I have ordered redmi note 9 pro from flash sale on 30th june and it shows estimated delivery on 6 july but on 5th july order got undelivered due to incorrect pin or address but in reality nothing is wrong in address. I have ordered many things on same address before covid19. Now i opt for replacement which will come on 9th july but i am not sure it will come to my residence and might be it get undelivered again. While purchasing a device amazon shows availability but not delivered the product. Can you please check what is wrong with 184141 pin code and please solve the issue.

    Amazon has unnecessary locked my account, and even after sending all my documents which they have requested, nothing is happening since 47 days now.
    I already paid Rs 999 for the prime membership, which i am not able to use the benefit from past 2 months.

    I know they will not unlock my account, because the customer care team and the accounts team are totally useless.
    When i called the customer care executive, he kept on repeating that he was not able to hear me and he will have to disconnect the call, when i could hear him loud and clear, and kept on shouting hello, he kept on repeating the same, because he wanted to disconnect anyway.

    I think amazon in india is totally useless, and i am really disgusted with their customer care / accounts team

    I just want my money refunded, as i believe they will cheat me by locking the account and not giving my money. I already have Rs 1968 in my amazon pay balance and I am also the old customer of amazon.in from past 5 years. Someone used my account with other credit card and then my account is locked and i cannot use my balance also the benefits of my amazon credit card. Pls open my account to use amazon. Please don't do this type of mislead with customer.

      Today amazon delivery boy come with the product he asked for the extra money than the product and he is such a bad behavioural guy'. Why do you keep these people as delevery agent.

          I m an amazon customer. Company debit my card on 22 june with rs 999 for annual prime membership. On same day i call customer care for cancel this membership. They cancelled it any procesed this amount to my bank but till today amount does not credit to my bank or account. Refference no given by amazon is [protected]. Plz help me about this

            I have cancelled two orders in amazon. They have communicated that they have initiated my refund. Amazon has initiated refund on one of my cancelled order with order number #[protected] with refund reference # 30005401770171164334848 on 24.06.2020 and refund on my second cancelled order with order number #[protected] on 03.07.2020. But till now the refund has nit credited in my account. The details of the same that has communicated by amazon is given below. Kindly process the same as earliest.

                  Hello, this has been a lot that amazon has restricted low star ratings on their products and negative feedbacks as well. This is fraud, when i try to rate any product which i receive and when its bad quality or cheap, they never post that comment / feedback!!

                  They only allow mostly 5 stars comments, which is like fooling the public! Out of many restricted comments my recent one is on the order #[protected] just for the reference. And the product is - eranqo tummy twister for ab exercise fat burning and weight loss (Link - https://www.amazon.in/Eranqo-Twister-Exercise-Burning-Weight/dp/B088TDK25V/)

                  On that cheap quality low grade plastic product you can see only 5 star ratings, rest are not being accepted. Also they don't do the packaging and deliver it with the naked box in the name of saving environment..!

                        I have subscribed for prime video recently. My other amazon subscriptions are amazon audible and aws.

                        I have checked in my accounts everywhere for this transaction details but i could find any.

                          I ordered an HP EliteDisplay 243d Monitor from Amazon.in on 21 Jun, 2020 Order No.[protected]) and upon opening it, found a Simple HP X1000 Mouse inside with a Bill stating the order was for someone else the Order No. Delivered to me is[protected]), With a Bill for Tamil Nadu. The Product has been mis shipped and mishandled by Amazon.in and now, after waiting for 5 days, their team replies "The correct order has been delivered to you". I Want to understand how can the Team reach this Conclusion?

                          Here are my Findings:

                          1. The Packaging Box (Outer) is Small enough to fit only a mouse, and is impossible to fit an 23.8 inch monitor inside. It has my Invoice Number (IN-QSAI-17511) on it.

                          2. The Invoice received (IN-QSAI-16178) Order ID:[protected]) is for Someone named Lakshmanan from Tamil Nadu - 620005

                          3. The transaction number from my credit card to Amazon is 068607 for the said order.

                          Upon trusting amazon and it's process i had made another other for the same product thinking that the refund will be issued by amazon.in which was delivered perfectly

                                  A furniture product has been ordered on 24th May from Amazon and I have cancelled it immediately. However, it did not get reflected in my amazon app, post which I contacted customer service to get it cancelled. After this, I did not receive my refund. When I contacted customer service again regarding my refund, I was informed that the product needs to get dispatched in order to cancel it. It has been 2 months and the product has not been shipped yet! I have called the customer service over 10 times to follow up on this issue and there has been no progress on the resolution of the issue. All I get to hear is that thy have escalated the issue and it would take 3-5 working days. I would follow up after 5 working days and they would escalate the issue again for 3-5 more working days. It has been 2 months now with this process!

                                  I have contacted the senior agent one week ago and I received an e-mail saying that the dispatch of the product has been escalated and it will get shipped by 30th June, however today is 4th July and it has not been dispatched yet, which means the product did not get cancelled yet.
                                  How can a product not be dispatched for 2 months when the product promised to get delivered in 5 working days?
                                  I am not sure how many more months is it going to take for this issue to be resolved and when am I going to get my money back?

                                      Hi this side ankita from pune, mh.
                                      Today at 10 am i received a call from [protected] claiming she is from amazon sales and promotions dept and said as i purchased kundi natural looking bonsai plant (Order i'd[protected]) my name was shortlisted for the gifts among 4 other people from different cities. And then i was asked to add product worth 5k in my cart (Upto 3 product) and also there is 50% cash back. So they called me asked the payment method i opted for gpay and first they asked me to pay 5k and later said in order to get iphone (Which i opted as a gift) i should pay gst amount just to show govt and immediately they will refund the amount, exact amount was 9999.09 and i made payment for 9999.90 which they asked me to pay again with 9999.09 or else the payment gets blocked. So i did again and now they are saying i need to pay 7k more as the payment has got freezed and after paying 7k they will refund my entire amount. And they are claiming that there office is in noida. First of all how my amazon details were leaked. Second i want the entire payment back which was made through my upi account. I genuinely thought they are from amazon as they had my order details as well as my contact/ home details.
