I havee ordered 2 items from amazon on 19/1/2020, but they get cancelled and amount is being debited from my account.refund is being issued from amazon side on 19/1/2020 and is being processed on 20/1/2020 but its not being reflected in my account till now. Two refund reference number is being given below
#74332740020001838463809(this is for the refund of Rs. 404)

#74332740020001849106587(this reference no is for the refund of Rs. 410)

Total refund=Rs.(404+410)=Rs.814

Accoding to the mail sent by amazon the refunded amound(Rs. 814) should reflect in my account upto 24/01/2020...
But its not being refunded till now.

Kindly resolve my issue as i have already contacted customer care of canara bank few times but its of no help..
Kindly do the needful and check where is my refund stuck...and resolve my issue

    Hlo. It's me vinitha. I had ordered one pallozo set from amazon on jan 10 2020. I had canceled my amazon order for some personal issue. As i had already payed the amount. It was not refunded to my account till nw. The company saying tat thy had initiated the payment on jan 13th 2020 wit refund reference of 4torfrna0000k4q425yl. The amount was paid from the rupay ending wit 0243. Pls help fr my refund. The amount was not yet credited to my account till nw. So please help me to get my money

      I order raelme u1 mobile by amazon and put delevery address in portal they accept that order and i was pay for that. Today 27 jan is order received date. But my order is cancelled due to outof droping place that is without informing me about cancel or return. Order they not contact me call or any kind of message. So how to recover my order same day and se place. Their is only fault of amazon or there poor system. I want my product for that i will pay in advance.

        I have ordered a phone with exchange on 21-jan-2020. The delivery executive came on 22-jan and without seeing my old mobile, he rejected the delivery item. When we ask him, he told that it was done by mistake but the product will be redelivered next day. On next day, we do not have any communication for the product hence i have raised a query to customer care. They told that the product will deliver by 6:00 pm. But then also the product was not delivered. Then i have raised a complaint with request id[protected]. Today again when i called customer care, they told me that the refund has been initiated for the order but other than that we cannot do anything. I asked them to let me know how can i be sure about the complaint i have done, to resolve the same asap, but their reply was we cannot do anything else. I asked them for compensation amount but they refuse telling that they cannot do anything. As all the calls are being records n customer care, i believe that the calls done by delivery execute by me were also recorded. That should be the one of the most important proof. I want the resolution for the order dispute asap. Please help. My mobile number is +91-[protected].
        The mail which i have used to get the status of complaint is "[protected]@amazon.in" but no response from them also.

        There is no solution received as all the contacts through Chat/Call are shown busy.

          Am expecting the payment of rs.1, 099/- from amazon india for the order no.[protected]. When i checked with amzon, i got a update from their end saying that refund is done on january 19, 2020 and the reference no is 093440. But its not reflected in my bank account yet. When i called my bank they also said that its not credited. From past 1 week am following it up with amazon that time they were saying that it will reflect in your account with in 4 working days.

            I would like to inform you that i made a transaction with my idbi visa debit card ending in 6324 on amazon.in on 25th of dec 2019 for an amount of rs.1, 023.90 & rs.589.00 which was refund processed by amazon on 30th of dec 2019 for rs.1, 023.90 & rs.589.00 with refund reference number:

            Customer id: 85647071

            Taking into consideration normal working days it should have credited into my account statement couple of days back itself which isn't the case till date, so i request you to "file a charge dispute" with "refund reference number:"[protected] &[protected]". Also provide a reference number for the charge dispute filed.

            According to your banking policies it should have credited in 10 business at max. But its more than 20 days now and the amount isn't credited till date as of 26th jan 2020.

            Request you to kindly resolve the matter and credit the amount back into my account at the earliest.

                Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

                Dear sir

                A refund of 1541 rupees was successfully processed on 8 jan 2020 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi credit card by now but i have not received the refund till now.

                I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                      Hawkins futura nonstick dosa tawa, 33cm (Of rupees 1441) has not been credited to my bank account. I already issued for a refund on date 20 oct 2019
                      But still it has not been credited yet. We contacted amazon customer service and they said that refund has been issued to your bank account and bank declined it so contact the branch. But the bank is saying that no payment is not issued to them from amazon.

                        Amazon is utterflop when comes to down the line management.. Customer service is pathetic they are just playing with customers like foot ball. No accountability, in my case i really didn't understand what they are doing till now.. I think in amazon customer service executives will only speak to customers but they won't rectify any issues.

