I had ordered vintage diaper cover and hat pattern prop for baby photoshoot on 6th dec 2019. But i am not able to track my order and also i don't find any options for cancellation. It has been a week that i am not able to find anything regarding my order. Now let me know what should be next step to take from my side because payment is already done by me. So kindly request you to check for my query.

    I had ordered 30 days free trial period of amazon prime video but you have charged rs. 999 to my debit card already. It is only a week and i have not watched anything on it. I am just a retired lady. Please refund. Why would you make an offer of 30 day free trail period and then charge it to customer. My order details as given by you are[protected] dated december 8th 2019. I even tried going on your orders as required by you but no option to raise query for refund o[censored]nauthorized payment. The debit card was required only for reference not for charge for one whole year.

      Amazon agent is not picking the package. Two times pick up has been created. One is on 11th dec and the other one is for 13th dec. Both the pick ups were cancelled by the amazon agent without any valid reason. He did not even reach the pick up location. So i just want to know how many pick ups do i required to create so that finally my package will get pick? Also the customer care team does not have any clue why the pick up has been cancelled twice. They do not have sufficient information of agents or any pickup. They could just access the information like when is the pick up date. This information can be viewed by me through my account then why would i need customer care. Please dispose this department. Now customers should start purchasing from the official websites of mobile stores instead of amazon if amazon do not have enough capability to solve these basic issues as they cannot even inquire there agent why he is not picking up the package and what is the problem with him.
      Now my funds are blocked for more than 2 weeks and i cannot even purchase a new phone due to shortage of funds. My order no is[protected].
      Now i have created a new pick up for tomorrow i. E. 14th december. But still there is no guarantee that this will be successful attempt as from last three days amazon customer care is saying the same words "as we can see sir your pick up has been cancelled by the agent and now i have created a new pick up for tomorrow". But they cannot even provide the valid reason that why the pick up is getting cancelled again and again. Amazon agent is so rude that he is not even talking properly.
      For the proof i have attached the screenshot of the technician who visited to check the defective product and screenshot of the messages i received for the pick up created and pick up cancelled.
      How much time there customer care and transportation team has wasted that i get so much frustrated now.

        Dear sir,

        I had ordered (Order #[protected] erh india 2.1 home theater amplifier board 100 watt with bass boost support tda2030 based with inbuilt 5 volt regulator ic 7805.
        But i received the short supply of materials as the amplifier board
        Only where as the the 5 set of connector were included in the supply as can be seen in image which mentions that 5 x connectors are included for 3 x pin connector for transformer, 1 x 3 pin connector for volume control, 1 x 3 pin connector for speaker, 1 x 2 pin speaker, 1 x 5 pin connector for input.
        It may please noted that in absence connector it is not possible to commission the amplifier board. Due to mismatch of male and female pin sets.
        You are requested to please arrange immediately for sending the required set of connectors for utilizing the board.

          I have order lot of books through amazon, i never had any problem.
          This week i ordered book through amazon. Seller: sastashopping.

          Seller provided fake blue dart tracking id.
          When i saw the seller review, most of the positive review are provided by
          Ridhisingh and mansi (Fake users).

          I couldn't cancel this order from amazon india website.
          I have requested for cancellation, i need my refund asap.

            Hi,

            I ordered a loreal hair colour from amazon on 8th december 2019. Till today the product has not been delivered. Amazon did nothing to deliver my order even after several complaints. When i checked with the courier service ecom express on 11th december 2019 they said the product got locked and it'll take 24-48 hours to remove the lock after which the product will be delivered. Today when i checked with them they said that still the lock is there and they are going to escalate to remove the lock but it might take 24-48 hours more. I need the product urgently. What kind of irresponsible behaviour is this from a renowned company like amazon? Kindly arrange to deliver my product asap. My product tracking id is: [protected] & my order no. Is:[protected].

                It is very disappointing that i have to write this letter to you.. I have purchase mi power bank but unfortunately order has cancel without any intimation why i don’t know??

                Sellers are crossing us if we contact them, amazon is not taking any responsibility if the seller won't deliver and there is no option to contact amazon customer care people directly it insists the customers to visit amazon account...

                I am going through a horrible experience as well. Such a pathetic situation.

