This is the second time i am getting my product delivered to somewhere else. I have not received the product which i have ordered, i have not received any calls from the delivery guy. But i got notification order has been handed over to the customer. Extremely disappointed with the delivery service since this is the second time this is happening.

    I am a registered prime member with amazon.in. I had placed an order for elica gas stove on 21st may, it was promised to be delivered on 28th. As per application and a message sent by amazon, somebody was suppose to call me, but instead i just got a miscall, that too with just one ring. And within seconds i got a message driver called but i didn't answer so attempt failed. Just one call. As when i tried informing amazon customer service about it. They are saying only one thing "they will get back to me". Also app says it will be attempted next day, which didn't happen. And so it's another day with no intimation on the delivery of the product. Tried getting information from social platform, they asked me for details, which i gave but not reply or any message from them. Most important point is, i tried calling the delivery agent on the given number using the pin 17 times, but there was no answer or reply to my calls not even a single time. I have share teh screenshot for your reference.

      I had ordered godrej fridge, order id[protected] on 20th march 2020 and cancelled on 29th march 2020, they said that they cancelled my order and refund was processed giving me a refund reference # 35730532 which the bank said that they cannot track this number because they do not provide any number to amazon and it will be a amazon bank reference number, my amount was deducted that is 5347.22 on 5th may and hdfc said that they got the refund on 16th may hence extra charges needs to be paid by me, so they will only refund 4818.15 so the extra charges have occured as amazon did not process the refund on time and they sent an email confirming that they got the refund on 16th may 2020, i want the refund of the difference amount.

          Dear sir/mam one of my refund amount 1594 rupees which send to my account on 20 may 2020 from amzon.in they send to my account they also provide refund reference no. # 029240 and i have waiting almost 1 month but the amount didn't reflect in my account. I have complained against it on my branch but i didn't get proper solution from bank manageer. I have complain against it but still it's not reflect in my account.

            I purchased a boya microphone by-m1 from amazon india which was delivered to me on 28-05-20. I checked its genuineness with boy-mic.com and found it to be fake. I tried to return it and get a refund of the amount i paid for. But amazon offered to provide exactly the same product and not refund. I am not sure whether i will get genuine product in replacement or not. So i insisted on the refund. But they denied stating their policy. I tried to call them on their call back facility (Since they don't publish complaint phone number) on their sit. But i am not replied. They repeatedly say in their interactive automated chat that they will supply the replacement without considering my concerns. The order details are as under.

              Please find the consumer court complaint attached.
              This has been horrible experience since the last 4 days where i ordered voltas 1.5 ton ac on 23rd may 2020. Following is my experience1. Ordered ac on 23rd may 2020 order#[protected]. 27th may it was supposed to deliver on 27th may, waited for the shipment to deliver. Delivery person came and reported that he forgot to bring indoor unit of ac this is the worst excuse i came across in the last 5 years of my shopping in ecommerce sites3. After talking to amazon customer service, they assured that it'll be delivered on same day by 9 pm which seemed impossible to me but they still assured (Assurance number 1) 4. 28th may as per the commitment, it couldn't deliver on 27th may. I called amazon customer service next day and they gave assurance again to get it delivered by 3 pm (Assurance number 25. It couldn't deliver again till 3 pm. I got a call from warehouse that they'll not be able to deliver the shipment in the next 3-4 days which is insane. Called amazon customer service again and they assured again to get it delivered by 9 pm (Assurance number 3) 6. It couldn't deliver again till 9 pm and now its time to raise this to consumer court as this is total mental harassment where wrong commitments are given one after another (Pfa complaint) 7. 29th may called amazon customer service again to escalate this matter and they gave wrong assurance again to deliver it on 29th may (Assurance number 4) how can they be so sure and giving wrong commitment, again and again, shamelessly when warehouse executive told me that they lost the shipment.8. 30th may got a pop up that i'll be receiving ac today and again when i called delivery agent, he is saying that he doesn't have ac shipment.
              I've escalated this to consumer court, awaiting for there revert. I've been giving wrong commitment to my parents every day that they'll be receiving the product. This has been mental torture calling amazon executive which eats 30 min at least and warehouse guys and getting opposite from the both.
              This product (2020 model) isn't available anywhere now and the same product with 2019 model is available with 6000/- extrai've invested ~31k and waiting for everyday in this scorching heat is terrible for my parents.
              This has been the most horrible and exhausting experience with amazon in last 4 days. I am assuring to take the mightiest action on this if same isn't resolved by today's first half.

