I ordered external hard disk from amazon.in, which was a prepaid ordered on 02 Nov 2019. They didn't deliver the product but on 7th Nov they updated in my account that it's delivered and till today its not rectified. When I called them they said that its some issue and asked for more time to deliver. Till today it's not delivered and they just automatically initiated refund today morning without my notice. This is not the resolution in lieu of the problem that I faced, the time I spend, Energy and follow ups I did by calling them everyday. I had plans and promises to gift it to someone when I ordered which became unsuccessful because of the amazon.in. They have failed to the customer service and promise that they do. I want my product. If they were unable to deliver it they should have said within 3-4 days of order and not after a month. I feel depressed and tired because of this and need.
Amazon is doing fraud like this, they are just using some false seller to show products on their website/app. Customers use their app, they earn money, and at the last they just tell that they can't deliver. I have proof of this, there are many orders like:[protected],[protected],[protected]. This is a scam that amazon is running. I contacted all their customer care numbers and they all are favoring seller as they have contract with them for some money.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
