Dear sir
I am shivam kumar jha. I buy a phone under exchange offer from amazon. And for that i paid 5890 rupees. And when mobile reached in my address by amazon currier service make mistakes in exchange process than item status suddenly show in cancel. After that i contacted with his customer care service. They are just say sorry. But who will paid for my lost time for all this. And i want he will refund my money with interest. I will attached my phone pictures witch i have to exchange you can see there is no have any damage.

So sir i. Want to make some fine on amazon. Why he will doing care less service.

    I have ordered an item for my friend on #amazon through a seller named #tbase. I ordered it on monday and received a confirmation email. Then tuesday late night i've received an email saying that my order has been cancelled without mentioning any reason for cancellation of the item. When i contacted #amazoncustomerservice, she is giving me other options to buy a similar product of different color which i did not asked, other than telling me the reason why was it got cancelled. Are these customer service persons work for customers or sellers.. I don't understand. I'm really disappointed on this kind of response from amazon. If you do not want to sell a product why are you putting it as available??? I trusted amazon till now but see what happened... Amazon proves that every online company is same and is loyal to only sellers..

      मैंने आमजन से १०००/- का एचपीसीएल का गिफ्ट कार्ड पर्चेस किया है लेकिन कार्ड काम ही नहीं कर रहा है और कस्टमर केयर सेंटर में कंप्लेन करने पर भी कोई हल नहीं हुआ है ३ महीना हो गया लेकिन अभी तक कोई हल नहीं हुआ। कई बार कस्टमर केयर सेंटर में कंप्लेन कर चुका हूं प्रॉब्लम अभी तक सॉल्व नहीं हुआ है।

        I ordered renewed) lenovo legion y540 9th gen core intel i7 15.6 inch fhd gaming laptop (8gb ram/ 1tb hdd + 256 gb ssd / windows 10 home / 4gb nvidia gtx. Instead of i7 processor i5 processor was delivered. The very next day i initiated the return. Customer support said they will investigate and take the product back within 10 days. But now its more than a month, they give same answer that the concerned team is looking into it.

          I purchased on line through amazon - eureka forbesaquasure from aquaguard amrit 20 litre (Sold by olympia
          Industries ltd), which was expected to be delivered on 05 jan20. The item was not delivered and in the tracking, it has shown as delivered. The matter referred to customer service of amazon on 07.01.2020, who told that the matter will be investigated and the updated information will be provided on 10.01.2020. On 10.01.2020, the customer service was contacted who told that no updated information is available. Again on re-sending contacting after 15 minutes, it was told that the item has been delivered and if you are not satisfied you may take up the matter as per consumer rights.in the whole process, i feel cheated by amazon india. Before initiating legal rights, once again i give one opportunity to amazon india to resolve the issue, on urgent basis..

            I ordered a oneplus 7t during christmas i. E 24th dec 2019 where i get 1500 instant discount and i opted for 6mo that no cash emi, but due to amazon system issue my emi is not generated, also when i called amazon to return this product they told me to hold down the request as they will help me to resolve my issue.
            But when my returning date got expired they are saying that u didn't order the phone on emi, but i have the snapshot while purchasing the the phone that i opted for all option when i'm entering my cvc no for payment.

            This all is amazon fault and now they are denying from helping, can someone help me with this issue.

                My name is aman ashish and i had ordered 1500 on amazon pay in amazon on 17/11/2019 and after 22/11/2019 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 04/12/2019
                Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 309603 and 363157 and told me to fill charge dispute form but state bank of india doesn't have such policy. So
                Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                    1. I had ordered water distiller on 07 oct order id order id #[protected].

                    2. Â after an inordinate delay, amazon claimed that the order is lost in transit and they will issue a refund.

                    I sais yes to receiving the refund. Now, the company claims to have issued a refund on 24 dec 2019 but i never received any refund in my account.Â
                    4. I contacted the company and they give me a reference number telling me to go contact the customer care of the concerned bank.
                    5. I contact the customer care of the concerned bank and they claim that no such issue is resolved on their end and that if the money is sent to my account, it should reflect in my account.Â
                    6. I am stuck between both parties telling me to contact each other for a refund as of today the 9th of jan 2020

                      Shrug was ordered and pant was delivered on 31st dec 19.. Since then we are following up with amazon team over calls and emails.. These people they send us msg everyday that the packet will b picked up and after few hrs they send another msg cancelling the pickup.. This they are doing everyday from past 8-10 days.. I believe they are involved in making money buy making fool of customers..
                      Everytime you call or mail them they won't respond.. Even on twitter they have stopped responding..

                                I received the product and complained Amazon and Rupa.

                                There is no hologram of genuiness and qr as mentioned on the product.

                                Rupa no response & amazon.in is not sharing polisies in this regard. Cloud tail did not respond.

                                  I have been billed $128.22 as a recurring billing on my discover card... This is unauthorized. What should i do to dispute this??                                     I had got a bad tv from amazon and the customer care is not replacing it
                                    Even i had to pay for the stand and setup boc stand amount of 750 rs
                                    They are saying replacement is not available but can order new tv
                                    Now i agree with the return but new cause is that the delivery boy is saying the i need the tv totally packed in box
                                    I can't handle the tv alaone i asked for help he totally refuse for it.
                                    I am totally fed up by the the customer service and all the process by the amazon
                                    They had sent 4 people for inspection who also did not do anything regarding tv

                                    The guy with the installation process came did all things no response
                                    Then amazon technician came he did nothing
                                    Problem persisted
                                    Next day to tecnician came took the photo of bill and went did nothing
                                    All are just comung and going when i talk to customer service they only say new tv will be provides to you
                                    Now their is problem in replacement
