One day call from Amazon to select the Amazon supervisor in Vijayawada location to pay the 1500/- for the uniform. Next day call from Amazon to pay the 5150/- for salary A/C opening and health insurance due to covid19. After one day call from Amazon to pay the 5000/- for document verification. After 2days call from Amazon to pay the 4500/- for police verification. He says these all amounts (16000/-) are refundable. I try to contact he is not respond call and emails. please help me sir.     I purchased terabyte hdmi to vga adapter (Multicolor), terabyte 10024n vga cable (Multicolor) item from amazon on july 7th, in which i had the problem, i had given the replacement request, but it was accidentally canceled. The product cost was 430 rupee.
    I have been talking to amazon for the last 15-20 days for payment refund,
    But till now i have not received refund, please look into this matter and provide me solution.

        Order smartphone waiting for delivery since 11 july. Call to customer care but not received delivery on till16th july asked for wrong location was updated in training id. After call with customer care the status was updated within minutes status was delivered updated. But product was not received. Wait for buffer time but not received yet the delivery of product now received that we can't create replacement for product.

          I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says VSI/AMAZON STAN. Neither have I done any transaction nor have I received any OTP during the transaction. Neither am I a prime member paying for auto-renewal. I checked this when I was going through my account statement, and this has happened for many months. The amount was debited on 22nd July 2020 latest. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

          I want this cancelled and all transactions refunded asap!

                    I ordered a Redmi phone in a EMI payment option (order #[protected].
                    Item delivery was on expected date ie 20/07/2020. But the delivery boy is not ready to deliver in my door step because of the ambiguity in my land mark. The land mark I given was a church name. But the delivery boy went to a another church in the same name. He call me to receive the item from the wrong place. From his phone call I understood that he was aware of the two churches with same name but he didn't give me a call before he reaches the wrong place. His behavior was very rude and he travel me a lot of distance again from the place he supposed to be wait. His name is Sabin. These type of person is not suit for a reputed company like Amazon. So I expect a strict action against this delivery boy. I am a Amazon customer since 2011. If I get these type of rude experience again from Amazon delivery boy then I force to stop using Amazon.

                      I have made full payment of rs 455.00 online for the book, icse physics - 6, 2019 ed., viva education on 18 june 2020. The said book was supposed to be delivered by amazon latest by 8 july 2020. Two weeks have passed, neither amazon has delivered the book nor responding to my query. They should immediately send me the book or else refund the amount with compensation for the delay.

                          As you can see amazon finally becomes what they wanted to be. Taking customer money without giving services, closing their accounts. It's totally unfair and injustice done with me.

                          I have a right to speak, i have a right to get my money back.

                          Amazon becomes very rude for genuine customer, kare koi bhugate koi.

                          Also taking my 720 rupees won't make you rich mr. Jeff... It will make you weaker.

                          I think it's time to boycott amazon too just like tiktok, because people working in amazon are not trustworthy at all.. And i wish amazon ka naamo nishaan bhi nahi rahe india ki market me.. Aaye bade firangi chor.

                          Help kar sakte ho toh kariye meri to get my money back, else phir kya kar sakte hai.. Yeh india hai middle class insaan ko toh dabaya hi jaata hai afterall.

                            I ordererd for iball decibel bt headset in the month of may. It stopped working in june. I went to the service center and they found that there is no serial number on the product. It's not even there in the invoice. Complaint no. [protected] was raised on 2nd june. But there is no resolution given even after 20 days.

                              I had purchased bean bag and i received it without beans, second order was for liberty sleepers, both the times my experience from good went to worse. While returning the goods i would have got refund in my bank, but it was posted on your amazon card, which clearly indicates your unethical practice for business.

                              I had to do forced buying to adjust my amount... Why?
                              If you have taken cash, then refund cash in bank, but your refund page to put bank info is greyed out, so to get amount in your amazon card, which means you are looting us for our hard earned money.

                              I always preferred my friends and family to buy from amazon, but now this will not happen in future.

                              You lost number of customers for this malpractice.

                                I had purchased a new headphones (Boat rockerz 235z fast charging wireless blutooth of boat brand from amazon (Amazon.in) with warranty of 1 year. After a usage during which the period to return in amazon is completed, the button stopped working while switching off the earphone button.

                                Now its showing the shipment status as whhandover on the site.
