From last 1 week my account is locked just day before i placed an order through amazon its a prepaid order & after that my account has been locked i'm not able to check anything even my product is not delivered till now all the information whatever they want i already provided but they didn't unblocked me nor refunding my money back i'm stuck in this please help my email id is [protected]@yahoo.com

    I book a product from amazon on 11may by prpaid txn rs 15998. Two days i cancel this product. They refund my money. But refund money not credit my bank a/c yet. Solve my problem as soon as possible.

        I purchased luvlap swing chair ₹3369 from amazon on 11/05/2020and done full payment by debit ard but order was cancelled on 12/05/220 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference# 75503720134039757315928 &
        But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
        Same behaviour by branch also.
        Don't know what to do

          I have place order of m30s in january'20 with exchange and 6 month emi offer. But the delivery has refused to exchange my old phone and cancelled the order.

          But refund not been credited to my citi bank account and every month it has been deducted from my account with 18% gst.

          I need my refund asap with interest.

                I want to start my business online from 1-2 years but due to one mistake i am not able to do that and your team is also not helping me please help me.
                I am explaining my mistake down:
                I have 3-5 gmail accounts and by mistake 1-2 years ago i created sellers account on all gmails and add our firm gstin with all the account now because of that my all accounts get suspended immediately.

                I have send many emails but there is no response i have done many calls but they said we can help please help me please help me

                  I have a refund issue with amazon. They said that the refund has been processed and money will be reflected in my bank account within 3 to 5 days. After a week as i didn't receive the amount, i contacted amazon again and they told me that the refund has been done from their end on may 9th and to check with my bank about the issue. Please let me know why i am not getting the amount credited to my account.

                      My name is wasid sheraz and i had ordered madhabi sonilex enterprise splashproof speaker of rs 969 in amazon on 20 march 2020 and after (05 april) i returned this order due to personal reason. And on (05 april 2020)
                      Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
                      75503720096039299372532 and told me to fill charge dispute form but jkbank doesn't have such policy. So

                        Hello team my name is prashanth using using icici bank for almost 2yrs
                        I got some message at 11:19pm

                        ”txn of inr 999.00 done on acct xx513 on 19-may-20. Info: vsi*amazon st. Avbl bal:inr 292.72. Call 18002662 for dispute or sms block 513 to [protected]"

                        They didn't ask any permissions or otp's to they debitted my money of rs.999/- without my permission and don't need anything for this amount

                        Please help me to get my money back

                          My name is surendhar and i had ordered a sennheisser headphones of rs.649 in amazon on[protected] and after[protected] i returned this product due to personel reasons. And on[protected] amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to file a charge dispute form but indian overseas bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint this is very urgent. My card number is [protected] or leave my amount in my amazon pay balance

                            I am a customer of amazon with registered email id : [protected]@gmail.com since more than 5 years, i prefer amazon to purchase online than other online services, reason behind this is excellent services of amazon. But i ordered voide order no.[protected] on dated 18 feb, 2020 to purchase candere jewellers 22kt. Mean time i requested customercare to cancelled the items before delivery accordingly delivery was cancelled and item was not deliver to me. To refund the money i made in call with customercare dozens of time, they assured the return with in 4 working days but all my effort toward the return dashed to ground as on dated 19.05.2020 i have not got refund. Not only refun i have been harass. It seems that amazon services have now become worst. Still i think amazon is good i have given one more order on 18.05.2020. I hope this request will help me to refund and during covid-19 lockdown period money is required to common man of india just like me.

                              Bought canon dslr from online portal of amazon india through emi from axis bank credit card order no #[protected] which was received on 1st feb. I have returned same item on 9 feb 2020 because it was not working properly e. Return pick up reference no is[protected].
                              But emi is succesively deducting from my credit card till date (19 may 2020)
                              I got the message of refund initiated but never got that.

At that time there are free of cost get amazon prime membership but after one month 27 april 2020 amazon deduct 999 rs from my saving canara bank account.                                   This B Natural Pack of Orange 1 litre ordered from Amazon was received about few days back. Today when the packet was opened . Felt something wrong so I cut it open to see this big lump of fungus inside. This is really bad.

                                  This guy's are playing with Public Health.

                                        I have been using amazon for a long time and have been a prime member since last 2 years. I started seeing mobile number verification in the android app before a few months ago so i would switch to the website for checking out.
                                        I did this because i use flipkart and a few other platforms as well where you can add a mobile number but that is not mandatory. Recently, while in lockdown, i tried to get an order and the website also had this mandatory input for mobile number registration for ordering even though my address had a mobile number i have been using for years with amazon

                                        There are multiple addresses in my account and different mobile numbers so when this became mandatory i knew that amazon is doing something fishy that i wouldn't want to be a part of.
                                        When asked to their rep (Nandini) she mentioned that if you verify the mobile number, then no one would use that number in a bad manner. So she says, that someone will buy an item and add my number to bother me with the amazon status messages. Does that make sense?

                                        What makes sense to me is that amazon is getting greedier for user data rather than customer satisfaction since they are blowing up.
                                        My complain is that this policy should be reverted and i should be able to checkout without having to add a mobile number to my account and having to mandatorily verify it.
                                        Revert mandatory account mobile number verification.
