I have ordered a mobile phone (Poco x2) from amazon on 8th june 2020, for 15199 from amazon
But on 12th june 2020, i received a message that your order for poco x2 has been cancelled
Now when i talked to amazon executive, they told me that you will receive your refund within 3-5 working days
Now today it is 20th june and still i haven't received my money
I want my refund as soon as possible
Please help me with this

        In lieu of the captioned subject, i sabyasachi tripathy, would like to draw your attention regarding the recent incident with amazon while purchasing an one plus 7t pro on 08/02/2020 with amazon order #[protected] which leads to mental harassment. For this state of mind, amazon and sbi card are responsible.

        I am feeling cheated and deceived by amazon directly and sbi card concomitantly. They have rejected my claim of cashback of rs. 3000/- which they committed while i availed the offer and they kept on deceiving me that they are in contact with sbi card and my issue will be addressed in 7 business days and i will get my cashback.

        As per the offer, the cash back will be credited after 90 days of end of the offer period (29/02/2020) which is 31/05/2020. They kept on lingering the issue right from 01st june 2020, when i inquired regarding the same. Today they informed me that i am not eligible as per the terms and conditions of the offer.

        While ordering the product and making the payment, the screen shown after availing exchange old phone offer amount to be paid for 0% interest emi is rs.45491/- which can be availed in 3 months tenure (Rs.15163.66×3) or 6 months tenure (Rs.7581.83×6) or 9 months tenure (Rs. 5054.55×9) or 12 months tenure (Rs.3790.91×12). I availed the 9 months emi tenure of emi rs. 5054.55×9. The no cost emi discount amount was not shown as per the tenure plan list as this discount is being provided at corporate level at the back end. This no cost emi discount amount will also vary as per the emi tenure (Directly proportional). It was not being highlited or displayed by amazon because this no cost emi discount was not entitled for customer. This no cost emi discount is not a discount actually for customers and it's just a offer that the customer don't need to pay any interest for this short-term loan for layman customers. But in book of accounts, it's mentioned as discount. This discount is always provided as per the agreement between seller (Amazon) and banking arrangements (Sbi card).

        So, they rejected my claim by considering a discount which was not a discount actually and the no cost emi discount was neither informed to the customer nor subjected to the customer.

        As explained in your point no. 7 of the mentioned offer terms and conditions which i quote as
        "the purchase of the product will be governed by the terms of sale, including terms of exchange, applicable to the sale of the product on amazon.in. This offer will also be applicable on purchase of product by the cardholders under an exchange offer (If available and applicable on the product), provided that the amount to be paid by the cardholders, after the exchange offer is applied, using the card is not less than the minimum transaction value, on oneplus 7t or oneplus 7pro. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event the amount payable by the cardholders, after the exchange offer is applied, is less than minimum transaction value, such cardholders will not be entitled to avail the offer."

        In my case, while shopping, the amount i was going to pay after the exchange offer applied through my card was rs. 45491/- which was more than the minimum transaction value for one plus 7t pro i. E rs. 45, 000/-.

        In terms and conditions of the offer which is consisting of 23 points and in no point it's mentioned that the minimum transaction value is after no cost emi discount or without no cost emi discount. Infact, there is nothing mentioned in the terms and conditions regarding no cost emi discount.
        Now on this ground, they are rejecting my cashback claim.

        This cashback offer was applicable for purchase of one plus 7 smart phone variants through sbi credit card emi only not for sbi credit card non-emi and sbi debit card.in non-emi credit card and debit card transactions, no back end discount like no cost emi discount is applicable.

        In that case, as offer applicable only for sbi credit card emi, this minimum transaction criteria of rs. 45000/- after no cost emi discount or without no cost emi discount condition is becoming a vital terms and conditions which they didn't mention in offer terms and conditions intentionally or unintentionally only they know.

        Now they have left me with no options to seek your help and attention.

        So, i request you to please take cognizance of the same, so that our naive people of india will not fall in the trap of these e-commerce global giants like amazon and flipkart.

              Amazon package was delivered open and one baby hair oil was missing. I called to delivery person but he told nothing with him. Then i called to amazon agent and explained the while scenerio but he disconnected the call. Amazon took the money but didn't delevered the product and the agent disconnected the call. How the hell the agent have the rights to disconnect the call. Amazon sucks.

                    Please note that 2 items from this order were supposed to be delivered on the 26th of may. Please find attached a screenshot of the dispatch proof of the 2 enlisted items. Out of the 2, only 1 item was delivered (The set of 3 bottles) when the message i received that morning clearly mentioned 2 items out for delivery. Please also find attached a cctv coverage of the delivery person only leaving one package at my society gate and without any interaction with or notifying the security guard, he walks away and does not return with the second package. The package he delivered contained only one box of the set of 3 water bottles i ordered. The all-new kindle reader was missing and has still not been delivered. We waited a few days for the package to arrive thinking it must be getting delayed, but the status constantly said "delivered" on the website. That is why i am seeking the help of customer service now. Kindly help me in tracking my order. Order number is[protected]

                        My refund from amazon of 540 was initiated on 14/5/2020, is not credited yet due to some inconvenience my refund was not reflected to my original payment method.                               I anindita roy had ordered a total number of 24 items from amazon on 28/03/20 order number[protected]) out of which 3 items were been cancelled from my end and was supposed to get back rs. 612/-as refund amount but when enquired with amazon they informed me that they have already credited the amount on 13/5/20 with reference number[protected] but the same has not been credited into my account have also enquired the same with the bank. The same issue is with another order of mine dated 10/05/20 order number[protected]) where a total number of 7items were ordered out of which 6items were been cancelled an amount of rs. 2377/- was to be credited as refund but the same has also not been credited although they have given me reference number as 9xwsvce50000k9v3hmm1 stating that it has already been transferred on 21/5/20. All the payments were made from uco bank debit card ifsc code ucba0003040 account number [protected]. Attached are the screenshot of my communication with amazon. Request you to kindly help me with the same at the earliest as it's been due since long.

