My order of samsung galaxy m21 at amazon was cancelled after 3 days for no valid reason although the full advanced payment was already done at the time of ordering via credit card. The seller cancelled stating that payment was incomplete. How could the payment be incomplete when it was done through credit card and the order was successfully placed. Additionally i have the transaction i'd and the reference no. With me when the advanced full online payment was made through sbi credit card. And even after 4 days i haven't got my money amount back to me. How irresponsible? I was in dread need of the mobile and want to re order but i didn't got my refund. This is a very serious matter. Help me as soon as possible. Myself being the prime member at amazon.

      On 28th march, 2020 order no[protected] was placed for supply of a book a tale dark and grimm and sum of rs 302.00 was credited to the company account. The delivery date was april, 1. Till date, i have neither received the product nor the refund. When company sought customer review, i mentioned that i have not received the product. However, the company informed me that review could not be posted to the website. Thereafter, i sent an email to shri jeff ceo of the company but the same remains unacknowledged till date. It appears that the company had no intention to deliver the ordered product and wants to usrup my money. Regards,.         On 5th may i order two pis mobile total amount was rs15998. I paid this amount through bank atm card. After two days i cancel my order. Amzon refund my amount 11th may. But this not credit by bank a/c yet. I call amzon customer care. They told they refunded my balance. What problem. Please solve it. My a/c no=[protected]. Ifsc=utbi0bdy957. Order id=[protected]

            I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs 999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 29th july, 2019. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same

              I purchased two items to paidrs.11, 495, 00 one is nike mens t shirt and other is ray ban full rim spectacle frame. I received both items and returned both items due to some problem. The seller returned rs.4, 321, 00 of nike t shirt. But the seller not returned rs.7, 714, 00 of ray ban frame till today. Order number is #[protected]. I placed order on-21.04.2019. Order received on06.05.2019. Order returned on-09.05.2019 by amazon return policy. The seller received their item on 12.05.2019 as per my india post tracking number. It is sold by cloud tail india. I returned to, amazon seller gmr airport city, rgi airport s. O pin-500108. From - arjuna behera, at-medical campus, po - mohana, dist - gajapati, state-odisha, pin-761015. I purchased through sbi net banking. The seller cheating me since one year. The seller and amazon website not respond my reoeated request. Amazon website not take any risk of customer. I am a customer of amazon since 2012. So kindly help me for my return money rs.7, 174, 00of ray ban frame otherwise resend my ray ban spectacle frame.

                Inverter doesn't work properly.and glowing all the indicater..time off power cut it not work..wisel every time.. doesn't charge... Many time I complained but it's not solved yet..

                  I am nitin patel (Baroda) mane date 12/10/2019 ko amazon se samsung washing machine ke liye emi ke ya tha lekin bad me order cancal kar diya tha.मगर मेरा emi cancal नही हुआ। मेरा 7 मंथ से 1652.19+1964.97=3617.16 हर महीने कट रहा है। वह बंध कीजये ओर मुजे जीतें रुपये भरे वो रकम रिफंड करे। बाद में मैने 13/10/2019 को amazon से 22000/- क्रेडीट कॉर्ड से पे करके लिया था। मुजे । में emi भर रहा हु उसे मुजे कोई प्रोडक्ट भी प्राप्त नही हुआ। आप मुजे सहायता कीजये।ओर मुजे 2019 का जो कोई प्रोडक्ट लिया के कैंसल करवाया है मुजे डिटेल मेरे मो [protected] है।

                    Hi. This is regarding my order id[protected]. I've ordered a product on 18 may at amazon. It's been 4 days but the product is not shipped yet. I have a prime membership. It says fast delivery is available in prime. But if you people not shipped the product for 4 days means what is the use of prime membership. Please ship my product as soon as possible. Thank you

                      I booked an product in amazon as it was cancelled by them but my money was debited from my account and the same day they intiated my amount and they said that the amount will be credited to your account on[protected] but still amount was not credited to my account and they asked to check in the bank i have contacted the bank to and they given my branch number and the branch person is neglecting the issue they are not even caring help me as soon as possible its an serious issue please provide me information about my amount

                            From last 1 week my account is locked just day before i placed an order through amazon its a prepaid order & after that my account has been locked i'm not able to check anything even my product is not delivered till now all the information whatever they want i already provided but they didn't unblocked me nor refunding my money back i'm stuck in this please help my email id is [protected]@yahoo.com

                                  I purchased luvlap swing chair ₹3369 from amazon on 11/05/2020and done full payment by debit ard but order was cancelled on 12/05/220 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference# 75503720134039757315928 &
                                  But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
                                  Same behaviour by branch also.
                                  Don't know what to do

                                    I have place order of m30s in january'20 with exchange and 6 month emi offer. But the delivery has refused to exchange my old phone and cancelled the order.

                                    But refund not been credited to my citi bank account and every month it has been deducted from my account with 18% gst.

                                    I need my refund asap with interest.
