I akash arora customer of canara bank. My account no is[protected]. I have purchased two product from amazon on 25.05.2020 and the amount is 12699 and 16999 from my rupay debit card, but my product is cancelled on 28.05.2020
The refunds for the same were initiated and successfully processed to my account and i got refund reference number for the product, it has been a week and yet the amount are not reflected in my account
I contacted my bank customer support. They are not able to solve my problem the customer support is very poor.
