I had placed an order for a laptop on monday, 18th may 2020, after placing the order it said that the product would get delivered on tuesday, 26th of may 2020. The next day i received a notification that i would receive the product on sunday, 24th may instead. 24th and 26th may has passed, have not yet received it. There is even a missing tracking date between 21st and 27th. On wednesday, 27th may 2020, i called the amazon helpline, an executive gave me a guarantee on call that it would be delivered by thursday, 28th may before 7 pm, and i have this statement recorded on call as well. It's now 10:30 pm. I called up the helpline in the evening at about 4ish to confirm if the parcel would be delivered today itself, they confirmed that i would receive the product by or on sunday, 31st may 2020. I have already paid for the product due to the new government guidelines. My total amount is rs. 48, 878.00/-

I am sharing the different details shared on the amazon website.

      Inspite of repeated request that the company has charged overcharged than mrp and non submission of bill and non submission of respond of my e mail and telephone call but regret to inform you that all e mail are default and no respond from telephone call. The order no [protected] 9969100. But till date no response has been recd.

        Inspite of repeated email and telephone to their call centre’s to amazon regarding. Overcharging than mrp and non submission of bill of item supplied to the u/s against order no.[protected], but all the emails are mailer daemon (Rejected). The amazon is not giving any reply or attending the phone. Please advice.

            I purchased water purifier from amazon of konvio brand however the water purifier given to me had duplicate parts it was verified itself by the manufacturer guy. The purifier stopped working in 15 days. 1

                Placed an order with amazon with following details.
                Sundex heavy duty stainless steel double pole foldable cloth dryer/clothes drying stand order id:[protected]. I placed return request on 21 may 20 same was approved by amazon. My return pickup was scheduled on 22 may 20. It is not picked up yet.in spite of several complaints no action has been taken. Every time i am contacting customer care they are giving me fresh pickup date. Request look into the matter.

                  My order number[protected] dt 05.04.2020 for purchase of safe x disposable latex medical examination globe 100 pcs, have noot been delivered to us till date despite several reminder to seller vide amazon sites. I have nevertless observed such type of irresponsible attitude previously despite corona epidemic. Please get this delivered to me immeditely without fail.

                    I have purchased a spit ac through amazon india in august 2019 of sayno 2 ton capacity but is not working properly, i tried to contact manufacturer as well as amazon india but there is no solution yet after 1 month after continuous follow up, both saller (Amazon india) & sayno (Manufacturer) has made me football. Which is very regretting to a indian customer

                      I ordered a book (Tales of ancient egypt) from amazon. And i canceled it before it delivered. I filed a refund. They said that they will send the refund in original payment method. But i didn't received a refund. Though amazon seller has confirmed the refund and share the details with me. But i haven't received the refund yet. And the bank branch can't help me with this.

                        Dear sir on 17/05/2020 amazon refund amount rs.874 initiated in my indian bank saving account but when me chek after 9 days then no money is refund when we contact amazon customer care amazon says we can't any help bechare we refund your amount to ur bank so u will contact bank then we contact bank customer care but bank denied he says no refund or money is initiated by amazon please help me take a strict action against amazon and my indian bank.

                          Seller intentionally delivered defective product to me at 25th may, not working label is already sticked in product.
                          Also I am unable to return this product as Amazon not picking up this product from my location, and I am unable to courier it due to pandemic situation.

                          Not working label is already sticked in product then how Amazon sent this to me and now he is not ready to return.
                          I need refund for this product or send working product to same address.

                            I have ordered kids t-shirt set of amount 699 rs.
                            Amazon india showd that product will be delivered on 25 may 2020
                            But still its 27 may 2020 not delivered the product
                            Also when i try to call customer care services they are not receiving calls also on chat they sending repeated reply.
                            On track products delivery it shows they have rescheduled delivery date on customer request but i did not requested anything about delivery date because there is no single communication happened between me and amazon india person.

                              I placed an order for purchase of Eureka Forbes Aquasure from Aquaguard xtra tuff 15 litre water purifier. I paid for it and as per site it is being supplied to me on 26th May 20. I have not received the product till date. As corona virus is prevailing in my area, I request you to send it urgently.                                 I order a samsung 192 l 4 star inverter refrigerator on 21st march 2020 for which the delivery date was given 23rd march 2020 however due to the negligence it went into wrong direction which delayed my delivery by one day and when it reached to final delivery station countrywide lockdown was announced on 25th march 2020 during this period i co-operate with amazon. Finally on 19th may 2020 after the lockdown it got delivered to me which was defective in nature thus i placed a return & replacement request on 21st may. I successfully returned the product in as is condition to the amazon agent on 22nd may and my replacement order was supposed to be delivered to me on 23rd may 2020 for which till date i do not have any update and it still waiting for the delivery.

                                  This refers to the refund informed by amazon with reference of 024971 for rs 17366 against the order cancelled. As i have used my wife's debit card for payment while placing the order, this was supposed to get credited to her account by now. But this was not reflecting till now. Request you to check and arrange for refund at the earliest.

                                      I had ordered Euro Men's Cotton Brief ( Pack of 5 ) on the 23rd May'2020. I received a product today (30th May 2020 ) but got the wrong product. I received 1 Briefs and 2 pairs of socks. Which i did not order. The total price of the order received is 228 Rs. and i paid 394 rs for the pack of 5. This is cheating and not acceptable from such a reputed brand. I understand this is a non exchange product but the order itself is wrong and cant be used. I need complete refund or exchange or i would be taking this matter further. Need a reply back from your team asap.

                                        We placed an order in Amazon.in for product "Touch Cool 48 Colours Twin Head Art Markers Pen For Manga And Impression Sketch Marker For Art Lovers Designer And Artist" sold by Sabahz Trading. For faster delivery by 21 May 2020, additional cost INR 80 was paid. However the product got delivered on 26 May 2020 delayed by 5 days. So I dont know why INR 80 was charged.

                                        The product delivered is "Touch Bool" brand which is different from the one ordered. This seems like a low quality product with nearly half prize of the original brand ordered. Moreover it doesn't even look matching with box/packing of Touch Bool brand itself! I tried to return this product but not allowed! Not sure what to do with this duplicate product... Attached snapshot for the product delivered and the note from Seller saying they were out of stock and sending a different brand! This is not acceptable. I feel got cheated by receiving a low quality product with higher price and original invoice given for different product! Basically I would like to have a refund for this product.
