Dear Sir,
I ordered "Euro Men's Cotton Brief (Pack of 5) size -XL vide order No.#[protected] dated 19 May 2020. Today ie on 26 May 2020 I received a pakage in which I received only 2 (two briefs) of Rupa Jon size XXL in place of Euro Men's Cotton Brief (Pack of 5) size XL.

I request to deliver correct item as ordered in my order No. #[protected] dated 19 May 2020 failing which further action as deemed...

We placed an order in Amazon.in for product "Touch Cool 48 Colours Twin Head Art Markers Pen For Manga And Impression Sketch Marker For Art Lovers Designer And Artist" sold by Sabahz Trading. For faster delivery by 21 May 2020, additional cost INR 80 was paid. However the product got delivered on 26 May 2020 delayed by 5 days. So I dont know why INR 80 was charged.

The product delivered is "Touch Bool" brand which is different...

This is to confirm that refund for amount 1299.00 has been successfully processed on[protected] and the amount should reflect in your account by now....

I ordered 2 sets but recieved only one set, but recieved a delivered status for both. I recieved only one track pant instead of two sets of 3/4th pant and t shirt. Hence i placed return option.
