      This product was scheduled to arrive yesterday(29.07.2020) but was not delivered, And later the DELIVERY ATTEMPTED status was updated, the status was updated without CALLING or CONTACT me for order delivery. I had got delivery RESCHEDULED after talking to an amazon executive yesterday(29.07.2020) for today's(30.07.2020) MORNING time but today the product has not been delivered even when this product has reached our location. It is midday but still not updated OUT FOR DELIVERY nor has anyone contacted me for this.

            I have ordered the Bosch GCL 25 line laser, with pod option but the delivery man who came with it had refused to accept cash and gone away with that item but, the option in that pod has mentioned that, can pay with cash, this was the worst incident I have faced with amazon faculty ever.

                Amazon charged on their products more than MRP during lockdown period

                I purchased a laptop (model no: 20RAS0MA00) from Amazon on 12th July with amount Rs 79, 999.00/- and it was delivered on 17-July-2020. When I was removed amazon box packing then I checked that on the box label the MRP was Rs 72, 081.00/- which is less than the invoice amount.                       1.We purchased new Sanyo LED model XT-32A170H thru Amazon Business portal vide invoice no. SDEI-159620 dt 19.03.20, it was delivered on next day.sold by cloudtail India P. Ltd.

                      2. When Installation engineer came on 21.03.2020 he said that google chrome app is not supported with this model LED and he advice us to file a complaint to Amazon.

                      3. After making complaint to Amazon an email received that appointment with service engineer is fixed on 23.03.2020.

                      However 22.03.20 was announced as JANTA Cufew day by PM, followed by commencement of LOCKDOWN in Delhi was announced by Delhi CM on same day on 22.03.2020 so service engineer did not come on 23.03.2020.

                      4. After covid lockdown 1-2-3-4 a new complaint was lodged on 15.06.2020 and a person from Sanyo came to our office to resolve the matter but after trying his best he said that " GOOGLE CHROME APP AND SOME RELATED APP ARE NOT DOWNLOADABLE AND NOT SUPPORTED TO THIS LED MODEL Sanyo LED model XT-32A170H. inspite of the fact that it is clearly mention in booklet (Copy of Service booklet as well as Job sheet showing inability in this model is also attached)

                      Our purpose to purchase android LED is defeated.So we initiate return and refund process with amazon, we email amazon regardinf return this and refund Rs. 11049 in our same pnb bank account from where payment was made to amazon.

                      But after so many email amazon always reply with internal refence no. only not UTR. REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER # [protected] no payment was shown in our pnb account till today 28.07.2020

                      After more than 10 emails[protected] TO 28.07.2020 to amazon as well as to pnb bank customer care regarding refund thru charge dispute creation in pnb as amazon adviced in every email, but refund not came in our account copy attached

                      But still waiting refund amount Rs. 11049/- from amazon to pnb. We request you to allconcerned to get our amount refunded in our pnb account as early as possible. mobile [protected]

                        Dear amazon. It has been a long time to be connected in the terms of online shopping. But this time we had a very worst experience. I ordered a mi basic earphones with the order no.[protected] order date 26 jul, 2020 for addressed to a place in fatehpur district, uttar pradesh.

                        As we have called the delivery person for the delivery time and other details. He initially said that he forgot the package and later told us that he has the package and will deliver it by same day. He came and called us.. We helped him navigate to the address. When he came he started shouting and abusing for poor navigating. Although our residence is near to the main road, he himself was of loose mind and confused one. Please look into the seriousness of the matter and take strict action so that such kind of humiliation should not be experienced by any customer.

                        Hoping for the quick and serious action.

                                  Hi team i ordered a phone and sd card together i tried making the payment with upi which was pending and later it successful i thought it's not done and i made for the order again that means i made the amount twice rs. 8323 and now when i call amazon every executive gives different reasons i got all details from the bank stating al the transaction i have done is succesful but amazon is not accepting neither giving any proof that the transaction was failed the order was made on 10th july and today it's almost 18days no response one executive agreed and said that refund will be initiated so how smart they refunded me sd card money rs. 859 but they did not refund rs. 7500 for the mobile and they are just not agreeing and nit connecting me to the finance or the high department i need a quick action on this also i'm ready to give all proofs from my side transaction call recordings

                                      I have today, 27 th july, booked an order #[protected] for buying steelbird sba-2 7 wing shield for a total amount of rs. 929. This amount was paid through my debit card. The debited amount is promptly reflected in my account. I now got a sms informing that my order is called as the payment could not be completed. This unconvincing reason is most disappointing.
