I ordered two items on amazon website and opted for pay on delivery. It's given in the website that i can pay either by cash or by card.
I was to get the product by dec 10. On dec 10, i got a message from amazon saying, "arriving today: (Product)... & 1 item will be delivered by amzagent (Contact no: & pin). Pay rs. (Amount) by cash/card. Track: (Website link)". Around 7.15 a. M. A delivery agent came with the package. The total cost of 2 items was rs. 1497/-. I gave him three new 500 rs notes. He said he would accept card only. Left without giving the package to me, saying he would come again the next day. Around 7.30 a. M. I made my first call to amazon customer care, informed the issue. I was told a complaint has been raised and that i would get the package by 9.00 p. M. That day.
Later, i got a message saying, "we could not deliver your order with (Product) we will re-attempt on 11-dec. If you were not contacted, tell us: (Website link).
Around noon i got a call from the delivery agent and repeated that he would not accept card. I called amazon customer care again. The executive told me that it's up to me if i would pay by cash or by card and that i would get the package that day itself. Around 8.00 p. M. I made a call to the customer care again. The executive asked me to wait till 9.00 p. M.
My fourth call was made after 9.00 p. M. The executive told me that dec 10 is an estimated date. Delivery could be expected 5 days beyond the estimated date, as against the guaranteed delivery. He assured me that the same delivery agent would not be coming the next day, and such an issue would not be happening again.
In between, i made a few calls to the delivery agent on the contact no: provided by amazon. Once or twice he did puck my call up but repeated he couldn't take cash.
The next day, i got a message from amazon saying,"arriving today: (Product) & 1 item will be delivered by amzagent (Contact no: and pin). Pay (Amount) by cash/card. Track: (Website address). Around noon, i got a call from the same delivery agent and i asked him to leave the package with my maid and that he would be given the payment by cash. He said he wouldn't take cash, would come again tomorrow and cut the call. Again, i received a message saying that delivery was attempted and could not be delivered again. I contacted customer care again. They told me that a complaint has already been raised. Issue has already been escalated and it that the delivery agent had given the following reason for not accepting cash payment: "... Customer gave old notes. So the delivery agent asked the customer to initiate electronic payment...". I told the executive that it was a blatant lie. The agent was just adamant that he wouldn't accept cash. I was told that the matter would be escalated. I called up the delivery agent more than 10 times. Once, my call was picked up. I asked him about his reporting to amazon that i gave old notes. He just cut the call without saying anything. None of my calls after that were answered.
I contacted customer care again. I told them i wanted the package desperately and that it shouldn't be returned. I also asked him to give me the location and contact no: of the amazon facility at thiruvananthapuram, so that i can collect the package personally. The executive assured me that it wouldn't be returned and that i would be getting it before dec 15. They would deliver the package to me, no need for me to collect it from the amazon facility.
I didn't get the package on dec 11 as well. On dec 12, when i checked my account, it was shown that the package was returning to the seller. This is the status of my order until now.
I contacted customer care again. The agent said, the return process has already been initiated. They couldn't do anything more than giving me a call back. I asked thrm to give me a contact no: of someone who can something about it. But the maximum they could do was to offer me a call back. Well, i didn't get a call back! Not a single call was made to me from amazon!
It's dec 16 today. I haven't got my package yet.
Worst customer care service ever!!! No contact no. Other than the customer care no. Every time we make a call, we get a different customer care executive and none of them cannot do anything more than escalating the issue. No call backs to check if the issue is resolved. No platform to express customer grievance. No e-mail id. No messaging option. No effort to deliver packages on time. Pointless assurances. Not even a single dependable contact person.

    Highly pathetic service by amazon.
    I had placed my prepaid order, and next day i got sms that 3out of 5 is been cancelled. When i ask reason to customer care then she was blank.. She had no answer for this, first she she it's a bank fault so that ur payment not done successfully, when i assure that i already received bank sms for payment deduction and so it's amazon fault because not all item is cancelled. Then she accepts yes it is may be out of stock so ur order been cancelled.
    Why amazon showing products available in their bucket if they haven't. Pathetic service

      The product i ordered have failed to reach me and it says it is lost. I ordered it on 29th november and it hasn't reached me yet. Its been a month and i paid for this delivery. I require an urgent refund of my money. I contacted their costumer care and they have not given me a positive response. And the application is bugged, as i try to cancel the order and get my money back its just showing return option. How can i return a product that hasn't even reached yet. This is so bad from amazon as they cant even full fill costumer satisfaction. I need my money atleast or i need something i return. I think this is a cheating case. I searched the delivery company and it is never rated good and it is supplied by amazon
      . Now amazon is selling fake products more often. I even got a fake suppliment on my last order. I need a refund asap. I will never order from amazon again.. I have been a happy customer for so long and now you guys made me feel terrible.