                *it's a totally miss managed service that amazon is giving services also
                Totally unsatisfied with the service. I should say these organizations are
                Charging money on a regular basis for not giving any facility, they are not
                Cooperative. The charges for every damn thing and they are cheating the
                Employees, organizations because they don"t think about the customer and
                They, are only worried about their quarterly profit.*

                Where is the proof that my case has been escalated? I am really struggling

                Note: — here am sharing my bitter experience with amazon, to create awareness.
                About the fraudulent works done by total amazon team. Please escalated
                This matter to senior person as well as audit this call from the internal
                And external quality department and waiting for your resolution.

                A lot of times people are cheated because of lack of awareness from their side and salespeople take advantage of this. Once a loan is sanctioned and disbursed, there is a little that can be done to reverse the damage.

                Please see the below mail and picture is totally clear that your different different executive given different different information to me why I don't know??? Why you misguide to valuable customer repeatedly, as your previous mail (Mis. Piyali) and she assured that the order will deliver within 48hrs why she did not investigate the situation and wrong information given to me??? And today I have received mail from your one agent Miss. Anusha, what is this????

                Is there right way to talked with customer, all type are nonsense, foolish and ### like information??? How can they treat customers like this way???

                I didn't get any benefit for ordering that from amazon. If I didn't order then I would have at-least got bank interest. If I got refund earlier I could have made decent profit by investing in stock market when market crashed this week.

                I am so disappointed using this service.

                I always try to order only products fulfilled by amazon. If this is what happen when I order from amazon fulfilled seller then what will happen if we order from other sellers in amazon?

                Amazon is charging a lot of money to deliver any product to the given address,
                but not delivering the product and not answering to the clients.
                Sellers are crossing us if we contact them, Amazon is not taking any responsibility if the seller won't deliver and there is no option to contact Amazon CUSTOMER CARE people directly it insists the customers to visit Amazon account.

                The first question is why Amazon is selling some one's product, why the customer is supposed to contact the seller when order is not delivered. Amazon charged a huge amount to delivery the order then why Amazon is not taking any responsibility?

                Amazon is not even responding to customer queries, Amazon is cheating with the prime customers, nothing more else..

                I want to full amount of compensation in this order, although last fours order I have not received in from of Amazon pay balance on buying two or more eligible items.

                Dear Mr. Jeff,

                Dear amazon India team please shutdown your services in India if your unable to provide proper services, your not even responding to our complaints. I never expected these kind of services from amazon India.

                Today i have received call but he unable to given proper resolution. Please audit this call from external quality department and call back from higher escalation management team, continuously I'm receiving false commitment from your different different mailing team (Miss. Piyali, Mill Anuskha). .What should I do???

                I have already contacted so many times by mail but didn't get any response from amazon side. I want to full amount of compensation..

                Amazon staff is very, very careless, they don't care for prime customer time as well as money. I have been contacting Amazon chart support, past 1 week but still, they didn't given respond to me and even they didn't contact me. Amazon is eating customers' money without service. It's very rude to change the order status before delivering the product, Amazon changed the status of the order to delivered to the customer directly. Amazon is just cheating the customers.

                I think amazon India is most cheating shopping website and they will never will deliver my orders.

                This seems to be too irritating and frustrating for me since I have to chase these guys so many times and they are now not returning my money like as compensation and nor delivering the product. All i want is my money back now and strong action should be taken against the company for repeated false commitment.

                I wanted to say that how can amazon customer chat support and mailing team also lie. No single proper response they provide.

                After having such a situation, i checked the seller's review and there are lots and lots of people saying same thing about the seller. Still company like amazon has kept the seller and haven't banned it or removed it.

                This is really frustrating, as this is just one seller i have raised complaint again, but i had issue with another seller too from amazon.
                Amazon should take this really seriously, because their brand will surely get a hit because of such sellers.

                This is pathetic and this is not the forth time i have faced such service disappointment from amazon.

                Please escalated this matter to concern department and as soon as possible call back my number.

                    I ordered through ww. Amazon.in on 30th nov order #[protected]. The order was suppose to be delivered by 3rd dec but i didn't received the order as it didn't got shipped from the vendor. When i contacted customer support of amazon on 5th december, they informed me that order was lost due to which they are unable to trace and cancel it. They will make request at backend so that status changes to dispatch and then i need to call them for cancellation. The entire process will take not more than 3-5 business working days. It has been 11th december today and when i contacted them, they have a say that there was some miscommunication from other and they cannot cancel this order and i need to wait till 17th december now for the order to be delivered though they are still not sure whether the order will be delivered or not. This seems to be too irritating and frustrating for me since i have to chase these guys so many times and they are now not returning my money and nor delivering the product. All i want is my money back now and strong action should be taken against the company for repeated false commitment. Regards ankit [protected]

                      I didn't get my product on 5th after payment, on contacting with the customer service they said to wait till 11 since it was the scheduled delivery date...but now on 11 they r again saying to wait till 13th...i want my product or my money back..!! i am very much frustrated with this service of amazon ...i am a student...n my holidays are getting wasted in waiting for the kit...i cannot continue on my course...is this kind of service being provided by amazon..!!

