I have been billed $128.22 as a recurring billing on my discover card... This is unauthorized. What should i do to dispute this?? I have no idea what this is regarding... What product... Etc. I was made aware of this today 1/7/20. I need this removed from my discover account as soon as possible.. The information regarding this is direct marketing/continuity subscription...5kofp2ta3.

    I had got a bad tv from amazon and the customer care is not replacing it
    Even i had to pay for the stand and setup boc stand amount of 750 rs
    They are saying replacement is not available but can order new tv
    Now i agree with the return but new cause is that the delivery boy is saying the i need the tv totally packed in box
    I can't handle the tv alaone i asked for help he totally refuse for it.
    I am totally fed up by the the customer service and all the process by the amazon
    They had sent 4 people for inspection who also did not do anything regarding tv

    Every day since i got the tv their are issues
    The guy with the installation process came did all things no response
    Then amazon technician came he did nothing
    Problem persisted
    Next day to tecnician came took the photo of bill and went did nothing
    All are just comung and going when i talk to customer service they only say new tv will be provides to you
    Now their is problem in replacement

          I ordered an glass aquarium on amazon
          Order placed - monday, 23 december, 2019

          Hear i received a damaged aquarium (Its glass was broken in pcs)
          I raised a complain with amazon
          After three days a pickup boy came and refused to pick the parcel stating its fully damaged item and they will not pick it
          I again raised complain with amazon and questioned them that why this stupid excuse was given when i already informed them about damaged item received and did they mean by fully damaged for a glass aquarium because its a common scene that glass item always bakes in pcs when its get damaged
          Any ways they assured me that the next day pickup will be done without any excuse
          But now more than 10 days over and i daily wast my 1 hour on chat with them and every time they say tomorrow - tomorrow and tomorrow but tomorrow never comes

          Till date my pickup is pending and i have wasted my 4299 rs on this amazon fraud

            Hi my name is shaik fathima from tirupati.. I have purchased samsung m30s on 2019 october first in amazon.. My amazon email i'd is [protected]@gmail.com.. The same very day i saw the 3 offers with this mobile
            1-10% sbi instant discount
            2-1000 rupees bonus offer
            3-one year free screen replacement
            So before i purchase i saw this three offers and immediately i have contacted amazon to get the proper details.. I also have the all call recordings with me.. When i called and when i asked about cashback offer they said yes 1000 rupees cash back will credit directly to my amazon pay account.. Which cant transfer to the bank.. Then october 5 mobile has been delivered.. When i ask about cash back they said one week then ten days then again two weeks this is what they were telling me.. Then on october 18 i have spoken to amazon executive name varudhini said on jan 5 2020 that 1000 rupees going to credit to my bank account.. Now from past two days iam calling to amazon.. Call is not connecting directly through chat iam requesting them to call back.. Rithesh the previous agent i have spoken today he said iam eligible but to get cash back it would take 5 days.. I dont understand what the hell amazon is doing.. Wantedly they are doing this.. At any cost i want my money.. Please help

              delivery boy's behavior on call and product not delivered

              My order needed to be delivered to me on 6th january 2020, but it is not.
              While ordering amazon asked for any specific time period the order to be delivered, i choosed the timing between 8:00am to 3:00pm as i want the delivery in my office premises,
              1. The delivery boy didn't contacted me if there was a delay in delivery.
              2. When i contacted him, his way of speaking was so unprofessional and kind of rude that he literally...

                I had ordered chambor eye shadow quad, bronze desire no.102, 8 g on 31 december 2019 order#[protected]. The product was delivered today at 12.15. Pm (Approx). On opening the box i found the product totally damaged. I am attaching the photos of the damaged product. Please replace the product immediately. Both chambor and amazon are renowned brands. This incident is disappointing and forcing me to loose faith in both amazon and chambor.

                I had lodged a complaint on 06.01.2020 immediately after receiving the totally damaged chambor eye shadow quad, bronze desire no.102, 8 g. Even after 6 days of lodging, I had not received any response from your office about the replacement of the damaged product. I had expected immediate response from such renowned brands such as Amazon and Chambor .Highly disappointing.Today is 13.01.2020 i have still not received and response nor replacement.

