I ordered (Berries and nuts walnut kernel 1 kg| akhrot giri, akrot magaz | grade - 8 pieces, broken) on[protected]. I get this product on[protected]. I got wrong/missing order. I chat with amazon customer care on same day[protected] executive on amazon chat support they said for this we have special team for this they handle this. Then they arrange a phone call for me, special team create a complaint against this order and they said wait for[protected], then call us on[protected], i call amazon customer care executive they said we try to call you but you don't pick our call but the truth is i don't get any single call from amazon. Then she tell me (Amazon customer care executive) wait we will call you, on now[protected] i call to amazon customer care executive to ask for my refund status then they said we don't do anything for this order we can't do anything for this, how can amazon denied this service i buy all this from amazon so this is the responsibility of amazon.
Refund my money asap, i'm very disappointed from amazon, this responsibilities is yours amazon can't denied this. Amazon responsibile for this i buy from amazon.