                On 27 march, just few days before the lockdown came in full forces, i had placed order # d[protected] and paid for it. The product ordered was single malt and scotch whisky: a guide to hundreds of brands and varieties.

                It has never arrived and there is also no information on my order. Now as amazon begins to resume delivery... See my other pending orders

                  I got a call letter from [protected]@hiringamazon.in
                  I lost my rs. 1750...
                  They told firstly for uniform 1750 i paid it secondly 5150 for salary account hdfc bank
                  But i am not paid 5150 because i have doubt so i google it and got a idea they are fraud...
                  So i am asking please refund my 1750rs they said no refund policy and then blocked me...
                  Cheating peoples by telling providing amazon jobs i found in olx.. Please be carefull people

                        Hello,
                        I have ordered for oneplus bullets wireless and amazon delivered me a defective product so i created a replacement request and the next day delhivery courier guy came to my flat and picked up the product and after waiting for 3 days i can still see my replacement order is not placed and amazon is just making me fool and im in need of earphone but they are just making customers suffer. I want amazon to deliver me the working and original oneplus bullets wireless earphone very soon and i can't able to wait for a long time.

                          Hi,

                          I am writing this to consumer complaints because i got the wrong mail i’d from amazon customer service
                          The mail delivery for mail id
                          [protected]@amazon.in is failing

                          This is regarding my order
                          [protected] for whirlpool vitamagic single door automatic defrost wine colour fridge. I got delivery with completely wrong product. I ordered 3star and got comepletly wrong product with 4star rated with different specification.
                          Although i did not expected this from amazon. I am always facing such issue like damaged and wrong product delivery with couple of orders. I don’t know how this can happen without any quality check or verification of the product before delivery. This happens often with delivery location for gulbarga.

                          I also want to escalate this issue and help me with speeding up the process to pick up the wrong product delivered, since we can’t take the responsibility of keeping up the product in our home which not ours else let us know how to escalate this to higher level if, this is not picked up soon and replace my order with correct product with sooner delivery.

                                  Address: There is no address of amazon. They are dealing on online basis. The ship from is already stated above

                                  The u/s purchased a contour blood glucose monitoring system from amazon. @ rs 1699/-. The payment was made through sbi debit card. The item delivered on 16.5.2020. After receiving the item i opened the parcel it is seen that there is no bill in the parcel. Further it is seen that mrp of the item is 1645.
                                  In spite of my repeated emails to amazon and calls to its call centre all are failure. The order no. Id[protected]. The item ship from. Surgicals 53, c401, mohammadi maskan, badri bagh behind choithram hosp. Indore (Mp) 452014.
                                  Regarding resolution of complaint they should be penalised. If you feel guilty.

                                      I have purchased a camera flash from amazon on 21 december 2019 as the website was showing for delivery within two days so ordered it but it came very late around 4th of january where i need that for new year time and there was no option for cancellation and then i checked with amazon seller said some problem with the courier so i purchased from sony retail store for a lesser prince and on 4th of january without any notification this product from amazon got delivered to me but as i have already purchased so there was no use for it to me so i requested for a return. But then seller said return window is closed so return cannot be happen. Then i contacted customer care for this issue and then they identified that due to late delivery return is not happening then again seller deliberately placed a condition if the product is unused he can take the return and demanded product box six sided pictures which i sent on the same day but seller denied that he has not received any picture for it as at this time seller might remember that he had sent me an open box product where there was no seal on it i was shocked when i opened the parcel and seller started a argument that they don't sell used product. Where the reality was different an its been five months they are not able to take this return please find the below pictures where i have made several emails to customer service for all their demands. Which were gone unanswered as they are trying to escalate to a higher level.

                                        I had placed an order for a laptop on monday, 18th may 2020, after placing the order it said that the product would get delivered on tuesday, 26th of may 2020. The next day i received a notification that i would receive the product on sunday, 24th may instead. 24th and 26th may has passed, have not yet received it. There is even a missing tracking date between 21st and 27th. On wednesday, 27th may 2020, i called the amazon helpline, an executive gave me a guarantee on call that it would be delivered by thursday, 28th may before 7 pm, and i have this statement recorded on call as well. It's now 10:30 pm. I called up the helpline in the evening at about 4ish to confirm if the parcel would be delivered today itself, they confirmed that i would receive the product by or on sunday, 31st may 2020. I have already paid for the product due to the new government guidelines. My total amount is rs. 48, 878.00/-

                                        I am sharing the different details shared on the amazon website.
