Hi,

I am writing this to consumer complaints because i got the wrong mail i’d from amazon customer service
The mail delivery for mail id
[protected]@amazon.in is failing

This is regarding my order
[protected] for whirlpool vitamagic single door automatic defrost wine colour fridge. I got delivery with completely wrong product. I ordered 3star and got comepletly wrong product with 4star rated with different specification.
Although i did not expected this from amazon. I am always facing such issue like damaged and wrong product delivery with couple of orders. I don’t know how this can happen without any quality check or verification of the product before delivery. This happens often with delivery location for gulbarga.

I also want to escalate this issue and help me with speeding up the process to pick up the wrong product delivered, since we can’t take the responsibility of keeping up the product in our home which not ours else let us know how to escalate this to higher level if, this is not picked up soon and replace my order with correct product with sooner delivery.

    I have subscribed amazon prime for one month with 129 rs and before time i have cancelled membership but without any reason amazon prime ducting my account with 999 rs. Kindly do the needful.

        Amazon has given me refund reference number and 27-5-20 was final date of refund but my account doesn't show the same

          Address: There is no address of amazon. They are dealing on online basis. The ship from is already stated above

          The u/s purchased a contour blood glucose monitoring system from amazon. @ rs 1699/-. The payment was made through sbi debit card. The item delivered on 16.5.2020. After receiving the item i opened the parcel it is seen that there is no bill in the parcel. Further it is seen that mrp of the item is 1645.
          In spite of my repeated emails to amazon and calls to its call centre all are failure. The order no. Id[protected]. The item ship from. Surgicals 53, c401, mohammadi maskan, badri bagh behind choithram hosp. Indore (Mp) 452014.
          Regarding resolution of complaint they should be penalised. If you feel guilty.

              I have purchased a camera flash from amazon on 21 december 2019 as the website was showing for delivery within two days so ordered it but it came very late around 4th of january where i need that for new year time and there was no option for cancellation and then i checked with amazon seller said some problem with the courier so i purchased from sony retail store for a lesser prince and on 4th of january without any notification this product from amazon got delivered to me but as i have already purchased so there was no use for it to me so i requested for a return. But then seller said return window is closed so return cannot be happen. Then i contacted customer care for this issue and then they identified that due to late delivery return is not happening then again seller deliberately placed a condition if the product is unused he can take the return and demanded product box six sided pictures which i sent on the same day but seller denied that he has not received any picture for it as at this time seller might remember that he had sent me an open box product where there was no seal on it i was shocked when i opened the parcel and seller started a argument that they don't sell used product. Where the reality was different an its been five months they are not able to take this return please find the below pictures where i have made several emails to customer service for all their demands. Which were gone unanswered as they are trying to escalate to a higher level.

                I had placed an order for a laptop on monday, 18th may 2020, after placing the order it said that the product would get delivered on tuesday, 26th of may 2020. The next day i received a notification that i would receive the product on sunday, 24th may instead. 24th and 26th may has passed, have not yet received it. There is even a missing tracking date between 21st and 27th. On wednesday, 27th may 2020, i called the amazon helpline, an executive gave me a guarantee on call that it would be delivered by thursday, 28th may before 7 pm, and i have this statement recorded on call as well. It's now 10:30 pm. I called up the helpline in the evening at about 4ish to confirm if the parcel would be delivered today itself, they confirmed that i would receive the product by or on sunday, 31st may 2020. I have already paid for the product due to the new government guidelines. My total amount is rs. 48, 878.00/-

                I am sharing the different details shared on the amazon website.

                    Inspite of repeated request that the company has charged overcharged than mrp and non submission of bill and non submission of respond of my e mail and telephone call but regret to inform you that all e mail are default and no respond from telephone call.                       Inspite of repeated email and telephone to their call centre’s to amazon regarding. Overcharging than mrp and non submission of bill of item supplied to the u/s against order no.[protected], but all the emails are mailer daemon (Rejected). The amazon is not giving any reply or attending the phone. Please advice.

                          I purchased water purifier from amazon of konvio brand however the water purifier given to me had duplicate parts it was verified itself by the manufacturer guy. The purifier stopped working in 15 days. 1

                              Placed an order with amazon with following details.
                              Sundex heavy duty stainless steel double pole foldable cloth dryer/clothes drying stand order id:[protected]. I placed return request on 21 may 20 same was approved by amazon. My return pickup was scheduled on 22 may 20. It is not picked up yet.in spite of several complaints no action has been taken. Every time i am contacting customer care they are giving me fresh pickup date. Request look into the matter.

                                My order number[protected] dt 05.04.2020 for purchase of safe x disposable latex medical examination globe 100 pcs, have noot been delivered to us till date despite several reminder to seller vide amazon sites. I have nevertless observed such type of irresponsible attitude previously despite corona epidemic. Please get this delivered to me immeditely without fail.

                                  I have purchased a spit ac through amazon india in august 2019 of sayno 2 ton capacity but is not working properly, i tried to contact manufacturer as well as amazon india but there is no solution yet after 1 month after continuous follow up, both saller (Amazon india) & sayno (Manufacturer) has made me football. Which is very regretting to a indian customer

                                    I ordered a book (Tales of ancient egypt) from amazon. And i canceled it before it delivered. I filed a refund. They said that they will send the refund in original payment method. But i didn't received a refund. Though amazon seller has confirmed the refund and share the details with me.                                         Seller intentionally delivered defective product to me at 25th may, not working label is already sticked in product.
                                        Also I am unable to return this product as Amazon not picking up this product from my location, and I am unable to courier it due to pandemic situation.

                                        Not working label is already sticked in product then how Amazon sent this to me and now he is not ready to return.
                                        I need refund for this product or send working product to same address.
