I have bought a back rest from amazon.in on 31 december 2019 .Product reached me on 7 january 2020.Product size is very small and unusable.There is also 10 days return and refund policy for the product.But when i go to return page it shows non returnable.I contact the customer care on the same day and they asure that the refund will be credited to my account within 5 days. After 8 days when i didnt get the refund i again called amazon customer on 15 january 2020.This time they directly told me that your product is non returnable and they dont do any thing.Plz help

Worst services from amazon. I am a prime member of amazon and my account was hacked on jan 03 and they have used my amazon pay emi and take close to 35000 i also raised a compalin on the same on jan 03 and they promised fixed and provide me an update in 72 hrs but no one called nor emailed me still i have been spoke to rohit, mega, hemant and few more from amazon but no one have fix the issue yet they just keep tell they wil fix it in 24hr but it had be 12days know and no one bothers to fix it or update me. Worst service i have ever came across in my life

I Have bought a Mobile From amazon .in (NOKIA 8110, BLACK), Model No :- B07KWLRR32 for which I have made a payment through Yes Bank Via Net Banking, every thing was absolutely file till I ordered and Dispatched but there was No information on when it was delivered and to whom it was delivered I only came to know that the Phone was delivered but actually nothing was delivered, I straightway called customer care and informed the same, to which they asked me to wait for 5 days and they will enquire, and amazed to know after 5 days when they said it was delivered and they can't do anything.
it really looks like a SCAM, 3k is not a big amount but I really want to know where the product is delivered and to whom it was delivered, so I would really appreciate if you can check and let me know as its a simple thing delivered by a human being and is not a rocket science to check who has delivered where and was delivered to whom, and if the company act weird than I don't think people will trust any of these companies, I still trust AMAZON as I had many products from them in the past, so I am expecting an honest and helpful reply from them, they can track the delivery boy who has deliver the product as the delivery companies are hired under them as simple as that.
I am looking for the positive reply from them

Ordered product crompton cooler dated 3 nov 2019 with pre paid amount worth 9120 rs. After month of order date they said due to damage of product we can not deliver the product to you. I requested to deliver the same product since i waited for 1 month. But still no response from them. Till date the product is undelivered as well as no refund credited for the same yet.

Actually i ordered a pair of crocs on amazon on 24th december and canceled the order on 26th december bevause of problem with the sizeand paid the amount with debit card and money is still not credited in my account. So i called to the amazon customer service and said my problem they telling that we have sent your refund money to the bank and they are not crediting in your account. So i went to bank and asked about that refund amount, they said we didn't received any refund amount from amazon india.

I have purchased a item (Vivo v17) from amazon on 24th october 2019. And i returned on 4th november but untill now 13 january 2020. I did not receive my refund. According to their policy for a/c and debit card refund is initiated b/w 2 or 3 business days. I did not hope amazon services could be very poor. What is this amazon going on? Today, 75-80 days have passed. But i have not paid yet what the hell is this?.

According to their policy for debit credit card refund is initiated bw 2 or 3 business days.
I did not hope amazon service s could be very poor.
I think we can say it's poor services given by amazon that could not be expect any one from us.

Did a rs.109 mobile recharge for my jio number on 11th january 2020 (8:26pm) from www.amazon.in. bill payment is not successful but amazon deducted rs.258 from my sbi bank account. Did too many calls, no response from customer care. Kindly find the below transaction details.

Sbi bank said it is not their fault, its a fault from amazon india.

Dear amazon india team please shutdown your services in india if your unable to provide proper services, your not even responding to our complaints. I never expected these kind of services from amazon india.

Iam charan purchased a product on amazon on 4th jan 2020 (Boat stone 650 wireless speaker) the amount is 1799/- and i canceled my order that day using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund will be initiated with 2-4 business days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as #3ws69io00000k3tuv1fa. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman
