I had ordered dell vostro 5481 from amazon however to my horror and suprise, i received dell inspiron 15 3000 series that too of 2018 model which costs about 30, 000 in not a working condition, against 47, 999 paid by me. When i had raised the issue with customer service, they have expressed their inability to replace or refund as they say that they have delivered correct product. I am left with no option but prepare for long battle to get refund/replacement.
I want amazon higher level resolution team to help me. Guys, think twice whether you want such incident to happen with you.👎👎👎

Updated by Anuradha Gangwar I want the highest grievance team that is [protected]@amazon.in to take up the matter as lower level team (customer care and their experts) have not been able to solve my problem.