        I have ordered the nta ugc net/set/jrf general paper book on 29th october 2019 but still now i didn't received the book and also i payed the amount of that book on that day itself. What is the reason? My order details are order#d[protected] and placed on tuesday 29th october 2019, so please refund my amount of 310.65 if you are unable to deliver the book.

          kabi kabi refunds ni hota hi online websites pe, but my recently HalPrice.Live website use keya hi usme refunds option ka problem ni hi kyu ke products online me choose kar ke offline me pay kar sakte hi( directly at store) agar aapko product pasand ni aya tho vahi se(at store) cancel karke dusra kareed karsakte hi, muje tho a option bahoot pasand ayaa.abi try ke jeye.
          i agree yar wat u said is about its really huge offers are going here

            I ordered a product from amazon.in but it failed to deliver the product till 1 month. After that i cancelled my order and ask for refund. After that refund process is done by amazon but still not show to my bank account. Then, i call amazon it says it is done by them to bank, and same thing i tell to the bank also. But both denied from responsibility and i didn't receive my payment till date.

                I have availed facility of amazon icici credit card. Though i was told that i would get cashback for the purchase that i make on amazon, i just receive the sms on my registered number but no cashback is credited to my amazon account as amazon pay balance. I had raised a complaint also with the customer care but i m only told that the amount is credited to the account associated with the number with which my amazon account is linked. Bt this is false as no amazon pay balance is credited to my account. I would like my balance to be credited to my account from the day i have used the credit card. My phone number linked with the amazon account is [protected]

                  I am shop owner for logistic partner for delivering parcels from mumbai 400054.. We are disappointed from amazon management here in *santacruz* as we are paying rent for shop but *amazon* opened so many other shops
                  1) without proper verification of location
                  2) new *gumasta* license formation is closed by government but there are many shops made fake gumasta license and given to amazon.. And amazon accept it without proper verification.
                  3) i think there are some co-managers had taken bribe or by some relation to the person they open shop for logistics.
                  4) as we are paying the rent with proper documents and location verification but still the parcels distributed to them also and we got less parcels bcz of fake shops.

                    They have provided me the defective good 3 times all 3 times the product was defective. Product is delivered to my home but showing not delivered to them. I've talked with amazon representative and explained them the whole scenario, got pickup scheduled but every-time the delivery person cancels the pickup without informing me. Even i have tried to contact the delivery person but he don't pickup call. And the amazon team says they will not refund till they don't get product picked up. I have beed daily scheduling and doing conversations with them since 11th nov 2019 but till now but no one is helping. I have also contacted them over social media on their facebook page but no one is bothered to help. I have all the call recordings that have been done with them also.

                      I ordered a mobile phone which was supposed to be delivered on 9th december. But the whole day i did not get any calls from the delivery executive. By evening the status was delivered. It said that the delivery was received and signed by me. I did not sign anywhere neither did anyone ask for the delivery pin. When i had no clue. I complained to the customer care. They said they have to investigate. On 11th i called and again they said they have to investigate. Today it is 14th and they are still investigating. They are not even allowing me to cancel the order so that i can buy a new one. I told them i lost my phone and because of which i am not able to access my bank account too. But they are not ready to take any step. This happened in bangalore.
                      Today my brother in delhi had to receive a pair of shoes from amazon. Again morning the status shows delivered when it wasn't delivered at all. The customer care executive is again "investigating".
                      Increasingly the products are not delivered and amazon customer care harasses by delaying the refund or cancel of the order.
                      This is like harassment where the money is stuck with amazon. They do not deliver the product or cancel the order and the customer ends up waiting with all the uncertainty.
                      I need the order cancelled asap and a faster resolution to the problem.

                      The order#[protected] and order#[protected] both shows as delivered. But are not delivered.
                      Okay so after this complaint, the shoes was delivered to a neighbour by evening. The delivery guy couldn't even had the integrity to come to our address to deliver it. But the phone is still missing.