                          payment failed and amount deducted from bank a/c

                          While placing the order through Amazon my bank account got debited & the transaction in amazon got failed. Finally i have cancelled the order.When i have tried to contact customer care through the contact us facility provided the call is getting automatically disconnected. Please resolve & refund the amount on priority.

                          I was promised delivery of the shoe rack yesterday i.e. 9th December but some vague messages pop up in the tracking. Like attempted delivery but on my request changed. I speak to the customer care people they promise delivery with 14 hours. At 11 I receive a message that the item is out for delivery and I speak to customer care executive twice one around 11.15 and again around 7 both promise delivery today as it is out for delivery. But again I receive a message that it was attempted for delivery and my request rescheduled. No idea what is happening. And again I spoke to the executive who says sorry and she will escalate the issue.

                              I bought a gift coupon from amazon for the value of rs.1500 (500 rs of max and 1000 rs of big bazaar.) when try to check the redeem processing, i got the link of the support site of both these merchandise. When i checked with them they told that the pin is reset and i have to contact amazon. I contacted amazon and gave the details. They told will revert back in 24 hours. But no reply i generated a new pin by resending the voucher from my app. Now when i try to redeem max fashion points to amazon and when i contact amazon they point on max fashion. There is no reply from big bazaar. I am daily contacting amazon but daily they send a link to submit all the details but no resolution from amazon, max fashion and big bazaar. Now my 1500 is in soup. I have already spent around rs 300 in visiting both these shops. Amazon had did the same fraud when the purchased a gift coupon for rs 5000 last december. I contacted the customer care. The total call duration was 42 mins, i was kept on hold for 16 mins and then my call was disconnected. Attaching screenshot

                                I have done a transaction on amazon and as the transaction was cancelled so the refund has to be came but it has been almost 6 months and the refund has not been came. Amazon is saying it has refunded to the bank and the bank is saying that it has refunded back to amazon.

                                The reference number given by amazon for the refund is[protected] which hdfc bank is saying that he has refunded the ammount back to the amazon

HP support declined the warranty sating that laptop was used before it was sold to me. Its warranty expired in mid September. I have the letter from HP denying warranty, invoice of the amazon India. Still i am struggling for a resolution from Amazon since September till date. Support is taking me on ride since day one. I have trail mail with Amazon and submitted all what they requested for still

                                  you would have been Warranty check on 2w January 2019 itself. now it's too late.
                                  Many of the customers gets fools like these

                                    They gave me option of 4 gifts among which i had to select one and after selecting they asked me to purchase product of around 4000rs and add to the cart and and after adding they asked me to pay the amount from google pay without proceed to buy option on app they asked me to pay on an account no of noida branch of ifsc code ptym0123456 and i paid them believing on it and then they sent me an invoice of the amount paid and asked me to show 15000 on my account for gst purpose where as it's my wish to show or not show the amount i denied showing the amount the account department person said you need to show or else your gift will be pending and amount won't be refunded i said i don't have so much to show he said you need to or else i can't do anything then i yelled at the person for wasti g my time they kept my call on for around an hour and then when i said i don't have so much time to waste the account person hanged up the call and is not refunding the money back first call i got from a girl named sanju singh from that company i want my money back at any cost they are playing around with people like me and taking away all the money from our accounts please help me as soon as possible

                                    I have been charged $13.09 for Amazon Prime apparently for the second month. I apparently missed it last month. I assume this is for television shows. I do not subscribe to any channels I have to pay for, especially this amount.
                                    I was charged $46.08 on my credit card without my authorization on 11/5. Can i get this refunded?

                                      I ordered a mobile phone from amazon worth rs.13999 with my sbi debit card which i cancelled halfway and my refund is claimed to be successfully initiated by amazon's customer service. They gave me a six digit reference number and asked me to contact my home branch but the sbi home branch is unable to solve the problem with the reference number amazon gave me... Kindly help me with this its fine even if amazon could add this amount to my amazon pay account. Its already been more than 20 days!
