Dear Sir,

It is seriously disappointing from the Amazon sellers, as they have shipped rotten apples and carrots, beetroot . I live in Middle East and my old parents are in India. I placed the order for apples, carrots, and beetroot which was very expensive from amazon. After they have open the order all the things were ROTTEN.

I want immediate action on my issue, and please return my money back. I ask my parents to send all the pictures I will file another complaint once I have the more pics.

    I have ordered mobile from amazon on 21st january and cancelled on 23rd january for amount 42999 / - and requested for refund. But i didn't got any refund from indian bank,,, in amazon customer care they are telling we have refunded on 23rd it will be credited within 5 to 6 business days,,,, but still today (6th february) i didn't got any refund,, please solve this problem immediately. Thank you

        Sir i have returned my dji osmo mobile 3 gimble which was defective product.. Returned initiated on15th jan 2020 but not credited yet in my sbi bank account.. I talked to amazon customer care but tey every time says that they already refund the amount then i talked to sbi customer care and brance manager also showing them the reference id given by amazon but no use they says they cant help me with that.. I am helpless now what should i do.. Amount was 8999 i paid it using debit card emi now i am paying emi without getting my refund and product also..now from amazon also i am not getting any good response and refund..                 I tried cancelling the order within few minutes of ordering it and the app showed that order is getting cancelled, however later in night i got the following email from amazon:

                "we're contacting you about your cancellation request for order #[protected].

                When delivery boy came, i was not at home and my parents received the order and now when i am trying to return it, amazon people are saying that it is non returnable and forcing the product worth rs 2856 on me.
                Really not acceptable and very poor customer service from amazon.

                  On amazon india, i had placed an order of 1 kg jar of dabur chyavanprash, on 3rd jan 2020. Today the order received and found that inside the parcel 500 gm jar instead of 1kg jar!

                      Ordered lakme nail polish and lakme nail polish remover worth of 196 from amazon india on 20 january 2020. But due to delivery issue by seller the product didn't delivered and cancelled in mid way. The product shipped by "blue dart" courier. Courier service does not ship in this area. So it's cancelled. Amazon india did refund on 26 january 2020 but didn't reflect in my bank account. Today is 10 day from refund date.

                                      I have been amazon customer for a long time. I have also signed up amazon prime.
                                      On jan 3rd i came to know that my account was hacked and some have used my amazon pay emi and used closed to 40k without my knowledge i have called amazon on the same day jan3 and file a complaint and they promise me to sort out my problem but no one had reached me back i have kept on trying to reach different person in the amazon but no one was really want to fix the issues now i got a call from capital float asking me to pay 17500 emi for my purchase which i have not done. If i am not paying my cibil is going to effect i am not sure how to fix my problem. I am really bugged up with the service provided by amazon worst support. I am planning to file a consumer complaint hope court of law can fix it

                                      The above product, sold by ManishElectronics, was delivered on December 27, 2019. It is a defective piece. Main complaint is the battery cells cannot be held properly as springs are defective.
                                      The item was returned in first week of January but still I have not received my refund.

                                        My strong complaint against amazon service that, they havce displayed some items on their portal which has not in their stock... After enquired about shipment which i have not received from 26th jan to till date (Delivery shown done on 26th jan 2020) then amazon replied sorry that item was not in stock.
                                        My complaint it against amazon why they charged in advance without kept in amazon's stock?

                                        I don't know how many people suffering from this issue.. But valuable followup and reply not received from amazon after raised complaint on 26th jan to till date.
