I am writing this mail to give a summarized idea about the problem i am facing in getting back my refund of rs. 52000 (Approx) from amazon india.

Delivery date: aug 12, 2019
Item shipped by seller: lg 2 ton 3 star inverter split ac (Copper, ks-q24enxa, white)
Product delivered: aug 12, 2019
Installation technician from the company came on: aug 20, 2019
Installation guy confirmed that the ac model is different from what was ordered.
A call was made to the seller to inform that the ac model he has sent is different from what was ordered. The model sent by the seller had a lower price than the ac i ordered. The seller was informed about this and he tried to convince me to take this item as he does not have the ac model ordered. He admitted on the call that he sent the different model on purpose and this was not by mistake.in the call, i told him that i want the ac model i ordered and not the one he sent me. And then, it was finalized that the seller will pick up the wrong product from my place and a refund will be issued from his side after he receives the product back.
A few days after, my amazon app showed that refund will be credited to your account after seller approves the refund. Seller approved the refund and still, nothing happened for a week or 10 days.
A formal request of the refund was made on sep 15 (Via calling) after waiting for 10 days. And after calling multiple times, the request was denied by amazon on oct 25.
After that, a long cycle of calling amazon regularly began and on every call, i was told to wait for 24-48 hrs saying that the escalation team will contact you in 24-48 hrs. (I have attached screenshots of the mails sent by amazon representative to wait for 24-48 hrs on multiple occasions)
And that never happened. As of now, if checked in the system, i have made more than 45 calls to amazon regarding the same issue.
I have mailed many times to amazon regarding the same issue. I have tried to raise the issue on twitter and facebook too but the issue has still not been sorted by amazon.

I have been calling amazon again and again but still no resolution.
My last call to amazon was today 15th may 2019 at around 2 pm. And again same response, someone from ecr team will call you and wait for 24-48 hrs. When i ask them no calls have been made to me for the last 5 months. And the same has been happening again and again. And i asked them what if no one calls, and customer representative has no answer as usual.
Please help me in getting my money back from amazon and they should also pay for harassing the customer.
