I ordered 2 jars of vicks vaporub from amazon on may 13, 2020.
Oder #[protected] cost $16.00 per jar. Delivered may 13, 2020.

Last night i had need to open one of those jars.
There is no vapor smell, no vicks smell, no smell at all, just like it is maybe vaseline, not vicks, but does not even have the faint scent of vaseline. Absolutely no smell at all, so no vapors. I also checked the 2nd jar, which was the same. No smell.

Now, i have not contacted amazon as yet, because this appears to be a manufacturing issue, not the sellers issue, therefore since vicks vaporub is put out by proctor & gamble, i would like help in how to remedy this problem.

Would you want me to send these jars to proctor & gamble?

Do i send them back to amazon and request a refund?

Do i contact fda?

      Hello sir., recently i returned an purchased item on dt: 7.6.2020 to the amazon india service. After that i got an "refund reference" no: 75503720161040253476434 to my registered mail id.in that it was mentioned the amount will be credited with in 3-4 business days, but it was not happen yet. I even spoken with indian bank customer care service, they said they are helpless. Based on these reasons i am complaining "charge dispute". So please refund my paid amount to concern bank account through which i have done my pay via online.

        With reference to the order[protected] i intimate the dissatisfaction in the delivery of my ordered product - joker wigs arts& crafts lace hold glue tubes. The order was delivered to me on 17 june 2020 - the package being badly tampered. The product ordered was out of the package itself. Requesting you to make sure that this doesnt happen in the coming orders.

          I want to return my one product, i have contacted to amazon more than 10 times, everytime agent assured me that they have raised my complain but when i call again to ask them about status, there is only apologies that they have.

          Pathetic experience. Go to hell. They are looting customer money by giving 3rd class products

            I ordered A Solimo Memory Foam Single Size Mattress from amazon Ordered on 8 June 2020 and expected delivery is 16 june. on 16 june i received message from amazon that my product will be delivered today so i was waiting for it. when suddenly i received a message that product delivered then i contacted to amazon that what is going on how can u update this when i don't received my product.
            they said this is a mistake from agent and wait for tomorrow . so i did wait and today i again contacted to amazon that no one is coming nor i got call from ur agent. they said wait for it mean why i need to wait when this is ur mistake what i get in return . im writting this to u that this is wrong. they don't register my complaint.

              Package not delivered

              I ordered one asus selfie mobile battery on 29 may 2020. Order #[protected] priced rs.859. I was told that my package will be delivered between 5-10 june 2020.

              On 10th june they displayed a message that it will be delivered today. I waited up to 11th then through my order details on amazon.in, a message was displayed that your order is delayed and contact the seller via email a copy of which will also be received to amazon. I did just that and no reply in 2 days. Then on 13th june i again wrote. No reply still. The package stated to be dispatched through india post is not traceable via tracking number given. Tracking id ed[protected]in. Till date upto 17th june no reply no refund from the seller or amazon.in

              It is very disappointing and i feel cheated by the renowned online shopping site like amazon.

                As it is Monsoon Season in Kerala, mosquito problems are really a lot in my place. I ordered HIT Anti Mosquito Racquet with Amazon on 25 May 2020. As per the tracking details, the product arrived the Amazon's Delivery Partner's hub on 1 June 2020. The committed by Amazon was 6 June 2020 but I am yet to receive the product. I sent many mails to the Customer Service division of Amazon but didn't yield any result. They simply ask me to wait, wait and wait with excuses one by one. My attempts to contact the delivery partner of Amazon (E Com Express) also was in vain.

                  The order for wonderland foods bakers almonds for 1kg (2 packets 500gms) was placed on 13/06/2020.
                  The delivery took place on 17/06/2020 and the parcel seal is broken and taped alongwith one packet of 500gms of almonds missing.
                  The item category is non returnable but product is missing and amount paid.
                  Looking for a solution asap.

                          I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 16th June 2020. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                            Hello there,

                            I have ordered two earphones from amazon on 22nd of may. They were supposed to deliver my order on 29th of may. But due this pandemic situation they were not able to deliver. Not even in next month so i requested a cancellation on 8th of june. Now its been more than 5 working days of getting my refund in my bank account.
