The delivery boy of amazon who delivered the goods just now was street smart. He was very rude and arrogant.in spite of cash option he insisted on payment by debit card.
A street boy having no manners third class even interfered when we both husband and wife were talking.
He was asking to pay more than the price msg to me by amazon.
Amazon wake up. Are u going to do biz by troubling customers in this way.
Do these guys have no fear of. Law?
Plz dont send such terrible persons. For delivery.

    These people are creating lots of troble

      I ordered protoner dynamic wall mounting chin up bar combo from amazon on 23rd november, 2019.
      Due to some problems regarding usability and quality i decided to return back to amazon.
      I returned back the product on 5th december, 2019 to the pick-up boy in the morning with all the items inside.

      The refund was supposed to be generated within 10-14 days but it took a lot longer so i had a chat with the customer care through amazon app and she told me that the product has been received and my refund will be processed into my account in a few days.

      The refund didn’t come through so i decided to call the customer service and ask for information regarding the refund and they told me that the refund has been processed and gave me a reference no. As given above.
      And when i called my bank services then they told me they need the transaction id, so i called amazon services again and asked for the transaction id.

      But when i asked my bank regarding the refund/transfer they told me that the transaction hasn’t come through the bank regarding the transaction id.

      So, the refund hasn’t been processed properly and hasn’t reflect into my account nor the bank. I’m stuck in the middle.

      I’ve lodged a complaint on both amazon india and sbi but the refund for my order has not been processed properly into my account. Please resolve this asap.

        The amount deducted from my account, but, still, i didn't receive any money from the amazon side.

          Out of 5 amounts, 4 amounts have already been credited to my a/c except above amount. All 5 amounts have been debited through debit card. Rest 4 amounts are rs.141.34, rs.194.37, rs.683.71 and rs.256.29. Amazon also confirmed me about refund order of rs.164.05. Please credit the amount immediately otherwise i have no alternative but to complain against you at consumer forum.

              I am an amazon customer from noida and i am writing to express my bad experience with amazon recently and i hope that you can help me on this. My account in amazon is vaishali pandey.. It all starts with my order with order no[protected] date (13 september 2019) i was ordering a lamp set of 2 quantity and my order was also cod. Before that when my neighbour received the courier of lamps. Then he says to me maam can you send me the amount of this lamp which was 1396rs/. I say ok tell me yours no or any account i will pay to you then he says to me maam i am sending you a bar code u scan and send me thru the google pay. I am saying ok i send you please check your google pay, again again i try but not successfully shown... Again he send me bar code he says to me i am sending to my personal no and his name was (Nitin) delivery boy.. Then i cal to my husband and i am saying to him please scan this code and send the amount of 1396 he was send the money on that bar code but thru the paytm.. And sending me screenshot for forward to that delivery agent. I send to him then he says why u not google pay why u send me money thru the paytm... I have not received the amount. Before that he gone and after some time he back to my home and collect to the courier which was he deliver on morning... Then i call to the customer care for complainingâ  but no one is there for received my complaint evrybody says to me maam you dont worry your amount is shown your parcel is coming for tomorrow you dont worry again next morning differnt delivery come to my home and call to me n say maam your courier this is cod please pay your amount which is 1396rs/-i was shocked again. Wat the # is this.. Again i cal to customer care she says to me maam your amount has been failed showing please send me again the amount of rupee 1396/

                I have not been updated with my refund in my account for the cancelled product online payment on[protected]. Amazon says refund has been initiated it's been delayed from sbi side and asked me to fill charge dispute form for sbi. Its completely customer harassment. I want my refund of ₹ (581.55) this type of harrasment is not tolerable why would people mke online payments then if this goes.

                I Shruti Sharma was given refund referal code (787729) when i asked UTR number I was denied.No refund has been credited to my SBI account by Amazon yet for the online payment done after cancellation of product on[protected].Sharing the chat with Amazon team in attached pics.Also I have been asked to fill charge dispute form against SBI bank.Its totally customer harassment very shameful Amazon, people do not pay online to get harassed.

                  The company do fraud they don't delivered the product on 18 dec 2019 and shows delivered on their app. When i complained they said it is technical issue and agreed that they haven't delivered it. When am asking for my refund they said its delivered and even agreed to share pod. They disconnect my call and said we can't help you in any manner. No one help me and not even giving us details.

                    Maltimeter note receved my order now 18/12/2019 but today date 04/01/2020 note receved order cerehelpline calling to 4-5 retrying but not provlam solf dhamki dete hai and call cere disconnected amazon fraud complaints helpline and company show the deleverd order 25/12/2019 but me note deleverd order

He/she says wait for 10 business days definitely solved our solved (Says cs)... But after 10 days i call again... Again says 10 days daily extend only but not solved i want my money back...

