I have ordered the above mentioned 3 items but haven't received the items but it is showing already delivered.
I have prime membership also but i don't understand why i am unable to get my products.

It is already 20 days of returning the product still i did not get my refund.. Initiate the refund again at any cost i want my money back. No more procedure neededm tired of this. I want refund my money at any cost as soon as possible.. Otherwise i ll be bound to proceed legally.. Its really very dissapointing..

I ordered Skullcandy Headphones(Rs:9999) but i got Sony headphone(Rs:5999), its totally different brand, so please arange the replacement, Whenever i got different product i clearly mentioned the comment as well. Still order status is showed dispatched, please arange the replacement for this order.

As per my placed order no.[protected] on amazon, we have received delivery on[protected] at 01:30 pm of haier semiautomatic washing machine. The delivery boy of amazon told me not to open the package as the person from amazon will come for installation within 24 hours. If we open ourself then amazon will not give any warranty.

Due to above, i have waited for more than 24 hours but no call / response received from amazon regarding installation. I am not able to use washing machine inspite of ordering through amazon prime (Bought the same for speedy delivery).

Request amazon team to immediately send the person for installation of same. Urgent,

I have placed subject mentioned order and at the time of delivery i have made payment online via upi and which was debited from my account. But delivery person said he did not receive money and taken back the packet inspite of my successful payment. When i contacted customer helpline customer care executive said they have received my payment and packet will be delivered shortly. Again he came to deliver today - 16.01.2020 and again asked for the money in cash which i had already paid yesterday. Finally to take the packet i had to pay him cash of rs.2200 and online payment also been made. Total amount i paid is 4400. While talking to cce they said my online payment will be refunded within 5-7 days time. But did not receive any mail or message regarding this refund.

1) model '"renewed eb-bj700cbngin" supplied twice. Both the batteries were manufactured around 1 1/2 years back.
2) mobile dropped frequently from 40~61% of power to zero because batteries are old and got degenerated in past 1 1/2 years on shelf itself. Experts (2non.) say batteries are culprit, not the mobile.
3) considering 6-months warranty and keeping the amazon reputation in mind, you are requested to replace this defective model of battery from the fresh arrivals at your store.
4) i will prefer the replacement with quality product but if not possible, return the money.

I have bought a back rest from amazon.in on 31 december 2019 .Product reached me on 7 january 2020.Product size is very small and unusable.There is also 10 days return and refund policy for the product.But when i go to return page it shows non returnable.I contact the customer care on the same day and they asure that the refund will be credited to my account within 5 days. After 8 days when i didnt get the refund i again called amazon customer on 15 january 2020.This time they directly told me that your product is non returnable and they dont do any thing.Plz help

Worst services from amazon. I am a prime member of amazon and my account was hacked on jan 03 and they have used my amazon pay emi and take close to 35000 i also raised a compalin on the same on jan 03 and they promised fixed and provide me an update in 72 hrs but no one called nor emailed me still i have been spoke to rohit, mega, hemant and few more from amazon but no one have fix the issue yet they just keep tell they wil fix it in 24hr but it had be 12days know and no one bothers to fix it or update me. Worst service i have ever came across in my life

I Have bought a Mobile From amazon .in (NOKIA 8110, BLACK), Model No :- B07KWLRR32 for which I have made a payment through Yes Bank Via Net Banking, every thing was absolutely file till I ordered and Dispatched but there was No information on when it was delivered and to whom it was delivered I only came to know that the Phone was delivered but actually nothing was delivered, I straightway called customer care and informed the same, to which they asked me to wait for 5 days and they will enquire, and amazed to know after 5 days when they said it was delivered and they can't do anything.
it really looks like a SCAM, 3k is not a big amount but I really want to know where the product is delivered and to whom it was delivered, so I would really appreciate if you can check and let me know as its a simple thing delivered by a human being and is not a rocket science to check who has delivered where and was delivered to whom, and if the company act weird than I don't think people will trust any of these companies, I still trust AMAZON as I had many products from them in the past, so I am expecting an honest and helpful reply from them, they can track the delivery boy who has deliver the product as the delivery companies are hired under them as simple as that.
I am looking for the positive reply from them

Ordered product crompton cooler dated 3 nov 2019 with pre paid amount worth 9120 rs. After month of order date they said due to damage of product we can not deliver the product to you. I requested to deliver the same product since i waited for 1 month. But still no response from them. Till date the product is undelivered as well as no refund credited for the same yet.

Actually i ordered a pair of crocs on amazon on 24th december and canceled the order on 26th december bevause of problem with the sizeand paid the amount with debit card and money is still not credited in my account. So i called to the amazon customer service and said my problem they telling that we have sent your refund money to the bank and they are not crediting in your account. So i went to bank and asked about that refund amount, they said we didn't received any refund amount from amazon india.

According to their policy for a/c and debit card refund is initiated b/w 2 or 3 business days. I did not hope amazon services could be very poor. What is this amazon going on?
