My order cancelled by amazon without informing me

I have a bank account in pnb bank and dint received the refund of 3699rs intiated on 13/july/2020 with ref# [protected] my bank is saying no refund was intiated or received kindly help me to get refund of 3699.

Order total Price 380.00 (2 items) as per amazon standard delivery of this item at 22 jul to 28 jul 2020. I contacted customer service two times but no right action taken by him.and item not delivered to till time. This is a prepaid order . I want from coy side he gave to me my damage . amazon company is irresponsible company.pls take action immediately.

Hi team i ordered a phone and sd card together i tried making the payment with upi which was pending and later it successful i thought it's not done and i made for the order again that means i made the amount twice rs. 8323 and now when i call amazon every executive gives different reasons i got all details from the bank stating al the transaction i have done is succesful but amazon is not accepting neither giving any proof that the transaction was failed the order was made on 10th july and today it's almost 18days no response one executive agreed and said that refund will be initiated so how smart they refunded me sd card money rs. 859 but they did not refund rs. 7500 for the mobile and they are just not agreeing and nit connecting me to the finance or the high department i need a quick action on this also i'm ready to give all proofs from my side transaction call recordings

I have today, 27 th july, booked an order #[protected] for buying steelbird sba-2 7 wing shield for a total amount of rs. 929. This amount was paid through my debit card. The debited amount is promptly reflected in my account. I now got a sms informing that my order is called as the payment could not be completed. This unconvincing reason is most disappointing. As i am very keen on getting the above cited product at an early, i request you to kindly help me restoring my order and arrange to deliver the product.

I ordered a product on amazon which showed it will be delivered by today (27th of July 2020, Monday) on 26th of July the package was out for delivery
i called the delivery agent to ask for ETA he said it will be there before 9pm and i was OK with that but later i called him to request that can he come earlier if possible and he didn't pick my call, after that i tried calling him several times and he kept rejecting the call, i assumed...

I have ordered a product "wish care castor oil" on Amazon and it was supposed to be delivered in 23rd July. Today is 27 July still I didn't receive the parcel. It has already reached nearby station but they are not ready to deliver the parcel and status also not updated after 22nd July. It will hardly take 2 hrs from station where the item received to reach here. The delivery boy in my location is not accepting digital pay on delivery.
According to current scenario it's not a great deal to have physical currency transmission between two straingers and the person may not have that much of currency by hand. So it is a great option to pay digitally on delivery and amazon have initiated such an option for good customer experience, i appreciate it. But the delivery boy is not accepting digital payment on delivery and he tells can't accept digital payment for an amount more than 10k.
Actually digital payment option is more required for deals of big amounts as it is easy to transfer.
Also the delivery boy always rejects door step delivery. And if the product was pre paid he lefts it over any shop and asks me to collect it from there.
Even though the companies like amazon is providing great facilities and customer experience options the delivery boys are making it worse to experience.

On 8th july 2020 i have done recharge of 197 on bsnl number [protected] and transaction is failed, i have 12rs as amazon pay balance and 185 is debited from my bank account and even after 18 days amount of 185 not credited yet... Order id[protected]... And amazon customer service isn't responding, there is an ivr playing, large number of calls are coming so your call cannot be connected... Plzzz help me.