                                I had received the message from amazon that the product will be delivered today.
                                It was 9 and i did not recieve so i escalated on twitter.
                                So i get a call and they asked me where you are based.
                                I guided him to my home.
                                He said he will come in 10-15 mins
                                I waited for and hour
                                Then when i see the status of delivery is returning to seller.

                                I was unable to contact the customer care.
                                No one called me from customer care niether the delivery team.
                                Just directly they are sending it back to seller why?
                                This is a fraud completely

                                  I have ordered my (Oneplus 7t (Frosted silver, 8gb ram, fluid amoled display, 128gb storage, 3800mah battery) product through amazon on 15-mar-20.

                                  Order number:[protected].
                                  Order delivered on 16-mar-20 (One-day delivery at rs.100. Free with prime).

                                  On 16th mar 20, after receiving my product when i opened the product. I was shocked. Because the display had scratch line. So, i have called amazon customer care & raised complaint for replacement on same day.

                                  Post then, amazon scheduled inspection team member came from tvs service on 21-mar-20 (Saturday). He came and agreed that, its a faulty on - arrival. Then, i was told by amazon that they will raise replacement request & pick-up request for taking this demaged product. I am assuming it had happened between 21st 22nd mar.

                                  Post then, blue dart guy came & picked-up my product before the lock down (May be 23rd or 24th). But it wasn't sent to amazon warehouse. Due to sudden covid-19 lock down. During lock down amazon customer service & blue dart call center was not available. I tired multiple times. So, i was frustrated / fed-up with calling them. So, i decided to post in social media (Twitter) tagging both bluedart & amazon about my issue.

                                  Then, the both company social media team responded in social media. Based on which i have asked bluedart about my package. Initially, they didn't have any clue about my damaged product pick-up. Later, they did confirmed me that they have my product with them. So, i have asked them, should i need to come & collect with them or will they come back to my address to deliver. But, blue-dart said they will deliver it to amazon warehouse.

                                  Based on the confirmation from bluedart, i did received a "tracking no:[protected] from blue dart team.

                                  On 20-may'20, blue dart confirmed me that, they have delivered my damaged product returned to amazon warehouse team by 2.46 pm ist & recipient name - nikhil.

                                  After 20th may, i have been chasing amazon to confirm my replacement order (Or) refund. But, i am repeatedly getting same response stating that,"amazon is investigating on my case & working on my issue to resolve. But, till now i didn't receive any confirmation about my replacement order (Or) refund yet. Also, now, they have my damaged product as well.

                                  Recently, after slow & partial relaxing of lock down. I did connected with customer care team of amazon. But they are unable to solve my issue yet. So, i am still sinking in situation. During this covid-19 situation, i am paying my 3 month credit card emis for this mobile phone. But, i don't have product with me. Its been really very tough days from march'21.

                                  So, please help me to file a case against with amazon to solve this issue & i want them to pay back for my all my sleepless nights, suffering, tensions & family problems due to this issue. Because, its not a small amount of money. Its a 35, 000 inr product. It means a lot for me. Because of this issue, myself & my wife had a quarrel for purchasing online this product.

                                  As per govt, during this covid-19 crisis the lock down as been initiated for improving our self-immunity & stay safe. But due this issue many days night i don't get sleep by thinking of this issue & having quarrel with my wife for taking this wrong decision to buy from online.

                                  Please note, regarding this topic i have written 50 emails which is another painful issue. Even after these many emails & calls / chat. I didn't get any solution yet. Since, i don't have option to upload all emails. I have only uploaded the order details, replacement confirmation & one follow-up mailer for your reference.

                                  Also, please note i am not sure which consumer complaint portal is correct to file complaint. So, i might submit this request via multiple options to raise case against amazon.

                                  I have been a very loyal customer to amazon so far. But, i request was not honored properly, rather the executives looked at me like i am cheating.

                                  Based on my recent experience with amazon customer care at-least out of 2 person definitely 1 person would asked me this "its very unusual, usually it doesn't happen" as if like, i am lying to them. They didn't hear my story fully.
                                  They simply come to conclusion saying we don't see a pick-up & it wasn't returned to them and they say check with blue dart again.

                                  I personally feel offended, may be if you are team can hear all those customer care conversation recordings of mine. You will know. Hope, you will have those recordings (My mobile[protected]. Please check from mid of march.

                                  So, i really need your support to get justified for all my sufferings. I will knock all the doors which are available for me to raise this issue.

                                  Hope, you will help me on this issue.

                                    I purchased above air cooler from amazon india based on above description that it is a tower air cooler and on receipt to my surprise it is no where near the description of so called tower

                                    Being a prime member of amazon policy i am well aware of amazon refund policy and accordingly i requested for refund or upper version of same brand cooler but amazon india is not replying to my emails and on telephone they insist that they can replace it with the same model.
                                    Cooler delivered to me was costing rs 4998/- and i am willing to take higher version symphony hi cooler - i modern room cooler at a price of rs 8199/-

                                    Please resolve my issue without further delay

                                      I have purchased the tv from amazone and it delivered on 26 may 2020 and installation not done as of today 18-june -2020. Very pathetic service and unprofessional technician behavior only give commitment i will come today, will come afternoon and after that, he didn't picked the phone. Even amazone customer care also not help their customers.
