I was a very old customer for Amazon online shopping in India. But present days they're not punctual to deliver the ordered items thru their delivering facility and keeping our money for very long period. After 10-20 days they will refund the money, but they won't develop a good customer relations by communicating the customer for their bad delivery night mares or by any compensations for keeping the money for long time with them. Their delivery agents are very ### and not delivering products specially in Tellicherry, Kerala India. Now I stopped ordering thru them and this is just a reminder for any future online customers. They don't have any control over their delivery agents. So be away from Amazon India online shopping.

    I ordered protoner dynamic wall mounting chin up bar combo from amazon on 23rd november, 2019.
    Due to some problems regarding usability and quality i decided to return back to amazon.
    I returned back the product on 5th december, 2019 to the pick-up boy in the morning with all the items inside.

    The refund was supposed to be generated within 10-14 days but it took a lot longer so i had a chat with the customer care through amazon app and she told me that the product has been received and my refund will be processed into my account in a few days.

    The refund didn’t come through so i decided to call the customer service and ask for information regarding the refund and they told me that the refund has been processed and gave me a reference no. As given above.
    And when i called my bank services then they told me they need the transaction id, so i called amazon services again and asked for the transaction id.

    But when i asked my bank regarding the refund/transfer they told me that the transaction hasn’t come through the bank regarding the transaction id.

    So, the refund hasn’t been processed properly and hasn’t reflect into my account nor the bank. I’m stuck in the middle.

    I’ve lodged a complaint on both amazon india and sbi but the refund for my order has not been processed properly into my account. Please resolve this asap.

      It is very disappointing that I have to write this letter to you. I’m also prime user and pay for Rs.1k for yearly. I have purchased 18th January more than 20 products but unfortunately order was delay delivery without any information, however I have check the application and speak with your delivery boy repeatedly 7 to 8 times, he said the order will deliver by EOD but just 1 hour before I have received the message the order will delay, why I don’t know?? ? I have not received any notice or something else I have mentally disturbed as well please take action regarding this issued another will i will complain about social network.

      Could you please confirm why I’m using Amazon prime if I have not delivery be on time.

      Amazon is not taking any responsibility if the seller won't deliver and there is no option to contact amazon customer care people directly it insists the customers to visit amazon account.

      I am going through a horrible experience as well. Such a pathetic situation.

      I'm harassing repeatedly from using this service???

      *it's a totally miss managed service that amazon is giving services also
      Totally unsatisfied with the service. I should say these organizations are
      Charging money on a regular basis for not giving any facility, they are not
      Cooperative. The charges for every damn thing and they are cheating the
      Employees, organizations because they don"t think about the customer and
      They, are only worried about their quarterly profit.*

      Where is the proof that my case has been escalated? I am really struggling
      Hard to write up decent words in my email. Because i just see that you guys
      Continuously don't give any damn to my request. And from the very
      Beginning, i am telling you that you guys are pathetic and *highly
      Unprofessional amazon service team*. I am trying to find my way to
      Complain about you in public forum nothing more else.

      I m still suffering to get the resolution on this. On amazon side, they
      Are providing me daily a new resolution date and ultimately failed to get

      Amazon all senior due to logistic issued and i want to full compensation,
      Nothing more else. *

      In the end, just requesting you to please expedite my concern so that i can
      Get some sort of respite.

      *my complaints against amazon team:*
      1. Failed to deliver the product within the committed time while placing
      The order.
      2. Lack of service even after getting 100% money from the customer.
      3. The customer was treated in an arrogant way by amazon executives.

      *kindly do needful immediately and as soon as possible and take action
      Nothing more else also will be should give best services of valuable
      Customer.*

      Please escalated this matter to concern department and as soon as possible call back my number.

      I want to compensation.

      Note: — here am sharing my bitter experience with amazon, to create awareness.
      About the fraudulent works done by total amazon team. Please escalated
      This matter to senior person as well as audit this call from the internal
      And external quality department and waiting for your resolution.

