    I have placed an order on 26th april and thry are going on revising the delivery date. I keep on calling and requesting them to cancel my order as its taking too long. They bluntly told me that i have no option but i have to keep waiting for the order as they have some problem in system which is not allowing to cancel. Its going to be 2 months and still they are not delivering nor are they cancelling... I have been begging to return my money... They are not bothered

        It supposed to deliver Sunday June 7, but it is not deliver to irresponsible shipment taken by local team in bangalore.

        Who will take the responsibility, i have lot of commitments, i have lose the money and pay to other person on deliver on time to him.

        iam thinking that not go next time for amazon service.

          I have booked today 09 June 2020 a shoe locker against Rs. 5, 499- which I have paid in full by SBI Credit Card. The product shows clearly an instant discount of 10% maximum Rs.1000- for payment by SBI Credit Card for the minimum bill amount of Rs.5000-. Unfortunately, I have not received any discount and full amount has been debited though I have paid by SBI Credit Card and my product amount is more than 5000-.

            I like to report these sellers for thier fraudulent activities on amazon platform

            Seller names - world 500
            Read factor
            Buy amazing books

            I have ordered many books from above seller, since they are third party sellers they have provided fake tracking number for each and every order. After i have done little research on these sellers i found out they done this for all the buyers and also they are getting fake reviews from
            User names - riddhisingh, priya k, vicky g, mansi (They are providing fake reviews for all the three sellers and they are common for all three) so i suspect all the three seller account are managed by one
            Not even a single person have received their order other than the names i have mentioned (I suspect)

            Please look into this matter seriously

                  I akash arora customer of canara bank. My account no is[protected]. I have purchased two product from amazon on 25.05.2020 and the amount is 12699 and 16999 from my rupay debit card, but my product is cancelled on 28.05.2020
                  The refunds for the same were initiated and successfully processed to my account and i got refund reference number for the product, it has been a week and yet the amount are not reflected in my account
                  I contacted my bank customer support. They are not able to solve my problem the customer support is very poor.

                      I had registered for amazon associates affiliate program on 31st jan 2020 and i had mentioned all my social media networks urls for promotion of amazon products which was approved and accepted. February 2020 i earned rs.423/- and i had received an email from amazon stating that i did not quality for minimum payout of rs.1000/- so they will carry over the amount for next payment. As per terms and condition i was supposed to do sales of min 3 products in 180 days time. 2 products were sold through my affiliate links in the month of february 2020. March and april i could not do any promotions due to lock down imposed by covid 19 pandemic. May when lock down got opened then i started promotions again and had about 6 sales with commission amount totaling to around 757/- rupees (As per the associate central dashboard) but their recent payout report did not show the same. So i wrote an email to amazon for clarification of the same. But to my surprise on 8th june evening i got an email from amazon associates stating my account has been closed as i did not meet their minimum requirement. I was shocked because i had been doing my promotions of amazon products on regular basis and was expecting my first payout in june but to my disbelief they had closed my account without any prior notice and i could not access to any my details this is really rude and shocking. I need my access back and also the commission needs to be paid out to me.

                        The delivery boy asked me to grab my stuff at 8:08 pm on 6th June, 2020. It arrived early but that wasn't a problem the problem was i selected the time slot of 10 am to 6 pm and the delivery boy calls me at 8:08 pm to pick it up. There must be a reason why we selected that time slot. To the top of that the person rejected the order because we couldn't pick it up at that time. We asked him to give it to us the next day but he was way to rude and rejected the order. Didn't wanted to write about him but it wasn't our fault and because he didn't followed the time we gave he has no right to pin point us and reject the order. We have waited for that product (Gelly Roll Moonlight Pen Set, 0.6 mm Fine Tip, Set of 10) (Order#[protected] for a long time and when it reached this is what the behaviour was of your delivery boy. I would request you to keep a staff that follows the time slot and doesn't do this kind of stuff with the customers.

                                I purchased a product worth of rs.495 on amazon on 21th of may using my central bank of india debit card and order is cancelled 22 of may. As per amazon's confirmation email received on 27th of may, it is clearly written that the refund is processed successfully with refund reference # 245258. But as on today the amount is not reflected in my account.

                                I had contacted central bank customer service, they are saying that there are no pending transaction and when i contact amazon they say it is successfull at our end. I am unable get what is happening. Please help.

                                  सर मेने अमेजन.इन से 22 केरेट रु. 50700/- (Order#[protected] एक सोने की चैन[protected] को खरीदी ओर मुझे पार्सल प्राप्त हुआ । ओर जैसे ही मेने पार्सल खोला चैन मुझे बाजार में रु. 10/- में बिकने वाली लगी । मेंने तुरन्त ही अपना आर्डर को रद्द किया ओर अमेजन ग्राहक से तुरन्त बात की ओर सारी बात उसको बतायी लेकिन अमेजन ग्राहक द्वारा यह कहा गया की आप कही ज्वैलरी दुकान पर जाकर चैन की शुद्धता की जॉच सकते है जिस पर मेंने कहा की अमेजन द्वारा सामान भेजने से पहले सामान की जॉच की गयी थी या नही उसने तुरन्त मना कर दिया । अमेजन द्वारा इस विषय पर शिकायत दर्ज कर मामले की जॉच करने की बाद कही गयी जिसके लिए 5 जून का समय दिया गया ओर कहा गया की कम्पनी द्वारा इस विषय की पूरी जानकारी व सहायता की जायेगी लेकिन कम्पनी द्वारा न तो कभी मुझे कभी फोन कॉल करके जॉच संबंधी विषय पर नही बताया गया (कम्पनी द्वारा एक तरफा ही जॉच की गयी है) ओर 6 जून को मेरे द्वारा कम्पनी में बात करने पर मुझे बताया गया की आपको जो सोने की जो चैन प्राप्त हुई है उसमें कोई दोष नही है व सही चेन आपको प्राप्त हुई है । मेरे द्वारा कई बार अऩुरोध किया कि मैडेम/सर हो सकता है यह चैन जो मुझे प्राप्त हुई है मुझे ऐसा लग रहा है कि यह चेन सिर्फ मुझे ही बाजार में रु. 10/- में बिकने वाली रही हो आप कृपया अपने अमेजन टीम से इसकी प्रमाणिकता हेतु इस सामान को मेरे यहॉ से वापस मंगवा लिजिए लेकिन उनके द्वारा साफ मना कर दिया गया कि कि अब हम कुछ नही कर सकते ।
                                  श्रीमान जी आपसे अनुरोध है कि मेरा रिफण्ड/रिप्लेशमेन्ट कराने का कष्ट करे इसके लिए में सदा में आपका आभारी रहूगा । आपके महान कृपा होगी ।

                                        I purchased a product worth of rs.2450 on amazon on 26th of may using my canara bank debit card and order is cancelled immediately. As per amazon's confirmation email received on 31st of may, it is clearly written that the refund is processed successfully with refund reference # 247706. But as on today the amount is not reflected in my account.

                                        I had contacted canara bank customer service, they are saying that there are no pending transaction and when i contact amazon they say it is successfull at our end. I am unable get what is happening. Please help.
