This is the third time I am writing about the same inconvenience.
two refund have been issued by Amazon with ref. no. 7433270137013579831136 dated 16/05/2020 & another 74332740144014368317791 dated 23/05/2020 amounting Rs. 1679 & 1139 respectively, credit of which is still awaited in my account.
The similar issues were also happened in the past. Details as under:
My saving account number is [protected]. I have been using my debit card no. ending with 4257 in various online transaction over e-commerce platform. But sometimes I need to return the product and e-commerce company issue refund accordingly the refund amount should be credited back to my account in 3-4 business days but I have been facing the issue of non credit even after lapses of more than 15-20 days. At last I had to e-mail the reference number to your customer care to get the refund credited in my account and the same process is happening since last two refunds. E.g. Refund Ref No. P2003211735390827148697 issued by Flipkart on 21/03/2020 not credited to my account till my e-mail dated 10/04/2020 to your customer care. Another refund ref. no. 74332749093909223558962 issued by Myntra on 02/04/2020 but not credited to my account till my e-mail dated 13/04/2020. Now, since the refund process is automated and no need to personal interference of the customer but the same is not happening in your bank which is highly unacceptable and also avoidable in order to excel in customer service in present era of customer-centric market.
Hope you will look into the matter and remove the technical or any other glitches in the process, better known to your team so that the inconvenience may be avoided for us .
