My name is pratap roy. I ordered a computer ram. I canceled the product that i didn't need. But when i ordered i made the payment online rs 3200. But ten days have passed since i canceled and i have not received any reply call and the money refund has not reached my bank account yet. Today i called customer care but they say your money has been refunded but i saw in the bank that i have not received any money.

But when I ordered I made the payment online Rs 3200.But ten days have passed since I canceled and I have not received any reply call and the money refund has not reached my bank account yet. Today I called customer care but they say your money has been refunded but I saw in the bank that I have not received any money.

      I ordered mb whey active protein. When product delivered product seal is open and there is only few amount of protein. I complaint many times to amazon but there is no one to come to pick the product. If i not get refund tomorrow then i go to consumer court. Please take action and send me refund.

              I ordered samsung galaxy m31 on 19th may on amazon for 16, 999/-. The mobile came in dead condition, i raised a return request on amazon but no body is coming to pick the mobile. I have escalated this issue multiple time with amazon but there is no resolution and they are also not returning my money back.

              Kindly look into the issue and help me in getting my money back against a dead product received.

                  I have ordered ibell tower fan on 26th may and made payment via upi, next day before shipment of this order i have cancelled this order, that time i got notification from amazon that within 3-4 days i will get refund, but today is 5th june, after 10 days i have still not received any refund yet,

                        Following sellers i ordered from selling what is described as pistachio plant sends dead plant instead and not the quantity ordered... This is fraud nothing less.
                        1) order #[protected] 02 pistachio plants ordered sold by oj orey on 23 oct 2019 paid rs 476.05 one dead plantreceived
                        2) order no[protected] 02 pistachio plants ordered sold by edensfield on 18may2020 paid rs 500 only 01 totally dead plant received other plant no news paid rs 500... Fraud again
                        3) order no[protected] 01 healthy live pistachio plant ordered sold by eaglesford on 28may20 paid rs 249 only... Received an aloe vera plant not pistachio plant in bad condition... Fraud again
                        These are serious issues which amazon needs to resolve to mantain credibility. Seller advertises one thing sells defective product or does not deliver the quantity promised...
                        I also want to alert other buyers against such sellers who do not deliver

                          My refund money has not been credited to my bank account. I don't know amazon is saying it have credited the amount and the canara bank is saying that it hasn't received any money.

                          Updated by Vansh kothari                           The Amazon customer service is so worst that they are saying the same thing for 10 times and I visited canara bank mandya where there is no proper solution.
                          I told the canara bank that to file a charge dispute asper RBI RULES AND REGULATIONS but they denied. I request consumer consumption to solve this and get my money back.

                              I have ordered few items using amazon app. Some of them was prepaid orders and few of them was COD orders. I have received a message of the delivery today. But the items hasn't arrived yet. While tracking the orders through amazon app it shows that COD order has been returned and prepaid order was delivered to customer. But i didn't get any calls regarding the return of COD order which was prompted to deliver todat and also...

                                      My order of realme buds 2 got cancelled due to some payment issues. The order was placed on 26 may 2020. The money got deducted from my credit card but never made it to the seller. I placed the order again hoping that the refund would eventually come in 2-4 businesses days as said by amazon. After talking to the credit card company, i got to know that the money deducted was transferred to a bakery called dangee dums in ahmedabad. I had placed the order through amazon app so how is it possible that my money wound up somewhere else.
