I had placed an order for a laptop on monday, 18th may 2020, after placing the order it said that the product would get delivered on tuesday, 26th of may 2020. The next day i received a notification that i would receive the product on sunday, 24th may instead. 24th and 26th may has passed, have not yet received it. There is even a missing tracking date between 21st and 27th. On wednesday, 27th may 2020, i called the amazon helpline, an executive gave me a guarantee on call that it would be delivered by thursday, 28th may before 7 pm, and i have this statement recorded on call as well. It's now 10:30 pm. I called up the helpline in the evening at about 4ish to confirm if the parcel would be delivered today itself, they confirmed that i would receive the product by or on sunday, 31st may 2020. I have already paid for the product due to the new government guidelines. My total amount is rs. 48, 878.00/-
