Amazon,
1. I had ordered this mobile to gift my daughter on her birthday. I made the payment also.

2. Till yesterday evening till 1800 hrs, it was showed as shipped from coimbatore and likely to be delivered on monday.

3. However, at around 2000 hrs yesterday evening, it started showing delivered at 1030 h yesterday morning.

4. I will is this intimated that "the item has not been delivered at the indicated address".

5. Amazon please check the status of the order:-

    Dear mr. Amazon team,

    Please read the mail about the whole scenario.

    Please see the trail mail hope you can clearly understand that 6 days over till now my issued not resolved why i don't know???
    Also today i have spoken with miss. Reema and she said the whole order will deliver by today but after delivered the order mi smart band 4 (Black) was missing from the packet another item also received. The whole order was delivered at the same time at 3:40 pm and two delivery boy has assigned with my order, one is 'bike' and one is 'chota hati'. Also, i ask the delivery boys for the confirmation 'whole order has delivered'?
    After opening the packet i see that mi smart band 4 was missing from the packet, then i try to call to delivery boy 5 to 7 times but its no response their end, i quickly called customer support in the evening and spoken with your executive regarding my missing item miss. Kiran, mr. Pratik and lastly speak with mr. Yogesh pandian totally rudely behavior with me why i don't know??? He did not understand my issue also he said 'we have already compensated to me rs.500'. After 7 pm i have tried to contact the delivery boy and speak with station master maybe mr. Navin, he said 'sir please raised a ticket from my side but unfortunately there no option to raise a ticket from my end.

    Also, speak with @xiaomi customer support mr. Md. Ayan, mr. Sanjay patel, and mr. Sourav majih (Manager) but they did not get my solution.

    Is there a right wat to speak with a customer? To my surprise, customer care people said, they can’t do anything about the missing item? What the hell man?

    It is very disappointing that i have to write this letter to you. *what i am looking for against my complaint???

    Always thought amazon has a benchmark customer support but it is no better than other online shopping sites.

    Please look into the matter and coordinate with amazon where was my item, why did not dispatch this item from amazon warehouse after one week over whole products has reshipped and delivery delay and finally item was missing.
    At this moment what should i do?

    I m going through a horrible experience as well. Such a pathetic situation.

    I have spoken with mr. Yogesh pandian as a team manager and he did not know about how to speak with a valuable customer, he did not understand my filling, my problem also he said 'we will already provide rs. 500 to my gift card. It's not the right way. I'm very disappointed about that.

    I am sure amazon india is not customer-centric.

    Here, i can be attached only 12 items that i received without mi smart band 4 (Black)

    Note: — here i am sharing my bitter experience with amazon, to create awareness. About the fraudulent works done by the total amazon team. Please escalated this matter to senior person as well as audit this call from the internal
    And the external quality department and waiting for your resolution.

    A lot of times people are cheated because of a lack of awareness from their side and salespeople take advantage of this. Once a loan is sanctioned and disbursed, there is a little that can be done to reverse the damage.

    Please arrange the call back from a higher escalation team so that i can discuss it with them also they did full-fill their commitment.

    Please audit this call from the external quality team as soon as possible resolve this matter and arrange a call back higher escalation team immediately.

      Just to keep informed about my recent order on amazon with order #[protected] and tracking shows delivered but order not received.

      Also i did not get any sms regarding deliver person contact and also call amazon customer service to investigate this issue but i am not get any positive resolution form that side. And please reply me when will me problem solve this issue. How much time is it yet my problem is not solvent. How long will my problem be resolve. Amazon investigation team is doing nothing. If possible as soon as possible resolve my issue.

        I bought this product (Godox ving v 860 ii ttl li-ion flash kit for canon cameras (Black) on 26 of december. After receiving my product i open it and checked it but my product is not looking gud in condition and return it back on the next day. I got all the messages come from amazon. But my refund not issued to my account. I call so many times to custmer care executives of amazon but no body issued my refund. So i lodge a complaint against amazon for non issue of my refund..

