My card was charged for amazon prime *ms6b on 6/19 purchase amzn.com/bill wa... Without my authorization. I don't know what it even is so i don't need it. Merchant name amazon prime video. I did not order this!!! It just showed up on my bank statement... Merchant category direct marketing-continuity/subscription merchants. Merchant category 5968... Transaction category shopping and entertainment general merchandise,,,,, i have never had amazon prime... I always have to pay for shipping as you can tell from my orders. Please refund my bank account

    I ordered nitro tech whey protein from. Amazon india. After having one scoop of whey protein i vomitted and my stomach started paining badly also it was not mixing properly with water. I called them up they said they will not refund and was rude to my call please help

      Hello,
      I am sirish karamcheti and i purchased a dining table online on 15th january 2020. Product name was - cherry wood sheesham ood 4 seater dining table set with chairs for home. The product was delivered on 20th june 2020..
      Price of the table was 16, 198 inr. The product was delivered to my parents who live in hyderabad - 500070.
      I visited hyderabad in feb around 7th and i noticed the table was defective. Chairs were nt of same size. One of the leg f the table had a crack which was filled with a wood primer to cover the crack. There was a hole in the side of the table. There were wood knots which indicate the table was damaged.
      After seeing the same, i requested for a return. The same was accepted. One person had come to my house on a 2 wheeler. He came, took pics and went back. Later we got a message that the person updated the table was not packed. Yes we could not pack then.
      Even if we would have packed that person could not have been able to take it with him as he came on a bike. I again complained. I got call from a person stating he would come to my home. Later i got a message that he mentioned address could not be found.
      Then again on 29th of feb i complained i got a mail confirming the pick up. No one picked up.
      Later on march 15 i again called and informed. I was told a pickup would be arranged. After that lock down happened.
      Post lock down i called 7 time. 6 times i was told someone would come to pick up. It was only during the 7th time of my call i was told i will have to shp it ack to the retailer.
      My parents age is 76 and 70 respectively. How can someone expect them to pack the table and courier using registered post.
      I kept telling on all my calls about my issue, everyone told don't worry sir, your table will get picked up. It was only on my 10th call i was told i will have send the table back.
      After chasing for nearly 2 months i got a resolution to send it back. From bangalore i am planning to ensure the table goes. I was told that blue dart will come home and pick my product and will take it up.
      Blue dart refused to pick stating that the are not delivering in rajasthan.
      I tried calling amazon cc team. No calls are being entertained of my. Online support is also suspended for me.
      For raising an issue i am getting this treatment.
      I need your support on this.
      Dates when i called amazon cc - please note i was never rude to the executives. Please do listen to the call recordings. If you want some, i can also share.
      I need your support for taking my product back. The purpose is not yet solved. My money is stuck

        When i first used this webcam on 06/23/2020 everything worked fine except that the other people in the zoom meeting could not hear my voice when i spoke. I could see and hear all that was said. Other people could see me but could not hear me. Is there anybody who could help me fix this problem?
        I looked on line and found no downloads that could help.

          I have ordered for a noise wireless earphones - on 8th may 2020 and paid 2999/_ for it. It has been 45 days and it shows in the amazon website "item dispatched". Now i am not able to contact the seller as there is no seller details provided. When i tried amazon customer care number, there was only automated reply and i couldn't talk to a real service agent.

                  My Amazon name is Irena Mihalkovich, I've been amazon India's customer for many years. However, the last order I made was on 25-May-2020
                  (25-May-2020) by debit card SBIPG SU[protected]AMAZON MUMBAI 4, 296.00. The orders were shipped. Afterward I ordered a laptop, using my brother's European card. Amazon immediately blocked my account, having found this transaction suspicious (probably because it was a foreign card). For one week I oculdn't access my account, they asked for million documents to prove my identity and the rest, it was a lot of stress. The laptop money 70k were with them for one week as well. AFter one week they unlocked my account and refunded the laptop money, however, 3k less than what I paid, due to exchange rate difference. But the real problem started afterwards. all my recent orders got deleted, including the one for 4, 296 Rs made on 25 the of may. I couldn't not access their status, however, I received them. Two products of this order were not suiting me. Motorola Bluetooth headphones, 3000 worth were not working properly and one sports/healthwear did not fit me so I thought to return the second one and refund the first one. As the orders were no longer reflected in my account, I contact amazon personally about return and refund, but amazon said they don't see these orders and have no history of the orders, I kept on sending them screenshots of the orders and my bank account dewtails, but they couldn't see the orders and kept telling me to call them tomorrow. It's been going on for two weeks, I talked at least with 10 of their employees, they know nothing about my orders and can't really help. Maximum a few people said they will write my complaint to a manager. And one manager answered indeed, his answer was: "are you sure the order number is correct, I can't see it!". The worst part of it is that I could not reply to his email, since it was a non-reply one. I feel helpless and I want my refund, I'm ready to return faulty items, but they don't believe me this transaction even took palace, because it's by computer mistake absent from their history.

                      I had placed an order (Juarez guitar) of rs 2290/- on 16/6/2020 with my debit card (Ends with 4219) and had cancelled it and requested a return on same day due to heavy traffic on amazon. On the same day, amazon sent me a mail saying that it initiated the amount to my card and the amount is suppose to get credited within 3-5 days, but sill i haven't recieved the amount till date (23/6/2020).                       Yesterday i had placed a complaint regarding my pending refund from AMAZON INDIA. The issue is now solved. I recieved my refund today at evening. Thank you so much for helping me solving my problem.

                            I have paid to a merchant through scan & pay qr code optio and my amount of rs.170 debited through my bank account but the merchant didn't receive my transferred amount instead my money got debited from my bank account and these amazon people showing a dealt in response when i raise the query and cheating on the people who use amazon and performing such frauds

                                I bought lg washing machine on 12 of june and it the primary delivery date was 22 of june. 15th june i got the msg package arrived my nearest courier facility center thrissur, kerala. On 18 june 11.12am i got the message package out for delivery at night 9.50 pm i got another message delay delivery on customer request with out any communication from amazon delivery team. Same happened on 20 june.10.40am out for delivery and 6.12pm delay delivery on customer request.
                                On 22 my primary delivery day 11.48am out for delivery after 6 o clock i raise a complaint to amazon these scenario happens and till now no one call me for delivery enquiry. They said to me the are looking at this matter and it will resolve it 24 to 48hrs. 9.15pm i got another message the package is canceled and 10.31pm the another message package return to seller. So i again contact the customer service they said to me at night the dedicated team is not in duty they will call me next day morning. Next day 23 june i check with customer service they said someone will contact u soon. I waited till 10.15 am and no once called me so decided to contact them again. After they i talk to one of the excutive of amazon he said as per my request item canceled. And they want to blame me may be u give ur password to anyone they did the cancellation like childish talk. And it’s a clear case of cheating to customer when they paid and waiting for the item.

But, the said amount has neither been credited to payee account nor it has been reversed back to my account. I have tried to contacted the AmazonPay several times, but their contact Nos. are not working.I have sent email to Amazon Pay on 20.06.2020 & 23.06.2020. But, no response is received from their end.                                     1. You have no link to phone or email where customer can lodge a complaint.

                                    2. I ordered "baidyanath mahasudarshanghan bati" order #[protected] used in fever and blood disorders, instead supplier sent me "arshoghani bati" used for piles. Your system does not have any link to contact you. Upon clicking replace/refund button it prompts to that this item is not refundable. Its a joke on customers.

                                    Kindly arrange for refund of cost+postage or replace with the correct item
