Ordered the item in an 10% cash back offer on jan 22nd (Cost is rs 8999/-), and received an improper item (Small body massager) on jan 27th. I put a replace request and given complaint on same day, and got reply that, investigation team surely contacts us within 2, 3 days, so that no need to put replace request. So i cancelled the replace request. But there is no call from anyone, i called them after 3 days. Got reply with very much negligency, it will take min 5 days to complete the process, and they said they cannot say the current status of complaint. I asked my complaint id, they said there will not be any id for complaint, order id equals to complaint id. But with that order id, i'm unable to track the complaint status. So i was clueless. And again no call till feb 1st, night 8pm. Once again i made a call to customer care and they asked me to put replace request. I asked why i didn't get any call from amazon, they said 'we did not say that we call you back.' i asked why the product status in the app still showing delivered already, there is no proper reply. When i asked about what about investigation result, very bad response from them and forced me to put replace request. At last after 20 mins of conversation, replace request placed by them, and on 8th feb we got another improper item (Some plastic item which costs around 100 rupees). At last cancelled the item. Returned the item on 9th feb. But still there is no refund and status is still showing return request approved.

I can say that amazon is not as like earlier,. Earlier there was a proper response and immediate actions were taken but now totally changed. Customer care is worst.

    As per commitment, Amazon is not delivering product on time. I opted for same day delivery and paid extra bucks for that, however its wasn't made on time.. Amazon mentioned that the courier has tried yo contact;however no contact was made and no delivery sms/mail has been received.. Worst experience.. Need my money back..

      Amazon india a big cheaters. Initially they were fine in dealing the consumers. Once, they smelled the dodging method of indian companies they also following the same.
      This complaint is regarding my purchase in amazon pantry in oct-2019. My order no is[protected] 04/10/2019 worth of rs 53999. I suppose to get 10% of cashback on this amount. I have got instant cashback of 2000₹ but rest of 3300₹ till date it is not credited. I have called customer care many times. They also replied, but with same content "the issue is escalated to the concern team. We will get back to you soon".

      A month ago on 13/01/2020 they suggest and mailed me that you are eligible for cash back offer. And yesterday they informed me that you are not eligible.

      They fraud me and now harassing to not giving me my cashback. They have changed their policy terms and condition after purchase/shopping has been done.

      I want my cashback or want to return product and request to give me my full amount i have shopped for.

      What is the 10% SBI Debit Card and Credit Cards Offer?
      Offer on payment with SBI Debit or Credit Card and Credit Card EMI (RuPay/Maestro Debit Cards, Corporate or Commercial Cards are excluded)
      Minimum purchase amount INR 3, 000 (net of exchange discounts)
      Offer and Maximum Savings as below:
      On Total Purchase below INR 50, 000 – 10% Instant Discount, Maximum Instant discount per card of INR 2, 000.

      I purchased an eligible item but still did not get Instant Discount. Why?
      For purchases made on SBI Debit EMI transactions the customer will not get an Instant Discount
      When will I get the cashback?
      The cash back will be credited to the customer’s Bank account/Card statement latest by 5 January 2020.
      What if I cancel my purchase?
      The Offer is applicable for a successful purchase. If Instant Discount is availed on any purchase, and it is subsequently cancelled, the refund amount of such purchases will be posted adjusting the instant discount amount availed on the purchase. However if you place another order within the offer period, you shall get instant bank discount subject to offer eligibility.
      Where the customer is eligible for cashback, and the purchase is cancelled/returned, such purchase would no longer be eligible for the cashback.
      Would I get the Bank offer even if I make a part payment using my Amazon Pay Balance?
      Yes, you would get Instant Discount but only on the amount charged on your SBI Debit or Credit Card. Also, to avail instant discount, your SBI card should be charged for a minimum amount of INR 3, 000. For example, if total purchase amount is INR 8000, and INR 1, 000 is paid using Amazon Pay Balance and INR 7, 000 is paid using SBI card, then instant discount would be given on INR 7, 000 and not INR 8, 000. Similarly, if INR 7, 000 is paid using APay balance and INR 1, 000 is paid using SBI card, then customer would not get any discount because the amount paid using SBI card is less than INR 3, 000.

