I have ordered jaipur kurta from amazon on 19th jan 2020 amounted Rs. 425. I dint get the refund till now. i contacted amazon customer care. they just just a refund initiated mail only. please do the needful. kindly check the attached screen short for more details

    I had ordered a product on amazon india but due to some issues, the product has not been delivered. I had done the payment online and according to my telephonic conversation, the customer care of amazon india told me that the refund is already done but in my canara account it is not received. Soo please let me know about the refund!!! The refund from amazon has already done and it is not there in my account of canara bank.

I didn't get solution anywhere, when i asked for further help amazon executive told me to raise a dispute charge here that's what i am doing now.         मे Surojit Das मे 04.07.2019 मे amazon से online से shinco TV लिया है, Order Number :[protected] है, 1 महीना है TV का डिस्प्ले मे पिकचर नही आ रहे, [protected] नंबर मे कॉल करके कंप्लेंट किया है, उसके बाद मे 6 दिन के बाद मे कस्टमर केअर से आदमी आया और tv चेक किया है, और उसके बाद उनोने बताया है कि फ्रेम खराब हुआ है, और फ्रेम लेकर बाद मे आए गा बोला था और अभी तक नही आया है ।
        सर जितना जोल्दी हो सकता है मदत कीजिये प्ल्ज़ सर ।

            I placed an order from amazon of puma shoes on 29/01/2020 and from 02/02/2020 daily morning message for order delivery but in evening not order delivered and no agent call me for delivering delivery agent wrong information updated and amazon not take action against delivery boy.
            Resp sir, Amazon ne refund ke liya 24/01/2020diya tha and bola tha ke 25jan ko ham call kar ke turant refund de denge, but abhi tak na call aaya he aur nahi refund diya he and bol rahe he k musalamano ko asani problem solve nahi karenge

              Hello all,

              I have been amazon customer for a long time. I have also signed up amazon prime.
              On jan 3rd i came to know that my account was hacked and some have used my amazon pay emi and used closed to 40k without my knowledge i have called amazon on the same day jan3 and file a complaint and they promise me to sort out my problem but no one had reached me back i have kept on trying to reach different person in the amazon but no one was really want to fix the issues now i got a call from capital float asking me to pay 17500 emi for my purchase which i have not done. If i am not paying my cibil is going to effect i am not sure how to fix my problem. I am really bugged up with the service provided by amazon worst support. I am planning to file a consumer complaint hope court of law can fix it

              The above product, sold by ManishElectronics, was delivered on December 27, 2019. It is a defective piece. Main complaint is the battery cells cannot be held properly as springs are defective.
              The item was returned in first week of January but still I have not received my refund.
              Completely not acceptable.

                Dear sir,

                My strong complaint against amazon service that, they havce displayed some items on their portal which has not in their stock... After enquired about shipment which i have not received from 26th jan to till date (Delivery shown done on 26th jan 2020) then amazon replied sorry that item was not in stock.
                My complaint it against amazon why they charged in advance without kept in amazon's stock?

                I don't know how many people suffering from this issue.. But valuable followup and reply not received from amazon after raised complaint on 26th jan to till date.
                Please take strong action about fraud amazon.

                    On 3rd feb 2020 i done a recharge mobiqwik wallet at the time shown transaction successful after i checked my transaction history this time a difrnt msg is showing i.e paid through card ##$##@..my account amount deducted in my wallet .and i go to check my history open that is shows no invoice data found ...also gave a complaints but they are not responding on my complaint ..
                    Till now i did'nt get any respose from mobiwick care..
                    so please solve my problem..
                    in future i never used this fraud site

                      I had renewed my membership on 28.1.2020 . However I could not view the videos . I had called your customer care number where the customer care executive FARAH did not respond well . I asked her to give the solution in a simplified manner but she seemed to be acting smart on doing so.

                      This is the worst ever response received from any CC executive till date.