          I have purchased boschh turbo core kp-35 005 on dated 06.01.20 from amazon and my order id is[protected], the product is motor part and i did installation on my car within couple of days on receipt of items. After running few kms it found that product is defecting and its seal is leaking engine oil. On inspection car mechanic informed me that there is no possible repair of product and new part have to be put on car after removal otherwise car would be dead.

          To install the product following expenses i have made from my pocket:

          Oil cost: 1500
          Oil filter: 375
          Labour charge: 1500/-
          Misc (Cleaning of intercooler/pipes and other small parts etc.): 150

          The cost of product is 2600+200 delivery charge whereas installation in car cost me 3500/- approx.

          Later on i opted for refund option as no replacement was there on amazon, however, for refund first i have to taken out the defective part from car and put new one from that place and for that cost i bear during installation of defective product have to shell-out again from my pocket for re-installation or removal as well.in such case my car would dead till i didn't found suitable replacement from other place. Hence, in such case i don't have option other than to live with defective product.

          I have tried all possible way to approach customer care executive of amazon though they are simply denying and saying that there is refund or replacement policy and re-installation of product is not their responsibility. I have offered that car can bring to their designated garage to verify oil leakage and their they can put perfect part on the car on their cost as its impossible to send the defective unit till replacement is not available.

          I am waiting for their response which was pending since last week.

          Its worst service ever I have seen, the product is defective and fitted on ca and only can remove with replacement and re-installation cost which Amazon responsibility to do that.

          Purchasing motor-part thru amazon would be big risk as any defective product would not only wast installation cost rather than it also need immediate replacement otherwise another part of cars get affected as well.

          Pathetic service from Amazon, they are not worry that by defective part further car parts are affecting and inter cooler remain full of engine oil and recently I did the cleaning service paying 800/-

          Mechanic warn me that this part has to be replaced otherwise if oil level come to extreme low than engine may seize.

            When i call, you only know that an error has occurred but if you do not call you you do not know.
            Again the processors do not give any information such as confirmation no. Or ticket no.

                I had made a transaction of rs.1500 on 8 january 2020 and it was deducted from my account whose bank reference id is[protected] but it won't received to the merchant whom i had paid. But the amazon agent is showing the transaction got successful and told to me that the transaction got successful and said to me contact with the customer care of bank of baroda (Bob). I contacted to bob customer care but they told me that i am raising a complaint but no action has been taken till now. They confusing me to whom i contact i am in trouble from last 16 days. Please take strict action towards them. Please help me out. My bank of baroda account no. Is [protected].

                  1/13/2020 bill of 13.07 put on my credit card each month since june of 2019. Please cancel this account which i did not authorize immediately... I notified my credit card company and i want a refund of all charges back to june of 2019. I don't even use amazon so my credit card company of first bankcard tells me to have this account cancelled from here forward.

                    Hi sir i purchased a product from amazon namely v guard induction stove of rs 1899 on and returned it due to various reasons. On amazon initiated the refund to my account debit card but i still haven't received my money. On contacting amazon i recieved this reference number[protected].                           I've ordered realme wireless buds from amazon india and i got correct product but i've ordered yellow color earphones and i got green color. When i requested for return they told me toh wait for 3-5 days, today is the 5th day they didn't contact me so i called customer care and they told me that investigation is done and they cannot return my product so i asked them how the investigation is proceeded please tell me the procedure. They refused, they told me that they cannot help me in this issue. This is clearly a fraud. The earphones are just sitting in a box now my money is wasted. I hate amazon for doing this.

