My name is (Gurpreet singh) and i had ordered (Logitech 502 hero gaming mouse (Black) and redgear mp35 control-type gaming mousepad (Black/red) of rs 3895 and rs 328. On amazon at (23 december 2019) and after (4 january 2020) i returned this order due to personal reason. And on (7 january 2020)
Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
[protected] and[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So
Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

    Dear sir

    I have purchased one material from amazon and order got cancelled. According to amazon, they have refunded the amount to my bank account. I inquired with the bank by reference number provided by the amazon. Bank has not received any money from amazon of rs. 1098.

    I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

    Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

      I ordered a set of 3 boomer bubble gum boxes from seller named urban retail. It was ordered on 5th november 2019 and expected date for delivery was 7th-14th november. I waited till around 21st november and product never showed any tracking details and the same date was showing as expected date for delivery. Tried to cancel in the application and got notification that request was submitted. However did not get any refund and contacted amazon customer care by around november 30th. They informed that refund was initiated and would be credited in 5 working days. Ever since i have made 5 more calls and been getting the same response from them. This is extremely poor service and that too the retailer themselves sent me a mail asking to get the refund from amazon

        I would like to inform you that i made a transaction with my idbi visa debit card ending in 6324 on amazon.in on 25th of dec 2019 for an amount of rs.1, 023.90 & rs.589.00 which was refund processed by amazon on 30th of dec 2019 for rs.1, 023.90 & rs.589.00 with refund reference number:

        Taking into consideration normal working days it should have credited into my account statement couple of days back itself which isn't the case till date, so i request you to "file a charge dispute" with "refund reference number:"[protected] &[protected]" . Also provide a reference number for the charge dispute filed.

        According to your banking policies it should have credited in 10 business at max. But its more than 20 days now and the amount isn't credited till date as of 20th jan 2020.

        Request you to kindly resolve the matter and credit the amount back into my account at the earliest.

                I'm getting a debit of 199 on 18 th of each month since last 3 months on my credit hdfc card. I have also contacted with my provide but they said they can't be any help and I must contact amazon.

                      My Amazon account is blocked from 5 days but they are not helping me. They said me that you will receive email regarding this issue but until I have not received any email and they are saying that your issue is your card details are wrong but I have not used any card to buy anything from Amazon just the card is is saved on it. My refund is blocked because they have holded my account it without any reason.
                      Also if there is any issue then why they are pending my refund I am not able to get my refund I need that money for other work I have tried all things that they said but they are not what an unholding my account.
                      I need my money back but Amazon is saying that the specialist team will contact you but the email is not arriving and only if they verify my details then only they will unhold my account but my refund is is still pending so they should understand that first of all the should give my refund back but they are only saying our specialist team will help me and are not helping me as they have to help me

                          I was a very old customer for Amazon online shopping in India. But present days they're not punctual to deliver the ordered items thru their delivering facility and keeping our money for very long period. After 10-20 days they will refund the money, but they won't develop a good customer relations by communicating the customer for their bad delivery night mares or by any compensations for keeping the money for long time with them. Their delivery agents are very ### and not delivering products specially in Tellicherry, Kerala India. Now I stopped ordering thru them and this is just a reminder for any future online customers. They don't have any control over their delivery agents. So be away from Amazon India online shopping.

                            I ordered protoner dynamic wall mounting chin up bar combo from amazon on 23rd november, 2019.
                            Due to some problems regarding usability and quality i decided to return back to amazon.
                            I returned back the product on 5th december, 2019 to the pick-up boy in the morning with all the items inside.

                            The refund was supposed to be generated within 10-14 days but it took a lot longer so i had a chat with the customer care through amazon app and she told me that the product has been received and my refund will be processed into my account in a few days.

                            The refund didn’t come through so i decided to call the customer service and ask for information regarding the refund and they told me that the refund has been processed and gave me a reference no. As given above.
                            And when i called my bank services then they told me they need the transaction id, so i called amazon services again and asked for the transaction id.

                            But when i asked my bank regarding the refund/transfer they told me that the transaction hasn’t come through the bank regarding the transaction id.

                            So, the refund hasn’t been processed properly and hasn’t reflect into my account nor the bank. I’m stuck in the middle.

                            I’ve lodged a complaint on both amazon india and sbi but the refund for my order has not been processed properly into my account. Please resolve this asap.

                              It is very disappointing that I have to write this letter to you. I’m also prime user and pay for Rs.1k for yearly. I have purchased 18th January more than 20 products but unfortunately order was delay delivery without any information, however I have check the application and speak with your delivery boy repeatedly 7 to 8 times, he said the order will deliver by EOD but just 1 hour before I have received the message the order will delay, why I don’t know?? ? I have not received any notice or something else I have mentally disturbed as well please take action regarding this issued another will i will complain about social network.

                              Could you please confirm why I’m using Amazon prime if I have not delivery be on time.

                              Amazon is not taking any responsibility if the seller won't deliver and there is no option to contact amazon customer care people directly it insists the customers to visit amazon account.

                              I am going through a horrible experience as well. Such a pathetic situation.

                              I'm harassing repeatedly from using this service???

                              *it's a totally miss managed service that amazon is giving services also
                              Totally unsatisfied with the service. I should say these organizations are
                              Charging money on a regular basis for not giving any facility, they are not
                              Cooperative. The charges for every damn thing and they are cheating the
                              Employees, organizations because they don"t think about the customer and
                              They, are only worried about their quarterly profit.*

                              Where is the proof that my case has been escalated? I am really struggling

                              Continuously don't give any damn to my request. And from the very

                              About the fraudulent works done by total amazon team. Please escalated
                              This matter to senior person as well as audit this call from the internal
                              And external quality department and waiting for your resolution.

                              A lot of times people are cheated because of lack of awareness from their side and salespeople take advantage of this. Once a loan is sanctioned and disbursed, there is a little that can be done to reverse the damage.

                              Please arrange the call back from higher escalation team so that i can discuss with them also i want to compensation because why I'm facing with your seller, they did full-fill their commitment.

                                  I did a recharge for 499 for a jio number but the number was wrong and a non jio number to. So why the recharge was successful when the number was a non jio number because it was a huge amount i need a refund against it the order id was[protected].                                         My name is Sarsij Pandey email id is sarsij.[protected]@aaft.edu.in which is registered with amazon.in. My amazon.in account is locked from last 1 month Unnecessarily . Reason is that i placed a order on amazon by mistake i fill wrong credit card no after placing the order i relies that i have filled wrong info then i immediately cancelled that order.
                                        After one day i see my account is locked. I tried to contact customer care but they are saying that they can't help me only investigate team unlock my account. I sent mail on [protected]@amazon.in but they not listening anything they send me mail that [ your order can't be delivered please fax your credit card details with billing address ] but that credit card no i filled is wrong
                                        I have also provide all the details to amazon.in by mail and fax but still my account is locked.
