I ordered a mi trimmer on amazon on 5th june. They assured me delivery between 8-11 th june. But till now i got no product. They are also not helping me.

    I have ordered a refrigerator (Order no[protected] and it is till date not delivered. The delivery team says that the delivery boy is in night shift so unable to deliver. Also, on saturday he called me and said that i am bringing the refrigerator you come and collect it from me downstairs.

      I have placed an order on 5th June 2020, the next day itself the product showed delivery status on my app. But I did not receive the product.
      I have raised a complaint against my order status. The customer service person told the product will be delivered to me by 9th to 12th June.
      I waited bit I didi not receive anything.
      I raised a complaint again but there was no proper response and I was not refunded my money back.

        It's a matter of great concern that I have been cheated towards my order of CAPIO ART WOOD WALL CLOCK having order number[protected].I have ordered a CAPIO ART WOOD WALL CLOCK on dt-13.05.2020 by paying amount 499/- by online. I have received the order on that 23.05.2020 but the wall clock was found damaged so I requested for a replacement of the order on amazon Mobile App. The order was picked up from me for replacement process on Dt-24.05.2020 by courier agent and message regarding the same was came in my mobile. The pick up tracking id, given was[protected].

        But till date, I have not received my replacement order, neither I have being refunded the amount towards my order. I am feeling cheated.i request you to take necessary action towards replacement or refund of my money towards my order. If my matter will not be resolved as soon as possible then I will take my case to state consumer forum and central consumer grievance authorities. Also I will take this matter to social media and take all possible necessary actions.
        Thus I request your good self to be kind enough to resolve my matter immediately or ready to face consequences. Its not the kind of customer service expected from AMAZON like company.waiting for your response.

          I haven't received refund for my order no[protected] from amazon..two refund was initiated 388 & 540 .. one is credited other is stuck 388 is credited but 540 not yet
          But amazon has already processed the successfully refund on14/5/2020 . And provided me with refund reference number is[protected] and amount sum of ₹540 is not yet received..in my CBI bank account no [protected] to date.
          And CBI home branch not help to me this type of refund/ or no file charge dispute form. Pls help and solve this query. So no satisfied answer amazon and my home branch.

          Two refund was initiated by Amazon 388 & 540 . One is credited but other is stuck..388 is credited successfully but 540 is stuck it not credited..
          And about this help not home branch or online customer net banking services help me out... Worst service ever...

            On june 3rd 4:48pm amazon had processed my refund amount 1499/- rupeed. Till not its not credited in my card.

              I have purchased ptron earbuds of 999/- and as it had no noice cancellation i had to refund
              My refund money is initiatedon june 2 nd and jun 7 th it shows return is complete but my refund amount is not yet credited till now. It's been 13 days and there is no response
              When called to amazon customer care they gave a ref nbr to chk with bank
              But when checked with indian bank they say money is not yet credited

                I ordered one earphone but that doesn't work properly that why im return my product but till my refund money not received in my account, and main thing is no one properly answer me about that. If am talking about that with bank they behave to much rudely.

                    As per order no.#[protected] on 02.06.2020 i ordered for 2 nos. Hfi 1 piece solid tabtop polyester threads string curtain - door - 7 feet, aqua blue, semi transparent curtain @rs.249/- and paid rs.498/- for 2 nos. As per the above order, on 09.06.2020 morning i received the parcel, when open it i surprised, only half of the quantity i ordered, ie., only one instead of two. It is requested that take necessary steps to send the other one that i ordered. This complaint was lodged on the same day after noon itself, but not at received any response either from amazon or from despatcher. This is not fair for the good will of amazon, it is requested that take necessary steps to arrange to get me the balance portion of my actual order.

                        Recently i ordered the said product and received a damaged product where liquid is leaking. Unfortunately it is notified as non refundable product. This leak made mess at my washing place.

                          My product return of One plus 7 pro costing Rs 38500 has been picked on 25th May..

                          whereas I got a call from amazon number ..at 6.15pm on 25th whereas it was supposed to be done with 26th please see my call log snapshot with time stamp..May.asking for a proof i was given a slip by delivery agent itself because it happened a day before and then the delivery agent came to me by 6.40 and took the mobile below are the society CCTV footage ..

                          i have been saying the same for the past 15 days and no one has come up with an answer.

                          My device has been stolen by the agent who was suppose to come on 26th ..

                          and on 26th without any notice or call or correspondence my pickup request was cancelled.

                          please see the below images where i have attached the call log of my mobile and CCTV of my society where the guy came and took the mobile...

                          i have earlier escalated the matter and have entire CCTV footage but the TEAM dealing with this has not yet corresponded me correctly.

                          please see and escalate the matter i have been waiting for such a long time...

                          the delivery agent who was assigned my return for 26th has done this for sure...
                          bcz no one should be having the details of the pickup to happenining on 26th and cancelled it on his Own..

                                  I had ordered dell vostro 5481 from amazon however to my horror and suprise, i received dell inspiron 15 3000 series that too of 2018 model which costs about 30, 000 in not a working condition, against 47, 999 paid by me. When i had raised the issue with customer service, they have expressed their inability to replace or refund as they say that they have delivered correct product. I am left with no option but prepare for long battle to get refund/replacement.
                                  I want amazon higher level resolution team to help me. Guys, think twice whether you want such incident to happen with you.👎👎👎

                                      This is an interesting one for all the customer. I will show you all the real face of amazon. I ordered one tcl 4k uhd android tv on 11/6/2020 and it was delivered on 13/6/2020. When the service technician came two hours later to install, the wall mount bracket was missing and they went back saying that i complain to customer care. When they went back, i got a little curious to check the functionality of the tv. There i cam to know that an e-warranty with serial no: 1907ajb143545e00054 already exists in the name of dev and his mobile number is also registered. When i called that number and inquired, mr devendra told me that he has purchased the same tv in delhi on june 2, 2020 and returned the defective piece as prime video was not running.
                                      So, you see that instead of a new one these amazon sellers are selling a refurbished item and that too a defective one.

                                      Great going amazon. See you in consumer court.
