There is a automatically deducted from my icici bank account of inr - 999/-

What the hell is going on?
Deleting my amazon account. These guys dupe people, while i do not even know what service it is.

Txn of inr 999.00 done on acct xx654 on 07-jun-20. Info: vsi*amazon st. Avbl bal:inr call 18002662 for dispute or sms block 654 to [protected]

Amazon has withdrawn INR 999 from my ICICI bank account for which I have not even used it, neither received any OTP for this transaction. I want my money back. I don't even used the Amazon app earlier.

Amazon processed a refund for amount 733.00 has been successfully processed on[protected] and the amount should reflect in your account by now. When i contacted CITI bank, they asked for ARN which Amazon is denying to provide.

It has been more than two months but i have not received the refund. I have been pushed from both sides to contact the opposite sides for disputes. Please help!

Dear Sir Last month on 23rd May credit my account by amazon he has provied me refund reference number as a proof but still paytm was not credited to my account and bank officials are not taking any action on it please check and credit my payment to my account as soon as possible thank you. pllzz refund my payment sir plzz

I have ordered a asus vivobook 14 laptop on 31st may 2020. But due unexpected delivery date i cancelled my order on 1st june. The amazon service of payment showing that the amount will expected refund on 6th june 2020. But now it's been 7th june 2020 and haven't refund yet.

I ordered two products today i received one box on cash on delivery and i pay for this but inside one item is missing i also done complain on customer care plz solve my problem

We had order the air cooler from amazon on 20 may 2020. We received the product on 24 may which was defective and used. We immediately posted a return request but didn’t get any response from there side. We tried emailing them but even there no action was taken for the same.

I am very upset about this! Will be sending back these items (If it comes) & certainly will not be paying for it! I don't want them to collect any 'monies' returned but from i gather its on a cc or an amazon acct. Which i don't have. Can't send you an e-mail report. By the way # also means numbers, not hashtags! Would appreciate anything you can do to catch these thieves & clear my accts!

I can't suggest anyone to buy from this online shopping. It's very poor, i supposed next time to go to police if my complaint has not rectify. I want my money back.

Amazon refund initiated but not visible in my bank account. Its been around 15 days but nothing happens.

Since feb i have trying to get the fire stick replaced. I spoken to a no of people but no help. They promised to replace the entire set including remote but i rec'd only the stick since 5 months this has been going on really frustrating. The other day i spoke to a representative for 1hr and the call got dis connected.. He had also assured that he will call back. Now i'm in no mood to use the device.. I just want my money back. I have also reached out to them on twitter they keep saying we will look into this. No one deserves. To go through this... I hope someone takes action against amazon.

My order by amazon was delivered on june 3rd for rayban frame but when i opened the box there was no frame only. I contacted amazon customer service but no refund yet or redilevery yet. They are not taking care of customer and cheating people.