                        Order total - 29, 999.00 (1 item) with the name of pradeep naagar and it arrived on time but it's not in working condition, it was not even bubble wrapped. So i requested for refund and was told that next day product will be picked up and then refund will be issued.

                        But next day no one came to pick up and...

                        I am Trilochanjmedhi, on 22nd Jan I returned 2 order and on 25th I returned 1item I am still not getting the refund as in the notification I got that it may take Max 5 days to reflect the amount in your account.
                        I think Amazon is guilty and penalize this.
                        Payment made as on 17th January 2020 for Amazon purchase. No refund is made till date

                          I purchased nokia 4.2 and it is having problem in ear speaker. I submitted complaint also first they told to reset the phone i did it. Then they asked to install blancco app i also did it. Then they asked me to arrange another phone to call. I have gifted this phone to my sister and she is mental patient she can't talk too much over call she is not having any other phone. Amazon is irritating and not replacing the phone.

                            मैंने दिनांक 31/01/2020 Amazon से Nokia mobile 4.2 जिसका मूल्य 6899/-रुपया, ऑर्डर नंबर[protected] था, और दिनांक 02/02/2020 को delever हुआ, परंतु जब मैंने पैकेट ओपन किया तो nokia का दूसरा model पाया इसका camplain मैंने amazon customer care को किया Amazon ने इस मैटर का invitations होगा परंतु दिनांक 05/02/2020 कहा कि आपका मोबाइल ना रिटर्न होगा ना replacement बहुत ही fraud campony है amazon online shopping, इसका camplain मैंने national counsumer girevane को किया जिसका camplain नंबर -

                              There is a charge on my debit card for $14.06 made jan. 31, 2020 that wasn't me.

                              Amazon prime*9y19b6w33 amzn.com/bill wa 999999 is the information showing on my bank account for the withdrawal.

                              I don't even know what was ordered but i did not make this purchase. How can i get this taken care of. I need to know. I might just have to cancel my card if i can't find out what this charge is for or if my information was stolen.

                                We have ordered an order in amazon. We have returned the product. They have said that they. Have initiated our refund amount in our bank account. This the second complaint we are giving to you. But there is no response from you. Let us know that when we will get our refund amount.

                                  I ordered a hard disk on 27 Jan 2020. and it arrived on 29 Jan 2020 in a very bad condition, it was not even bubble wrapped. whole package was in a mess.
                                  so I requested for refund and was told that next day product will be picked up and then refund will be issued .

                                  but next day no one came to pick up and no one even contacted me .So I complaint about it to customer care and was assured it will be picked up next day . but next day also I received message that "pickup was cancelled at the time of picking ".
                                  so I again contacted customer care and again they rescheduled the pickup and told me that they have also filled complaint form and has directly sent pickup request to amazon pickup station .

                                  but again next day same thing happened .
                                  next day also same thing happened .
                                  this is going on for 4 days now . no one contacts me, no one comes at my place . all I get is message that pickup was canceled at the time of pickup.
                                  my refund is also not happening because of this,

                                    I have ordered a bycycle on 22 January from Amazon received the product on 27 January and placed a return request for the product same day as I have received a damaged product and the part of the product was missing.Since 27 January I have placed the request 7 times in counting through amazon app through mail.Contacted the customer care several times.The customer care is just accelating the master dropping down mail.The delivery team is reverting back and declining the order day by day and no action has been taking up.This is to request kindly look in the matter on priority basis.Otherwise I have to accelate the matter in consumer forum as it's been 7 days now.As I am just stuck the oder is to be replaced.So I am not getting the other till it's been picked up.

                                      I returned 3 orders which I didn't like for various reasons. 2 I returned on 22n Jan 2020 and one returned on 25 th Jan 2020.For all the items returned on 22 nd refund was initiatiated on 22nd an 23 rd respectively and and for 3rd one refund was initiatiated on 25 th but 3 to 5 working days timeframe has been over but still the amount is not reflecting my account. Lastly when I called Amazon customer care they said your refund got declined so we are Resubmitting your refund again and give the same dialogue of 3-5 business day.
