I bought "amazon basics double door folding metal dog cage with paw protector, 48 inches" purchased on 24th of november and placed a return request the same day. Since then i am doing follow ups on daily basis and everyday amazon is cancelling the return pickup, i have called amazon daily "daily" and they tell me that it will be picked up next day. The last time i called amazon, their executive told me that they will issue a refund in advance if the item is not picked up within 48 hrs and now the time period has completed and i called amazon and they asked me to wait again for 48 hrs.

The return period of the product is 10 days and it's been a week now, they are trying to surpass the return time period by delaying the return pick.

They are using false practices.

If the issue is not resolved here. I will take it to social media platforms.

Now again your another executive named "Gitanjali" told me to wait for another 48 hrs.would I be getting an update or shall I ask Jeff bezos via Twitter or Facebook .I know people tends to threaten but I will ask him if Amazon didn't resolve this

    I have ordered 4 books together on Amazon. They delivered only 3 books and updated on website that all the 4 books were delivered. I complaint them about this so they replied that according to them all the books were delivered to me but I got only 3 books. The book which they didn't deliver was of Rs 2569.

      I purchased one ifb washing machine from amazon india under the promotion offer of 1000 rupees cash when purchase is done with any prepaid mode. To fulfill this condition i ordered using credit card. When product was delivered and installed but cashback was still not credited. After that i raised this issue with amazon customer service team umpteen time but to no avail. 3 times they asked to wait for 7 working days hence spent almost one month in this process yet no resolution done.
      Now i am compelled raise this issue in this forum to get the refund of 1000 rupees cash.

        I have bought a lenovo laptop for my home on 5 may, 2019. The product has one year of warranty. Today when i checked the warranty period online on lenovo's website using my serial number. I found that that the warranty has already been expired on 27 august, 2019. Another issue is, with this laptop, they were providing a built-in dvd drive. Though we never felt the use of dvd drive. So we haven't tried to use it. But few days back, accidently, i tried to use dvd drive, i found that there is no dvd drive in it. I had talked to lenovo customer support. They told that there isn't any dvd drive coming with this model laptop. I have sent a screenshot of the product detail to them. They told that lenovo has given the wrong description about the product and delivered a wrong product as compared to their product description. Now, the conclusion is i have paid 58490 inr for a wrong product with expired warranty.

            On nov 27th there was a debiting of money of rs. 959.09/- which was done without my notice. I checked everything was there any order done by me or amazon prime got renewed but there was none because my amazon prime renewal date was on jan 2020. So this was an unauthorized transaction please see to it and i need my money to be credited again to my account. Thank you.

              I bought this product on the 16th november with tracking no: cg[protected]in with india post. On the 26th november the tracking says it was delivered to kuknoorpally so this is not jaisalmer which is the delivery town. Since i found this out on the 28th november i have been arguing with amazon.in cs and then today with animesh (Cs manger) that i want a refund and then yesterday the seller is sending out i believe a new on (On the same tracking details so animesh says) which will be with me between the 4th to the 8th december. They do not believe that the item was already delivered to another address and animesh who is supposed to be helping turns out to be the least helpful of the lot. As of today as i paid with my uk credit card i am putting in a dispute against amazon and the seller.

                  As i have done a transaction from amazon and sucess but i canceled it so there was refund amount initiated on 24/11/2019 and the reference no is: 36r79rez0000k33ttbgw but amount has not been credited in my account till date and continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this. As per them contact branch for complain, they put an ip from there side whenever branch contact to the department they said today will credit it but still in pending no action is been taken. As per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Please look into this matter as its very serious.

                    On saturday nov. 23 2019 my credit card master card capital one [last 4 numbers] 2620 was charge on the amount of $352.14 amzn mktp*pv2v73943 wa 98109 book store. I need your help because i have and idea who did it. Ill like to know if you guys going to do something about it or en list give me all the possible information.                       Amazon has delivered me broken sealbox boat wireless earphone and even after replacement there was same issue. When i contacted customer care to replace it again they said they cant replace and now i have to take refund and place another order. This is pathetic and this is not the first time i have faced such service disappointment from amazon.

                        I bought a 15.6-inch laptop bag from amazon, and pay through state bank of india card online. But the product is worst and i returned it to the amazon. Till now amazon didn't refund me the amount and showed the status that is paid. And tell me that amazon is not responsible for that your bank did not credit your amount in your account. I am really depressed now. Please rbi government help me

                            Hello this is my complaint against amazon india i ordered a room heater but received a cheap socks instead of room heater! And they are only giving me refund which i don't want because i bought that room heater in price drop now it's price has been increased and they are only giving me my money/refund! If they listed a product that time at that price then they should return and replace with that item instead sending me some cheap socks and refund! Please help!

                            Also this happened with me many times, their seller always sends the different products and when the price increases they give only refund which is not acceptable for a consumer..

                                Ordered alexely tf3 headsets in jan19 in from amazon. It is not working now. I have been chasing amazon but no satisfactory answers given till now.
                                I am unable to avail warranty as there is no customer care number / any contact number is mentioned on amazon. One number outside india is mentioned for whtsapp, that too will not resposnd.
                                Is there any alexely customer care center in delhi ncr india? If not then why amazon selling these in india.?
                                Can someone assist.

                                  I have bought a product order number[protected] from amazon. I bought the product in the name of handmade and no chemicals soap.
                                  To my surprise only after first time usage of the product my skin became black and filled with black blemishes and it is created a permanent damage to my skin and this is how i was greeeted by amazon by selling dangerous products.

                                    I had paid a seller worth 5063 and it got debited in my pay balance but the seller refused to provide goods and also hasn't been responsive for the amount... it's been 3 months... several complaints on amazon but there was no use. i have raised queries on amazon for like 6 to 7 times they tell that the seller has received the money but he hasn't received. i have checked the sellers passbook his statement and all transactions in his phone as well as bank but there is no progress in my transaction so kindly help me in getting my money back

                                      I had ordered something in amazon on nov 13 and after 15 days, it was expected to be delivered today. Today, the delivery boy called me and was talking rudely and he was not ready to listen my address instructions and at last he asked me whether he can drop the delivery somewhere else to which i replied 'no'. And so he said me that don't expect that to get delivered. Later, he called and informed me delivery is rescheduled to dec 15 and when i tracked my package, it is shown that delay is due to constumer request.

                                        I ordered, "manthan metal mini projector" from amazon on 21st october 2019. I received the product on 25th october 2019. I was not satisfied with this product quality.
                                        So i requested for return and refund of the product. The return pickup has been approved and on 30th october 2019 amazon guy come and taken pickup the product.

                                        After 2 hours i got a message "your pickup was cancelled". Then i had called customer care they said its system issue, will update it and refund back your money.

                                        From that day daily i am calling amazon guys to refund the amount. Every day they used to say some different storied for me that it will happen within 3-5 days.
                                        There on it continued and i still didn't receive any refund. I am also a prime membership of amazon

                                        So finally it's been 30 days and still, i didn't receive any refund.
