Refund has been made by amazon on 19/3/2020 of may regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i nees to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

I ordered for a dry battery for my jio data card unit (Rjr 2600 mah compatible battery for jio wifi 4 el-bp515761v) and verified with jio stores nearby and found that the battery does not work at all, and it seems to be very old stuff and completely dry.
I request you to replace the battery at the earliest. I am trying to return this battery to your office address and i am sure that it will not reach you before the return date due...

I had ordered mask twice from amazon. The first time they cancelled the order and the delivery agent did not deliver it.
