Refund of rs. 1964/- has been made by amazon on 06th of august 2020 regarding a product (Order number is #[protected][protected].
"the reference number of the refund is ref - 75503720038037697511397.
But, the refund has not been received yet.
Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

Each month I am being billed by this Anzn.com/billWA for all most 14.00 dollars and I want it to stop. Why am I being billed by this company each month? I have placed an order with Amazon for some time. What is to process to stop this charge on my credit card. For sure this company needs to be stopped from doing this type of action.

    in my purchase history i am not return any product you are fraud with me and you cheat me rs 102999
    For the past couple of months I have been double charged for my membership to Amazon Prime. I was charged twice in January and February in the amount of $13.07.

      I had ordered frosto womens hand bag on 8-2-2020 and the bag was delivered to me on[protected]. But the hand bag i received is damaged item. I want to send it back and get my money back. The order no is[protected] and the cost of the item is 527.00 rs. The product was ordered on cash on delivery. The handle of the bag is torn completely and i feel it has been packed carelessly or with the intention of cheating people.

        Delivery is to be done in a government organisation. The delivery boy called me early to be ready to receive the parcel. He spoke as if he is the boss out there. Reply from me was good. He said me to give the cash to main security gate as it was cod. He would drop the parcel their. I immediately did as said because i did not want to miss it. The security guard over there said that shift duty exists in gate so he would be available there till 12:30pm. I had to go out for lunch and took the money from guard as the next shift's guy would have no information. As soon as i moved out, that is 10 minutes later i received a call saying delivery is at main gate. I said him it was not possible to come now as i was unavailable that time. He asked me why didn't i did the same as said. I replied him politely that i did it but situation did not worked as said as i too had work and said him to come tomorrow. He just said me "i can't come tomorrow, take it now or else i have no idea" in an extreme rude manner. One cannot even imagine how rudely he can speak to a customer when i myself is talking politely. Action must be taken.

          There is a 'no return policy' for orders on plants. I therefore sent a recommendation that the soil around the roots must be properly packed and watered to avoid the soil falling away. My order no #[protected] from modern plants thai kg big guava dated 05 nov 2019 refers. Dead plant was received.

          Order #[protected] from nature valley for hybrid rare grafted dwarf guava. Plant arrived dead.
          Worse still, instead of guava plant, a rose plant was delivered.

              Hi, i ordered a zebronics kb-zeb wireless keyboard & mouse combo (Companion 102).in the tracking page it is showing as delivered to me. But nothing is delivered. I called the give number[protected] yesterday and today. They said to me that it will be delivered by today morning. I got the message as delivery date 11 feb 2020. But today is 12 feb and when make a call the number is invalid. Please contact me on urgent basis. [protected]

                I’ve bought H.T.Niao Imported Jacket for Men Winter Camouflage Military Design Army Style Cotton Casual Slim Fit Stand Collar Coat Latest Fashion (J9931 Khaki_$P_Khaki) from Amazon and return the product as per amazon policy it was a self return so I return it to the courier partner trackon courier services pvt ltd with tracking ID [protected] which has already been reached to the hub and along with the jacket it totally costs me around 3500+700=4200

                But till yet I’ve received any refund yet and amazon partners have refused to provide my the refund

                I am really frustrated with the whole concern attaching the screenshot for the same

                  Seller forced me to cancel the order which i was not willing to i have invoice from amazon and i want that product to be delivered for the same invoice amount... Seller called many times from unknown number and told to cancel this the order number[protected] with my permission seller cancelled the order i wnt justice and want the same product... At same price it was not my fault to order wat was displayed on the screen i have the invoice with me... I want this issue to b resolved today itself

                      I returned product on 27th january and after 7dyas i checked my bank account statement and found not credited my my money regarding my return then i contacted coustumer care and they telling me kindly wait for 10days after return and then i call them on 7th february and now they telling me they
                      Received different item in my return whenever i sent right product from my end with same mrp label and box product is taken but not receive my money which i was paid them

                        The seller named innovatev is a high end fraud seller.

                        On first when we would say that he sells essential oils but this guy manipulates other sellers price and attracts us to guy the essential oil but what he sends is a complete fake oil. He is mapping the other sellers product but we do not sell the original product. I just say this sellers product list he has list same oil 3 times where no details has been mentioned.

                        Amazon if your are seeing this review and consider the customer as your prime priority please i beg to remove this seller "innovatev".

                          I am writing this to know what action is amazon taking to stop the fraudulent job offers being posted through official website "amazonjobs.online" which is not working at present.

                          i worked for amazon previously a delivery executive through other delivery service provider and left the job but later after so many years i got to work with Amazon directly through my mobile number i used previously.                             I have cancelled an order from amazon on 19/01/2020 and recieved an email from amazon that the refund has been processed succesfully and it would be reflected by 20/01/2020 ie between 3-5 business days, but still i have not recieved the money. When i spoke with an amazon associate he said i have to fill a "charge dispute form" bcause it could be a problem at my bank side. I also contacted my banks customer care many a time but they say that problem could only be resolved by visiting my branch.
                            Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                            Chase card shows a $53.49 charge on 12/10/19 for above order.

                            What is it for? If shoes, they were sent & returned with no response--refund or substitute.

                                  I received maybelline new colossal bold liner today around 11 am. When i opened the package i was shocked to see it was already opened by someone. I think someone might have used this also. It is really irritating and annoying to have known as someone used the product which you ordered. Cant accept this type of activities from amazon. Truly disappointed!!!

                                        Item has to be delivered on 5th february 2020, but not delivered on that day.in spite of that raising a falls statement against the customer saying that delivery attempted not even get a single call from delivery agent. After that four times i raised a issue through customer support but no use. Clearly shows that no value for customer feedback. There's no proper support from the amazon customer service. It is like whenever they wanted to deliver they will and customer has to wait for them.
