As you can see amazon finally becomes what they wanted to be. Taking customer money without giving services, closing their accounts. It's totally unfair and injustice done with me.

I have a right to speak, i have a right to get my money back.

Amazon becomes very rude for genuine customer, kare koi bhugate koi.

Also taking my 720 rupees won't make you rich mr. Jeff... It will make you weaker.

I think it's time to boycott amazon too just like tiktok, because people working in amazon are not trustworthy at all.. And i wish amazon ka naamo nishaan bhi nahi rahe india ki market me.. Aaye bade firangi chor.

Help kar sakte ho toh kariye meri to get my money back, else phir kya kar sakte hai.. Yeh india hai middle class insaan ko toh dabaya hi jaata hai afterall.

    I ordererd for iball decibel bt headset in the month of may. It stopped working in june. I went to the service center and they found that there is no serial number on the product. It's not even there in the invoice. Complaint no. [protected] was raised on 2nd june. But there is no resolution given even after 20 days.

      I had purchased bean bag and i received it without beans, second order was for liberty sleepers, both the times my experience from good went to worse. While returning the goods i would have got refund in my bank, but it was posted on your amazon card, which clearly indicates your unethical practice for business.

      I had to do forced buying to adjust my amount... Why?
      If you have taken cash, then refund cash in bank, but your refund page to put bank info is greyed out, so to get amount in your amazon card, which means you are looting us for our hard earned money.

      I always preferred my friends and family to buy from amazon, but now this will not happen in future.

      You lost number of customers for this malpractice.

        I had purchased a new headphones (Boat rockerz 235z fast charging wireless blutooth of boat brand from amazon (Amazon.in) with warranty of 1 year. After a usage during which the period to return in amazon is completed, the button stopped working while switching off the earphone button.

        Now its showing the shipment status as whhandover on the site.

        I raised a complaint (Complaint ticket number [#1163306] on 13th june 2020) with the boat brand selling in india with name

            In the process of online KYC Verification by PayTm, I observed that my Debit Card was fraudulently used by the Verifier to make purchases on Amazon. The purchases have been shown below. There were three transaction on Amazon Pay. Accordingly, my Bank account was also debited by Rs. 10, 000.00 + Rs. 68, 300.00 + Rs. 10, 000.00

              I bought Fiat Punto Evo car body cover on 30-May-2020. but now cover was fully damaged and spoiled. Really i fed up in this Product. This is the first time in this insedent so please consider my inner feelings. kind the needful of my favorite benefit.

                    I would like to inform you that amazon.in has closed my account for no reasons. All they have mentioning while i try to login is that my account has been closed due to misuse of amazon services.

                    My amazon number is [protected]

                    Why would i do such things to get my account closed? I've added 720rs recently to buy grocery through amazon..

                    Now i'm being stucked with closed account in which it having balance..

                    For amazon information, i have never done a single mistake on amazon till now, all i tried to login amazon into amazon application for upi offer. They want reverification of mobile number, so i tried many times to re activate. Otp also coming, but every time it failed to be verify.

                    Kindly tell them, to re open my account as i'm having 720 rupees, and i did nothing wrong..

                          Please don't send such irresponsible and unhygienic person for delivery. The delivery guy was too rude, shouted and snatched the packet while i was trying to pay online. I was just checking the amount as it was cod. He yelled return the package, took the packet from me and when i requested it is necessary, he shouted again go and bring cash if you need this else return the package.

                          I also noticed his face mask hanging half way through chin. During this pandemic i would request you to not send such people. No use of sanitizer before handing over the parcel. Such an arrogant person. No sense like there should be no touch delivery. He didn't even use gloves and he is coming in direct contact when delivering the parcel.

                            I ordered mobile phone on 7th July 2020, they cancelled my ordered. They sent me a message that " the money had credited to your account".but still I didn't get the money back..They just simply gave refund reference number.I don't know how to proceed further

                                Amazon Delivery Boy speak like rude and in pathetic way and calls almost 5km to 30 km long to take the products which highlight to amazon team.

                                They also says that the issue has been escalated to higher authority but nothing happens. I have face multiple time same issue but still amazon escalation is incapable to solve the issue due to which customers have to bear.

                                Finally i got ticket number for recent product with same issue Ticket number - [protected] order number (ORDER #[protected], ORDER #[protected].

                                Please help us and take serious action.

                                  I received a message from my hdfc bank that i was charged rs.199 by amazon1258399. Here is the eaxct message received:
                                  Alert:rs.199.00 spent via credit card xx8167 at amazon1258399 on[protected]:21:48:11 without pin/otp. Not you? Call [protected].

                                  I called the bank to find out more and they mentioned that it was a payment made towards amazon cable/ pay television. But i hadn't made any such purchases.

                                      I am gideon jacob, residing at germany and also at tiruchy, tamilnadu, india. Both my addresses are with you already. My mobile: [protected] in india. I ordered this above-mentioned "jean paul gaultier le male eau de toilette fro men 200 ml and it was delivered to my address on the 15th of july 2020 as promised. I have been using this eau de toilette for the last 20 years or so. At present i am not able to get back to my family in germany due to the"lockdown" and so i ordered this product with amazon, india. However, after delivery i should say that this delivered product is either too old or adulterated. It has nothing to do with the original fragrance at all! I live in europe now for almost 42 years and i do know these fragrances very well. I have ordered a lot of products with you, as you can see from the list that is available with you. This delivery however was a total waste of money for me. Extremely sorry to tell you this.
