I have purchased ptron earbuds of 999/- and as it had no noice cancellation i had to refund
My refund money is initiatedon june 2 nd and jun 7 th it shows return is complete but my refund amount is not yet credited till now. It's been 13 days and there is no response
When called to amazon customer care they gave a ref nbr to chk with bank
But when checked with indian bank they say money is not yet credited
Where has the money gone??? Who is responsible for this amazon is just a fraud. I am surprised to see many similar complain here regarding refund from amazon

            I have cancelled - american tourister portland polyester 80 cms blue softsided check-in luggage (Fl[protected] on 9 may 2020.

            They had replied on 9 may only, that refund has been initiated,

            But i did not got my refund amount of rs 4699 yet.

            Its been more than a month.

            Please resolve my problem at the earliest.

                I ordered ncert book set on 5th may. I got it on 11th may and i issued for return on the same day. Due to this epidemic i can't go anywhere and nobody came to pick that till now. It's not possible for me to go here and there yo return it. Because of this issue only i ordered online. Pls help in this matter.

                    I give less than one star because i am order the one product, both amazon delivery worng product. So i am applying refund options. Courier partner pickup the product and than i am calling amazon care services, care are say than amount are refund 10 to 15 working day but more than 20 day after my amount are not refund. Then i am call care services, but care customer seys that i can't help regarding your refund request. That way i am giving one star because amazon services are bad. Thief company

                      Dear sir/mam one of my refund amount 10598 which send to my account on 27th may 2020 from amzon.in they send to my account via my debit card payment process, they also provide refund reference no. # 222393 and i have given the written complaint to my bank complaint no. 3427882 on dated 03/06/2020, but still the amount didn't reflect in my account. I have complained against it on my branch via e-mail but i didn't get any reply and no solution from bank side. The amount is still not reflected in my account.

                          I have cancelled an item on 23rd march 2020 of pampers diaper xl sizes count 56 piece on amazon.in of rupees. 766/- i have complained them several times but no response got from them, they all said me to wait but it is almost 3 months but no refund got from them, please help me out of this and get me my refund as soon as possible.

                            I had bought allen solly shirt from amazon.in shopping app between 20th may 2020 to 24th may 2020. I had to cancel the order but the amount of that order was already deducted from my account. When i applied to amazon for a refund of that amount, they have refunded the amount. But it has not been credited to my bank account yet. Reference no. Is # 475643. However, we should try to complete this transaction as soon as possible.

                              I ordered a product in amazon, the expected delivery date is 7days after the date of ordered, after 7days i can't receive my order, so i wait for more than 5 days there is no response from amazon and seller and no updates about order the so i return that product, there is the return option is not available, simply fake amazon customer service, since my refund also not credited

                                I ordered 2 packs of medium size Himalaya baby pants diapers but small size was delivered..When I called customer care he asked me to send the photos of the diapers delivered so that any further action csn be done .After sending pictures immediately got a call from the customer care and the call was connected to Ms Aishwarya addressed herself as investigating specialist. I raised my concern of replacing it with medium size since its a mistake on their part She asked me to wait for 5 - 6 days since they have to do the investigation. Can I know what kind of investigation has to be done for such a small thing.she said u wil get a call from our team or u have to call to know the status but I didn't get any call, so on the third day I I called up to know the status since during this lockdown period I don't want to go out with my small kid as i was in need of diaper .But the response I got from the lady was very bad and rude .She said do whatever u want, wherever u want to complain u can nothing is going to happen . .Am not going to process it before five days .I[censored] dont know the counting then I will teach u .Is this the way u talk to thw customers .If she wants she could have done it before that .But really very disappointing from Amazon part
                                Is it a big issue after all I have sent the pics .
                                For a mistake on ur side I have to bear for it .

                                  Are they really serious?? I paid 990 for sorry?? Or for wrong product??
                                  I WANT THE RIGHT PRODUCT FOR WHICH I HAVE PAID OR ELSE I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
                                  Its very awful experience and I never expected this from such a reputed company!!!

                                        Yesterday i got different coloured shorts and size was also small, it was not returnable, so i raised an issue.. Today again i got wrong item, i paid fir biotin but i got something herballife.. When i called customer care aneeta (Of esceleration department) named lady, she spoke roughly and she told the cover is not sent by amazon.. Now tell me do i make cover? Plz ask the warehouse doesn't he sent me the product in brown box. Or delievery man didn't he delievered the brown coloured box packed with tape?

                                        But that's not the issue,, issue is i have paid 950 for biotin,, not herbal.. Take your herbal back and give me the biotin which i ordered plzzzzz..

                                        Second issue is that lady has block me from customer care call. Can you please help me out. Tears are not stopping
