I brought a iphone 6s battery and delivered me on 16th dec. When i try to replace my old one, its found the battery was iphone 6. Its not fit at all. I talk with customer care and they told me no replacement because 10days over. What kind of service they product. I buy a product and they send me another one. I need a replacement as soon as possible.

    I have placed an order for a book on 30th December 2019 for board exams. Neither the expected delivery is displayed in the order details nor the dispatch details are shown. The customer service is also so poor. My order no. is D[protected]. I would never recommend shopping on Amazon due to its highly irresponsible response.

    I wish to receive a response regarding the dispatch details and expected delivery of my order at the respective address on time or else refund my payment at the earliest.

    I dont recieves my order of mans weistcoat ...but my phone shows my item was delivered ..so what i do now...

      I ordered 5 prepaid orders from Amazon app but delivery agent not delivered products and hold my amount for 8 to 10 days without any reason. Delivery agent canceled all orders with any appropriate reason. I also complaint many times about it to Amazon customers care but they don't solve problem.

          My name is Akin m a and I had ordered RS 3499 Short X5 charge truly wireless in Amazon on 29/9/2019 and after 30/9/2019 I cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on 30/9/2019 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number UNI000 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Kerala Gramin Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.           Sir mene amzon se rs1190+rs1140 ye do amount ko refund maga tha joki mujko rs.1190 ko hi aya hai amzon ke costmer servies se bat hui tho wo bole ki amzon se do amount ki refund kardi hai bank ka kuch problem hai tho plzs help karo

            I am Thirumal. I was purchase book on 16 December 2019 Amazon. The book value is rs.619. The order was cancelled at 21 December 2019. Amazon is send msg in me refund reflect amount 2-4 business days. Amazon was send msg in my email on25 December 2019 your refund successfully processed on 23 December 2019 and the amount should reflect in your by now refund reference #75503729357036210964970. But not credit my amount pls help me refund.

                Order #[protected] it was a pathetic experience with Amazon
                Received a Damaged Product from Amazon delivery.

                Ultimate Nutrition Prostar 100% Whey Protein - 5.28 lb (Cookies and Cream).

                I have already raised several complaint and each time it was cancelled by pickup agent . already raised multiple complaints for pick up failure without any reason. Each time while discussion with customer center executive getting new scheduled pickup for more than a months.

                Pickup agent have already cancelled 12 pickup internationally and 4 time second level escalation have done so far including area manager.
                But neither pick up have done so far neither issue resolved.
                Customer care executive making false commitment again and again.

[protected] of M/s.ARIHAND ASSOCIATED and have forwarded the RC copy, adhar, PAN card, Voters id etc to their given mobile number [protected] on November12 and again on Dec06, 2019.                       I ordered WD Elements 2TB USB 3.0 on 25th October along with 3 other products. ( Amazon.in Order #[protected]

                      As I travel a lot I did not notice that the hard disk was not delivered and
                      when I suddenly remembered about the disk I started following up on
                      the amazon website and found that in their site it is mentioned that the product was delivered on 30th October. So I started checking to find this and
                      found that the product was not delivered at home.

                      I also found that there were no emails nor messages at all from amazon regarding the details of the dispatch as that is their usual system. For all the other products there were constant email updates and SMSs about the
                      product movement.

                      I followed up on 10th November and I received the following message from Amazon.

                      Here is a copy of the e-mail that you sent to KNK-MPL. No further action is required on your part. Seller will communicate to you if there are any questions or comments.

                      Again I followed up on 25th November and there was a usual reply that they will followup. Finally, when I called on 11th December their response was they will reimburse the amount.
                      But I wanted to know why they are giving wrong information on their website that the product was delivered as this has caused all the confusion and waste of time and energy.

                      next week i wrote them a mail and also tried contacting them and they were not responding at all. Now they have disconnected communication totally even on the help number[protected]

                        This is absolute racket.. This company charges credit cards hoping the consumer does not catch the erroneous charges on the consumers credit cards. As a consumer i did not select any amazon prime box accidentally as the customer service representative indicated. They charged my discover card for 2 consecutive months, i personally had not charged on this card for over 6 months. Guess i will be closing all revolving accounts i do not intend to continuing using to avoid fraudulent charges...

                          I'm ordered products through amazon app but shipment team can't deliver my product to me. They are taken extra two days for delivery but still not delivered. They are never contacted to me for delivery process but they are recorded like customer is not available in that address.
                          The customer service is also helpless. Finally i cancelled the order but amount is not returned. When the product is returned to their vendor then refund process will begin.

                            I have ordered hp laserjet printer 1005 on 23rd december 2019. On 24th december 2019 amazon deliver the box. But i open the box i came to know that there was hp 1112 printer instead of hp1005 printer. I had complained to amazon on same day. They said we will reply upto 29th december. But they didnot do anything. On 30th december i called them then they told that we have sent to right shipment. We cant do anything & they refuse to change that printer.

                            I need the hp1005 printer or refund of my money

                              But my order status on amazon app shows no order, talking on customer care for amazon also doesn't confirm order. What is next to be done to get money back?

                                I had initiated a mobile recharge, where as debited twice to my account, when enquired with customer service, it is understood that they do not have control on these multiple transactions going through till the balance in amazon pay account is zeroised. It is totally absurd that they cannot block further debits to my pay account or return back to the account. Customers amazon pay can be fraudulently debited without any customer authorization and without any recourse

                                    I received the damaged smartphone. Then i called amazon customer care which they approved & told me to issue a replacement in 2 days. After 2 days, When delivery executive came with new product, he deny to give me cuz he is not updated by their courier service to collect the damaged phone. So i asked for refund from amazon & they assign the pick up for my smartphone.
                                    But till today no one came to collect their smartphone...
                                    My money is blocked. I paid 23k just for the damaged phone. I've had so much trust & faith in amazon & with their services & now I'm really disappointed.

                                    I'm enclosing the attachment.

                                      I ordered a cab on dated 29th dec 2019 at make my trip and avail offer get 10% back or up to rs 1000 on amazon shopping. Clicking on that offer after that make my trip app open and i payment through amazon pay through my credit card details. But they (Amazon customer care) refuse that you can't availed offer properly through entered coupon manually. There reply was not satisfied. Please do the needful at my end.

                                        Hi,

                                        This is in reference to the below product i purchased on amazon which was delivered on 28th dec, 2019.

                                        (Hikvision ultra hd 5mp cameras combo kit 8ch hd dvr+ 8 bullet cameras +2tb hard disc+ wire roll +supply & all required connectors)

                                        We called the technicians to come and setup the cctv on 29th dec, 2019 paying an additional ₹3000. They finished setting up the 5 cameras, wiring for all the cameras. However, while setting up the turbo hd dvr, it was noticed that the hard disk which came along with the combo was not getting recognized and it is defective. The technician tried with their hard disk to check and it worked fine.

                                        Now when i reached out to amazon customer service they are just stuck with 2 options. Either remove everything which is already setup and send it back to them for a completely replacement or refund and can’t replace the hard disc alone which is defective.

                                        They are not logically understanding the fact the it is not possible to remove all the wiring which is setup with clip nails for the individual connections to the 5 cameras.

                                        I want the hard disc to be replaced immediately. Please provide me a solution which is other than removing all the cameras and wiring. I cannot spend another ₹3000 to remove all the wiring and the cameras and again spend another ₹3000 for putting back the wiring and cameras.

                                        If you are not able to resolve my issues then please provide me with the escalation contact immediately.