      A lot of times people are cheated because of lack of awareness from their side and salespeople take advantage of this. Once a loan is sanctioned and disbursed, there is a little that can be done to reverse the damage.

      Please arrange the call back from higher escalation team so that i can discuss with them also i want to compensation because why I'm facing with your seller, they did full-fill their commitment.

        Amazon wasted our time to make us fool
        I had trust on amazon products thatwhy i din't purchase from others
        But from 3 jan i am waiting for that mobistick
        I can't see a single tear in my baby eyes
        I will not forgive amzon

        For such a little thing i will suit a coplaint now and then i ll go to court for better response but i ll not leave

          I did a recharge for 499 for a jio number but the number was wrong and a non jio number to. So why the recharge was successful when the number was a non jio number because it was a huge amount i need a refund against it the order id was[protected]. The number which i want to recharge was [protected] i put a little bit mistake in the number instead of 3 i put a 6 so please get through it and give me proper solution against it was a false recharge.

                My name is Sarsij Pandey email id is sarsij.[protected]@aaft.edu.in which is registered with amazon.in. My amazon.in account is locked from last 1 month Unnecessarily . Reason is that i placed a order on amazon by mistake i fill wrong credit card no after placing the order i relies that i have filled wrong info then i immediately cancelled that order.
                After one day i see my account is locked. I tried to contact customer care but they are saying that they can't help me only investigate team unlock my account. I sent mail on [protected]@amazon.in but they not listening anything they send me mail that [ your order can't be delivered please fax your credit card details with billing address ] but that credit card no i filled is wrong
                I have also provide all the details to amazon.in by mail and fax but still my account is locked.

                        Actually i have ordered pedigree puppy food fir my puppy from amazon and after receiving product i got pedigree adult food that us basically different from what i ordered l. I raised complaint against it to amazon team and they told me to wait for 5 days and after 5 days they told me that they cannot replace my product as it does not comes under replacement policy. Please help me for this as i got loss of 2700 from amazon

                            I have ordered in amazon... I paid twice for the order... Money was deducted but order was cancelled... Refund amount was not yet credited which should have credited on 14th of january... The reference number are #928970 and #794610... It has been more than 10 days... Still money was not refunded... Have already contacted amazon customer care... Still there is no response

                              I ordered january 5th rocklight mosquito bats through amazon, before ordering i checked the weather the delivery facility is available or not to my location but it shows the delivery facility is available so i ordered to the 586118 location. Then they sent a message u ll received ur order on 10th january. But 10th i didn't received my order i called to the customer service and told them to my problem then they told me to wait two to three days. After two days also i didn't received my order again. But when i tracked my order it showing already delivered so
                              I called to amazon executive and complent my issue. They told sir there is third party problem so u ll wait then i received call from dtdc and they told that ur order is in another location so u come and collect. Then i am so disappointed because i didn't received my order to my delivery address then again i called to amazon executive told the problem and executive promised me sir wait i ll sent a feedback and complent form to seller to deliver to the customer door. But now january 18th till not received my order yet. Now i called chief executive they r telling so i can't able to deliver ur order to ur delivery address. But they r playing with customers. When i ordering it shows the delivery facility.

                                  Amazon is a worst website i use amazon last 3 years i cant continue with amazon i order 1 items milton thermosteal thermos 1st jan 2020. My delivery date 7/01/2020 but not delivered i already paid this amount rs.610. Now date is 18/january 2020. Still my order is not delivered whenever i call amzon customer not give me satisfied answer and told me wait little more..

                                    I have purchased whey protein from amazon on by making payment of 2672 through indian bank debit card. I have returned the item and amazon customer say initiated refund on with refund reference number of 908930. I visited branch for solution and they contacted billdesk which is the payment gateway. Bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch for which branch has no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

                                      I purchased ducray anaphase plus shampoo through amazon.in, its a hairfall control shampoo but it's encourages hairfall... Yesterday i received delivery of books which was taken by our watchman swami in the morning.in the evening when i opened the parcel i found only two copies of the book in the parcel.