                        I ordered woodland shoes from amazon for inr 2, 217. On 17th december the courier people updated the status of delivered on 20th december while i got the shoes on 24th december. Then i made a replacement for the shoes as it was loose to me, i made the replacement order on 27th december. It was supposed to get delivered to me on 30th december as i'm a prime customer, but the delivery partners were not trying to contact me and in the evening i used to receive a msg and call that the courier tried to contact me but i received none. The next day i updated the phone number to my mother's, her phone is always available then also next evening i received the same message they were not able to connect to the number, next day updated my friend's number and address but the same thing happened. Today the order is returning to the seller and the price of the shoes is inr 3, 750. When i tried to contact the amazon support they always told me to wait and wait, and after this, they're telling me that nothing can be done and i've to return the old shoes and order a new one. And now i've to pay almost inr 1, 400 extra for the same shoes. They made me wait for 16 days and now just because of their courier facility i've to bear a loss of inr 1400 after all this harassment over the multiple calsl to the support which was of no help. Need justice.

                          I have ordered 4 bluetooth dongle but only 1 delivered
                          Why 4 dongles are not packed and 4 dongle amount we have given. Such an insult. (Sound bot)

                          There is no action taken even after complaining and amount not yet refunded. I will not order hereafter in amazon. They have to pay my amount otherwise i'll legal action against this.

                          We don't know what is inside while delivering, i don't know how many customers are cheated like this

                            I have ordered a churidar from shoppers stop through amazon india and paid the cost of product in advance. On reaching the delivery date suddenly the product appeared from my order list and shown as cancelled. I talked to amazon customer care and asked for refund they said that within 3 days the refund will be credited to bank account. Even though the account of amazon showing that the amount credited to me neither the same is credited to my amazon pay nor to my bank account. I have tried to contact the customer care but due to their special setting i could not contact to them for a cancelled order. I am enclosing the screen shots i already kept for my records is attached herewith for your reference.

                              Sir,
                              I have done money transfer using amazon pay upi to other amazon pay upi of rs 250 two times in 26th dec 2019. The amount has been debited from the account and status is showing failed and had not been credited to other beneficiary account. The amount has been not refunded back to account as it has been for more than 4-5 working day. Please revert the payment as it is necessary for financial needs. Please refund the amount as soon as possible.

                                I ordered (Orderid:[protected] a watch dated: 23/12/19, that i received on 28/12/19.

                                I got a watch that is different from what i ordered. I tried to return the same but the pickup guy refused to as it was a different product.
                                Since then i have been chasing customer care many times regarding this issue but each time they told me that they will get an update on this issue by 4th jan 2020.
                                Now amazon customer service is not accepting my return & they are denying for refund/replacement as they are saying that investigation is done and they have sent the right product from their end.

                                I am really disappointed with the amazon customer care experience. I want my refund back.

                                  I purchased a boat headphone model :-boat rockerz 400... On 1 january 2019... And now on 1 january 2020 i came to know that my headphone buttons were not working... I was confused because sometime it was working and some time it was not working... I ask amazon customer care about this... I tells him that my product is not working.. Then i ask for the same product is warranty begain form the date of order/purchase or date of delivery... Then reply came - on the date of delivery warranty starts... I ask him the delivery date but he was unable to as it was 1 year old... On amazon it is mention that this product was shipped on 12january means it was deliver after 12th... Then i decided not to complaint at that time... Let me check for few days what's the condition of headphone... Now on 2nd january i came to know now headphone button is not working fully... Then i complained to boat and now on today they cancel my complaint ticket and they mention that your purchase date is on 1 january 2019... Date is passed and your warranty is out of date.. They cancel my ticket... Now i asked amazon this. And this time amazon customer care says that on the date of purchase delivery starts... Amazon is making fool to me..
                                  First they said on the date of delivery warranty starts and now they are saying on the purchase date warranty starts...
                                  Help me regarding this... My headphone cost me 1499 ruppes at that time because of amazon my ruppes got wasted...

                                      I have ordered a shoe from amazon but i have returned it but my refund has not yet been intiated. Whenever i contact amazon they always say that we intiated the refund but you need to talk to your bank officials why they have not intiated the refund. When ever i try to contact to indian bank they are always in denying mode we don't know about the refund and how can we then intiate the same..
                                      I don't know that what type of services indian bank is providing to its customers as per the norms customer satisfaction is the main motive of any bank.
                                      Plz nd plz intiate my refund as soon as possible

                                      I checked the online statement and it is not credited into my account.

                                        Hello all,

                                        It is hard for me to write this mail but i have no choice.

                                        I have became a loyal prime member since last two years but it all in waste.

                                        I was happy when i purchased a phone from amazon as m earlier experience were awesome but i got a faulty piece and your executive suggested me that instead of replace go for refund though i purchased it in emi. (Powerful option for middle class people like me)

                                        I thought it is ok amazon is there to help me but there are conditions that third party engineer will first check and then i shall asked for return.
                                        I was ok for that. On monday guy came and declared piece as faulty.
                                        Return scheduled on next day, but instead of pickup i got message that "customer is refused to return produce". Here i wana ask question "am i mad to keep faulty product with me'

                                        Again next day i called to amazon service they scheduled pickup on next day. Next day delivery guy came and just click a photo of product and tried to inspect (Again i was asking to me if he is checking product then why amazon need third party team think this regarding cost cutting) but he refused to take product with him.

                                        Again i got message that" pickup attempted but product was not ready" may be product told that guy that it is not ready!!!

                                        My question is please let me how many more attempt i need to do regarding return of faulty product
