Dear sir,

I am your prime customer with mobile no [protected] ordered on 25 may and still not get stuff and i call customer care he told i dont know when my stuff got delivered and by another mob no [protected] also i placed another order this also not delivered till now and your customer care executive talked very badly.

I am your so old customer but today i am very hurt from now i am going to stop using amazon.

I ordered a phone (Samsung galaxy m21) from amazon on 28th may, and cancelled it immediately. The refund amount has not yet credited to my account, and it has been more than 10 days now.

I believe i was hacked 6/4 or 6/5 & then i received this order confirmation for these items (Which i did not order!). Its suppose to be delivered 6/12 & i'm suppose to sign for it (Will not)! The shipping address is from 13, wallis ave, wilmington, delaware, 19805 the order # s are[protected] &[protected] & then there was a # given to report fraud[protected] which didn't sound good to me either because they wanted me to go to a local store to get an amazon card? To block it & call them back? That didn't sound right! However a day or so before my computer went down saying it was blocked & it gave a # to call & foolishly i did & this person ran a # of scans & i believe he may have gotten a # of cc accounts...& that # is[protected], his name was rick & couldn't tell me where he was calling from... I am very upset about this! Will be sending back these items (If it comes) & certainly will not be paying for it! I don't want them to collect any 'monies' returned but from i gather its on a cc or an amazon acct. Which i don't have. Can't send you an e-mail report. By the way # also means numbers, not hashtags! Would appreciate anything you can do to catch these thieves & clear my accts!

I can't suggest anyone to buy from this online shopping. It's very poor, i supposed next time to go to police if my complaint has not rectify. I want my money back.

Amazon refund initiated but not visible in my bank account. Its been around 15 days but nothing happens.

Since feb i have trying to get the fire stick replaced. I spoken to a no of people but no help. They promised to replace the entire set including remote but i rec'd only the stick since 5 months this has been going on really frustrating. The other day i spoke to a representative for 1hr and the call got dis connected.. He had also assured that he will call back. Now i'm in no mood to use the device.. I just want my money back. I have also reached out to them on twitter they keep saying we will look into this. No one deserves. To go through this... I hope someone takes action against amazon.

My order by amazon was delivered on june 3rd for rayban frame but when i opened the box there was no frame only. I contacted amazon customer service but no refund yet or redilevery yet. They are not taking care of customer and cheating people.

Hello,

I ordered samsung galaxy m31 on 19th may on amazon for 16, 999/-. The mobile came in dead condition, i raised a return request on amazon but no body is coming to pick the mobile. I have escalated this issue multiple time with amazon but there is no resolution and they are also not returning my money back.

Kindly look into the issue and help me in getting my money back against a dead product received.