        I had ordered apple iwatch series 5 at cost of 52900/- on 14th feb 2020. Today i. E. On 15th feb 2020 i received product few minutes back, apart from outer amazon box whole product packing was unsealed. Right from main box and two internal boxes for band and device&charger respectively. The main outer box was tampered and was applied normal adhesive tape which apple product never uses.
        The device watch, band, charger, charging chord are total fake and duplicate.
        The seller appario retail pvt ltd. And service provider amazon india equally be blamed for such goo[censored]p and lack of basic product check or verification before sending product to customer.
        I even gave complaint to amazon customer care, they said they will take 24hrs for replacement confirmation. And after confirmation they will pickup product and than later they will give replacement. (They are not giving hand to hand replacement)
        Why should it take 24 hrs for just confirmation when these people lags in their own workings and protocols?!
        Why should end user get suffering while their employees are into malpractice.
        I want a immediate refund and want this clone product to be picked up asap.

        Amazon India is shameless and pathetic even after series of complaint they accept return for tampered product but while pickup their fraud delivery boys refused to pick up even after showing email from amazon.
        I strongly believe the fraud racket is taken thru delivery system only.
        I need to file a police complaint since rather to find loop hole in their company customer is facing this fraud and money is wiped out

          I have ordered tommy hilfiger blazer/jacket, but they have sent me some local brand. Now amazon india team is refusing to take back. They are cheating to their customers. They have put tag of tommy hilfiger on the blazer but underline blazer is from some local market. This is how they are cheating to their customers. I have written to them multiple times and sent them evidences like pictures and video time i have received the packet. But they are not ready to listen. They are sending the fake /wrong items to their customers and play with hard earn money of customers.
          Please do not buy anything from amazon india.

            I ordered a hookah on 12th january 2020 worth rs 1999 (Jaipurcrafts royal rajasthan 22 inches brass hookah). It was damaged so i made a replacement request l. But then i changed my mind and decided to return it. It was picked up from my place on 21st january. I returned the product with all the tags, and with the exact same packaging. But they never gave my refund. I have been contacting amazon since 24 days, but haven’t received my refund yet. I am done and tired contacting amazon customer care. I am so disappointed with them. There site says that they refund the amount in 5-6 business days. But i have been waiting since 24 days and haven’t received my refund.

                        "the reference number of the refund is ref - 75503720038037697511397.
                        But, the refund has not been received yet.
                        Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
                        I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

                              Delivery is to be done in a government organisation. The delivery boy called me early to be ready to receive the parcel. He spoke as if he is the boss out there. Reply from me was good. He said me to give the cash to main security gate as it was cod. He would drop the parcel their. I immediately did as said because i did not want to miss it. The security guard over there said that shift duty exists in gate so he would be available there till 12:30pm. I had to go out for lunch and took the money from guard as the next shift's guy would have no information. As soon as i moved out, that is 10 minutes later i received a call saying delivery is at main gate. I said him it was not possible to come now as i was unavailable that time. He asked me why didn't i did the same as said. I replied him politely that i did it but situation did not worked as said as i too had work and said him to come tomorrow. He just said me "i can't come tomorrow, take it now or else i have no idea" in an extreme rude manner. One cannot even imagine how rudely he can speak to a customer when i myself is talking politely. Action must be taken.

                                There is a 'no return policy' for orders on plants. I therefore sent a recommendation that the soil around the roots must be properly packed and watered to avoid the soil falling away. My order no #[protected] from modern plants thai kg big guava dated 05 nov 2019 refers. Dead plant was received.

                                Order #[protected] from nature valley for hybrid rare grafted dwarf guava. Plant arrived dead.
                                Worse still, instead of guava plant, a rose plant was delivered.

                                    Hi, i ordered a zebronics kb-zeb wireless keyboard & mouse combo (Companion 102).in the tracking page it is showing as delivered to me. But nothing is delivered. I called the give number[protected] yesterday and today. They said to me that it will be delivered by today morning. I got the message as delivery date 11 feb 2020. But today is 12 feb and when make a call the number is invalid. Please contact me on urgent basis. [protected]

                                      I’ve bought H.T.Niao Imported Jacket for Men Winter Camouflage Military Design Army Style Cotton Casual Slim Fit Stand Collar Coat Latest Fashion (J9931 Khaki_$P_Khaki) from Amazon and return the product as per amazon policy it was a self return so I return it to the courier partner trackon courier services pvt ltd with tracking ID [protected] which has already been reached to the hub and along with the jacket it totally costs me around 3500+700=4200

                                      But till yet I’ve received any refund yet and amazon partners have refused to provide my the refund

                                      I am really frustrated with the whole concern attaching the screenshot for the same
