payment failed and amount deducted from bank a/c

While placing the order through Amazon my bank account got debited & the transaction in amazon got failed. Finally i have cancelled the order.When i have tried to contact customer care through the contact us facility provided the call is getting automatically disconnected. Please resolve & refund the amount on priority.

I was promised delivery of the shoe rack yesterday i.e. 9th December but some vague messages pop up in the tracking. Like attempted delivery but on my request changed. I speak to the customer care people they promise delivery with 14 hours. At 11 I receive a message that the item is out for delivery and I speak to customer care executive twice one around 11.15 and again around 7 both promise delivery today as it is out for delivery. But again I receive a message that it was attempted for delivery and my request rescheduled. No idea what is happening. And again I spoke to the executive who says sorry and she will escalate the issue.

    I have purchase OnePlus 7t mobail and i have paid all money..but this company not delivered product..and amazone facilities no more help me... it's bed service..

      I bought a gift coupon from amazon for the value of rs.1500 (500 rs of max and 1000 rs of big bazaar.) when try to check the redeem processing, i got the link of the support site of both these merchandise. When i checked with them they told that the pin is reset and i have to contact amazon. I contacted amazon and gave the details. They told will revert back in 24 hours. But no reply i generated a new pin by resending the voucher from my app. Now when i try to redeem max fashion points to amazon and when i contact amazon they point on max fashion. There is no reply from big bazaar. I am daily contacting amazon but daily they send a link to submit all the details but no resolution from amazon, max fashion and big bazaar. Now my 1500 is in soup. I have already spent around rs 300 in visiting both these shops. Amazon had did the same fraud when the purchased a gift coupon for rs 5000 last december. I contacted the customer care. The total call duration was 42 mins, i was kept on hold for 16 mins and then my call was disconnected. Attaching screenshot

        I have done a transaction on amazon and as the transaction was cancelled so the refund has to be came but it has been almost 6 months and the refund has not been came. Amazon is saying it has refunded to the bank and the bank is saying that it has refunded back to amazon.

        The reference number given by amazon for the refund is[protected] which hdfc bank is saying that he has refunded the ammount back to the amazon
        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        I ordered phone case and I returned the product for some reason but I didn't get the refund money yet. It's been a month I returned the product but till now I didn't get the refund amount.

          HP Laptop X360 serial number 8CG824BG7B purchased on 22nd Jan 2019 from amazon India and was supposed come with 1 year warranty. HP support declined the warranty sating that laptop was used before it was sold to me. Its warranty expired in mid September. I have the letter from HP denying warranty, invoice of the amazon India. Still i am struggling for a resolution from Amazon since September till date. Support is taking me on ride since day one. I have trail mail with Amazon and submitted all what they requested for still

          you would have been Warranty check on 2w January 2019 itself. now it's too late.

            They gave me option of 4 gifts among which i had to select one and after selecting they asked me to purchase product of around 4000rs and add to the cart and and after adding they asked me to pay the amount from google pay without proceed to buy option on app they asked me to pay on an account no of noida branch of ifsc code ptym0123456 and i paid them believing on it and then they sent me an invoice of the amount paid and asked me to show 15000 on my account for gst purpose where as it's my wish to show or not show the amount i denied showing the amount the account department person said you need to show or else your gift will be pending and amount won't be refunded i said i don't have so much to show he said you need to or else i can't do anything then i yelled at the person for wasti g my time they kept my call on for around an hour and then when i said i don't have so much time to waste the account person hanged up the call and is not refunding the money back first call i got from a girl named sanju singh from that company i want my money back at any cost they are playing around with people like me and taking away all the money from our accounts please help me as soon as possible

            I have been charged $13.09 for Amazon Prime apparently for the second month. I apparently missed it last month. I assume this is for television shows. I do not subscribe to any channels I have to pay for, especially this amount.
            I was charged $46.08 on my credit card without my authorization on 11/5. Can i get this refunded?

              I ordered a mobile phone from amazon worth rs.13999 with my sbi debit card which i cancelled halfway and my refund is claimed to be successfully initiated by amazon's customer service. They gave me a six digit reference number and asked me to contact my home branch but the sbi home branch is unable to solve the problem with the reference number amazon gave me... Kindly help me with this its fine even if amazon could add this amount to my amazon pay account. Its already been more than 20 days!

                Dear amazon,

                As mentioned in the above subject, i purchased i phone 11 pro back cover cost = 899 and redmi note 8 cost 9999. As my delivery is getting extended day by day and i got call from the delivery guy (Delivhery) mr. Dhirmendra is ordering me to come on his location to take the delivery but i mentioned my address correctly then why the delivery is not happening to my place. My friend ordered products on the same location he is getting the product on his exact location.

