I order above handset with exchange offer with amazon at the time of acceptance they denied to accept mine handset there was minute dent on the right side of the body of handset and mine phone was perfectly working and not broken from anywhere
There are making fraud of people as per policy of amazon they required brand new second hand handset so that take from customer at the very lower rate and refurbished them sale them again at very higher rate on amazon, they are making fool of customer by this they wont take too old handset they will take out some issue while returning / they wont expect it
You can check most of the customer will find this issue and complaint
They are using your imei number also while returning we have enter imei number this is the unique code by which they can do anything or any fraud
Government should also interfere into it, it can misused also
Very smart move by amazon stop doing fraud.

    I have ordered AHA style airpods hooks but got delidigi which are fake products and i requested for the replacement then after 3 days i got again the same delidigi products when i have payed for the genuine accessories then y Amazon is not understanding why the fake product is being shipped again even after i requested to the customer care i want my money back and want to be compensated for wasting my time

      Firstly i ordered rigo women's bodycon dress from amazon and payment done by google pay. After 1 day i cancelled my order and the order date was 17/11/2019 and cancelled date is 18/11/2019. After that amazon did not show any cancelled order or refund status. 1month is completed till my refund is not credited in my account.

          My name is samir jana email id is [protected]@gmail.com which is registered with amazon.in. My amazon.in account is locked. Reason is that i placed a order on amazon by mistake i fill wrong credit card no after please order i relies that i fill anything wrong i imidately cancelled that order.
          After one day i see my account is locked. I try to contact customer care but they tell they can't help me only investigate team unlock my account. I sent mail on [protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.in ans [protected]@amazon.in but they not listening anything they send me mail that [ your order can't be delivered please fax your credit card details with billing address ] but that credit card no i filled is wrong
          I have also provide all the details to amazon.in by mail and fax but still my account is locked.

            I am being harassed by amazon as they are saying I have duplicate accounts. Also not providing cashback and blocked amazon account several times then unblocked them.

            We are family members of 5 so we have following 5 individual amazon account.

            1 side saying not eligible for cashback other side adding 35 rs cashback in [protected]@gmail.com for magic pin transaction. I need permanent solution as they hided offers from amazon account.

              Hi today ur delivery boy ringed the bell of my flat and i open the door and told him that bhai i don't want it i already received the package which i ordered from another account, he got angry and started shouting at me my neighbor also saw his rude and unacceptable behaviour for which he has to pay for it. I was surprised by his behavior and attitude like a road chap he was talking to me. Is he can compul me to buy the product if i am not ok to take?. Plz try to improve on it.

                I ordered 2 products from amazon seller "bird box e-commerce" one on sept and one on oct, both products never got delivered, i waited for 2 month each for both products, finally i had to get a refund from amazon. Then i went to bird box e-commerce feedback section where 90% people have complaint about this seller but this seller is still selling those products which he was not able to deliver, i don't understand why amazon is allowing such sellers to do business on their website. Please take serious action on this seller as many customer have faced problems with this seller

Ii reached me and bearing pin 2635, paid 324/- as cod. Can i sent the extra copy of vol. Ii back and avail another civil engineering book for that value of rs.324/-. Also hope that the second package contains vol, i, ii as said above.
                    Expecting a favourable action in this regard please.

                      The issue that i have experienced was: on yesterday i had collected offer on amazon app on health xp rs 300 cashback on transaction rs 3000 or more. I even called amazon care on 24th november and i got an reply from your customer service that in case i do not like the product in trial period i should contact the seller and they should pick up the product as per terms and conditions...

                          Amazon is selling fake supplements. I recently bought a gold standard whey protein from amazon. The flavour ordered was Rocky road but i received Vanilla ice cream and that too in pathetic condition. The product description said that the item is returnable in 10 days but when i tried to return the team mentioned that they need 5 days to investigate before they can return the product. The product is evidently fake, anyone who uses the product can say simply by looking at the box. There are no importer stickers on the box as well.
                          I am stuck with the ordered supplement and amazon is not ready to support the customers.

                              I have recharged my jio mobile for rs 599 but during transaction the electricity supply was cut and the lap top was switched off.
                              Later i again went for recharging and they asked me to pay rs 599 and i paid. This was on 7th december 2019. I got the message twice with different transaction numbers. I complaint with amazon but it did not paid heed and after that the transaction of 7th december was also removed from my account. I am feeling cheated. Resolve the issue

                              This is the third time i am filing the plaint since 7th December 2019 yet no heeds paid. How can the transaction history deleted from my account of purchasing from Amazon is a mystery which should be conveyed to the people as I am a journalist

