    I have ordered a product on amazon and it was supposed to be delivered in 23rd july. Today is 27 july still i didn't receive the parcel. It has already reached nearby station but they are not ready to deliver the parcel and status also not updated after 22nd july. Tried to contact customer care they are telling will get your parcel soon but no proper response from them kindly take some action. Amazon.in order #[protected]. Thanks.

      The delivery boy in my location is not accepting digital pay on delivery.
      According to current scenario it's not a great deal to have physical currency transmission between two straingers and the person may not have that much of currency by hand. So it is a great option to pay digitally on delivery and amazon have initiated such an option for good customer experience, i appreciate it. But the delivery boy is not accepting digital payment on delivery and he tells can't accept digital payment for an amount more than 10k.
      Actually digital payment option is more required for deals of big amounts as it is easy to transfer.
      Also the delivery boy always rejects door step delivery. And if the product was pre paid he lefts it over any shop and asks me to collect it from there.
      Even though the companies like amazon is providing great facilities and customer experience options the delivery boys are making it worse to experience.

        On 8th july 2020 i have done recharge of 197 on bsnl number [protected] and transaction is failed, i have 12rs as amazon pay balance and 185 is debited from my bank account and even after 18 days amount of 185 not credited yet... Order id[protected]... And amazon customer service isn't responding, there is an ivr playing, large number of calls are coming so your call cannot be connected... Plzzz help me.

                I haven't received the refund yet. I have tried contacting seller many times. But sadly no response.

                I haven't recieved any email and no response from amazon team.

                And please hire experienced customer service executive for customer support.

                Please look into the matter as soon as possible and process the refund.

                    We ordered 3 burner usha eb gs3 001 cooktop ebony 3001 (Black) (For 4495/-) (Order no[protected]), amazon delivered a usha 2 burner cooktop, package had different (2029/-) invoice, which belongs to different customer (Order number[protected], wrong product photo and invoice is attached for reference, got late in calling amazon customer care by 2 days, now the amazon customer care is not helping in returning product.

                    Disappointed with amazon, can't believe they can deliver wrong product and do not ready to correct the mistake...

                    Bad experience with amazon, sad to know amazon and customer care is fine with this unethical act.

                      I ordered track pants in amazon and it's prepaid order so when i cancel my order they initiate my refund by that money not processed in my account... They sent rrn number - (30005402000194133269481)

                        The package is said to have reached my city, Thiruvananthapuram on 13 Jul 2020. Today is 25 Jul 2020. The package is lying with you since 13 Jul. In between I received my another order without delay. Either you deliver it or refund my money. I don't think your claim that the package reached it's destination on 13 Jul is correct.

                              Subject: refund from Amazon on this transaction id[protected] from 8th July 2020 not credited 695 amount yet.

                              Dear sir

                              A refund of 695 rupees was successfully processed on 08 July, 2020 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                              I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number ""[protected]"" but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                              I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                              Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund. Id[protected]

                                I had ordered apple airpods pro on emi. due to some technical problem the product was ment to be return. the return was approved. but it has been more than 3 weeks the return product not picked up. i daily run from pillar to post but to vain. i had made more than 20 calls to CUSTOMER care and even on socal media. every time i get same reply 'sorry we couldnt make your pick up and we will make sure that it would be picked up with 2-3 days. but since 2nd july i got 15 emails stating same furstrating reply from amazon but no pickup is done till date. due to these ### im being charged by my bank.
                                request you to lodged complaint agains these culprits.

                                Now Amazon is denying pickup even after return was approved. Reason stated logistic can’t verify product delivered. Without any pickup attempts how logistics can verify is blunder answer what I feel from amazon. I want to know in written how they have verified. Please also help me with legal option I want to initiate against amazon for a clear case of cheating.

                                    The latest order of Panasonic CR123A lithium batteries (2units) worth Rs.450/-
                                    I would like to inform you about the disappointment i had to encounter as the batteries didn't function even for 6days.
                                    As i had a lot of faith on the reputated company i suspected problem with the device itself(panasonic wet/dry shaver ES7801 ) i have taken the device to a repairman to check for any malfunction, as a result of the pandemic the repairman had to postpone the diagnosis as there where many other pending orders.
                                    Recently i got to know that the device is in great condition and is functioning properly and when he diagnosed to check any issues with the batteries he found them dysfunctional.
                                    I've never expected this to happen as i have been shopping via amazon since 2013 always had great shopping experiences and have recommended the e-shopping company to many people and have seldom faced issues that too with products from reputated brands.
                                    I had many hopes from the product but such hopeless results caused despair.
                                    I would like to request the seller, the e-shopping company to consider the gravity of the issue and process my refund for the above said product amounting to Rs.450/-
                                    I would like to suggest the e-commerce shopping company to employ better methods of checking the genuinity of the products and so that the company doesnt need to be defamed.As a wellwisher and a loyal customer of Amazon.in

                                      This is to inform you that i had placed a return request of one Hawankund on 16.07.2020. Its been 9 days no person has came to pick this product. Several timeline has been given to me by customer care & this timeline is never ending. Whenever i call at customer care they dont give me satisfactory ans & when i try to talk to their senior they cut the phone. This is very unprofessional behavior. Till date this product is lying with me & i suppose neither seller nor amazon want this product back.They are giving false commitments & wrong statements. Customer time & money does not matter to them. I dont know how many days/months they need to pick up this product.This is your customer support & customer service, I am fed up of calling you repeatedly.If you dont need this product back, dont take it at least refund my money.Are you guys playing a game with customer or trust factor of customer has placed aside. I think amazon is making serious efforts to losing their customers. Please do the needful for this complaint if you sincerely feels customer feedback means to you people.

                                        One day call from Amazon to select the Amazon supervisor in Vijayawada location to pay the 1500/- for uniform. Next day call from Amazon to pay the 5150/- for salary A/C opening in HDFC and life insurance due to covid19. After one day call from Amazon to pay the 5000/- for document verification. After 2 days call from Amazon to pay the 4500/- for police verification. He says these all amount (16000/-) are refundable. I'm trying to contact us. He is not responding calls and emails.
