We do not expect this unprofessional behavior. More than 1 month has been left but no amount has been returned.. Do the needful at your end your earliest....

I have bought tv online from amazon.in. It got deliver as per schedule. Then i have followed up for the installation with company service center (Vu technologies). They did installation too. Fraud website created and cheated by taking money. I see the website from facebook. The site is shown as like amazon india. I bought an apple i phone x and paid 4799 money. But their was no massage of placing order/order confirmed. The money was deducted. The order id was [protected] and transaction id was [protected]. Payment done through paytm. The order id attached....

What's the matter ?? Your customer care hangs up on me soon after hearing the issue like multiple times and chat support does not help either.My order was placed on 13th October and it's not been delivered yet..there is no update on the app, no response from the seller nor a refund is raised.
Can someone sensible contact me at the earliest ?
