We have ordered Malabar gold chain on 9th of august and returned on 14th august. Since the refund is not processed from amazon.

Attached is the ordered deatils
We are following up with amazon team but we are not getting proper response from them, .
In every call they ask us to wait for 5 working days.
Attached are all mail when we contacted amazon team.

      Exchange for 2 products had been requested. But no one came to pick up the items, so refund was not given for both the products. Its been almost 2 months now. Its pathetic way of cheating and not returning the customers money. I want my hard earned money. I am an esteemed customer of amazon since many years, but now amazon has cheated and not refunded my money., inspite of several requests.

        I was charged $13.90 by amazon prime for a monthly fee and i do not have an amazon prime account called them to talk to them about it was told i need to go through my bank to dispute it. Have tried to go on line to cancel it myself and a will not allow me to cancel it. It says to go to amzn.com/bill, wa to cancel and i get this instead. The web site says i canceled my membership may 2018. This has messed up my checking account. Now i have to fix the mess this has made.

          On 30 th November i paid a bill through amazon pay. I have reference id, but they said that on that day no transactions made by me. How cheater they are!!!
          I want my money back. This month i got green bill. Amazon give my money back

            I have ordered for redmi 7a from amazon on 20.10.2019. The details of the cost of the mobile as per the order is :- subtotal rs.4999-instant cash discount rs.499. Accordingly i have paid rs.4499 in total.
            There were two offers, first is rs.499 i. E. Instant cash discount and second is rs.500 on payment through rupay card which was to be credited as amazon pay balance.
            I have ordered with rupay card ending with 4719 but the cashback was not received against which i register a complaint in amazon on 22.10.2019 and many other times and always it has been intimated to me that i am eligible for the offer and the amount will be credited to my amazon pay balance in 2-3 days, but after several requests my cashback has not been credited.
            Today i. E. 27.12.2019 i contacted with amazon and it has been intimated to me that i am not eligible for the cashback.
            While my friend sonu ordered for the same product on 23.10.2019 and he get the cashback of rs.500 on 24.10.2019.
            I said i ordered with rupay card as per the offer condition and asked for the reason why i am not eligible and it has been intimated to me that the detail of the same is not available with them.
            Please help.

              It's been more than a month and still there is no resolution provided for the wrong product picked up and no refund on the same.
              No one have the correct ticket number again they are saying i have to wait for 20 to 25 days which is not acceptable.
              I had raised te concern on 22nd November.
              Please escalate this.

                Hello there, i purchased a boat stone 200a bluetooth speaker with alexa inbuilt fro amazon app on 18 dec 2019 with order id...[protected]
                Worth ₹1999. It was in a 10 days return policy which in was denied in the app. I dont know why.

                The next day i called the customer service... They ordered a replacement for me on 21st dec which was to be arrived to me on 23 rd dec. It has not been reached me till now. And in the tracking details it is showing that the deliver boys tried to reach me but it was wrong.. Now the update is the item is going back to the seller.

                I m calling amazon from a week now daily to get an update. All the executives are giving me false excuses and telling me to wait for 24 hours...

                Now my return window is going to close and yet no actin has been the seller or amazon.

                Please take a look..

                  On 16/12/2019 amazon had refunded me rs 1299 but it is still not reflecting in my account. The transaction is done through amazon upi. My account is in state bank of india. Still i not got the refund. As i attached the screenshot of bank transaction from 14/12/19 till 25/12/19. So please help to get my refund in my account. Take action fast as i get refund.

                    Hi,
                    I have received a fake product on 25th dec, 2019 my purchase from amazon india for jbl endurance peak bluetooth headphones. I had paid in advance aprox rs. 10000. Now i have raised this issue to amazon for refund as it was a new year gift and i am interested in buying product offline. But amazon customer service saying they are investigating the issue.

                    I have made full video o[censored]nboxing the product but even than they are saying they are investigating, i am unable to understand what they are investigating. Just on the trust i had paid money in advance but two days have been passed and no revert from them. I am very very disappointed from the service of amazon india as they are completely cheating with their customers by selling these fake products.

                    I am inclined to bring this issue into the notice of media and as i am an advocate myself i will file a consumer complaint against them in case i would not get any satisfactory reply from them.

                    I recorded the whole instance in video from my mobile as it was costly product. The size of original hd video is 1.6 gb and i compressed video upto 100 mb so that it can be uploaded on my google drive. Please bear with me as i recorded video with hand and opened the box with other hand. I am also sharing a link of video here for reference.

                      I ordered a mobile phone from amazon india and the amount was deducted from my account then i received an email about declined payment and to revise the payment i clicked on the revise payment link and payed through net banking. The other day i received two same mobile phones and amount deducted from both the payments. I called the customer care several times and they haven't taken any action against this.

                          I have made a purchase for a christmas gift with a guaranteed delivery date of 25th dec 2019. They did not deliver and even refused to give a refund. They keep saying they are investigating but they never call back or give feedback on what’s the issue. As a customer they need to advice me a way forward either give a refund or make a delivery. You cannot keep a customer hanging. Calls to customer service and social media complaints only result in same text book responses.

                            In the context of my earlier complaint, i would like to clarify again that, i have ordered three items 1. Pink pari (Label) modern art metal table lamp (Multicolour) @ 1499.00, 2. Pink pari modern art metal table lamp bedroom bedside lamp @1400.00, 3. Beverly studio terracotta 10-inch shade table lamp (Multicolour) @1499.00, from amazon: order date: 30-nov-2019, order #[protected], order total - rs.4398.00 (For 3 items) of which no.3. Beverly studio terracotta 10-inch shade table lamp (Multicolour) @1499.00, was delivered on 6th december 2019 and the other two 1. Pink pari (Label) modern art metal table lamp (Multicolour) @ 1499.00, 2. Pink pari modern art metal table lamp bedroom bedside lamp @1400.00, were not delivered. But i was notified that the order was delivered saturday 21 december 2019
                            I also found out that some of my consignment 1. Orders #[protected], 2.[protected], 3.[protected] returned to the seller by pretexting that customer refuse/return order, the address couldn't be found etc.
                            I am a regular buyer of amazon.in shopping site. But this will make me distrust for future deal.

And on (18/12/2019) amazon initiated the amount to my bank account but i still didn't get the money.                                 This is simple case of cheating under section ipc 420.
                                Why amazon is involved with such kind of cheater,

                                    I ordered a phone in wrong address, when i contacted this # vineeta, she put my order on replacement and processed it again on same address next day which we discussed about address change. And now they cancelled the order and arranging money in my account in 3-4 days. #. I will take you to consumer court and sue you for this pathetic customer service.

                                      We have ordered the subjected product during diwali sale but did not receive the product even 10 days after the expected delivery date though we had been constantly checking with the customer service about the product delivery. After multiple discussions with customer service we finally requested for cancellation of the order and asked for refund. They have initiated the refund on november 23. But till date we have not received the amount in our bank account. Upon checking with the amazon customer service they asked us to check with the respective bank branch about the transaction which amazon has initiated and indian bank has acknowledged the transaction. Amazon has provided us with utr which is the refund reference number for their transaction. We have checked this utr with the respective branch officers in the bank and they said that they do not have any transaction with this number.

                                      Kindly let us know the status of this utr which i have attached in the image and help us to get the amount back.