                    Hi, Delivered product will gets expired in 66 days.
                    Amazon delivered me a coffee packet (Amazon.in Order #[protected] on 5 Jan 2020 and expiry date is 13 Mar 2020. Now Customer care executive has mentioned that they cannot return or refund it bcoz it is not coming under 60 days.
                    I dont understand "is Amazon encourage sellers to deliver this type of products to the customers? " Also, I read that if product's expiry within 90 days Or less than 60 days then Amazon will return/refund it Or if it is less then 60 days, it is will considered as expired product.
                    After talking to the rude guy from escalation department, he is saying he cannot help in this matter. How pathetic customer care service and they have wasted 40 minutes.

                        I had booked a samsung 6.5 kg top loader washing machine on my below address on 3/01/2020. This product was supposed to be delivered today at my delhi residence (29/3, iiird floor, old rajinder nagar new delhi -110060).

                        The product did came to my residence today, but without getting it endorsed to me, the delivery team took the product back complaining that the product is damaged.

                        As put by you in the sms, that the product was refused by me is not correct, rather it was taken back by your delivery team on the pretext that it is damaged.

                        Now it is requested to confirm me the further course of action.

I got wrong/missing order. I chat with amazon customer care on same day[protected] executive on amazon chat support they said for this we have special team for this they handle this. Then they arrange a phone call for me, special team create a complaint against this order and they said wait for[protected], then call us on[protected], i call amazon customer care executive they said we try to call you but you don't pick our call but the truth is i don't get any single call from amazon. Then she tell me (Amazon customer care executive) wait we will call you, on now[protected] i call to amazon customer care executive to ask for my refund status then they said we don't do anything for this order we can't do anything for this, how can amazon denied this service i buy all this from amazon so this is the responsibility of amazon.
                            Refund my money asap, i'm very disappointed from amazon, this responsibilities is yours amazon can't denied this. Amazon responsibile for this i buy from amazon.

                              Fraudulent purchase of rs.50000/- was done using my sbi debit card ending with 2813 on 31.12.2019. I complained about this at amazon customer care, however they have processed the order inspite of me lodging a complaint with them of the order to be a fraudulent and transaction done by my debit card although i have not done any such transactions whatsoever. I registered my complaint on 01.01.2020 but still the invalid order was processed. I also received incorrect emails from amazon customer care which shows amazon is not at all serious about the fraud that occurred. Kindly look into the issue as this was my salary amount and the only savings for bread and butter of my family.

                                I bought a new xiaomi redmi note 8 phone from amazon. The phone dissipates a lot of heat even in normal use. While charging, it's very uncomfortable to hold as well. I requested for a replacement the next day itself. As per their request, i installed an app for system analysis. Now they are not giving me at least a replacement stating temperature upto 48 c is acceptable. I am going to lodge a complaint with the consumer court.

                                  The delivery boy of amazon who delivered the goods just now was street smart. He was very rude and arrogant.in spite of cash option he insisted on payment by debit card.
                                  A street boy having no manners third class even interfered when we both husband and wife were talking.

                                  Amazon wake up. Are u going to do biz by troubling customers in this way.

                                      I ordered protoner dynamic wall mounting chin up bar combo from amazon on 23rd november, 2019.
                                      Due to some problems regarding usability and quality i decided to return back to amazon.
                                      I returned back the product on 5th december, 2019 to the pick-up boy in the morning with all the items inside.

                                      The refund was supposed to be generated within 10-14 days but it took a lot longer so i had a chat with the customer care through amazon app and she told me that the product has been received and my refund will be processed into my account in a few days.

                                      The refund didn’t come through so i decided to call the customer service and ask for information regarding the refund and they told me that the refund has been processed and gave me a reference no. As given above.
                                      And when i called my bank services then they told me they need the transaction id, so i called amazon services again and asked for the transaction id.

                                      But when i asked my bank regarding the refund/transfer they told me that the transaction hasn’t come through the bank regarding the transaction id.

                                      So, the refund hasn’t been processed properly and hasn’t reflect into my account nor the bank. I’m stuck in the middle.

                                      I’ve lodged a complaint on both amazon india and sbi but the refund for my order has not been processed properly into my account. Please resolve this asap.
                                      Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
