This is the second time i am getting my product delivered to somewhere else. I have not received the product which i have ordered, i have not received any calls from the delivery guy. But i got notification order has been handed over to the customer. Extremely disappointed with the delivery service since this is the second time this is happening....

I am a registered prime member with amazon.in. I had placed an order for elica gas stove on 21st may, it was promised to be delivered on 28th. As per application and a message sent by amazon, somebody was suppose to call me, but instead i just got a miscall, that too with just one ring. And within seconds i got a message driver called but i didn't answer so attempt failed. Just one call. As when i tried informing amazon customer service...

Dear sir/mam one of my refund amount 1594 rupees which send to my account on 20 may 2020 from amzon.in they send to my account they also provide refund reference no. # 029240 and i have waiting almost 1 month but the amount didn't reflect in my account. I have complained against it on my branch but i didn't get proper solution from bank manageer. I have complain against it but still it's not reflect in my account.

I purchased a boya microphone by-m1 from amazon india which was delivered to me on 28-05-20. I checked its genuineness with boy-mic.com and found it to be fake. I tried to return it and get a refund of the amount i paid for. But amazon offered to provide exactly the same product and not refund. I lost my rs. 1750...
They told firstly for uniform 1750 i paid it secondly 5150 for salary account hdfc bank
But i am not paid 5150 because i have doubt so i google it and got a idea they are fraud...
