Hi,
My refund from amazon is not received yet, they say refund is issued but your bank not credited it to your account.
They have given me a refund reference number and told to go in bank and have a fight regarding this issue with the bank manager.

Is this our job, we paid to you amazon, why you told us to go to bank.
It's your duty to issue refund.

      There is no tracking I'd ... They say that the product is delivered in post office or DTDC...but when I am going to post office nd DTDC...they asked me for tracking I'd...but Amazon app didn't show me a tracking...

            Before one year i have booked a product (Insane labz psychotic apple flavour 220gm). But your agent is coming to my home than i send payment mode of transfer google pay. Transaction is complete but your agent say i have no received money. When i send screenshot of successful transaction. Then he say i will come in tomorrow but he didn't come. So i have no received my order and i have no received my payment.

                This online fraud is offer me job letter with the name of amazon and taken money 1500 from me and again asking more money so i got doubt that company dont ask these much money then i search in google about these cyber frauds then i got same information as i get. Please respond as soon as possible and take severe action against him. These are some proofs below i attached.                   I have requested a return of three items and one delivery boy came and ask to return all the items that i have. I have returned them but i got to know he has to take only one item when other delivery boy called me for the other returns. Then i complaint to customer care about the incident.                     Hi, with reference to my order number[protected], i had ordered pintola peanut butter on 27.06.2020, when i received the box i found it fully broken and butter partially leaked out of box, since it is covid 19 time and the butter could be infected hence i decided to throw away, we trust amazon, i have been a regular buyer since years, this time it is very disappointing and unfortunately later when i checked the return policy i found that the referred item is not eligible for return, because of your vendor and your return policy i had to incur a loss of rs. 883.00 and lot of inconvenience. Please arrange for a refund or courier a new product with safe packing.

I have done vodafone recharge of 379Rs. for mobile contact number [protected] on date 25 April 2020. using debit Card Citi Bank, i have done recharge and as per amazon offer, 341 Rs has been deducted from bank and 37/- instant discount. But recharge was failed as transaction was on hold, I have send mail to Vodafone about same. B.They told me that recharge is unsuccessful so refund will be initiated. D. But when i asked Vodafone about operator refernce number ONR[protected] as in their system. They told me that there is no recharge against it. Please refer docket number 2098706.                                 Dear sir / madam,

                                The complaint is about that i have ordered one wooden bed from amazon on 13th june 2020 and paid rs.19, 999/- though my credit card, the scheduled delivery was 3rd july 2020, the product reached the my city and nearby my place of delivery on 26th june 2020 but not yet delivered to my home. Now the issue is we are relocating from kolkata to goa in the coming few day of this month and would not be available there.
