I have ordered a jeans from amazon.in but the colour of the jeans was fade and totally different from the image i have seen.
I asked for the refund they have taken back the jeans but haven't paid any refund to me.
Now even my account's order history has been deleted.
I have asked them about the issue they have just replied it as a technical issue and declined for my refund.

      I received a defective product yesterday from fabimpex company, it neither switches on, changing a new battery didn't helped, there is no option for return also. I am stuck with this product paying full amount and getting nothing, this is a good example of cheating from any company. Delivering faulty product and amazon helping them.

                I requested to return my laptop battery for dell xps l401x... Item.
                I ordered on 10-jul-2020 order#[protected] & cost: 4199 inr

                My pick up tracking id:[protected]

                Two times i requested to pick up my item (Return), but no person came and picked up my item. I requested several times but they are saying always 3 business working days. Like that 7 days already gone.

                Finally, i am asking you that, when exactly come and pick up my item for return.

                Please help me out and the refund should be done accordingly.

                I am urging because within 10 days only i need to return. Please do the needful regarding this.

                    My Amazon order id:[protected]. I am order above product and the product reach final delivery station. The delivery boy cancelled the order reason for he does not reach me. The same day I have another online product from amazon. So the delivery boy lie because the order is not delivered the full day end so I raise complaint to Amazon customer care.the delivery boy so lazy. He spoiled the good will of Amazon.

                      I ordered 2 jackets from amazon.in on 6th of june 2020. Jackets were supposed to reach by 18th of june 2020, but its still stuck in customs for clearance. its been more than a month and its still not cleared. i dont have any idea when i'll receive it, if i receive it. please look into it.. my order no is[protected]

                        This is regarding order #[protected]. My return was picked on 18 june 2020 and till this date i have received no refund whatsoever. Everytime i contact amazon, they just keep giving me false promises. They have scammed me.

                          I have ordered acer nitro 7 9th geneartion core i7 15.6 inch gaming laptop on
                          08/07/2020 with order id[protected] at amazon india website but i recieved i5 processor model laptop(which would be 15000 rs less than my invoice)
                          as my order is fulfilled by 10 days replacement by amazon
                          still they are not replacing or giving refund

                                I have ordered from amazon india a helmet+3 more items with order number[protected] on 11-july-2020, expected delivery date was 17/07/2020. My delivery address was vill-bankhanda tehsil-hapur, dist-hapur.

                                On the day of delivery i waited till 3 p. M but order not delivered and then i contacted the deliver agent through number given in amazon application, he has picked my call so i shared my name and delivery address for getting status of my order, he disconnected my call after listening all details. After that i called him multiple times but he disconnected my call again and again. And the day has ended but order not delivered.

                                But on the same day (17/07/2020) they delivered my 2 other orders.

                                Next day i called amazon customer care and asked about my order, they said that order has been returned and the reason mentioned is"customer has rejected the order". I confirmed to executive that i didn't rejected my order, they said that now nothing can be done, i need to reorder it. I said okay i can re-order it but please register my complain and provide complain id to me. I was shocked to know this, they said that there is not compalin id in amazon, we only accept feedback.

                                This is not the first time something happened like that (Same thing happened with order number[protected] (Include essential food items like aata).

                                Now my concern is about how they can make fool o[censored]s. As this is crucial time of complete lock down in the county, we can't go out and such company (Like amazon) are operating so that they can provide essentials to us. But the way they are behaving is so irresponsible. They are delivering only as per there comfort zone.

                                As a result of this i have wasted my time, my energy, and felt a lot of stress and after all of this my ordered is cancelled.

                                Please do something so that this not happens with anyone else and amazon have to take responsibility of complains also.

                                      I ordered jk challlanger 2 whiler tyre rs.1090 on 5th july sailor isn't fulfilled my order & therefore order is cancelled & refund has been initiated. But till now on 18th july refund isn't credited in my original payment mode (Bank account). Therefore i request you please do the needful & provide me the refund immediately & also provide me the refund id with details.

                                      Today on 18 July Amazon sender me the refund reference numumber :#303866 for order number:[protected] Refund amount: Rs.1090 & the same reference Amazon already sended for another number:[protected] which is already refunded on 10 th July refund amount Rs, 153 for another product. And also asked to contact with bank customer care with this refund reference numumber !
                                      Is this correct? Refund reference no same for two different order number.
                                      I am sending you the screenshot of your two mails where you sended the same reference numerals for another order number?