                        I bought a tcl tv from amazon, ordered on 18th jan 2020 and delivered on 22nd jan 2020. I sheduled for installation, the scheduled installation date is 22nd jan 2020, in between 3pm to 8pm.. I got the confirmation mail.. But my appointment for installation is rescheduled by amazon without any intimation to 23 jan 2020, in between 3pm to 8pm.

                        On 23rd jan 2020 i got a mail from amazon, i got the details of technician, his photo & mobile number. My father is in follow-up with the the technician from 11.30 am itself. My dad made a last call in the evening around 7 pm whether he is coming or not. These are the words spoken by technician in a harsh manner "i'm busy, i won't come go and complaint in amazon, don't call me." this happend and my tv is not installed.

                        So on the same day evening i called amazon customer service.

                        23rd jan 2020, 7.45 pm. Himani l (Customer sevice executive name):
                        I told her about the problem happend and asked her why is my tv not installed even through my appointment is fixed & scheduled. She told me that i'm escalating the issue and at any cost your issue will be resolved and tv will be installed with in 24 hours.

                        I waited till next day afternoon as expected no one has turned up & no one called me. So i again called to customer care executive.

                        24th jan 2020, 1 pm. Abinash (Customer service executive : i explained the same problem to him and told him that my issue is already escalated, but no one has called me till now.. He told me that "no one has escalated any issue till now i will escalate it and your issue will be resolved with in 24 hours". I asked abinash, why my issue is not escalated yesterday, why himani l gave me fake commitment without escalating the issue? Abinash told me this is might due to network glitch or technit glitch. He promised me that i'm taking this issue as very very important and on very high priority basis and i wil try to get this issue resolved with 24 hours of time. I asked him the complaint number he told "9290". And i got the below mail.

                        Dear customer,

                        We apologize for the delay and inconvenience caused.
                        As per our telephonic conversation, we have escalated the issue and have spoken to the technician as well. He will contact you regarding the installation service on priority.

                        Today is 26th jan 2020 till now no one has responded to any of my issue and no one called me.in between i also mailed my issue to [protected]@amazon.in but of no use..

                        This is what happened.. No proper communication will be given to customer, fake commitments, fake appointments and fake rescheduled appointments, wasting time & efforts of customers.

                        I really don't understand how amazon is sustaining in the competative market with this kind of horrible service

                            Hello sir,

                            I'm lokesh arya. I ordered an mi led tv 4c pro model from amazon.in on 17th jan 20 and made payment from canara bank debit card, then because of some reason i had canceled the order on 18th jan 20 and the refund was initiated from them on 19th jan 20 and it would reflect in my account within 4 business days, on 5th day i contacted customer care of amazon and canara bank both.

                            Amazon told me the amount is successfully refunded and provided me a reference number for the same and said you should contact your bank for the same or there can be some issue with the bank end because of which your transaction is pending.

                            Canara bank told me there has been no issue with the bank server because of which amount can stay in pending. So you should contact amazon for that we can't do anything until unless any transaction show up in your account.

                              I bought a kodak 40inches led tv from amazon for rs.13499 on 13jan order #[protected] which was completely defective and returned back on 14jan so. I asked for refund. They gave me the refund reference # 74332740019001883837371 a week ago. My refund is still pending. My account no.
                              [protected]. I checked with the bank but nothing was credited. If asked in amazon they said it has been sent 3days back and you have to check with the bank. I have been in contact with the bank for the past three days and still my account is not credited. Bank says only if amazon sends the money we can credit it. They are cheating you with false information.

                              I still did not get my refund. I received a text from a person called Pradip he is from CBI and his num #+91 85390 38705 He asked for upi num. He told that if I have upi you will get money in 2days or you will not get the money Which I don't have. He said nothing can be done with that so he is closing this case.

                                1. I had ordered this mobile to gift my daughter on her birthday. I made the payment also.

                                3. However, at around 2000 hrs yesterday evening, it started showing delivered at 1030 h yesterday morning.

                                4. I will is this intimated that "the item has not been delivered at the indicated address".

                                  Please read the mail about the whole scenario.

                                  Please see the trail mail hope you can clearly understand that 6 days over till now my issued not resolved why i don't know???
                                  Also today i have spoken with miss. Reema and she said the whole order will deliver by today but after delivered the order mi smart band 4 (Black) was missing from the packet another item also received. The whole order was delivered at the same time at 3:40 pm and two delivery boy has assigned with my order, one is 'bike' and one is 'chota hati'. Also, i ask the delivery boys for the confirmation 'whole order has delivered'?
                                  After opening the packet i see that mi smart band 4 was missing from the packet, then i try to call to delivery boy 5 to 7 times but its no response their end, i quickly called customer support in the evening and spoken with your executive regarding my missing item miss. Kiran, mr. Pratik and lastly speak with mr. Yogesh pandian totally rudely behavior with me why i don't know??? He did not understand my issue also he said 'we have already compensated to me rs.500'. After 7 pm i have tried to contact the delivery boy and speak with station master maybe mr. Navin, he said 'sir please raised a ticket from my side but unfortunately there no option to raise a ticket from my end.

