I cancelled one of my order on 24th march as it was lost during deliver, i received message that refund initiated on 31st march. However the refund still doesn't reflect in my icici amazon credit card. The refund was of 2472.15. Which is strange. Cause there was another refund done on 2nd april which is showing in card. I don't know whose fault it is....

I have tried on numerous occasions to cancel my amazon prime. I only ever used it for your initial offering, check your records and you will see no purchases ever! I could not even figure out how to use it and the whole foods employee was of no help. I disputed the charge last month on my credit card but you charged me yet again. Get it through your thick heads that i am done with this. Get me the hell out of your system and i am not paying...

I have purchased a mobile phone from Amazon then I cancelled it due to lockdown.. but company says that they initiated my refund but I didn't get the refund..pls help me...

I am pratyush a normal amazon customer i have purchased a mobile on date 21 march 2020 order number order[protected] which never got delivered to me for which i have placed a to z claim which was denied and the seller is not responding.
