Dear sir i have a placed a order of redmi note 8 few days ago and i paid 10000 by gift cards and 1499 by debit card but after some time amazon had suspended my account and cancelled my order and the refund of rs 10000 had been added to my amazon pay balance but i am unable to use it because my account is onhold

      This is totally unacceptable.

        Ordered on 16 March 2020 Order#[protected] till today has not been delivered by seller-Blulux ISO-Propyl Alcohol Lr 2.5Ltr
        Sold by: CHEMICAL UDYOG
        on going to contact seller tab only option given is -RETURN ITEM. Amazone online chat no response is being given only routine reply are given even no customer care representative in coming on the chat. It appears that Amazone has become partner with the fraudster supplier. I am not getting help from any corner.

              I purchased a mobile on[protected] of amount 13999 and cancel order before shipping as amazon said that they had initiated refund on[protected] but till date no refund has been processed in my account as now they are not helping to get the refund back by saying that we cant help you as we have refunded back amount with reference number 75503720134039758238194 so you can ask your bank but pnb bank said that no payment has been refunded by them.

              As soon as i registered my complaint on consumercomplaints.in, after 2 days the payment was processed in my bank account for Rs 13999, thanks to you who helped me to get back my money as amazon had totally refused to help in this matter.

                    I purchased yamaha psr e363 through amazon on[protected] and paid through my Indian Bank debit card but somehow the transaction failed and the money got debited from my account. Amazon said on[protected] that the money has been refunded and should have been credited to my account by now. But amount is still not in my account. They are only replying that contact bank's customer care and raise a dispute and bank's customer care is replying that we can't do anything with this.
                    Overall, my money is stuck. Neither amazon is helping out nor Indian Bank.

                          I ordered 2 sets but recieved only one set, but recieved a delivered status for both. I recieved only one track pant instead of two sets of 3/4th pant and t shirt. Hence i placed return option. Since i recieved only one pant with same ordered i'd, how can i return two pack. Kindly sort the issue as soon as possible and refund my 1398.00 rs.

                            Item not delivered for 4th time n delivery guy updated as : delivered: (Renewed) prestige deluxe...

                            Past 4 deliveries i had same issue, delivery guy marking items as delivered without delivering and without even taking pin or otp which amazon gives to customer to be shared with delivery agent at time of delivery.
                            In last deliveries somehow items were delivered same day after raising complaint but this time item has gone missing or stolen by delivery agent.

                              I have ordered a mobile redmi note 8. It has switched off after 2 days. I tried to switch it on but its not working even i have charged it but still no response from the mobile set. It is in completely dead mode. I have talked your technical assistants multiple times. They said ok your phone would be picked up. But the pickup boy told me he was not able to find out the emei number of the phone so ge would not pick up. He suggested me to call the technical assistant again and ask him/her to send a email to the delivery boy i called again the assistant told me ok your package would be picked after 3 days and told me he mailed all the information which is required. Today the day on which my the phone would be picked up but the pickup boy has not come i called him now he is telling me call them again i have not get any email from them. I have all the call recordings and feeling very frusteted now what can i do. I am filing a complaint here if there is no response i have only one option which is consumer court. And in return option it will show that this product is not eligible to return... What's the hell is this??? No iam decided to do viral this.                                       This is my 1st order of 3 quantity of same parcel. (1) order no.[protected]

                                      At the time of order arive at my home.in my family have marriage at that time so, i was outside for some work than i told to deliver agent to go my home and delivery to my mom but deliver man gives many excuses and whole day wasted of me and irretated me & his behavior is to bad.
                                      At the time of delivery packages inner side was fully wasted and damaged/use so, my mom told him that we won't give money for this wasted products than delivery man says that our duty is to deliver these products we can't do anything for you you contact to amazon than mom received all 3 parcel force fully after mom share everything else to me after i go in my orders section to return these but there were still tracking were not updated than i call many times'to deliver boy and he gives me excuses every time that like - sir i updated u can see after some time or sir this was due to technical problems and many more etc.
                                      I can't trust to deliver boy so, i shares everything else to your team and i also tell then that i can't trust to deliver boy please do something than your team members gives me surely words that they will with me if anything wrong happened and if tracking will not updated. I also told to your team that i can't trust to deliver boy single 1% so please do something else now.. And after some hrs delivery boy number showing unrecognisable or disconnect.
                                      And sir as i already told you that at the time in my home as marriage celebration so we through powder in the garbage due to chemicals because we have fear that kids were eat that powder so, ignoring that risk we through...
                                      (And i don't know what the problem that still showing returned to the seller)
                                      Dear i share so much personally information to you.
                                      From march to may till date whenever i call amazon cunsumer care, they change their statement everytime, really there word can't have value.
                                      Even amazon team gives me so many sureties regarding my refund but everytime they change their statement and gives irretated excuses and i follow them whatever they told to me and share them everything they want regarding my order received.
                                      Even many times amazon representives told me that my shipment picture shared by them 100% correct with no error they already scan my shipment pictures and i received my refund once nutrition team will be availabe and i follow them blindely.
                                      Infact amazon members create many times followups with me for call back for refund but i can't received a single call till date.
                                      If you anyone can't belive my word than you can check my call records recorded by amazon company.
                                      Now this time amazon company told me on yesterday call that they can't help me for any resolution because tracking id not updated or showing return to the seller.

                                      I hope you try to understand.
                                      Please help us, this is very big amount it so important for middle class people. This was salary for one month for my family..

                                        My order of samsung galaxy m21 at amazon was cancelled after 3 days for no valid reason although the full advanced payment was already done at the time of ordering via credit card. The seller cancelled stating that payment was incomplete. How could the payment be incomplete when it was done through credit card and the order was successfully placed. Additionally i have the transaction i'd and the reference no. With me when the advanced full online payment was made through sbi credit card. And even after 4 days i haven't got my money amount back to me. How irresponsible? I was in dread need of the mobile and want to re order but i didn't got my refund. This is a very serious matter. Help me as soon as possible. Myself being the prime member at amazon.