                  I am d. Chaitanya kumar. I have ordered the red tape shoes of rs.865/-. I have received the product on 11/10/19 and payment through google pay. As i didn't like the product i returned it to amazon delivery boy on 11/10/19 and the refund initiated on 12/10/19. When i contacted the amazon customer care, then they said us requested to file the charge dispute with indian bank customer care. So, i complain in these charge dispute form. Sir please refund the money (Rs. 865 /-) to my bank account as soon as possible.

                    Did a rs.109 mobile recharge for my jio number on 6th december 2019 (12:34 pm) from www.amazon.in. recharge is not successful but amazon deducted rs.109 from my sbi bank account. Did too many calls, no response from customer care. Kindly find the below transaction details.

                      Amazon is charging a lot of money to deliver any product to the given address,
                      but not delivering the product and not answering to the clients.
                      Sellers are crossing us if we contact them, Amazon is not taking any responsibility if the seller won't deliver and there is no option to contact Amazon customer care people directly it insists the customers to visit Amazon account.

                      The first question is why Amazon is selling some one's product, why the customer is supposed to contact the seller when order is not delivered. Amazon charged a huge amount to delivery the order then why Amazon is not taking any responsibility?

                      Amazon staff is very careless, they don't care for customer money. I have been contacting Amazon for the past 1 week but still, they didn't respond to me and even they didn't contact me. Amazon is eating customers' money without service.

                      It's very rude to change the order status before delivering the product, Amazon changed the status of the order to Delivered to the customer directly. No one met me yet from Amazon, no one came to the mentioned home address yet. Amazon is just cheating the customers.
                      Water leaking from the bottom of the watching michin, so im all ready complaint to the Amazon Basi 3 times, the contract number is[protected], and the register mobile number in Amazon is-[protected] that complaint number is-[protected]

                        I have ordered two products on 24th oct from amazon with the amount of rs. 2164 and rs.2663. The product was cancelled and did not get the refund amount till the date. I have already contacted so many times but didn't get any response from amazon side. However the bank have already sent money on amazon account.
                        I wanted to say that how can amazon customer care people also lie. No single proper response they provide. I am sharing all my details in screenshots.

                            Product type - i) cadbury assorted dairy milk silk (6 pieces) & ii) cadbury dairy milk chocolate bar pack of 12. And my
                            Order no-i[protected] & ii[protected], date of order - i) 27th nov 2019 & ii) 26th nov 2019 date of delivery - i) 5th dec 2019 & ii) 5th dec 2019 amount paid - i) rs.489 & ii) rs.449 (Including shipping charges) online payment i have recived in my first product 5 chocholate and all chocholate was damage and packging was very poor and in second product inside 8 chocholate only when i compland in amazon they declined for return or refund but as per amazon policy if you recived defective/damage/or iteam don't existing on specificion they provide replacement or refund but when i call in customercare they refuse me and said i dont do anything becouse its non returnable product i don't help you please help for my refund please.

                                My product refund of ₹ 1049 is not reflected on my bank of baroda account... As the amazon india's customer care person said to me that they have already transferred the amount in my account through upi id on 6/nov/2019... But the amount was not received as well as not reflect yet.

                                  I purchased a product from amazon on 10th of october 2018 using my canara bank debit card (Rs 1529) and same was not received i asked them for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated 21st of october 2018 maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account.                                     My name is vivek vishwakarma and i had ordered a product of rs. 1021 extacy by red chief men’s rust leather sneakrs-7 uk/india (41eu) in amazon on 15/10/2019 & i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 26/11/2019 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 481822 and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.                                       I ordered few items from my amazon account with amazon pay balance which
                                      Was previously 4730/- and now it has become 3974/-
                                      But my order was cancelled each time i order. Regarding same i contacted
                                      Customer care and they assured me that after verification from accounts
                                      Team my account will we unblock and i can operate my account as before.
                                      Now i have received a mail from "[protected]@amazon.in" mentioning
                                      That my access to amazon account has been locked because my payment
                                      Information was not confirmed. I was asked to fax my bank statement with
                                      My billing address to the particular fax number wich i found in google but
                                      Not in the application.[protected]
                                      I was asked to send bank statement with billing address, registered mail
                                      Id, registered mobile no. I sent all these details to mentioned fax no
                                      [protected]
                                      But again after ordering new items, same thing that my account is on hold
                                      Due to address verification has received. On reply of my mail. Amazon
                                      Asked sent me mail "our attempts to verify the billing address and card
                                      Details for your order have been unsuccessful. Please arrange for the
                                      Issuing bank of this card to send this information to our secure fax line:
                                      - the billing name and address associated with the card
                                      - the last 2 digits of the payment card"
                                      These details with card statement was already sent to their fax.
                                      So now i am left with no means to use my own rs. 3974/- in amazon
                                      Account,
                                      Since my account is locked and no way to contact the amazon team which
                                      Blocked my account.
                                      This seems unlogical that how i can ask my bank issuing authority to
                                      Contact amazon uk and send them fax as required by amazon.
                                      Kindly unblock my account or refund my amazon pay balance to respective
                                      Bank account.
