Time frame was 2-4 business days still i was not reflected in my account. They had provide the refund reference no. 897825. I contacted your customer service no. They is not provide proper respond. Please help me in this situation. And confirm my status response was worst in mail to i am going to file bank ombudsman.

    Actually i have ordered pedigree puppy food fir my puppy from amazon and after receiving product i got pedigree adult food that us basically different from what i ordered l. I raised complaint against it to amazon team and they told me to wait for 5 days and after 5 days they told me that they cannot replace my product as it does not comes under replacement policy. Please help me for this as i got loss of 2700 from amazon

      I have ordered full sleev t shirt from amitab india in[protected]and rs 439/- was paid through axis bank debit card on[protected] on receive we find size is small we immediately inform to amozon to replace with higher size. Amozon replace t-shirt on 1-1-2020 but size was odd and quality was poor so i returned replaced t shirt then and there in 2-1-2020 reference order number[protected]. And d inform to amozon to refund rs 439/- though email dated 2-1-2020 and subsequent reminders were sent but till date above amount has not been credit to my axis bank account. Pl refund rs 439/- with interest within24 hrs otherwise i will lodge fir against ceo amozan india and will take legal sction

        I have ordered in amazon... I paid twice for the order... Money was deducted but order was cancelled... Refund amount was not yet credited which should have credited on 14th of january... The reference number are #928970 and #794610... It has been more than 10 days... Still money was not refunded... Have already contacted amazon customer care... Still there is no response

          I ordered january 5th rocklight mosquito bats through amazon, before ordering i checked the weather the delivery facility is available or not to my location but it shows the delivery facility is available so i ordered to the 586118 location. Then they sent a message u ll received ur order on 10th january. But 10th i didn't received my order i called to the customer service and told them to my problem then they told me to wait two to three days. After two days also i didn't received my order again. But when i tracked my order it showing already delivered so
          I called to amazon executive and complent my issue. They told sir there is third party problem so u ll wait then i received call from dtdc and they told that ur order is in another location so u come and collect. Then i am so disappointed because i didn't received my order to my delivery address then again i called to amazon executive told the problem and executive promised me sir wait i ll sent a feedback and complent form to seller to deliver to the customer door. But now january 18th till not received my order yet. Now i called chief executive they r telling so i can't able to deliver ur order to ur delivery address. But they r playing with customers. When i ordering it shows the delivery facility.

              Amazon is a worst website i use amazon last 3 years i cant continue with amazon i order 1 items milton thermosteal thermos 1st jan 2020. My delivery date 7/01/2020 but not delivered i already paid this amount rs.610. Now date is 18/january 2020. Still my order is not delivered whenever i call amzon customer not give me satisfied answer and told me wait little more..
              This is my worst expirence with amazon i never expected this types o[censored]nprofessional work.

                I have purchased whey protein from amazon on by making payment of 2672 through indian bank debit card. I have returned the item and amazon customer say initiated refund on with refund reference number of 908930. I visited branch for solution and they contacted billdesk which is the payment gateway. Bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch for which branch has no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

Yesterday i received delivery of books which was taken by our watchman swami in the morning.in the evening when i opened the parcel i found only two copies of the book in the parcel.                           I returned and did not get my refund of vaamsi women's crepe a line kurta which costs 299 and rensilla fab georgette saree costs 488.. Total 787 from amazon.. It is already 20 days of returning the product still i did not get my refund.. Initiate the refund again at any cost i want my money back. No more procedure neededm tired of this. I want refund my money at any cost as soon as possible.. Otherwise i ll be bound to proceed legally.. Its really very dissapointing..

                              As per my placed order no.[protected] on amazon, we have received delivery on[protected] at 01:30 pm of haier semiautomatic washing machine. The delivery boy of amazon told me not to open the package as the person from amazon will come for installation within 24 hours. If we open ourself then amazon will not give any warranty.

                              Due to above, i have waited for more than 24 hours but no call / response received from amazon regarding installation. I am not able to use washing machine inspite of ordering through amazon prime (Bought the same for speedy delivery).

                              Request amazon team to immediately send the person for installation of same. Urgent,

                                I have placed subject mentioned order and at the time of delivery i have made payment online via upi and which was debited from my account. But delivery person said he did not receive money and taken back the packet inspite of my successful payment. When i contacted customer helpline customer care executive said they have received my payment and packet will be delivered shortly. Again he came to deliver today - 16.01.2020 and again asked for the money in cash which i had already paid yesterday. Finally to take the packet i had to pay him cash of rs.2200 and online payment also been made. Total amount i paid is 4400. While talking to cce they said my online payment will be refunded within 5-7 days time. But did not receive any mail or message regarding this refund.

                                  1) model '"renewed eb-bj700cbngin" supplied twice. Both the batteries were manufactured around 1 1/2 years back.
                                  2) mobile dropped frequently from 40~61% of power to zero because batteries are old and got degenerated in past 1 1/2 years on shelf itself. Experts (2non.) say batteries are culprit, not the mobile.
                                  3) considering 6-months warranty and keeping the amazon reputation in mind, you are requested to replace this defective model of battery from the fresh arrivals at your store.
                                  4) i will prefer the replacement with quality product but if not possible, return the money.

                                        I have bought a back rest from amazon.in on 31 december 2019 .Product reached me on 7 january 2020.Product size is very small and unusable.There is also 10 days return and refund policy for the product.But when i go to return page it shows non returnable.I contact the customer care on the same day and they asure that the refund will be credited to my account within 5 days.
