I am a customer of amazon with registered email id : [protected]@gmail.com since more than 5 years, i prefer amazon to purchase online than other online services, reason behind this is excellent services of amazon. But i ordered voide order no.[protected] on dated 18 feb, 2020 to purchase candere jewellers 22kt. Mean time i requested customercare to cancelled the items before delivery accordingly delivery was cancelled and item was not deliver to me. To refund the money i made in call with customercare dozens of time, they assured the return with in 4 working days but all my effort toward the return dashed to ground as on dated 19.05.2020 i have not got refund. Not only refun i have been harass. It seems that amazon services have now become worst. Still i think amazon is good i have given one more order on 18.05.2020. I hope this request will help me to refund and during covid-19 lockdown period money is required to common man of india just like me.