                            My name is thirupathi swamy and i book the tickets in red bus and amount paid through the amazon pay. After that due to some issues that bus is cancelled and the paid amount is refunded. And on the[protected] amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money.                               I have placed an order for medicine. I was waiting for 5 days.in last moment they are saying it's out of service areas. While placing the order they took as service area. Now i was waiting for 5 days, i called to customer care. Request them to deliver to another address. Or kindly give some service area where you can deliver but the executive didn't have any availability. They waste 5 days it's an important product. They are suggesting kindly re - order it. But i don't know whether they can deliver to that address or not. Amazon should not accept the order, if it's out of service area. They have bad customer service

                                There was a replacement order[protected]) placed for vega helmet and delivery guy delivered the order but instead of picking the same vega helemet, he picked the wrong item of studds helmet which i had to return to flipkart. Since then i had raised the issue to your cc but still i have neither received my flipkart order picked by your delivery guy nor any update.

                                As per cc department, on saturday (18/1/2020) one lady told me that if they can't provide the product back they will issue the refund amount for that flipkart order.
                                Yesterday (20/1/2020) you cc told that before 9 pm i will get my product and the guy will pickup the actual product that he was supposed to pickup but still nothing happened there also.
                                You can also check the call recordings. I want my flipkart product as i had to return it there.

                                And would like to specify the reason for incorrect return is because as per my amazon account the delivery was scheduled on saturday but on friday morning when i left for office, in the middle i received a message that item will be delivered today (Friday) and when i reached office, i came to know that item has been delivered and delivery guy picked up the wrong item. He didn't even check if the item is matching the pic he was supposed to pick up. Since friday i was trying to contact with him but his mobile was switched off and the same day i escalated this issue to amazon cc but still nothing has been done. Also i have to return the product to flipkart else their return period will be over and i have to bear the charges.

                                Also i have few recording of the conversations with amazon cc and all the mail proofs (Not able to attach pdf of gmail).

                                  On my dec cr. Cd stmt. You charged me for amazon prime e37ezoa13. At that time i emailed your company that i did not enroll in prime, with no results. Again a charge on my jan stmt for amazon prime for $14.19. Please, please cancel those charges & remit both mos. Back to my cr. Cd. & do not charge me again. You must have the cr. Cd no.                                     We ordered an Apple Watch Series 5 (GPS + Cellular, 40mm) on Amazon India app on 17th January, 2020 with the order number #[protected] and were given a date of delivery on 20th January, 2020. The delivery was made a day early on 19th January, 2020 when our family was out of town and they asked the delivery person to drop it with the neighbor. It was on the assumption that the delivery being made was a novel ordered earlier.

                                    We came back later in the evening and got hold of the delivery package from the neighbor and opened it to find the main item (Apple Watch Series 5, GPS+Cellular, 40mm) missing from the package. We can confirm that the packaging from the outside did not appear tampered with but once we opened the carton, the air filled plastic were missing and then we found the Apple Watch box’s plastic cover half torn and upon further opening it, the watch wasmissing with remaining items present in the box.

                                    We have filed a complaint on phone and via customer care chat on the Amazon India app but haven't received any feedback till date. We also filed a complaint to the local authorities. We hereby notify Amazon India and it’s subsidiaries to quickly investigate the matter and provide us with an immediate replacement of the order.

                                    We expect Amazon India’s strict compliance and immediate action in this regard.

                                      A refund of 485 was initiated by the Amazon on 8 Jan 2020 but I didn't receive the amount till today
                                      When asked about this to the customer service they stated the amount is with the bank you paid
                                      I need my amount back as soon as possible . kindly I request you to take action against it quickly
                                      The reference id provided by the Amazon is 848404
                                      The refund should have been received by now also I request you to let me know the status of the refund

                                        I have cancelled an order from amazon on 10/01/2020 and 15/01/2020, I received an email from amazon that the refund has been processed successfully and it would be reflected by 15/01/2020 and 20/01/2020 respectively, but i still haven't received the money in my account. When i spoke to amazon costumer care, they told me to fill a charge dispute form because it could be a problem at my bank side.
