    The AMAZON has refunded an amount of 774/- into my account.But when I approached the Bank, they said that not a single rupee is credited in your account by AMAZON.I don't know what to do now.

        Amazon has sent wrong material which i have not ordered. I have ordered for never lose reusable washable anti pollution mask with filter valve with cotton pair hand sleeves. Payment has been done while ordering the item. But they have sent wrongly 10 surgical masks. The same day on 20.05.2020, i have requested for return. The return id is[protected]. Even after 10 days they did nothing to collect the item. Also no information regarding return. How can one trust your system.

        Hope you will take it seriously

          I had ordered 2 lifebuoy mild care hand wash (185ml) of rs.270 (Including all posting & tax charges) on 20th march'20. At the time of purchased my balance had been deducted successfully. But still now product not received. I am very much hopeless about this seller. Whenever i have mailed them they provided one tracking no of fedex service. But no updates are showing after my purchasing done. But in my amazon account it is showing product...

          I had ordered one pc of pill organiser 7 days x 4 times a day on amazon india vide order #[protected] on 19th may 2020.
          On 24th may 2020, i received a packet against above mentioned order, which upon opening, was found containing plastic ice tray.
          I immediately mailed seller m/s global mart on 24th may 2020 itself and explained the issue, requesting supply of ordered material and also mentioned that the earlier wrongly supplied material will be returned at the time of correct item's delivery.
          Now, a week has passed and i am yet to receive ordered material nor refund
          Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

            I have ordered kids sando set as per Amazon promise that they will deliver products on 30 may 2020 but after 2days passed but still delivery not done and also only one half missed call made by Amazon before i press recieve button they disconnected call and immediately within a sec they messaged me that due unable to contact you they are not delivering today, will attempt tomorrow again.

              On 4/28/20 there was a charge of $12.99 put on my account. I believe this charge was not authorized. Can you tell me what this is and if not my charge please remove. Thank you for your help.

                  I bought a product that i returned within their limited time but the money did not come from them and they showed me a refund reference number and said that now they can take money from the bank in their account, this amount of rs 1688 which has not been in my account for a long time, at this time i am in great need of these money and they have to call again and again, even then there is no hearing on their behalf, we do not have it in my hand, i bought the product from them, why should i give money to the bank and the bank does not listen to me? The bank says that we cannot message you with this number.

                    I ordered for lg 5star rating ac latest model. I received lg 3star ac.

                    As per bill model no is ls-q18ynza. And ac box model no. Is ls-q18jnxa.

                    Amazone wants inspection job card from lg service care.
                    But as discussion with local lg care they can't come for inspection. This matter between saler and customer.

                    Below r cancelled visit from lg service care:-

                          Hi,

                          Some months ago i bought one product namely whey protein powder 5lbs from amazon.in. I really forgot about this website for raising complaints otherwise i would have raised the complaint when i came to know about the fake product.

                          I did not see the review as had never receive any fake products from amazon. But this time they cross their limits. The reseller is cloudtale, a fraudulent company. I cannot find the details in my order details. They have deleted the order.

                          Please help and let me know what more info i can share.

                            Above details of the washing machine purchased from amazon. It is damaged from inside and outside. Product is under 2 year of warranty, although amazon is not responding the issue correctly and for that for the repairing of it we have to bare the 13000 rupees cost. Please help us..!

                              On[protected] i made an electricity bill payment of ₹350 from amazon by using my syndicate debit card and the amount is debited from my account. But the bill payment gets failed and received a message from amazon as ₹350 is successfully refunded and it will takes 3-4 business days to reflect in your account. But still[protected] i didn't receive refund in my account. Then i contact both amazon's and syndicate bank's customer care to resolve this issue but i didn't get proper response from both of them.
