Sir I ordered an Mi trimmer on 21st of June 2020 and I used netbanking as a payment method.
Now I didnot recieved any parcel till 27 june deadline and I asked a refund on 3rd July 2020.
Now my they issued a refund reference number IGAIVBPMF3 but still the refund is not reflected in my account even 5 to 7 buisness days have passed.
Now they are saying it go and file charge dispute.
And sbi exicutive have rejected me like nothing.
Please help me out with the refund sum.
Please locate my refund.
I am a student and I am not that much aware what to do now..
I am frustrated

Complaint marked as Resolved This was not fault of amazon.Thsi was fault of sbi.Amazon debited it on 3rd july.
So if you are facing the same problem
Do not panic give the reference number details to consumer forum.
And paste some photos of the refund reference number and order details page.
Never panic.
Have patoence.
You need not need to file a charge dispute.
Just complain about sbi or kotak bank whatever bank you have amd wait patiently for email.
These consumer officials will definately help you out
