    The internet is suspended after the payment. What kind of service you provide.in this age where activation takes seconds, you are making you customer suffer after the payment. This was not expected from act.

    There is an option to logout and login but it does nothing. It is more than 12 hrs now my internet is disconnected. Pathetic service from act. Really disappointed

      I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs 999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 23 th april, 2020. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

          Hi,

          I am getting deduction of EMIs from my SBI credit card, even after cancellation of all my orders. I received 2 EMIs in my SBI credit card. 1st EMI deducted on 22nd March and 2nd was on 22nd April. Since I have not received any product, how can Amazon deduct payment from my credit card ? Kindly let me know.

                In reviewing my credit card bill I see a charge for $127.33. I have no idea what this is for and am requesting it be removed. I should not have an account with you and if there is one I am requesting it be closed.

                    I purchased a product on amazon on 21/03/2020 using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 06/04/2020 maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as.74332740097009592461925 i had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

                      Have been following up with amazon for countless time to fix the issue, i have made a purchase which was delivered to me as well, still they blocked my account.. No one seems to care or conatct me to resolve the issue.. It is now 3 months i am trying hard to get someone to help me.

                        I placed an order for typecast retro typewriter by we r memory keepers with amazon india and paid rs. 7599.00 through sbi credit card. Order no.[protected]. As per the details the order is supposed to be fulfilled by 456 stores - amazon marketplace. I have received an information from amazon that "456 stores not able to fulfill the the order and the amount will be refunded". Neither amazon nor 456 stores have not made the refund of the amount paid towards the order. I would appreciate if this can be taken up with amazon and its affiliate to get the refund of the amount paid by me. I have recently got re-issued my fresh sbi credit card due to some issues with my previous credit card which i hope not an issue to make the refund of the amount to my account. I have several times written to amazon but no proper response as to when i will receive the refund.

                        Please let me know if this is has been forwarded and addressed to get my refund of the amount to my account. If anything further with regard to this order is required from my side please let me know to get this resolved at the earliest. The reason I raised this issue on this platform is that I have not been able to get a proper attention from Amazon Team on calls nor I am not able to open my Amazon Account which they put on hold with my several requests, which I feel unfair on account of some disputed transaction which have already been solved.

                                I had taken an amazon prime membership on 8/04/20 & canceled it on the same day & when contacted the call centre of amazon they confirmed that the amount of rs.999/- had been released by them on 15/04/20 of which they have given me the following reference no.[protected] & told to check with the bank. When confirmed with a canara bank shirdi branch the amount had not yet been deposited in my account & they were unable to give me the status by the reference no. I have even checked my balance through app but nothing has been credited yet. Iwould request you to kindly check & clarify the status at the earliest awaiting for your reply

                                  I ordered the laptop in amazon rs.39990 in 19.03.2020.But the order cancelled because the payment declined due to technical issues. They refund the amount on same 19.03.2020.But I didn't receive the amount till now.so please consider this matter and solve this issue as soon as possible

                                      Regarding order i'd:[protected],
                                      I ordered essential food items and personal care items which was to be delivered on 19th april 2020, but even after calling customer care thousand times they did nothing and told it will surely reach by 9 pm.
                                      Now i have received a mail from amazon where they have only shipped hajmola out of all this and wrote the will notify further when the rest will be available.
                                      My simple question is why do they take orders if they don't have stocks neither they disclose anything in advance.
                                      They are running essential services like fish market. I am stranded due to them, having no staples at home and i don't know when it will reach. I am disgusted with amazon. What shall i do with their apologise. Totally pissed off. Attached pics for reference.

                                        Dear sir/ mam,

                                        I had purchased a mobile from amazon.in on 23rd march 2020 with my friends credit card and also pay charge availing its offer. And sold out my mobile. And mobile to be delivered on 27th march to 31st march. But due to covid lockdown it delayed about 1 month. Then also i was waiting for it. Therefore they cancelled my order before 2 days of resuming orders & deliveries with any confirmation before cancellation. And now they are saying we can't do anything in this. As the offer was available for one time purchase, it can't be availed again. They should cancel mobile on last delivery date or once confirm customer before cancellation earlier. They are ready to pay only rs 100 as their compensation. But i'm looking forward for purchasing that mobile on same price i paid earlier. This is not at all fair. They should give a promotional voucher for puchasing same mobile against cancelling order own without any confirmation as credit card offer was applicable for one time. Or bring that order or offer for me for same price.