                                  I ordered two items on amazon website and opted for pay on delivery. It's given in the website that i can pay either by cash or by card.
                                  I was to get the product by dec 10. On dec 10, i got a message from amazon saying, "arriving today: (Product)... & 1 item will be delivered by amzagent (Contact no: & pin). Pay rs. (Amount) by cash/card. Track: (Website link)". Around 7.15 a. M. A delivery agent came with the package. The total cost of 2 items was rs. 1497/-. I gave him three new 500 rs notes. He said he would accept card only. Left without giving the package to me, saying he would come again the next day. Around 7.30 a. M. I made my first call to amazon customer care, informed the issue. I was told a complaint has been raised and that i would get the package by 9.00 p. M. That day.
                                  Later, i got a message saying, "we could not deliver your order with (Product) we will re-attempt on 11-dec. If you were not contacted, tell us: (Website link).
                                  Around noon i got a call from the delivery agent and repeated that he would not accept card. I called amazon customer care again. The executive told me that it's up to me if i would pay by cash or by card and that i would get the package that day itself. Around 8.00 p. M. I made a call to the customer care again. The executive asked me to wait till 9.00 p. M.
                                  My fourth call was made after 9.00 p. M. The executive told me that dec 10 is an estimated date. Delivery could be expected 5 days beyond the estimated date, as against the guaranteed delivery. He assured me that the same delivery agent would not be coming the next day, and such an issue would not be happening again.
                                  In between, i made a few calls to the delivery agent on the contact no: provided by amazon. Once or twice he did puck my call up but repeated he couldn't take cash.
                                  The next day, i got a message from amazon saying,"arriving today: (Product) & 1 item will be delivered by amzagent (Contact no: and pin). Pay (Amount) by cash/card. Track: (Website address). Around noon, i got a call from the same delivery agent and i asked him to leave the package with my maid and that he would be given the payment by cash. He said he wouldn't take cash, would come again tomorrow and cut the call. Again, i received a message saying that delivery was attempted and could not be delivered again. I contacted customer care again. They told me that a complaint has already been raised. Issue has already been escalated and it that the delivery agent had given the following reason for not accepting cash payment: "... Customer gave old notes. So the delivery agent asked the customer to initiate electronic payment...". I told the executive that it was a blatant lie. The agent was just adamant that he wouldn't accept cash. I was told that the matter would be escalated. I called up the delivery agent more than 10 times. Once, my call was picked up. I asked him about his reporting to amazon that i gave old notes. He just cut the call without saying anything. None of my calls after that were answered.
                                  I contacted customer care again. I told them i wanted the package desperately and that it shouldn't be returned. I also asked him to give me the location and contact no: of the amazon facility at thiruvananthapuram, so that i can collect the package personally. The executive assured me that it wouldn't be returned and that i would be getting it before dec 15. They would deliver the package to me, no need for me to collect it from the amazon facility.
                                  I didn't get the package on dec 11 as well. On dec 12, when i checked my account, it was shown that the package was returning to the seller. This is the status of my order until now.
                                  I contacted customer care again. The agent said, the return process has already been initiated. They couldn't do anything more than giving me a call back. I asked thrm to give me a contact no: of someone who can something about it. But the maximum they could do was to offer me a call back. Well, i didn't get a call back! Not a single call was made to me from amazon!
                                  It's dec 16 today. I haven't got my package yet.
                                  Worst customer care service ever!!! No contact no. Other than the customer care no. Every time we make a call, we get a different customer care executive and none of them cannot do anything more than escalating the issue. No call backs to check if the issue is resolved. No platform to express customer grievance. No e-mail id. No messaging option. No effort to deliver packages on time. Pointless assurances. Not even a single dependable contact person.

                                    Highly pathetic service by amazon.
                                    I had placed my prepaid order, and next day i got sms that 3out of 5 is been cancelled. When i ask reason to customer care then she was blank.. She had no answer for this, first she she it's a bank fault so that ur payment not done successfully, when i assure that i already received bank sms for payment deduction and so it's amazon fault because not all item is cancelled. Then she accepts yes it is may be out of stock so ur order been cancelled.
                                    Why amazon showing products available in their bucket if they haven't. Pathetic service

                                      The product i ordered have failed to reach me and it says it is lost. I ordered it on 29th november and it hasn't reached me yet. Its been a month and i paid for this delivery. I require an urgent refund of my money. I contacted their costumer care and they have not given me a positive response. And the application is bugged, as i try to cancel the order and get my money back its just showing return option. How can i return a product that hasn't even reached yet. This is so bad from amazon as they cant even full fill costumer satisfaction. I need my money atleast or i need something i return. I think this is a cheating case. I searched the delivery company and it is never rated good and it is supplied by amazon
                                      . Now amazon is selling fake products more often. I even got a fake suppliment on my last order. I need a refund asap. I will never order from amazon again.. I have been a happy customer for so long and now you guys made me feel terrible.