                                  Also, speak with @xiaomi customer support mr. Md. Ayan, mr. Sanjay patel, and mr. Sourav majih (Manager) but they did not get my solution.

                                  Is there a right wat to speak with a customer? To my surprise, customer care people said, they can’t do anything about the missing item? What the hell man?

                                  It is very disappointing that i have to write this letter to you. *what i am looking for against my complaint???

                                  Always thought amazon has a benchmark customer support but it is no better than other online shopping sites.

                                  @xiaomi & @appario,

                                  Please look into the matter and coordinate with amazon where was my item, why did not dispatch this item from amazon warehouse after one week over whole products has reshipped and delivery delay and finally item was missing.
                                  At this moment what should i do?

                                  I m going through a horrible experience as well. Such a pathetic situation.

                                  I have spoken with mr. Yogesh pandian as a team manager and he did not know about how to speak with a valuable customer, he did not understand my filling, my problem also he said 'we will already provide rs. 500 to my gift card. It's not the right way. I'm very disappointed about that.

                                  I am sure amazon india is not customer-centric.

                                  Here, i can be attached only 12 items that i received without mi smart band 4 (Black)

                                  Note: — here i am sharing my bitter experience with amazon, to create awareness. About the fraudulent works done by the total amazon team. Please escalated this matter to senior person as well as audit this call from the internal
                                  And the external quality department and waiting for your resolution.

                                  A lot of times people are cheated because of a lack of awareness from their side and salespeople take advantage of this. Once a loan is sanctioned and disbursed, there is a little that can be done to reverse the damage.

                                  Please arrange the call back from a higher escalation team so that i can discuss it with them also they did full-fill their commitment.

                                  Please audit this call from the external quality team as soon as possible resolve this matter and arrange a call back higher escalation team immediately.

                                    Also i did not get any sms regarding deliver person contact and also call amazon customer service to investigate this issue but i am not get any positive resolution form that side.                                       I bought this product (Godox ving v 860 ii ttl li-ion flash kit for canon cameras (Black) on 26 of december. After receiving my product i open it and checked it but my product is not looking gud in condition and return it back on the next day. I got all the messages come from amazon. But my refund not issued to my account. I call so many times to custmer care executives of amazon but no body issued my refund. So i lodge a complaint against amazon for non issue of my refund..

                                        I have purchased boschh turbo core kp-35 005 on dated 06.01.20 from amazon and my order id is[protected], the product is motor part and i did installation on my car within couple of days on receipt of items. After running few kms it found that product is defecting and its seal is leaking engine oil. On inspection car mechanic informed me that there is no possible repair of product and new part have to be put on car after removal otherwise car would be dead.

                                        To install the product following expenses i have made from my pocket:

                                        Oil cost: 1500
                                        Oil filter: 375
                                        Labour charge: 1500/-
                                        Misc (Cleaning of intercooler/pipes and other small parts etc.): 150

                                        The cost of product is 2600+200 delivery charge whereas installation in car cost me 3500/- approx.

                                        Later on i opted for refund option as no replacement was there on amazon, however, for refund first i have to taken out the defective part from car and put new one from that place and for that cost i bear during installation of defective product have to shell-out again from my pocket for re-installation or removal as well.in such case my car would dead till i didn't found suitable replacement from other place. Hence, in such case i don't have option other than to live with defective product.

                                        I have tried all possible way to approach customer care executive of amazon though they are simply denying and saying that there is refund or replacement policy and re-installation of product is not their responsibility. I have offered that car can bring to their designated garage to verify oil leakage and their they can put perfect part on the car on their cost as its impossible to send the defective unit till replacement is not available.

                                        I am waiting for their response which was pending since last week.

                                        Its worst service ever I have seen, the product is defective and fitted on ca and only can remove with replacement and re-installation cost which Amazon responsibility to do that.

                                        Purchasing motor-part thru amazon would be big risk as any defective product would not only wast installation cost rather than it also need immediate replacement otherwise another part of cars get affected as well.

                                        Pathetic service from Amazon, they are not worry that by defective part further car parts are affecting and inter cooler remain full of engine oil and recently I did the cleaning service paying 800/-

                                        Mechanic warn me that this part has to be replaced otherwise if oil level come to extreme low than engine may seize.

                                        Never buy product
