      I have ordered from amazon india a helmet+3 more items with order number[protected] on 11-july-2020, expected delivery date was 17/07/2020. My delivery address was vill-bankhanda tehsil-hapur, dist-hapur.

      On the day of delivery i waited till 3 p. M but order not delivered and then i contacted the deliver agent through number given in amazon application, he has picked my call so i shared my name and delivery address for getting status of my order, he disconnected my call after listening all details. After that i called him multiple times but he disconnected my call again and again. And the day has ended but order not delivered.

      But on the same day (17/07/2020) they delivered my 2 other orders.

      Next day i called amazon customer care and asked about my order, they said that order has been returned and the reason mentioned is"customer has rejected the order". I confirmed to executive that i didn't rejected my order, they said that now nothing can be done, i need to reorder it. I said okay i can re-order it but please register my complain and provide complain id to me. I was shocked to know this, they said that there is not compalin id in amazon, we only accept feedback.

      This is not the first time something happened like that (Same thing happened with order number[protected] (Include essential food items like aata).

      Now my concern is about how they can make fool o[censored]s. As this is crucial time of complete lock down in the county, we can't go out and such company (Like amazon) are operating so that they can provide essentials to us. But the way they are behaving is so irresponsible. They are delivering only as per there comfort zone.

      As a result of this i have wasted my time, my energy, and felt a lot of stress and after all of this my ordered is cancelled.

      Please do something so that this not happens with anyone else and amazon have to take responsibility of complains also.

            I ordered jk challlanger 2 whiler tyre rs.1090 on 5th july sailor isn't fulfilled my order & therefore order is cancelled & refund has been initiated. But till now on 18th july refund isn't credited in my original payment mode (Bank account). Therefore i request you please do the needful & provide me the refund immediately & also provide me the refund id with details.

            Please do the needful as soon as possible.
            Nb: i[censored] need i can send u the bank statement upto till date.

            Mi complained have resolved after a few days. I can't understand in which aide complained have received.I complained in my bank, i complained in consumer court & i also completed in Amazon India. But now my complained have resolved.

            Today on 18 July Amazon sender me the refund reference numumber :#303866 for order number:[protected] Refund amount: Rs.1090 & the same reference Amazon already sended for another number:[protected] which is already refunded on 10 th July refund amount Rs, 153 for another product. And also asked to contact with bank customer care with this refund reference numumber !
            Is this correct? Refund reference no same for two different order number.
            I am sending you the screenshot of your two mails where you sended the same reference numerals for another order number?

I called to my bank customer care number and they advised me that, they have not any information about this third party refund and advise me the to conta with marchan who had given the refund( Amazon ), they can help you about the refund and also advise that it is right to quarry about this refund who had initiated this refund.

            Hear I am sending u the account statement page with account details screenshot where I circled the payment which had been paid for this order. U can where refund isn't credited in my SBI Bank account.

                I have requested a return of three items and one delivery boy came and ask to return all the items that i have. I have returned them but i got to know he has to take only one item when other delivery boy called me for the other returns. Then i complaint to customer care about the incident.                         Hello.. I had placed order for 3 ladies t-shirts and a pair of kid clothing.. Out of this i just kept only green color t-shirt beacuse other too shirts material was pathetic and child clothing from pomy and jinny which i never received in my hands.. I have received only 1 shirt refund rest i never received.. Kindly look into the matter immediately and refund me the cash as soon as possible.. It has already been a month

                            Have followed up thrice now over the last 15 days for refund on order[protected]. No results, just empty assurances that refund will be effected in max 5 days and lame excuses about a tech issue. The agent who came to deliver the replacement was an absolute rookie and told us the replacement was delivered to somebody else, while your site days delivery was cancelled as verification failed.

Because of COVID pendamic, there was lock down in our city so the order was not delivered to me and got notification of refund in next few days on dated July 05, 2020.                                         The delivery date was today only but no one delivery agent contact to me and in message they have marked that we attempted the delivery but they touch with me.Your team lying that they contacted me but from the morning tried to connect delivery agent he not pick a single call.I also contact to your customer care executive they not guiding me.One of you agent rizwan informed me that they arrange call from manager and hold me for 20 minutes but no one replying properly.After some time from escalation department susrut pick the call and inform me that they will not provide the manager call.I told to him and inform that if manager call you are not able to arranged so from starting why you have not inform to me.They rudly talk to me and not help me.I am waiting for my product from last 7 days one yet the product is not deliver to me.Here is some screenshots I have attached that your delivery agent lying and message me that they have attempted first delivery.Now I am esacalting this case to social media and Twitter every where.So my request now is that either compensate me or provide the product by tomorrow that is 16 July.No one replying me on this product.Only they informed me to wait.Yet I am not received my order.There is no attempt for yesterday also and there is one responding properly and today I will go and taking a legal action over you all the members...Now I cannot wait anymore.Its enough now...Wait and watch now.
