amazon on 12th July with amount Rs 79, 999.00/- and it was delivered on 17-July-2020. When I was removed amazon box packing then I checked that on the box label the MRP was Rs 72, 081.00/- which is less than the invoice amount. Today, I checked the more reviews and found that I am not the only one customer, there are many customers and they are fighting with sellers and amazon team but still, I think Amazon not taking any strict action on it and I also raised my complaint with Amazon customer support team and following up since a 17th July and I am also struggling for the same. So I am raising my concern here for the same that Amazon makes a fraud.

                                        I would request the concerned team to please have a look into this matter on priority and do the needful.