                        On 03-december-2019
                        I have made payement by two methods 500rs by amazon pay balance
                        And 499rs by my bank of baroda debit card.
                        I have cancelled order within few minutes because it was in correct.
                        So i got refund of 500 rs amazon pay balance immidiately.
                        But 499rs of card payment not recivied yet.
                        I have contacted both bank and amazon customer care but no satisfying response. Amazon says to file charge dispute.

                          Amazon charege me $ 14.95 a month for service i don't use. I had a.99c trail but after that they start charging my credit card for $14.95 monthly. This is no any info how to stop this charge. I have no using any services from amazon. Please let me know were i need to go to stop this charges. How i can find the address to contact with them? I do not want to stop my credit card.

                              Dear sir

                              A refund of 349 rupees was successfully processed on 5th december 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                              I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                              I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                              Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                Order #[protected]. I ordered this as a birthday gift for my husband on 12/12/2019 and was promised a guaranteed delivery on 13th dec as i am a prime customer. I received an sms in the morning with delivery agent info and when i contacted him, he said he doesn't deliver in my area. I started getting a feeling that the package was not assigned to the proper area. After waiting till late evening, i started calling customer service and was told to wait till end of day. Ythey also mentioned that they are escalating it to the designated team to ensure my packge is delivered. At 8:08 pm i got a message stating that delivery was attempted but couldnot deliver. I am absolutely furious as neither the delivery person visited my place, nor he called me and since it was a gift i was waiting for it the whole day at my place. This is extremely unprofessional behaviour and such people are spreading bad name about amazon. Amazon need to start taking action immediately about this delivery boys as they are crucial for their system.

                                  I purchased a laptop from amazon on 8 sep 2019, on which i got an offer regarding 5% cashback on paymrnt through hdfc debit card.

                                  After that i contact them more then 50 times on call every time they gave me a next date but not cashback credit. Then i also complaint on mail..in return they replied with a confirmation mail that i will get 5% of cashback latest by 12dec 2019, but this amount is not credited yet.

                                  And today on call they refused to credit any cashback,

                                  From last 3 month i got frustrated because of them due to follow ups on calls and mails.

                                  Kindly take a satisfactory action.

                                    I bought the order no.[protected] from the amazon.in on 6th may 2019 for rs.29030 from vivo v15 pro mobile phone and after the problem in the mobile phone i filled a complaint three times on 10th may 15th may 18th may, but the return window closed on 20may, 2019. And my phone did not return. And once again on october 17, requested from amazon but he refused to return, so i pray to the hon'ble consumer court that i should be brought to justice

                                    Sir, I have send this below complaint again by mail to [protected]@amazon.in But amazon side no reply.
                                    Respected Sir, I had made a complaint note to you three times on 10 may 15 May and May18, 2019. whenVivo V15 Pro was defective, but you did not return to my mobile in time .Sir mistake is on your platform and not on the platform of vivo service centre. Because the return window was closed on May 20. But the problem in the phone came only on May 10. So let my phone return to you. You have denied me the benefit of the return window. But after May 20, I definitely went to the Vivo Service Centre.
                                    Why didn't you return my phone while open of the return window?

                                      I want to ask you about my order by amazon no[protected]. I ordered two books and paid amount rs.1510.65. (Attached invoice). First, you didn't send me the order on the due date and finally, i communicate to you and amazon. After that you dispatched the order on 9th dec. You already informed me about that by email (File attached). Today i received the order by indian post (Tracking no. Cd[protected]in), send to me by apollo published distributors, new delhi (Phone: [protected]). I open the box and found only one book (College botany: 1,) (Attached photo.) i didn't find the second book, college botany 2.

                                      May i know why you send me the one book only, where is my second book. And the most important thing is why you are making such type of monetary fraud from the customer.

                                      I also request you to take the order back and send my money as earliest, otherwise, i will go for a legal procedure.

                                        I had bought this chimney on 13th of october on emi. But till today ie on 13th of december.. It is not dispatched yet.. My 2 emi is already deducted from account.. N 3rd one will deduct on 15th december.. Now amazon is showing date of 17th january to dispatch. It is so harassing. If i cancel my order i cannot get the interest i pay on emi. The amazon asked me to cancel order but don't take responsibility of interest i pay. How can they harasse me for 2 months as they mentioned 10 days delivery at the time of purchasing.. Now they say that product is not available to seller.. If the product was not available. Then why amazon sold it.. There should be mentioned out of stock. Now i can't just cancel order and can't keep waiting.. Please help me
