Dear sir/madam,
This is to bring to your knowledge that i had done online shopping at amazon on 23rdmay2020 of rs1121.66. Purchased 2 books of rs 572.66+rs 549 out of which amazon cancelled the second book and initiated refund on 5thjune2020 but till date i haven't received the amount. Amazon has also not provided the refund reference number so that i can contact bank for help. My reference number for the transaction of rs1121.66 is[protected]. Regarding this i had complained to amazon twice but all in vein.
Please look into the issue and try to solve as soon as possible.

    I payment mseb electrical bill 30 jun 2020 and order cancelled amazon refund cancelled order payment 2nd july 2020 but not credit in my account i contact custermer care two times but not my satisfaction so my payment 1780+1420=3200 immediately credit my account

      I have placed an order for the book "murder in the crooked house" by soji shimada on 20/06/2020 and paid an amount of rs.271/-. As i have not received the parcel, i have sent a message through message center availble in amazon site on 04/07/2020 but till now neither i received any reply nor the parcel. I want to cancel the order and refund the amount paid. But i have not find any option to cancel the order and refund.
      So please arrange to cancel the order and refund the amount paid by me.

        I ordered redmi note 9 pro (Aurora blue, 4gb ram, 64gb storage) - latest snapdragon 720g & gorilla glass 5 protection. From amazon.in on june 30th 2020 and paid 1398/- rupees. My ordere no:[protected]. They promised to deliver the product on 2nd of july 2020. They delivered the package to me on 2nd july at 13:12 pm. I find the package little lighter on weight and the delivery guy came keep asking delivery confirmation otp (One time password) which was provided by amazon for secure delivery. Also a package was little torn on side. So i took video while unpacking the and i was shocked that phone was missing from the package. I immediately called amazon customer care team and informed what i found. I said i want to share the video i took while unpacking but they said no need of video we'll get back to you after five days. They assured me that they will get resolution for this issue with in 5 days. So i trusted them thinking they will take care of it properly. On 2nd day after giving complain to amazon customer care one of their associate from special team called me and inquired about the issue i faced. On third day another associate from delivery team called and asked me did the box come empty. I said it has a charger and a cable and phone was missing from it. He end the call after that. I hear no one from amazon after that. On sixth day i drop a mail to amazon at "[protected]@amazon.in" stating "i hope you have completed your investigation and have positive resolution for me."
        They replied me in the following manner

        I thought they taken my issue lightly so i contacted them again with video o[censored]npacking the package they sent. They replied me in this manner again

            There is a serious bug in amazon application.

            Please find the issue i faced,

            1. I ordered 7 items and the payment got declined due to you issue
            2. Again i did the payment and it succeeded
            3. I got a mail that your order is placed with order i'd for all 7 items
            4. Suddenly i got a mail that your order failed due to payment declined the next day
            5. I called amazon customer care and they said that the payment was declined, i got the order i'd and amount got deducted for all 7 items collectively 3700rs. Don't know how it got rejected for one item alone of 860.

            If i have not called them, i wouldn't have got my money reversed. I order lot of items every month, not sure whether something like this happened before.

            I request everyone to check their order once thoroughly

                I had placed order of 2 centrum silver men 50+, 200-count bottle ordered on 25-dec-2019. I had to go on 3 rd january overseas and i paid 500 rs. Extra for faster delivery.
                I had contacted seller through amazon app on 1/1/2020 that i am leaving on 3 rd january please deliver the order. There is no reply from seller.
                I spent lot of time chatting with amazon customer care. First they promised refund in amazon pay balance. But i didn’t receive anything and only promises.
                As per recent chat they are saying to contact seller and seller is not responding.

                On 23 July 2020 seller had assured that in next 1 week my complain will be resolved. Now it’s more than 2 weeks and seller is sending irrelevant messages.

                  Dear sir

                  A refund of 431 and 379 rupees was successfully processed on 04 and 06 July, 2020 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                  I have called the state bank of india customer service many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                  I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                  Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                    I have done 2 transaction of same amount of rs.1699/- each on same date on 10/07/20. Payment deducted from my account but order not booked. I checked it with my bank but they are telling that both the transaction of rs.1699/- each was done successfully.
                    Transaction ref no. Are[protected] &[protected] on dated 10th july 2020, amount - rs.1699/- & rs.1699/- respectively.
                    Also i got the message from from that payment successful on billdkamazonseller se.
                    Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

                      Order no[protected] was cancelled and no refund has been made till date.
                      Upon contacting customer service they provided me with a rrn and advised me to contact the bank. Upon contacting bank they said no such refunds were made by amazon india and did not acknowledge rrn provided by amazon, instead asked me to provide utr no which again amazon failed to provide.
                      Felt cheated by amazon india
                      Kindly refund back the amount i had paid for the order at the earliest.

                                Please help me,

                                Product- Asic's men's blaze nova coral basketball shoes.

                                Payment- Via Debit card.

                                I had received the wrong product inside the box. I complaint to customer care for which they form a queries for inspection. In which they found the reason for delivering me wrong product. And created request for picking the product. During the day of pick up the pickup boy refused to pick up my product as product is not matching to the actual product I ordered. I explained the whole scenario to the delivery boy but conditionally he refused to pick up the product. After which I complaint to customer care for more than 30 times but ordered cannot be picked up. Now 6 months have been passed and still there team is not refunding my money. I also self return the product to their respective address but they refused to take the product. I spent Rs 550 in courier service. But product returned back to me. I am now completely hopeless from Amazon India. You are only hope for me. Please help me to get my hard earned money

                                    Sir I ordered an Mi trimmer on 21st of June 2020 and I used netbanking as a payment method.
                                    Now I didnot recieved any parcel till 27 june deadline and I asked a refund on 3rd July 2020.

                                    Now my they issued a refund reference number IGAIVBPMF3 but still the refund is not reflected in my account even 5 to 7 buisness days have passed.
                                    Now they are saying it go and file charge dispute.

                                    And sbi exicutive have rejected me like nothing.
                                    Please help me out with the refund sum.

                                    This was not fault of amazon.Thsi was fault of sbi.Amazon debited it on 3rd july. So if you are facing the same problem Do not panic give the reference number details to consumer forum. And paste some photos of the refund reference number and order details page. Never panic. Have patoence. You need not need to file a charge dispute. Just complain about sbi or kotak bank whatever bank you have amd wait patiently for email. These consumer officials will definately help you out

                                      I had ordered Hawkins pressure cooker from Amazon order number[protected] and paid through Paytm. The transaction was pending for a while and was successful. But Amazon cancelled the order and has not refunded the money.
                                      Everytime I contact their customer care, they say its the bank’s issue and we have not received the payment. But according to Paytm customer care the amount was successfully credited to merchant’s Axis Bank account with reference number[protected].

                                      So Amazon please credit my refund at the earliest. Do not ask me to contact my bank for this issue as the payment was successful from my end. You contact the bank and get my refund credited.

                                        I have not received the refund for my 2 cancelled orders. Everytime I contact the customer care, they say refund has been initiated from our end and refund has been processed from our end but they are not even providing the refund reference number.

                                        According to them the refund was generated on 4/7/2020 but I have still not received it in my bank account.
                                        If you have generated the refund then why don’t you provide the refund reference number.
                                        Please credit my refund of Rs. 680 for order number[protected].
