Did a rs.109 mobile recharge for my jio number on 6th december 2019 (12:34 pm) from www.amazon.in. recharge is not successful but amazon deducted rs.109 from my sbi bank account. Did too many calls, no response from customer care. Kindly find the below transaction details.

Sbi bank said it is not their fault, its a fault from amazon india.
Dear amazon india team please shutdown your services in india if your unable to provide proper services, your not even responding to our complaints. I never expected these kind of services from amazon india.
